Weiss is a main character so yes her father will make an apprentice later in the story.

Chapter 4 Team Building
Soon after they are done studying for the day Ruby brings up the idea of team attacks.
"Team attacks?" Anna asks.
"Yeah, attacks that use two or more of our sembleces in one move. Me and Weiss have one. It is where Weiss puts a glyph in front of my sniper and I fire it for different effects. Mostly ice, it is called Ice Flower." Ruby explains.
"Oh I like that, I want to get started right away." Anna is excited, maybe a bit too much.
"Anna calm down. We need to train together more before we can think about something like that. And there will time for you and I to work on one later." Elsa brings some reality to the conversion.
"Fine, be that way. Don't ask me why but that reminds me. What are each of us really good at? Like I'm really good at history and I know that Elsa is really good at Grim anatomy. What are you guys good at, for studying of course, so we can help each other out?" Anna says.
"Okay, I, to no one's surprise, am very good with just about anything to do with Dust. If there is any problem that you have with, I can help," Weiss says.
"I am really good with weapon maintenance. So I can help with cleaning, repairing and can even teach you how to do it yourself. Yes, it is very important and I can and will go on about it, just ask Weiss." Weiss shudders a bit at Ruby's words. Ruby notices this and smirks, "You know you love me?"
"Yeah I do, just please if you are going to do that again, please do it when I am not around." Weiss almost begs.
"Do what again?" Elsa asks.
"One time Yang asks, what the point of doing more than basic weapon maintenance is? And Ruby here went on for about an hour about how Yang was wrong and why doing more is very important. I was forced to sit in on that as well. Ruby would not let either of us leave till we both understood. I was not sure what I did but, at this point I was not going to argue with her. I just went along with it, one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Yes it was important and yes Ruby was right but, an hour was a bit too much," Weiss explains what had happened way back when.
Both Elsa and Anna staring wide eyed at Ruby. She looks unashamed about what she had done. "What? If you don't want to go through the same thing Weiss and Yang went though I would suggest taking your weapon maintenance seriously. Now it does not have to be the level of what I do. I can do that for you if you have other things to do, do not worry I would enjoy it anyway," Ruby told them.
"I would just listen to her, it is better for everyone if you do. Now that is done, Elsa I think you will be of great help if Port is going to be like this for the rest of the four years here. I know Ruby and I have the basis of Grim anatomy done but the more advanced parts I am sure we made need some help on that end. And while I have no real problems with history Ruby has some trouble with remembering everything. If you have anyway to help with that, I am sure she will be grateful." Weiss says.
"Wow never thought I would see the day that a Schnee would ask for help. Here I thought that you were all perfect in every way. And asking for help was beneath you. Anna, we are in rare company here. Best make the most of it, never know when it will happen again." Elsa mocks.
Weiss puts a hand over her chest in fake offense, "How dare you? One as low as you address me in such a manner. My father will hear of this and you will never again work anywhere but the lowest of low places to work. You have no clue who you are talking to."
For a moment there was silence, then the room was filled with laughter. Elsa surprisingly was laughing the hardest out of all of them. "For a Schnee you are not too bad." Elsa says though the tail end of her laughter.
"For a stuck up ice queen you are not to bad yourself." Weiss says though a fit of giggles.
A month passes and Team Rosewood has an easy overall time of school. Each has their ups and downs when it comes to certain subjects but they have each other's backs. One day while they are all in the cafeteria they see a rabbit faunus being bullied by Team Cardinal.
"How disgusting, how can anyone be like that?" Pyrrha comments but does nothing to stop it.
"It is just the way things are. Some people are just prejudiced pieces of shit," Blake says.
"Yeah it is, wait where is Weiss going?" Juane asks
With a voice loud enough for the whole cafeteria to hear, "For people that got into one of the if not the greatest school to produce hunters and huntress, you four are acting like some of the biggest racists out there. I did not know we were back in Atlas. Funny that no matter where one goes there will always be pieces of shit, like you four," Weiss states.
Cardin looks down at Weiss, "I know who you are. You don't have any room to talk Schnee. Your family has done so much worse than anything I have or will do. I would suggest you take a few steps back. On second thought how about you keep me company for tonight and I can overlook what you said earlier."
