Inside the candy shop Fred and George were stocking up on sweets, Hogsmeade was bustling with students gossiping about the first tournament tomorrow with their shopping bags in hand walking in groups of their friends. " do you think not vampires can eat those?" Fred asked, pointing at the blood pops " Ron will tell us." Simply stated George taking one and placing it on the counter, both twins smiling at one another.Leaving the shop the twins immediately started planning how they would get Ron to eat it" it's so pretty! I want it but I only have 5 sickles to my name !" Exclaimed a voice that perked Fred's ears what are you up to now now?" Fred smiled looking down behind him.Tilly's hair was in two big braids that went down her back in her casual clothes , Fred could remember the first time he saw Tilly's casual clothes, it was shocking at first but it made sense the longer he looked at her.
Today Fred had the pleasure of seeing Tilly in a Brown jacket over an oversized rock band " blood moon." shirt that was tucked into red flannel trousers that were nicely fitted around her nice round waist and hips getting looser down the leg with shiny chains that dangled on her butt. She looked like a rock star " I haven't done anything yet thank you! " she replied, crossing her arms at him with a smirk across her face. " yeah she has no money left !" Laughed the Slytherin boy she was friends with making a face at her entertaining the store with a cheeky wave. Fred laughed watching Tilly stick her tongue out at her friend, standing next to her Fred looked in the window of the store " what are you too broke for,dear ?" He asked if the store window was full of jewelry and clothes " over there in the blue box." She mumbled, tapping the glass. Fred squinted his eyes looking at where she was pointing,In the blue box there was what looked like to him a giant sewing needle with a star encrusted with diamonds and below it chains fell from it like a shooting Star with smaller stars at the ends the pice tag in bold red read 10 galleons that's a big sewing needle." " very extravagant!" Fred had started and George finished ,Tilly laughed and shook her head.
Fred could feel his cheeks heat up " It's not a needle, it's an hair ornament!" She explained,Fred guessed they both still looked confused because she continued " you put it in your hair when it's in a bun or as decoration so it looks more pretty for special occasions , probably good I can't afford it. Where would I even wear it?" She had her hands on her hips and her head slightly tilted to the side. " who knows anything anymore." George shrugged, walking away leaving Fred behind. Fred looked between the ornament and Tilly imaging her long curly hair in a bun with the ornament in it , she looked beautiful.
" Tilly come on I'm starving!" Yelled the Hufflepuff prefect waved with Tillys other friends " well see ya later Fred," she waved walking over to her friends quickly turning around " oh by the way those lolli's are are very bitter and have a weird aftertaste, ok ,bye for real this time !" Tilly pointed to the blood pop before running to her friends.
Fred looked at the blood pop and Tilly as she walked away with her friends before looking at the shop window one last time.George was talking with Lee Gordan about some slytherin next to the candy shop as he walked up to them " there's the man of the hour!" Lee exclaimed, throwing his arm across Fred's shoulder he raised an eyebrow at Lee" what did I do?" " yeah what did he do?" Lee looked between the two smug " oh you dog you , Don't kiss and tell I see ! I respect it."Lee gave a playful punch to Fred's chest, his other arm still around his shoulders confusing Fred even more "mate what are you talking about !?" Fred had no clue what Lee was talking about or why Lee kept moving his eyebrows up and down at him and neither did George ! "Sorry to tell you this mate but yours and Gubbys secret from last night is not a secret ." Freds brain stopped quicker than a train crash ,WHAT THE HELL? " what are you even talking about, I wasn't with Tilly last night." Fred exclaimed exasperated,Lee stopped looking smug at him, " Lee ,Fred was with me all night! What are you On about?"
Lee's hand shot to his mouth leaving Fred's shoulders, his eyes big as saucers " spit it out!" Fred stared at him" well emily told Angie that someone saw a tall red headed gryffindor boy leave the Hufflepuff common room with uh,no shirt after curfew and right behind him was Gubby barely dressed with a," Lee stopped for a moment Fred shoved him with his elbow and had a short staring match with him until Lee moved his hands in motion to get the twins closer and in a hushed whisper said " hickey ,throwing his jumper at him outside the common room, I assumed it was you." Lee finished looking at Fred.
