Chapter 4: Unblemished Smile
"Have you heard? A Demon King's Vassal has moved into a very old castle on a small hill distance away from the town."
Kazuma, who is drinking a neroid swish, found this rumor to be quite interesting.
Kazuma and his party are sitting on a table in the middle of the guildhall.
All kinds of rumors and information could be heard from this specific place.
"A Demon King's General, Huh? Sounds really bad, but it has nothing to do with us, right?"
"Yeah, that's right!"
How foolish. A Demon King's Vassal has settled nearby the town, and it has nothing to do with you?
He clearly has an ulterior motive if he settles nearby a beginners town, but what exactly was his motive is still unknown.
Kazuma assumed a thinking pose after drinking his Neroid Swish.
Neroid Swish, a sweet and sour non-alcoholic beverage.
It's not carbonated, which is a sad fact.
Megumin noticed Kazuma's thought train.
"What are you thinking?"
"Hm… How powerful is a Demon King's General?"
"Well, he could take on his whole town alone, to be more specific, probably around level 60-90."
Now that's powerful.
But, how would an undead or a monster have an adventurer's card?
Undead or those who don't have an adventurer's card learn skills and etc naturally by training.
Naturally learned skills, and etc are more powerful than skills learned through an adventurer's card.
Adventurer's Card also limits your creativity and full potential on skills or spells.
So, its easy to guess he wouldn't have a vast amount of skills, but since he doesn't have an adventurer's card, he will have powerful skills - really powerful.
But again, why would Demon King's general come near starter town?
Kazuma reaches toward a vegetable stick on table with a fork in his hand.
He was about to stab the fork inside the vegetable stick, but it, dodge?! Kazuma was startled.
He tried again, and again, and again. It dodged every time Kazuma's expressions changed to irritated one.
"W-wait, stop! What are you doing, no!"
Aqua screamed as Kazuma grabbed the plate and threw the vegetables towards the wall behind him.
"I don't care if they charge me more for wasting food, at least they should serve dead food!"
"What are you talking about? The food tastes better when its served fresh! Haven't you heard of killing and serving it on the spot?"
Darkness explained angrily.
"Forget vegetables, order meat or something dead. Anyways, what skills have you all learned? You did level up, right?"
"My skills are centered around resistances, but I did learn a skill called 'Decoy'."
"..."
Kazuma couldn't find anything to say.
"I used my skill points in explosion damage, faster chanting, and such."
"Why didn't you learn an advanced spell, dammit!"
"I can't really learn advanced spell after just 2 level…"
Kazuma exhaled deeply.
"The excellent me has already learned all arch-priest skills, I used my skill points in party tricks."
"No one asked you."
Kazuma spoke coldly.
Inside guildhall, more lively than ever because of party's still collecting their cabbage harvest bounty.
"Kazuma, look, I earned a lot! So I repaired my armor and got it upgraded as well! How does it look?"
Spoke Darkness excitedly in her new shiny white and golden full-plate heavy armor.
She looked like a nobility.
"This armor looks like something a nobility wannabe would wear."
"Sometimes you should actually compliment you know."
Darkness spoke dejectedly.
Megumin was hugging her new high-quality manatite staff and grinding her face into it.
She said that the staff boosted fire element's power, and using fire element costed less mana, making it suitable for better explosions. She said she wouldn't fall after one explosion, but wouldn't be able to cast any other spells either.
"Look, look everyone! I learned 200,000 Eris!"
Aqua happily came towards the party hopping.
"That's the lowest in our party."
"How much did you earn from this quest?"
"Do you even need to ask? Over a million."
That stunned Megumin and Aqua.
"Let's find a quest with a lot of monsters! I want to test the power of my new staff!"
"No, let's find a quest with high bounty, I don't have money to even last 3 days!"
"No, let's find a quest with strong and tough monster!"
Megumin, Aqua and Darkness blabbered.