Before he can react he is sent flying from a glyph that Weiss makes appear from beneath him. The rest of the team is about to go after Weiss when they too were sent across the room but not by Weiss. Ruby showed up during the contention and is behind Team Cardinal.
"That will never not be satisfying," Weiss looks at the rabbit fanus, "Are you okay Miss…"
"Velvet, not to sound ungrateful but why would you help someone like me?" Velvet asks, a bit nervous.
"Is it because I am a Schnee or that you are faunus? It matters not, you seemed in need of help and I was not going to stand around and let it happen. And for the record I am not my father and never will be. Would you like to join us for lunch Velvet?" Weiss asks.
"Yeah sure and I never got your name just your last one." Velvet agrees.
"Sorry about that, my name is Weiss and my better half over there is Ruby." Weiss explains.
"Aw, Weiss, you know you are the better half in my eyes. But yeah I am Ruby Rose, this one's girlfriend," Ruby jokes.
Soon after Velvet is welcomed into the group.
Later that day it is time for combat class. This time Goodwitch selects a student at random and are given the choice on who they will face. The program is run and it selects Ruby.
When she walks up to the area where she would be fighting.
She turns around and looks at everyone who she could fight. Ruby then smiles and says, "The person that I will be fighting against will be Pyrrha Nikos."
Almost everyone's jaws hit the floor. Weiss and Yang are laughing at their expressions. Goodwitch just looks at Pyrrha, "Well you heard her, get down here and get ready for a fight. And Ruby."
"Yes professor?" Ruby asks with fake innocents.
"You know what. Now fighters take your positions. This will be like any other fight. First one to take their opponent's aura down to the red or knock them out of the ring wins. That means no dismemberment or anything else along the lines. Now that is over the fight will begin after the buzzer goes off." Goodwitch walks off the arena and a thirty second timer starts.
Both Ruby and Pyrhha get in their fighting stances. Looking at each other with respect, ready to react to see who makes the first move. The buzzer goes off and Ruby is the first one to make a move. Using her semblance she shoots into the air as soon. As she gets high enough, she starts firing her sniper all around Pyrrha forming small glaciers around her.
"Ah I see she got that down perfectly," Weiss looks happy as she sees what Ruby just did.
"Yeah, it took a bit of time but Rubes got it right and now she can do it anytime she wants. It is a strong opener, I wonder how Pyrrha will deal with this?" Yang questions.
Anna and Elsa both look confused at this. "What do you mean that?" Anna asks.
"Don't worry you will see soon enough." Yang tells her.
Pyrrha looks unperturbed at this and rushes Ruby down. Using her shield and spear to try and overwhelm her. She has done it before when dealing with opponents that are faster than she is. What Pyrrha does not expect is for Ruby to parry each and every blow that was thrown at her. Pyrrha backs off, shocked that she was able to do that.
"What surprised you was that someone was able to keep up with you. Even with you using your semblance. Before you ask, yes I know what it is. That attack that you just did confirmed it for me. I thought something was weird with how you fought during the initiation. Most would chalk it up to skill, but I knew better. So how are you going to do this now that I know your secret?" Ruby smirks
Pyrrha does not answer and goes back to her tried and trued method of using her semblance to attack from different angles. Throwing her shield to sacrifice defence for more offence and using the walls to bounce it and she attacks with her sword form of her weapon. Ruby backs up and using her semblance at full force hits Pyrrha, sends her flying into one of the glaciers breaking it and filling her full of electricity.
"That is what we mean. Each one has some dust in it that when broken will do different things. That one was electricity. Others can be wind, fire and yes ice. Ruby has control over half the arena and she knows which one is which. She can play the fight how she wants it. It can go as fast or as slow as she wants. The fight is now over, it is only a matter of time." Weiss smiles, full of pride for her girlfriend.
"Wow, that is kinda unfair that she can do that," Anna says.
"Maybe, but all is fair in a fight like this." Elsa says, with a look of surprise on her face. Just like Pyrrha she underestimates Ruby. She is much smarter than Elsa gave her credit for.
"So what is Pyrrha semblance? Ruby did not say it out loud. Now she has me curious about what it is." Anna wonders.
"She did not say it because it would be rude to do so. Pyrrha does not want others to know. Ruby sees that and will not do that to her." Weiss explains.