To say Fred was shocked would be an understatement. He was beyond gobsmack he always had something to say but he didn't have anything to say for this. " I'm sorry Fred this is terrible." Lee said looking at Fred's face paled, George began taking action" who could it be though if it isn't Fred or me, is there anyone in Gryffindor that looks like us?" " or someone who could get their hand on a gryffindor uniform !" Lee interjected, George and Lee where listing all the possible people it could be ,Fred was spaced out staring at the door to the three broomsticks Tilly went through.
" RON!" Hermiony yelled at his younger brother who was stomping in front of her moving his red hair out of his face oh Merlin no "your being stupid! Your best friend could die tomorrow !" Before Ron could respond the door to three broomsticks opened with Tilly smiling and waving down Ron who's mood changed. they had a conversation that Fred couldn't make out but both of them were very smiley at each other ending with Tilly pulling a text book out of her bag and giving it to Ron hugging him quick and entering the pub with a wave goodbye, leaving Fred's jaw hanging as the peace's were coming together Ron?no way he's a git .Hermione smacked Ron's shoulder looking quite annoyed and said something but exclaimed " what do you mean you left it in her dorm!" That's what set Fred off at a charge seeing red RON!"
His brother and Hermione's head snapped to him " were you with Tilly last night?" Fred pointed to the door the the pub " yeah but it's not that big of a deal,why does something so stupid matter? " Fred grabbed Ron by the collet of his jumper dragging him in between the building, shoving him against the wall.
" bloody hell fred! What wrong with you!" Ron exclaimed trying to pry Fred's hands off of him "you little git what did you do!" Fred harshly whispered " what are you talking about I didn't do anything!" "BULLSHIT RON! Your little secret is all over the school you're going to ruin yours and Tillys futures with this shit!" Ron looked confused at that " what are you talking about it's gone up even Tilly says hers has too!" Ron said throwing his hands up Fred could feel his face and ears go red his imagination going wild" s-stop talking lik-e that-t ,mum would-d be ashamed to know-w your talking about a lady-y like that-t." Fred stuttered, shoving Ron into the wall again " owww! Mum already knows about me and Gubby! Gubby writes to her every week about it!" Ron exclaimed " am I the only one that didn't know about this! '' Fred exclaimed looking up at the sky and back at Ron who replied "this isn't that big of a deal, I'm Gonna be done with Gubby by the summer!" " you good for nothing, slug say her name!" Fred pulled back a fist " what the hell is going on!" Hermione wrapped her arms around his arm stopping him from throwing a punch .
"Ron what are you talking about!" George asked taking the arm Hermione was holding and fighting Fred off of Ron with Lee's help across to the other wall . " I'm talking about the private tutoring with Tilly to raise up my grades, you Twatts!why does it matter suddenly!" Ron said rubbing the back of his head glaring at Fred " because I like her and you're snogging her while planning to throw her away like garbage !" Fred yelled, making Ron and Hermione look up " I knew you liked her!" Ron yelled, pointing at him, smiling "what?" Hermione said looking confused, " Ron that's the only thing you heard!" She threw the text book at Ron who looked at her weird before looking at Fred weird " what do you think is happening?" "you're sleeping with Tilly you gitt,everyone knows it !" Ron's face turned into a tomato hand smacking his mouth " Bloody hell! I'm not sleeping with her! who told you that!"
Fred froze the stupid git was telling the truth relief flooded through him sliding down against the wall putting his head between his knees "stay there for a moment," George told Fred who gave him a thumbs up " so you weren't with Gubby last night?" Lee asked Ron " I was," Fred looked up fire in his eyes at Ron " but we were only studying charms then Tilly showed me this pumpkin head charm,we lost track of time and I was almost late to curfew !" Ron put his hands up watching Fred put his head down "nothing else happened!I know when you're lying Ron!" George asked looking Ron in the eyes " we're only friends!"Ron yelped, crossing his arms" that gossip mutated into something else huh fred ." Lee started looking at Fred who was just tired from the roller coaster of emotions" that's terrible ." Hermione said holding herself " wait, they think it's me?!" Ron exclaimed pointing to himself "everyone thinks it might be one of the twins ,I thought it was Fred because he likes her, Fred thought it was you because it wasn't one of them." Lee explained
" and Tilly probably doesn't even know what's happening behind her back," Fred said getting off the ground " I need to tell her she has the right to know." He brushed off the dirt on his pants and tried to walk away but a hand on his shoulder stopped him. Fred turned to see George was the one holding him back "hold on mate,you need to take a minute before you charge in there." "What are you talking about? I can't wait, people are talking shit about Tilly and she has no idea!" Hermione steps in front of him "George is right ,Fred and you need to think about if this will even help her or make things worse!" The three boys stopped for a moment looking at her odd "I just thought he looked like a mad man ." George said Lee and Ron nodding in agreement.
