Abhijeet, after getting fresh, had just returned from the bathroom when turned towards the room's opened door, listening to the door knock to find Sunil coming inside and…

Sunil said pleasantly as: Mujhy lgga k kahin Goa jany k drr sy tum dobara room mein bnd na ho gaye ho tou lainy aa gaya…

Abhijeet asked in disappointed smile as: Main pehly kb bnd hua tha room mein…?

Sunil while sitting on his bed replied in relaxed tone as: Js rooz aaye thy yahan, uss rooz bhi tou dinner kerny sy mnna ker dia tha… (And without giving the latter any chance to present his stand, he continued thoughtfully as…) Wasey mujhy lgta hai Abhijeet k tum jb bhi preshan hoty ho gy tou apni sb preshani masoom khany py nikalty ho gy… (Abhijeet could just give him an offended look because of again not getting any chance to voice his protest seeing Sunil was already continued as…) Wasey yeh cheez mairy aur tum mein same hai…

Abhijeet looked at Sunil in real disbelief as he was ready to even bet his life that Sunil was not a kind of person who could ever skip a meal, let alone because of tension, if he could ever get that much depressed first of course…

While seeing him sitting there looking speechless…

Sunil winked at him mischievously with: Stress eating my dear, stress eating…

And a little loud laugh escaped from the latter's mouth listening to that and…

Abhijeet still shaking his head disappointedly replied as: Tum bilkul pagal ho Sunil…

Sunil replied carelessly as: Well, welcome in the list boy…

Abhijeet looked at him confusingly with: What list…?

Sunil looked at him in fake shock with: Now you really didn't think that you are the only one who thinks so…?

It took the latter few moments to finally get what he was saying and…

Abhijeet letting out an exasperated breath, nodded to the latter with: Right, there is a whole list of people who thinks you are a real piece of work…

Sunil nodded proudly with: See, now we are getting there… (And their conversation interrupted with Sunil's attention shifted towards the lobby seeing Daya headed towards downstairs and Sunil hurriedly stopped him with…) Oye Daya…! (Daya, stopping in his track looked around when seeing him in Abhijeet's room, he left towards there and stopping at the door step with head nod asked as "What…?" and Sunil, while trying to sound as much sweet as he could, asked him as…) Ager apni packing ker li hai tou mairi bhi ker doo na please… (Daya just gave him a teasing smile like "Why not…!" and before he could head back towards downstairs, Sunil added in blackmailing tone as…) C'mon yar, bhai nahin ho phir mairy, ker doo na please… (Daya gave him a piercing look, receiving puppy-dog eyes in return with…) Pleeease…

Daya giving him a real annoyed look, left from there shaking his head in frustration-filled-disappointment while there was a big winning smile on Sunil's face now, when feeling proud on himself he turned his gaze towards Abhijeet, expecting some praise to get a highly disappointed look in return and…

Sunil asked in fake innocence as: What…?

Abhijeet shook his head teasingly with: Apart from how lazy you are, nothing… (Sunil just made a face in reply while Abhijeet asked in same disappointed tone as…) Tum sy apna aik bag bhi pack nahin hota Sunil…?

Sunil shrugged carelessly as: Dil nahin ker raha tha maira, wasey bhi hum dono tou yahan hain, tou neechy ja k bhi uss ny bore hi hona tha, achha hai ab busy ho gaya… (And he stood up with…) Khair, main tumhary liye bhi bag ly k aata hoon… (Already headed towards the door, added as…) Tum bhi packing ker lo apni… (Stopping at the door, turned towards him with…) Convince tou tumhien main ny ker hi lia hai…

And winking at him, he left from there while Abhijeet just shook his head, still having a disappointed smile on his face and left towards the almirah…

Sunil's Room…

On the other side, Sunil entered in his room to find Daya had almost finished packing his bag and too had turned his gaze towards him while…