"Stop rambling. Go check the quest board."
Kazuma spoke.
Everyone followed Kazuma to quest board.
It had few quests.
"Why are there only a few quests?"
"All of these are high-difficulty quests too."
Spoke Megumin then Kazuma.
Luna approached the party and explained the problem.
"I'm sorry… A Demon King's General seemed have moved nearby in a small castle. It might've the influence of the General, but weak monsters in the region have all lain low. That is why there are only a few and difficult quests. The capital has sent a band of Holy Imperiel Knights that will arrive in at least 1 month."
"I see."
"Why?! They better watch out they are undead!"
Kazuma understood and Aqua yelled.
"For the time being, let's try a quest here."
Kazuma said.
"Are you sure? I am not saying we are weak or anything, but they do really seem high-difficulty."
Darkness concerned.
"If anything goes wrong - run for your life."
Kazuma spoke deadpan looking at quests on bulletin board.
That made others worry slightly.
"W-well, how about this one?"
Darkness pointed towards a quest.
Exterminate giant bear beast in the mountains, its name is Black Fang. Reward is 400,000 eris.
"Was there a need to state the name of the monster? Anyways, lets take this one. This one seems the easiest from all others."
Kazuma spoke.
After that, Kazuma took the bounty poster, and everyone went towards the mountain nearby the town.
They were walking on a mountain covered with trees.
Sunlight could pass through easily, it wasn't much dense.
Birds chirping and low, small and cold winds blowing as they climbed the mountain.
"She said the bear should be in a cave near a fairly big lake."
Megumin broke the silence.
"We have climbed quite high, it should be near…"
Spoke Darkness.
"By the way, Kazuma, why are you always taking quest? Don't you get tired, I mean you have a lot of money and all…"
Asked Megumin.
Kazuma slowly assumed a thinking pose while walking and then spoke.
"Hmmm… I don't know myself, but you are right, I am gonna take a break after this quest. Also, I accepted this quest to test our party's strength. In the meantime, let's discuss a strategy. First of all, how is this black fang like?"
Black Fang, a giant bear beast with tough skin. They have high physical resistance and fairly good magic resistance too. It has tremendous power and big, sharp claws. It is said it eats other monsters and mostly sleeps inside a cave. It can go toe-to-toe with a griffin, but will lose in the end.
They had finished discussing information and strategy.
"Kazuma, I think I am hearing sound of water nearby."
Spoke Darkness.
"Yeah, you are right."
Confirmed Kazuma and starting to move towards the direction of the sound.
They came out of the forest and found themselves in a small plain with grass and a lake.
A small hill was near and a cave built inside that hill.
This was the destination for their quest.
"Get ready and wait here, I am gonna check inside the cave."
Kazuma said as he activated lurk.
Lurk, a thief skill that can be activated when your enemy has not seen you yet.
It suppresses footstep sounds, and smell, also makes the user slightly invisible.
If you simply go in front of someone, they can easily tell you are there.
Simply, Its mean't to be used while hiding.
Kazuma walked in front of the cave.
When he looked inside the cave, it wasn't that deep, in fact sunlight could reach the deepest part slightly.
What Kazuma saw inside the cave was bear as big as a truck.
It had needle-like teeth so long they were coming out of its mouth, and very long sharp claws.
Muscular body, ragged fur and a lot of scars on body.
Truly fitting the name giant bear "beast".
The bear's eyes were slightly open, as if it had just gone to sleep.
"Ka-zu-ma! Is the bear there?"
Yelled Aqua making Kazuma very angry.
The beast heard Aqua's shouting and shot open his eyes, finding Kazuma in front of the cave.
"Kazum-"
"Stop it, Aqua!"
Yelled Darkness after covering Aqua's mouth with her hand.
Beast slowly stood up, Kazuma unsheathed Murasame, deactivated lurk and ran towards his party.
"You are gonna get punches to your face after this quest."
