"Bye, Shenron!" Goku yelled as he waved.
A Monarch worker saw something on the radar and reported it. "We're detecting a large number of aircraft entering the atmosphere, along with… something huge."
"Frieza and his monster pet," Vegeta put together.
"I can sense them both, and they're extremely strong," Gohan said.
"What is that, dad?" Goten asked.
"Listen boys," Goku said to his sons. "You guys need to be careful out there. Frieza has a monster that can wipe out continents."
"Oh here, take these," Bulma said. "Just in case of an emergency."
Goku took a pair of Potara earrings and a bag of Senzu beans from her.
"Whoa! How'd you get these?!" Goku exclaimed.
"Everyone could sense a disruption in the flow of energy. So did my scanners at Capsule Corp. Even future Trunks could feel it in his timeline. Figured you two would be involved in it somehow. So, I asked Korin and Supreme and Elder Kai to lend you these goodies in case you needed them in a fight. Then, Shenron brought us here."
"Wow, thanks!" Goku said while stashing the precious items in his gi. "By the way, any idea for us to return home, Bulma?"
"Well, I'm not sure, but from what I've seen and heard already, there has been a disruption with the center of the Earth. Perhaps that somehow interfered with the flow of space-time continuum."
"What? That sounds super confusing," Goku said, scratching his head.
"Well, it's not like I'm expecting you to understand. Just beat Frieza and his beast already, would you?"
"Got it! Thanks, Bulma!"
Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks and future Trunks flew upwards and out of the facility. As they overlooked the city from the top of Mount Fuji, they saw Godzilla rising out of the sea, as well as Kong being airlifted by Monarch choppers.
"Whoa, what are those things?" Trunks asked.
"They're huge!" his future counterpart followed.
"They're on our side, no need to worry," Goku answered with confidence.
Behind them, an elevator opened. Out stepped Nathan, Ilene, Madison, Jia, Josh and Bernie.
"What are you doing here? You'll only get in the way," Vegeta said.
"No way am I missing out on this," Madison said.
"Plus, this is a good time to conduct more of my research," Ilene said.
Jia signed, hoping that both Godzilla and Kong would be okay. Ilene reassured her.
"Well, let's see if Kong and Godzilla can get along this time," Nathan said.
"I can't wait to see how much stronger Frieza got," Goku said while cracking his knuckles.
"Remember, this is on you, since you decided to bring him back after the Tournament of Power," Vegeta said.
"Speak of the devil," Bernie said. "I always knew aliens were real."
Frieza emerged and descended from his spaceship. As he transformed into his golden form, he radiated a yellow aura that could be seen for miles. From his fingers were giant chains that were linked to Ghidorah's wings and heads.
Speaking of Ghidorah, everyone gasped at the sight of the new Ghidorah. He was still a large, three-headed golden dragon, but was now part machine. His wings, chest, tails and center head were all cybernetic.
"What happened to Monster Zero?" Madison asked in horror.
"Seems that this Frieza reconstructed it into a cyborg," Ilene said.
"At one time, Frieza rebuilt himself as part-machine, but this is on a whole other level!" future Trunks said.
"Nothing to worry about!" Trunks said. "Just a three-headed hunk of junk! Right, Goten?"
Goten turned and nodded his head, just as confident.
"Let's go," Goku said. He, Vegeta and their sons descended the mountain. Godzilla and Kong were also waiting for their chance to fight Mecha-Ghidorah, seemingly having put their differences aside for now.
"Instead of fighting the monster, we'll take on Frieza," Vegeta said. "Don't want to get in the middle of them fighting."
"Smart idea, father," future Trunks said, holding onto his sword.
"Why do we have to fight Frieza?" Trunks whined. "Goten and I could kick their butts now!"
"Silence, Trunks!" Vegeta said strictly. "And use your head!"
Frustrated, both Trunks and Goten flew away before their fathers could catch them.
"Boys, wait!" Goku called out, but they were already speeding towards Mecha-Ghidorah and Frieza.
Both boys nodded their heads before stretching their arms outward, Trunks to the right, Goten to the left.
"Fu…Sion…HA!" both boys said at the same time as they placed their index fingers together. A bright light engulfed them, and when it died away, they had fused into one singular person.
"Ta-da! Nothing to fear, 'cause Gotenks is here!" Gotenks then transformed into a Super Saiyan. This caught the attention of Frieza and Mecha-Ghidorah. Even both Kong and Godzilla both caught a glimpse of the fusion youngster.
"Prepare to be toast, scrap dragon!" Gotenks proclaimed, waving his finger at Mecha-Ghidorah. "Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack!"
Using his breath, four ghostly versions of Gotenks manifested before him. They then attacked, charging and exploding against Mecha-Ghidorah's metallic chest.
Unfazed, the center Ghidorah head roared to the right head, which fired a hot electric breath at Gotenks. The attack was strong enough to push Gotenks into a building, causing the boys to defuse.
"Trunks! Get the boys back to the facility," Goku said. "Then come back. We may need all hands on deck."
"Right, got it," future Trunks replied. He soared towards Goten and Trunks, who were groaning in pain, while Mecha-Ghidorah was distracted. Grabbing them, he soared back up the mountain, where everyone was observing and placed Goten and kid Trunks down.
"Please watch over them," he said before flying back down to Goku and Vegeta.
"Now, we can go all out," Goku said while making a fist.