Sunil already headed towards his almirah, told him as: Abhijeet k liye travelling bag lainy aaya hoon ta k woh bhi packing ker ly apni… (And soon returning in the room while grabbing a travelling bag, he left towards him and sat on the bed, when hoping to get some praise this time, he told him little excitedly as…) Phir sootu-joridar, maanty ho na mujhy, mnna lia main ny Abhijeet ko sath aany k liye… (Completed proudly as…) Because guess what, I am awesome and I can't help it…

And Daya's beaming face and broad smile were already telling his happiness level and his big excited nod just sealed it and seeing the kids were completely fine and happy now…

Malay told them as: Chalo theek hai, bs yehi sb bttany k liye bulaya tha aap dono ko, aa jao ab bahir chalien… (And he too stood up adding as…) Main bhi wapis office jaon iss sy pehly k office sy calls aana shuru ho jaien…

And soon he left the study, followed by both kids…

Returning in the lounge, kids had switched on the TV and started enjoying the cartoons… When soon returning from his room while grabbing a file folder Malay joined them there and…

Malay while grabbing his office bag and placing the file in it, told the two as: Chalo bhae bchcho, dinner py milty hain phir…

Sunil hurriedly stopping him, asked confusingly as: Baba aap ny Maa ko tou btaya hi nahin k hum ny nahin jana aaj…?

And winking at the two, he left from there, bidding bye to the kids…

When after seeing off their father, the kids, understanding well what Malay had suggested them, shared a bechara look and inhaling deeply in their effort to encourage themselves, they switched off the TV and left towards the dining hall to clean the table, in their effort to help their mother or to improve their impressions, only they knew…

Kitchen…

Returning downstairs, Aarti was headed towards the dining-hall when confusingly changed her track towards the kitchen, listening to some faint voices coming from there, to find both kids were trying their best to wash the utensils…

Hurriedly moving forward…

Aarti asked them in worry-filled-disappointment as: Yeh aap dono brrtn dho rahy ho ya kitchen mein naha rahy ho…?

Sunil trying to sound happy replied as: Brrtn dho rahy hain Maa, hum ny socha aap ki help kerwa dien thori si…

Aarti while turning off the water-tap snubbed them lightly as: Mairi help baad mein kerwana aap dono, pehly ja k kapry change kro dono, sarey kapry geely ker liye hain aap dono ny, aprons ks liye rakhy hain kitchen mein…? The two poor souls hurried out from the kitchen, seeing their attempt to enter in their mother's good-books backfired on them…

Soon, now dressed in dry clothes they returned in the kitchen again, to find Aarti was busy in washing the utensils…

Both kids exchanged a glance and then deciding to try again…

Sunil clearing his throat, told her as: Maa hum log aa gaye hain kapry change ker k, ab humien koe kaam btaien please…?

Aarti glanced over them little doubtfully with: Yeh aap dono ko aaj baithy bithaye mairi help kerwany ka khayal kahan sy aa gaya hai, hmm…?

Sunil replied grumpily as: Maa yeh ghalat baat hai, hum aap ki help nahin kerwaty kya ghar k kaamon mein…?

Aarti just shook her head disappointedly with: Achha theek hai, abhi aap log jao aur ja k khailo, koe kaam hua tou main btta dun gi…

The kids killing their happiness and desire to run far far away from there determinedly kept standing there and…

Sunil asked with great determination as: Nahin Maa, hum ny nahin khailna, bs aap humien koe kaam btaien please…?

Aarti having serious doubts now, completely turned towards her kids and seeing their mother's scanning gaze fixed on themselves, the kids were now looking everywhere but at her…

When nodding to herself…

Aarti told the two in relaxed tone as: Theek hai bhae, ager aap dono ka itna hi dil ker raha hai mairi help kerwany ka tou cabinet sy aik aik bowl nikalo aur… (Signalling towards the kitchen table, completed as…) wahan baith jao, main bttati hoon kaam aap ko…

The kids hurriedly obeyed her, in their hearts feeling relieved that they were taken off from washing the utensils…

While Aarti left towards the refrigerator and soon returned to the kids, grabbing a medium sized basket full with unpeeled peas and placed that on the kitchen table, instantly turning kids' happy smiles into annoying frowns, knowing what coming in their way and…