Kazuma spoke coldly to Aqua.
"Get ready, we'll go with the strategy. Let's go Darkness!"
The bear came out of the cave, stood on 2 legs roared, startling everyone present.
"Aqua, buff! Megumin, start your incantation!"
Darkness unsheathed her greatsword and went a little further from Aqua and Megumin.
Kazuma followed Darkness.
Aqua chanted Greater Magic on Kazuma and Megumin, and Greater Endurance on Darkness.
Greater Endurance is an advanced tier of support magic called "Tougher", it further boosts vitality and makes the target more durable.
Greater Magic is an advanced tier of spell "Wiser", it boosts the magic prowess of the target.
The bear charged towards the Darkness, who had activated Decoy.
Decoy skill simply makes the user a decoy. Monsters around, attack them first.
"Now, run Darkness!"
When the bear was nearly in front of Darkness and Kazuma, Darkness swiftly started running to her right, luring the bear with her.
"Blade of Wind!"
A powerful slash of wind hit the moving beast's neck.
It cut as deep as a knife would go in a truck.
"'Fairly' high magic resistance, my ass! This is not gonna work!"
Kazuma was startled, since he put a lot of mana into that one blade of wind spell.
He then immediately ran in front of the cave, while darkness was still running and distracting the bear with decoy.
"Megumin, any minute now, you are gonna fire it inside the cave! Darkness, run towards me and stop your decoy, then divert towards Megumin!"
"Alright!"
Darkness took a swift left and started running towards Kazuma, who was in front of the cave.
"Create Water! Freeze!"
Kazuma used basic spell create water and freeze with as much mana as he could pour into a "Basic" spell.
Yes, basic spells have their limits on mana consumption.
He created layer of thin ice on the grassy plain.
Darkness had already deactivated Decoy skill and diverted towards Megumin before the water froze.
"Fireball!"
Kazuma shot a fireball towards the beast with a fairly high amount of mana poured into it.
He only had a quarter of the total mana pool left now.
The beast's target became Kazuma who burned it's fur.
Being a low intelligence beast, it didn't give ice layer a thought.
The beast ran on the layer of ice.
It's front claws did pierce through the thin ice, but it tripped when his back legs ran on the ice.
"Fireball!"
Kazuma cast a fireball towards the left eye of the sliding beast.
The fireball burned it's whole left eye, it was poured with remaining mana Kazuma had, enough to keep him able to move after
Kazuma jumped on top of the still sliding beast.
Beast nearly regained composure, but Kazuma had immediately departed towards his party before it could fully stand on four legs.
"Megumin now!"
"Explosion!"
The beast had gained its composure, but it was too late, explosion spell happens in an near instant.
The nuclear blast that was targeted in front of the cave.
The explosion broke the cave's entrance and covered it with rocks.
The blast shockwave shook the whole lake near it, and water showered from it.
"Yes! I leveled up 3 times!"
Megumin took the final blow.
"I really wanted it to hit me with its tremendous power!"
Spoke Darkness.
"Are you seriously that far gone, you aren't even certain how tough you exactly are. It could probably kill you in one blow, on top of that it had claws. Now, let's go!"
Spoke Kazuma, exhausted and breathing heavily.
And yes, Megumin was still standing, though with near 0 mana, you could say she has 1 mana right now.
They started walking back to the town.
"That was really amazing!"
Spoke Aqua excitedly.
"Ah, thank you for reminding me, Aqua-sama. Here's your reward."
She got a near full power smack on behind her head from Kazuma.
"You can't even get smarter through leveling."
Kazuma spoke dejectedly.
Aqua casted heal on herself, how convenient.
Halfway through the mountain.
Kazuma stopped when he heard rustling in bushes.
It continued, and so others stopped too.
Kazuma unsheathed Murasame and Darkness unsheathed her greatsword.
Something jumped out from bushes towards Kazuma.
