Wolf was moping around outside when Granny came by, not being able to see in the dark.
"Watch out, Granny!" Wolf said as he moved her out of the way of a rock. "What are you doing?" he said. "Well, I've decided to go without you, Wolfie." she said. "You're too tired to come with me." "But you won't be able to see without me." Wolf said. "Just use a flashlight or something." "I can't. Twitchy broke them all." Granny said. "Oh Twitchy." Wolf said. "Don't worry, sugar pop. I'll be fine." Granny said. But she kept tripping & slipping that Wolf had to help her.
"Oh dear, Granny. I have to go with you." Wolf said. "Alright. Fine." Granny said.
They went on with their adventure, but not for long as Wolf finally fell asleep. "Oh dear, Wolfie." Granny said as she tried to wake Wolf up. But then she got sleepy too. "Oh well." she said to herself. "I guess I can get something else for Red."
They both fell asleep. The goat came by and said "Aw, how nice." as he sang them to sleep.
(Rock-A-Bye Wolfie)
Rock-a-bye wolfie
On the tree top.
When the wind blows,
The cradle will rock.
When the bough breaks
The cradle will fall
And down will come wolfie
Cradle and all.
Cradle and all.