Aarti hiding her smile asked them in fake confusion as: Kya hua, ab aap dono ny Maa ki help nahin kerwani kya…? (The kids managing forced smiles on their faces nodded to her and Aarti trying her best to sound sweet and polite completed as…) Bohut pyary bchchy hain mairy, chalo jaldi sy shuru ho jao ab dono, puri basket hai, all the best…

And she left towards the kitchen sink hiding her chuckle where the kids exchanging a helpless glance somehow started peeling the peas, hoping their sacrifices and efforts would soon give them their desired reward…

Where on the other side, Aarti was easily sensing that that all was due to some hidden agenda of the kids… She glanced over the kids to find them busy in peeling peas now, hence shaking her head in disappointed smile, she too got busy in washing the utensils again, deciding to wait patiently for the kids' real motive to be revealed and till then, enjoy the situation and take some benefit from it…

When feeling that they could really use another pair of hands to help increase their speed of finishing that basket…

Sunil trying to sound casual, asked as: Maa, Abhijeet kahan hai…?

Aarti, knowing the real intentions behind that query, smiled disappointedly with: Woh soo gaya hai medicines ly k…

Sunil sighed internally with: Oh… (And jerking his head while compromising with the situation, added as…) Achha woh Baba ny kaha tha aap ko btta dun k woh late ho rahy thy iss liye woh office chaly gaye hain, aap ko call krien gy office sy Baba…

Aarti, who had just finished washing utensils, nodded with: A-haan, theek hai, thank you… (And wiping off her hands with the kitchen towel, she too joined the kids on the kitchen table with…) Chalo, main bhi help kerwati hoon aap dono ki… (Looked towards the two in sweet-mischievous smile with…) Don't worry aap dono k numbers nahin kttien gy iss baat sy…

The kids just gave her sheepish smiles in return, internally feeling relieved with her joining them and the three remained busy there, having light chit-chats…

Evening was slowly spreading around and all three kids with Aarti could be seen sitting in the lounge, enjoying fresh juice while watching the repeat telecast of a singing show when…

Aarti, who had talked with Malay some minutes back and knew that he had already talked with the kids, said in casual tone as: Achha bchchon, Malay ki call aai thi office sy, woh keh rahy thy aap log aaj Goa nahin ja skko gy… (And before Sunil could open his mouth to say something, she gave him the typical hard look, mothers use to ask their kids to keep silence, turning the latter quiet instantly when because of Abhijeet's sensitive nature, she continued in the same casual tone…) Malay ko kuchh kaam hai yahan iss liye program postpone ho gaya hai kuchh din k liye, theek hai…?

Sunil getting the query the green signal to speak, nodded understandably with: Jee Maa…

And other two kids also nodded understandably when nodding them back in soft smile…

Aarti stood up with: Chalo ab aap log baith k TV daikho, main dinner ki taiyari daikh lun…

And she left from there while the kids continued enjoying the show…

At night, after having dinner, Malay took the kids to a book store so that Sunil and Daya could buy all their necessary things and for Abhijeet to have some outing…

Malay turned towards the kids with: Sunil, Daya, jo bhi cheezien laini hoon, aaj hi ly laina please, baar baar nahin aa skien gy hum… (The kids nodding him in assurance left from there, when turning towards Abhijeet, Malay told him in soft smile as…) Abhijeet, baita uss side py magazines aur novels k sections hain, main ny daikha hai aap ko reading ka shoq hai, aap bhi jao bchchy aur jo bhi kuchh achha lgta hai, ly lo please, aur ager aap ki cheezien Daya ya Sunil ki cheezon sy kmm huien tou main aap sy naraz ho jaon ga, samjhy…? And he patted his shoulder encouragingly and feeling his reluctance could hurt the latter's affection and love, Abhijeet owning it, soon left from there, bringing a beautiful smile on Malay's face, who too left towards the section of novels in the hope to find something of his interest…