Still exhausted, but Kazuma managed to dodge through the help of faster reflexes.
It was a rookie killer.
Darkness had activated her decoy skill, diverting the beast's attention to herself.
Kazuma took this chance to quickly get rid of the beast.
Kazuma rushed towards it as fast as possible and slashed its neck off with Murasame.
Kazuma flicked the blade, spurting the blood that was on it to ground, and sheathed it.
"There are no goblins around mountains… and it was alone too, it's quite weird."
Spoke Megumin, who was standing quite far to keep safe along with Aqua.
Darkness sheathed her blade and they moved on.
Thinking too much for a such a small encounter will drain their brain cells.
"Amazing, to return unscathed from Black Fang. You are amazing Kazuma-san!"
Spoke Luna excitedly after giving Kazuma the 400,000 bounty for the quest they completed.
"Hmph, it wasn't so easy, and I wasn't the only one who did everything, by the way."
"Still, it's quite surprising, Black Fang can rival griffons."
"I see, anyways, thank you."
Kazuma spoke deadpan as usual.
Thanking someone is quite unusual of Kazuma...
He moved towards a table in Guildhall to eat the meat from the monster they just killed.
It's said the powerful the monster, the more experience it gives.
Soon their giant bear beast meat arrived, and they started eating it with Neroid Swish and Booze for Aqua and Darkness.
Kazuma doesn't like alcohol much.
"So, Kazuma. Are you gonna take a break from quests?"
Started Megumin.
"Hm, I was thinking about it. I will take it, but it will probably be very short. There isn't much I can do here, I will get bored easily."
"Then, why don't you make friends with other adventurers?"
Suggested Darkness.
"Friends… huh?"
It has been 2 days since then.
Aqua and Megumin go to explosions practice somewhere, it's making Kazuma feel kinda itchy.
Darkness had said she's going home for training and will be back in 3 days, meaning tomorrow.
Kazuma was just sitting in the guildhall drinking... his regular swish.
His schedule wasn't much, except he explored the town more and exercised like hell, his strength stat boosted a few single digits.
He wanted to visit Wiz to just check out her shop once again, but didn't have much hopes, so he scratched that out.
He was sitting alone in the so-called guildhall, I should start calling it bar.
Then, a random encounter.
Someone walked to the front of Kazuma's table and sat down.
Blond delinquent-like hair, red eyes, small mole below left eye.
He's wearing a red track jacket with cuffed sleeves, brown pants and black shoes. And is that… bandage on arms.
Kazuma exhaled deeply.
Is he a chuunibyou?
"Yo. Heard you beat a high-difficulty monster, you keep low profile for some reason."
"Who are you?"
"Name's Dust. An adventurer."
"And what you want?"
"Man, you are cocky type, huh?"
Kazuma's right eye twitched.
"I said just wanted to be friends with you."
Dust said and ordered a beer after that.
"Anyways, what is your name?"
"...Kazuma."
"That's it?"
"Isn't you name merely "Dust" too, or is it that you are hiding the real one?"
"Haha, let's not pry too far, Kazuma. Isn't your party full of cute and beautiful onee-sans?"
He said while sitting sideways and drinking his beer.
"So what?"
"Must be nice, having a great face and surrounded by girls."
"If you could experience the hardships I face, you wouldn't be talking that crap."
"Is that so, what's your class?"
"You go first."
"Warrior, I use sword. Isn't your party filled with powerful people, but I don't know your class, nor did I knew your name."
"I don't bother with plebeian either."
"Whatever, get to the point."
"Hm… my class is Adventurer."
"Haha! Adventurer, you are the weakest class?"
He broke into laughter.
"Party filled with high-tier job members, I am sure you are just dead weight dragging them back."
Dust spoke, Kazuma was deadpan right now.
"Not getting mad, huh. You are used to this? Man with the weakest job. I take it back, you are just some trash with a polished face. I am sure they had trouble taking you to that difficult quest, scumbag."