Hermione huffed shaking her head"this isn't difficult!a boy telling a girl that there's a rumor of them having…false relations that everyone believes had actually happened,Tilly might think that you started the rumor Fred and are making fun of her." Fred looked at Hermione like she was crazy "please that's too far it's not even a joke or prank." Hermione crossed her arms raising her eyebrow at Fred 'really this is too far from a prank you would never pull?" George and fred silently looked at each other "ok so sometime our pranks get out of hand,"hermione gave them a look the reminded the twins of their mum sending a shiver down there spines "yes our pranks have not always been the nicest but the people getting pranked deserve it." George replied fred nodding in agreement adding "and anyways I've never let a prank get too close to Tilly once, not even a jellybean." The statement made everyone turn to look at Fred with an odd look even George was shocked.Fred now fully embarrassed nodded his head putting a hand on Ron's shoulder "I lost myself." Fred mumbled looking at Ron who nodded accepting his odd apology Fred tightened his grip on Ron's shoulder " but if you ever talk about women like trash I will kick your ass." Fred whispered in his ear, pulling back smiling at Ron and started jogging out of the alley towards the three broomsticks. "This isn't a good idea fred!come back stupid !" George yelled.
The pub was full of students and visitors. It honestly took Fred a while before he spotted one of Tillys friends at the table,the boy "hey where's Tilly?" Fred asked him the boy set his mug down giving him a glare "what do you want with her?" He asked looking Fred up and down "uh,I need to tell her something?" It was hard for Fred to believe The boy was a year older than him with his short height and young features but somehow he still slightly intimidated him "just tell me and i'll give her your message." The boy gruffed at Fred "why can't you just tell me where she is,so I can tell her myself?" Fred put a hand on the table looking down at the boy who got up barely reaching below Freds chest "because I don't trust you! What are your intentions with my friend huh,going to lead her on, take her to a pig party or are you going to lock her up in an abandoned classroom and do wh-" "Jensen." The hufflepuff prefect had set a hand on his shoulder "can I help you?" The other Slytherin asked "I just want to speak with Tilly." Fred huffed looking at the girl who seemed to be looking into his soul before humming "she's getting a drink." She pointed at the most crowded part of the pub, the slytherin boy squeaking ,and Fred thanked her headed towards the bar.
Squishing and weaving through the crowded bar and looking for Tilly was more difficult then Fred would like to admit, looking around he saw the signature black frizzy curls that were poking out of braids across the pub where posters were put up. Walking closer he saw Tilly was talking to a group of girls facing away from him and at the head of the group was a girl Angelina talked to all the time. He thinks her name is Ambrosia? The group of girls saw Fred getting closer and smiled at him, one of them waving " remember what I told you Gubby." Ambrosia poked Tilly in the shoulder and walked away smiling at him " Hello George." " Hello." Fred smiled back at the Girls
"who would've thought that Tilly was friends with these girls ." He thought walking behind Tilly.She jumped in the air , turning around facing him hiding her hand behind her back, nervously smiling up at him " Fred! Hello!" He couldn't help but smile at her odd behavior " where did George go?" Tilly asked looking around the pub " oh she thought I was him,ambrosia right?" Tilly looked tired at the name " yep that's her, " She brushed lose hairs with a hand.
" uh I need to tell you something….it's been going around school and I thought you needed to know ." She gave him an odd look but nodded her head " let's go somewhere more quiet yeah?" Fred asked ,Tilly hooked her pinky with his, making him blush. Fred walked out the door into another alley with Tilly waving and pointed to where she was going, giving a thumbs up to her friends behind him looking a bit worried "what's going on Fred you're freaking me out a bit ." She smiled looking around the ally.Fred let her pinky go and faced Tilly There's a rumor going around school that involves you and me,I just heard about it myself!" Tilly gave him a look that pushed him on " I wouldn't make this up,you know that right ,This isn't a prank I-" "come on fred spit it out,i trust you." Tilly interrupted him waving a hand at him "there's a rumor going around that yesterday Me or George left the Hufflepuff common rooms after curfew with you watching us leave throwing our jumper at one of us." Tilly raised her eyebrow at that "really that's it,Fred ."