"Get lost before I take you cry."
He finished his beer.
He stood up from his seat, and few people in guild were looking forward to what's gonna come.
"Alright, get up. Let's get this started. Oye, Keith, look how I beat this weakest job holder."
Dust spoke, then yelled, calling somebody.
Kazuma seemed to notice who he called and guessed it was his party.
Kazuma's swish was nearly finished.
"Yeah, show him, Dust."
A guy with long black hair leaning to his right eye, covering half his face said.
He might be the Keith guy.
He is wearing a long black coat with white furs, black pants and brown boots.
"Stop it, Dust. You are creating trouble again!"
Said a cute girl with green eyes and maroon hair tied in a pony trail.
She is wearing a striped green-pink shirt and waist-long cloak with a fur collar. Black shorts and black shoes.
"Oye, kiddo, I suggest you stop it right now, or it will end badly."
Said Ruffian, fact: Kazuma still doesn't know who he is.
"Don't worry, I won't lose to some weakest job holder."
"Jeez, can't let me drink in peace, didn't you come to be friends?"
Kazuma said as he stood up from his seat.
When he stood up, more adventurers started to looking forward to the completely random turn of event.
"Aren't you the one who intimidated me? Now, you are creating excuses, heh."
"I don't remember doing so, you just don't have brains."
Dust got in a boxer-like fighting stance.
Kazuma stood there with no stance at all.
"Today, you dine in hell, Dust kiddo."
Said Ruffian.
Dust throws a left punch towards Kazuma's face, and surprising to Kazuma, he was actually a bit skilled.
But much to Dust's disappointment, even without the help of faster reflexes, Kazuma swiftly dodged the left punch to his right side.
"Good job, didn't expect you to be fairly skilled in hand-to-hand."
Complimeneted Kazuma.
"Tch, just getting started."
Dust throws a punch with the right hand.
Kazuma tried dodging to left but surprisingly it was a feint, and Dust threw a left punch as soon as Kazuma was baited.
Kazuma was stunned from the fient, he grabbed Dust's left punch and pulled it towards himself.
Kazuma performed a quick side kick that hit straight to Dust's stomach, unfortunately, and he did these 2 actions instinctively as self-defense and used full power in that kick. [1]
Dust was blown behind him towards a small crowd and dropped on ground unconscious.
Kazuma isn't some super human.
Taking a full power kick to the stomach from a well-built man is very painful, I guess...
"S-"
Kazuma was about to say something, but let it go.
"Anyways, thanks for wasting my peace time. Luna he can pay for my drink, is it alright?"
"O-okay, I guess…"
Luna spoke loud enough for him to hear.
Then Kazuma went out of the guild.
Oh, did I mention, the adventurers who were watching cheered for Kazuma, well it isn't a major thing anyways.
Kazuma, having nothing to do, was just strolling in the town now, with hands in his cloak's pocket.
"I will beat you Demon King, here I come!"
Children playing in this peaceful town named Axel.
At that moment, Kazuma thought:
Why is this town so peaceful?
Answer is simple, this is the furthest from dangers, but a vassal has just settled nearby, isn't the town afraid or do they not know?
But, what about other towns, if Demon King is so powerful that everyone fears him, then why hasn't he conquered at least one town?
Or has he?
Kazuma doesn't know much.
He had entered this world like 15-20 days ago.
Not having much knowledge in a completely different, new and weird world is very problematic.
Then, out of nowhere, Kazuma thought about his level.
He has gained just two levels after the formation of his party.
Yes, his current level is just 12.
He gained another level for damaging the giant bear beast and eating the meat.
He then thought about gaining level, that would be easily solved with doing quests or eating high quality food, but, what if there is a easier way?
Potions? Do those work?
Kazuma planned to visit Wiz's shop, not that he had hopes to find actual useful item there, but there aren't other expensive magic item shop in this town.
The potion for leveling up or anything related to stats would be pretty expensive, is a common sense thing.
Then, there's skill points and actual skills.
Limiting his arsenal to just his party's skills is a stupid idea.
They are a bunch of fools.
They can provide one or two useful and powerful skills, but that's about it, or maybe not? Anyways.
He had to make acquaintance with other adventurers.
With how he performed at today's random bar fight, he had a doubt that anyone would come near him now.
This champion class comes with a drawback of not having defensive or offensive learnable unique skill for the class itself.
He had to rely on others to provide him utility, defensive or offensive skill or spell.
If he limited himself to a few people, he won't be able to progress much.
He needs all kinds of skills and spells to win fights without full brawn.
After hearing how powerful a single Demon King's vassal can be, he won't be able to level up to 70 or something in a short amount of time.
What if that guy's planning to annihilate this whole town, he won't stand chance.
That's where the brain comes in, he needs information who that general is, and then he can think of counter measure, probably.
Anyways, thinking too much about the future will eat brain cells at a tremendous rate.
He had arrived in front of Wiz's Magic S- I mean "Wiz's Defected Magic Item Shop".
He opened the door with zero hopes of finding something actually useful.
But, Wiz is undead, wouldn't she have wisdom…?
Wisdom from the overlord of death.
A being that defies the laws of nature, she must have lived quite long.
He stepped into the shop and a bell rang when he had opened the door.
"Welcome!"
Wiz who… probably managing her shop, greeted Kazuma.
"Ah, Kazuma-san…"
Now, she realized it's Kazuma.
"Hello, Wiz."
Deadpan as usual.
"Oh, uh, you are a-alone, I see."
She blushed a little. [2]
"Mhm, is there a problem?"
"N-no, not at all."
"I see... I came here to ask some information, maybe buy."
"Oh, okay… what do you need, Kazuma-san?"
Kazuma strolled over to the counter, looking around the shop as he goes.
Wiz was standing behind the counter.
The shop was quite expensive looking.
There was a room left corner behind the counter, maybe storage or where she sleeps, doens't matter.
Do undead sleep in this world?
"Are there potions to level one up?"
Wiz tilted her head.
"Uhm, no. It's not possible. There are only potions "Skill-Up Potion"."
"What's that?"
"It's an expensive potion that gives you skill points after drinking it."
"Ho, how expensive would that be?"
"It's usually sold around 200 to 300k Eris. It's very useful and very expensive since it's made from rare materiels."
"That is quite expensive."
Kazuma held his chin in his right hand, and left hand still in pocket.
"Is there any other way to level up without fighting?"
Kazuma started walking around the shop, observing different kinds of magic item and potions.
"Yes, it's eating- Oh, you can eat Onion-Duck, it's expensive too, but it gives a lot of levels at once. It yields a high amount of experience point. It's a very rare monster. Unfortunately, it may not be sold in this town."
"All ways blocked, huh? Hm, I know you are a lich and all, but don't you know too much about adventurers and things too?"
"Yes, I was once an adventurer."
"I see. What does this potion do?"
Kazuma held a maroon colored potion bottle in hand.
"Ah, be careful! It will explode if you open it."
Kazuma wasn't surprised.
He checked out another potion.
But didn't touch it at all, just pointed towards it.
"It will explode if you shake it."
How lucky is Kazuma, actually he just has intelligence .
"Hm, excellent potions you have. Ah, I didn't read that, "Explosive Potions", huh? Wonderful shop!"
"T-thanks…"
Wiz frowned and thanked even when she didn't really mean it.
Kazuma sat on a chair that was in the shop.
Again, it quite expensive looking magic item shop, with tables and all around.
"I want to ask, do undeads have an adventurer card?"
"No, we don't, well I do, but not everyone does. They learn their undead skills automatically and train to become powerful. Actual training is more beneficial than spending skill points to learn skills."
Exactly what Kazuma had thought, well, not exactly.