"Well it was uh-hh,inferred-d,said that w-we,no ,uh," Fred was stumbling over his own words moving his hands quicker than ever"Fred!" "People are saying that we slept together and I don't know who started the rumor!" Tilly froze her eyes were huge before she closed them pinching the bridge of her nose "I swear I would never start a rumor like this,I don't even spread rumors!" "But I know who would." Her hand covered her mouth in thought and Fred was surprised he thought she would have a bigger reaction than his but she looked more tired and annoyed than anything else.
"Is this rumor big enough for your parents to hear about it?" She asked him her arms back to being crossed her chest "no I don't think it is." "Good your mom's reaction to the potion makes me fear how she would react to us sleeping together!" She smiled at him without a blush. It was another thing to add to his list of things about her that surprised him."What about your mum,Wouldn't she freak out?" Fred said shoving his hands in his pockets,watching Tilly brush her hair back again shrugging her shoulders"as long as the rumor stays consensual you'll be fine."
That a new one,He knew how his parents would react even if it never happened,they would flip the house upside down especially his mum she would scream and cry about how he wasn't thinking and start comparing him to bill or Charlie .His dad would be cross with him but he would probably just tell him how this has consequences and that he should of waited.Fred leaned against the wall opposite of Tilly who just started at him looking like he had reschedule something instead of a rumor of this magnitude like this.
"you two aren't really that identical you know ." Merlin, she is getting off track,he's hooked. "who? me and my identical twin?" She looked at him, smirking " yeah ,you and George have vastly different wands ,George puts his wand in his front pocket and you put yours in your back pocket ," Fred raised an eyebrow at that " have you been staring at my butt?"
" oh please,you wish ." She laughed and shoving his shoulder " oh now you're hitting me and staring at my butt without even talking me to dinner first ! just because there's a rumor about us doesn't mean I'm easy!" Fred gasped, acting shocked Tilly tilted her head putting both hands on her hips" oh you're easy alright ,easy to tell apart ,Fred, I'm sorry to disappoint you." " If that's all it is I'll just switch wands with George and put it in my pocket,you'll never know the difference." He copied Tilly putting his hands on his hips tilting his head at her with a cheesy smile." You can do that but it won't work," she gave him a cheesy smile "our own mother can't tell us apart so why could you?" He leaned down to her eye level " your nose is smaller than George's and you have a thin scar under your eye." Tilly gently put her hand on his cheek letting her thumb rest under the scar smiling at her observation before their eyes met, it felt like time had stopped as he stared into her huge eyes "thank you Fred,for telling me what's going on," She whispered moving away from him,he already wanted to close the distance between them"I hope this little rumor doesn't ruin our friendship." Fred almost flinched at friend but covered it with a chuckle. He would rather be her friend than nothing"It's gonna take a lot more than that for me to stop bothering you." Tilly smiled covering her laugh "bother me,never! You're my friend Fred." She started walking out of the alley way "See ya later,Friend." Fred said watching her leave.
It was late very late like almost curfew late, that's why it was perfect for Fred and George to set up Pranks for tomorrow with peeves the ghost lending a hand.Nobody will expect it,its genius "He ate the whole thing in one bite. Ron's face was perfect !" George was explaining their prank to Peeves while Fred was trying to make the face Ron made,Peeves high pitch laugh echoed through the halls.George was laughing so hard he almost fell off his broom placing smoke bombs into the crevices of the columns"wait shut up!' Whispered George waving his hand behind him,fred listened to the silence if a pin where to drop it would be heard Peeves floated up into the ceiling and reappearing with a mischievous smile "just a girly sneaking through the halls,looks like a bit of other mischief is afoot." Peeves said rubbing his hands maniacally.The twins looked at each other "wanna see who it is?" "You know me so well." They silently said to one another nodding their head.Fred stayed on foot as George flew ahead of him down the hall looking around the corner them whipping back to Fred "it's your girlfriend!" George said in an odd voice peeves floating down next to him fluttering his eyelashes ,Fred rolled his eyes and looked around the corner to see Tilly disappear around the corner "where would she go sneaking this late?" "Let's find out."