"What can you tell me about Demon King?"
Wiz was stunned for a moment, which Kazuma seemed to notice, but let it go for now.
"What do you want to know exactly, Kazuma-san?"
"Well, let's see… any information? Let's start from where his throne is."
"Demon King has a very big castle of his own. It's filled with his elite army. The castle is located in the middle of Forest of Death. A very big forest Demon King conquered. It is a forest filled with black, leaves, grass, soil. Everything is dark. It's quite far from frontlines. You could say it's outside of Kingdom of Belzerg. The forest itself is filled with terrifying monsters, one must be strong enough to conquer the forest before challenging the Demon King's castle."
"You know quite a lot, don't you?"
Kazuma spoke coldly.
"T-tha."
"Don't you have tea here?"
"I-I do, I will prepare… it…"
Wiz hurried inside the storage or whatever room behind the counter.
After few moments, Kazuma heard her squeak and something falling on ground, clumsy Wiz.
After a while, she came with proper utensils, or more like potion brewing utensils, maybe teapot of this world.
It was made from glass by the way.
She brewed the tea in front of Kazuma and gave it to him.
Surprisingly, Kazuma found it very tasty.
"Why did you become lich?"
"...I did it to save my friends who accompanied me on my adventurers. It's a very long story."
Wiz said with a smile.
"I see… are they still alive?"
"O-of course… they are…"
She slowly started frowning.
Gloomy/Negative King, Kazuma.
"They are, I am sure. I had told them to visit me once they have retired. I am absolutely sure they'll come!"
Wiz found some hope and courage.
"Hm, okay."
Kazuma had finished the tea, and he stood up from his seat.
"Then, see you later. Maybe I will buy something next time."
Kazuma spoke as he proceeded to walk towards the exit.
"Yes… see you later, Kazuma-san."
Kazuma pushed the door and stood there for a few moments.
"Make sure to completely remember the story, I will hear it next time."
And he departed to… nowhere, he had become some rover… for the time being at least.
Wiz broke into a happy, unblemished smile.
After Word:
[1] I know boy dust is very powerful man but, eh, this badass Kazuma ain't small fry either you know.
[2] Don't get me wrong here, she a girl, and Kazuma a fine man. A little, please? I won't be adding smut - just a notice, though, who will Kazuma end up with is a surprise, Megumin? Darkness? Iris? Chris? Maybe even Lean? Luna? Or some other OC char? If you think I forgot Aqua, no, I intentionally didn't add her. Kazuma x Aqua makes me vomit. I see them as brother and sister at most. Not one bit as a man and woman, heh sorry Kazuqua alliance, truce please?
「Now, a thanks to new reviewers:
Guest(xmanz I suppose?): Don't know if you are the same guest from before, but I completely agree with you. Aqua pisses me off, want me to kill her in this story?[Won't really do it, she important in the end, sigh :( ]
xmanz: Thank you, I won't. If you all keep showering me with these reviews, I won't lose motivation at all.
xmanz(again): It's gonna be "badass".
Emiya unlimited blade works: Thank you, I hope you stay with me till the end. :D」
I forgot most of the things I wanted to say again, I usually upload after fixing my grammatical mistake and nearly before going to bed, haaaah, dammit.
Will probably update this afterword, don't look so forward to it though.
Also, am gonna state this again, everything I am changing is intentional, nothing is mistake. I am keep up with light novel as I write this story, so yes.
Also, don't think the titles of these chapters to be cheap, they do represent the end of the chapter part but uhh, I do put a bit effort :(
Also, suddenly getting more reviews today gave me alot of motivation. Enough motivation to finish this whole chapter in 1 day well 2 or 3 actually, eh forget it ;-;
This chapter was supposed to be a cliff hanger called "Premonition of Death"
Also, it was supposed to be hella long, but I cut it, it would be boring, no? this is right now a 5k words, which is still too much sorry again