The twins and Peeves sneaked behind Tilly hiding behind pillars and plants.Going outside on the bridge to the west tower until they made it to the owlery where she ran up the stairs "We followed girly just to watch her send a late letter in a smelly shit tower!" Peeves exclaimed spinning in the air punching the air.Fred was a little disappointed he expected something more fun he turned to look at the door they entered through to see the handle start to jiggle "Shit,someone's coming hide." Fred whispered looking frantically for somewhere to hide before he flung himself over the bannister.His feet dangling over the cliff of the black lake he held on tight to the designs in the banister watching the door swing open by Snape who had his wand pointed out looking around like a bloodhound with a book in hand, he must of heard them talking.Snape slowly walked across the bridge his cape blowing in the wind,fred could feel his hands getting slippery with sweat"hurry up and leave already!" Fred thought adjusting his hands, a big gust of wind blew against him making his feet sway in the wind making the smoke bomb in his pocket fall out,with only a quick though fred kicked it to the other side of the bridge. The smoke bomb hit the side of the cliff by the door exploding and making rocks fall in a fit of pink smoke.Snape quickly pointed his wand at the cliff "I know someone is there,come out!" He yelled Fred looked up and saw snapes cloak almost touch him, he could feel something underneath him and looked to see George holding his feet on his broom under him giving him some support."WHAT CHA READING SLIMY SNAPE!" Peeves yelled, stealing Snape's book and floating through the door "get back here immediately!" Snape followed the ghost and disappeared.With a bit of struggling Fred was back on the bridge "bloody hell fred that was mental ,where are you thinking!" "I didn't get to."
The boys waited inside until Tilly came back and followed her to the Quidditch field locker rooms "she doesn't play quidditch,what is she doing." George whispered behind the lockers fred shrugged his shoulders and looked back to Tilly who was facing the full broom cupboard looking deep in thought "which boom ,which broom?" Tilly asked herself aloud.The quidditch players had brought there brooms not knowing that the whole season would been canceled and the only reason why fred and George's broom wasn't locked up was purely because they forgot to lock them up at the beginning of the year.Tilly turned to the Slytherins brooms "oh Draco,thank you so much!" She said taking out her wand unlocking the case and taking out Draco Malfoy's broom,walking past the lockers George and Fred were hiding behind and out the door.The twins ran out and saw Tilly flying off the school grounds "fred you go ,i'll stay here and make sure you two don't get caught ." George handing Fred his broom "and Fred make a move already this is just pitiful." George finished running back to the castle and Fred flipped him off while he got on the broom before shooting through the trees What are you up to Tilly?"
Fred caught up with Tilly easily and stayed high above her.The Village they entered was far past Hogsmead and fred had never been here before especially the sketchy looking pub Tilly stopped at setting down and locking draco's broom among the others.Cars and motorbikes filled the front of this sketchy pub and live music blared out and was even louder when fred entered the pub, men and women dressed in black ripped clothing and leather jackets with more piercing than Fred had ever seen in a person filled the pub talking and drinking."wow I really stick out," fred thought looking at the bright knit sweater his mum made him and when he looked back up Tilly was gone "where did Tilly go now?" He looked over the sea of brightly dyed spiked hair and saw her across the pub at the bar ordering a drink
"blimey she can be fast." Fred started pushing his way through the crowd feeling a sense of déjà vu from this morning,the lights started to dim and on the stage a stocky man with purple spiked hair in too tight of jeans started speaking into some Device that had his voice echoing across the pub"ladies and gentlemen the time that you have been waiting for is here!" The crowds start yelling "I would like to introduce the new growing punk rock band that will shake the ground and your bones BLOOD MOON!"
The people in the pub stood up and yelped and cheered.Fred was getting close to Tilly and he could hear some guy talking to her "hey baby how you and me spend some quality time together." The guy put his hand on her butt "No,get off me!" She pushed his arm off but he wouldn't give up"stop it I said No!" ,with another one of his brilliant quick thoughts pulls Tilly against his chest Tilly shoved her elbow into his stomach in a reaction but Fred held onto it and scowled down at the man "the lady said piss off mate,so piss off." "hey, she's yours? sorry bruv,I didn't know she was taken." The man backed away with his hands up into the crowds.
The men on the stage started saying something but Fred really couldn't care. He just wanted to make sure the creep wouldn't come back"Fred,what are you doing here?" Fred looked down at Tilly smirking at her rubbing where she elbowed"I could ask you the same question ,dear." Tilly looked up at him raising her eyebrows letting her head leaning against his chest.Fred could feel his cheeks heat up and moved his hand off of her "sorry about grabbing you like that I didn't know what to do and that guy was a creep I didn't know what he was going to do and-" " your fine fred.." The music started blaring and the men on stage started singing? "Come on let's sit down!" Tilly easily weaved and avoided the crowds of people with two drinks in her hands and sat down at a table in the front center of the tables.Fred sat next to her catching the drink she slid at him"it's not poisoned,promise ." She yelled slightly over the band smiling at him looking at the band playing "you came all this way for this band?" Fred asked listening to the music,if you could call it that the man was screaming about a crooked government,racism and other English problems.
The people down the stairs where jumping but the people in the center seemed to be kicking the shit out of each other"yeah my brother and my friends from home are in it." She looked back at him taking a sip of her drink "who's your brother?" Fred asked, taking a sip from his cup slightly taken back by how strong it was ,the most he had heard Tilly talk about her home life was hardly brief and only about her mom,who he knew little to none about "the dumb looking one in the Gray tank top." She pointed to the giant brick wall of a man playing a guitar .He was terrifyingly huge,the guitar looked tiny in his massive hands that looked like he could punch through a wall for fun.Fred choking on his drink "THATS YOUR BROTHER !" He didn't mean to yell but Merlin that man was scary Fred looked at the other band mate and they looked equally as intimidating."yep!" Tilly looked at him with the most purest look of joy and pride on her face"My big brother is a punk rocker !"
They sat and listened to the music drinking whatever strong alcohol Tilly had gotten"would she have drunk both of these." Fred thought looking at the alcohol in his cup that was barely dented and at Tillys cup that was almost empty but seemed perfectly fine bobbing her head to the music."There's another thing to add to the list,Tillys a strong drinker." Fred thought as the song ended,Tillys Brother spoke into the device "Thank you ,thank you! This is the last song of the night so let's spread the pit !" His voice was deep and corse that somehow sounded warm.He pushed his hands apart from one another and the crowd split with his hands opening the floor "what is that?" Fred asked Tilly who finished the rest of her drink in one gulp and stood up holding out her pinky to him"come on I'll tell you on the way i love this song ." Fred moved his full drink aside taking her pinky in his letting her pull him down the stairs as she explained
"The pit or mosh pit is somewhere we're avoiding because you're a newbie and will probably punch someone ," she looked back at him and laughed sticking her tongue at him"but it's where you push and shove one another to release aggression and have fun with the music." She stopped at the outer edge of the crowds "so we're staying back here ?" Fred asked "yep but we can do something almost as fun!" She yelled over the crowded yelling and cheering she releasing her hair from the brades letting it lose "and what's that?" Fred asked ,Tilly stood on her tippy toes and ran a hand through his hair "lucky for us your hair is long enough to make head banging fun!" She was so close to Fred he could smell the light mixture of alcohol and her perfume fred blushed "what?" The song started with her brother making inhuman screams and playing the guitar.The song actually sounded good it had a great beat"follow my lead!" Tilly started moving her head front and back to the beat of the music, she looked crazy and her hair moving like a spinner. She stopped pushing her hair back and looked at him with a crazy smile "scared weasley!" Fred taking the challenge repeated what he saw Tilly do. It felt like his brain was jumping in his skull but it was fun in a way He heard Tilly yell and started head banging to the song with him.
The concert ended with his neck hurting and feeling dizzy but he laughed looking at tilly. He thought Tilly had big frizzy hair before now it was three times bigger and random curls were poking out in the mass Frizz"let's go see my brother now." She wiped the sweat off her brow and red cheeks " they don't even know me ,i'll wait by the brooms for you." Fred pointed a thumb back towards the door people were pushing their way out of " oh no you're coming with me,you have to meet them! They'll love you." Tilly jutted her hip out and crossed her arms "Tilly-" "fred ,you saw me head bang and drink an entire full glass of fire whiskey in one night.This will be fine come on." She took Fred's arm and pulled him to the stage where a big man stood covered in tattoos stood "is Auden in?"The man looked at Tilly surprised "the third room on the left with the others." She hugged him quickly and pulled Fred through the backstage to the door where he could hear people talking and laughing while Tilly knocked on the door "I'm telling you Auden I saw Till in the crowd too with some-TILLY!" The man opened the door ,glopped Tilly in a bone crushing hug. Fred was amazed at the man he appeared to be around his brother Bill's age but his hair was a stark gray that was jaggedly cut and stuck up In tuffs.
" I told you I saw her, Auden!" The gray hair man exclaimed, pointing at Tilly in the hug. The giant that Fred was hesitant to meet, the stone cold look on Auden's face melted into a goofy smile running into Tilly picking her up spinning her " I haven't seen you in forever! How did you get here I thought you were at-" Auden's happy questions stopped dropping Tilly down and just as quickly as the goofy smile appeared it was replaced by the stern look that would make Fred's mum look to shame" what are you doing here? How did you get here?" " yeah and who's the green bean?" The gray haired man pointed at Fred who suddenly became self conscious as everyone's eyes turned to him. Auden's face looked more angry and quickly inhaled through his nose" your with a boy and you've been drinking !" " is he one of the boys from the potion? is he your boyfriend!" "BOYFRIEND!''Fred didn't know who to look at but he had to look up at the women who pinched his cheeks. She stood almost a foot taller than Fred and he could bet that not even in her heels she would still be taller than him. Her face had piercings in her cheeks and her hair had split color bangs that were cut into individual spikes framed her excited face still messing with his cheeks"is your hair natural?".Auden looked at Fred with nothing but pure hatred making him squirm " No Fred's not my boyfriend he's my friend and I've only had a glass, I'm fine!" Tilly squeezed out of the hug her brother had her in and ran over to Fred and the giant woman smacking her hand away from his face.
"A glass of fire whiskey,why are you here?" Auden said staring daggers into Fred "Uhhhh-" Fred replied very smartly not knowing if looking away would get him punched "Stop it Auden,I asked Fred to come with me so creeps would leave me alone." Tilly stepped in between Fred and Auden who somehow was brave enough to raise her voice at Auden.He looked like he was about to explode from the comment before the tall woman spoke up" he did pull that creep I was telling you about off your sister,Auden be nice." The women put a hand on Freds shoulders,Auden looked at Fred up and down before looking down at Tilly"When we told you to be smart and stay safe there something going on,where did you get sneak out of school on a school night,go to a shady bar,and take some boy on the adventure with you!This isn't a safe or smart choice. Not only did you threaten your safety but also this boys,I didn't mean that Dad didn't mean that!" The room was silent watching the siblings stare down each other both looking mad "you're gonna snitch on me,come on Auden,I just wanted to see you,I miss you guys!" Tilly looked down at the floor at her shoes.Auden put a hand on Tillys shoulder "I don't know,I miss you too puff but this isn't safe and you know that." Auden huffed,Just looking at him you could tell this was difficult For Auden to do
"Tilly you and that boy need to go back to school immediately ," Tilly pushed off Auden's hands off her shoulder and tried to walk away but he grabbed her wrist and gently pulled her back"I can't lose you puff,i can't do that again.I wish this would be ok,I really do.But this can't happen again."Tilly nodded her head looking away from him.Auden looked up at the others who had a sense of sadness on them."Everyone say your goodbyes." Everyone ran up and hugged Tilly wishing her a goodbye with and without tears.Fred at some point had snuck by the door watching them in confusion in the whole exchange.
Auden followed Tilly and Fred outside to their broomsticks watching Fred unlock both his and hers " Later Buzzkill see you at winter holiday." Tilly rolling her eyes sitting on Draco's broom ,Auden messed with her hair before she scoffed and flew away.Leaving Fred alone with Auden "mess with my sister and I'll cut your hands off, she might trust you but she'll trust anything that doesn't deserve her time." " I won't ." " You better not or else, green bean ." Auden flexed his bludger size muscle at Him nodding his head as he flew into the air catching up with Tilly who immediately started complaining about Auden all the way back to hogwarts.