Pyrrha gets back up and looks at Ruby, realizes that she has lost. But choosing to not give up Pyrrha runs back at her. Ruby, seeing this just rolls her eyes and activates her semblance. She rushes past her at a speed that seems impossible. Ruby stops right before the glaciers and what could only be described as a sideways tornado. Pyrrha, looking at Ruby, does not see it and gets caught up in it. This sends her flying out of the area and Ruby wins the fight. Ruby did not get hit once during this whole time.
Just about everyone reacts in sheer shock. Pyrrha had never lost before. There is also the fact that she lost so badly, people were just as shocked by.
"The fight is over. Do both of you understand where you went wrong and/or right?" Goodwitch asks Ruby and Pyrrha.
"Yes. professor." Both of them respond.
"Alright, go back to your spots. Now for the next fight." Goodwitch starts.
It goes like this for the rest of the time in class. Rosewood won every fight that they were in. Cardin thought he could take Weiss on a one versus one and well that went as well as one could expect. He did not last thirty seconds. Anna and Elsa won their fights just as quickly. The class ended and at this point Rosewood and Bayshore are on top of the class. Both teams won all four of their fights.
The day ended after that, for Rosewood. They go back to their dorm to relax before they get dinner and finish any studying that they need to do.
Around two months have passed since the school year started. One day Ruby looks at Weiss and says, "Hey I think it is time to tell them."
"You mean about… " Weiss trials off.
"Yes, about that." Ruby confirms.
"What are you two talking about?" Elsa asks
"Well there is something that Weiss and I have been keeping away from you two. I want to apologize for that. But, I wanted to be sure I knew I could trust you, both of you. It is nothing bad of course but it is big." Ruby starts to ramble a bit.
Elsa rolls her eyes, "Just spill it Ruby. I will not judge you and I know Anna will not either." Anna nods her head in confirmation.
Luckily they are in the dorm. Ruby releases a breath she had not known she was holding. Ruby then lowers her hood and lets her tail out. Anna and Elsa's eyes widen at what they see. Ruby was a faunas.
"Ruby you're a faunas. Why did you hide this from us for so long? You know us, we would not have judged you. This does not change a thing. I hope you know this," Anna says.
"Agreed, nothing will change. You are still our leader and weapon lover that we have come to trust, but like Anna asked, why would you keep this from us?" Elsa asks.
"Well there is a story behind that I rather not go into right now. The overview is that I have been a target for racists just because I am a faunas. I was scared about how you would react to this. Do you understand why Weiss gets pissed when she gets compared to her father now? She could not be any different to him if she tried." Ruby explains.
"Ah with you two dating, that does explain a lot. Alright I get it. I feel like I should apologize again but, knowing you two, I would just get slapped upside the head." Elsa laughs at that. She has been on the receiving end of that a few times already.
"Damn right. Glad to know you're learning." Weiss grins.
Anna looks at Elsa with a knowing look. "Hey, I think with Ruby telling us about her secret, it is only fair that we tell them about ours,"
Elsa looks at Anna with concern, "Are you sure, you are ready for that? I know I am but I know how you are about this."
"Yeah,I am sure." Anna turns to Weiss and Ruby, "Please let me finish everything before you ask any questions, okay?"
"Of course, and if you really are not ready to tell us, do not feel forced to just because Ruby shared something. We would never expect that of you." Weiss explains.
"Okay, as you know, Elsa and I do not have parents, and it was just us two for most of our life. Well about two years ago, we found out that both of us are lesbians. And about a month after, we wanted to experiment to see just how real that was. We only had each other so we, for a lack of a better word, used each other. We ended up together about a few weeks later, and we have been together ever since. Yes, we are sisters and yes we are dating." Anna looks scared about what Ruby and Weiss would say to that.
Ruby and Weiss share a silent conversation between them. Ruby is the first one to speak up. "There is nothing wrong with that. You know. Here in Vale it is legal to get married. So there is no problem on that side. I will not judge you for this either. I am a female faunus who is dating a Schnee, so it is not like I can say much. I know Wiess feels the same. So you have nothing to worry about from us."
"Hold on, how did neither one of us know about this? And how did you know about this Ruby?" Elsa asks.
"Well learning about different laws is a bit of a hobby of mine. I like to keep informed about what I can and cannot do. I found out about that law a year or two ago. I found it interesting, but did not think it would be useful. Looks like I was wrong, and I am glad that I was. I am able to help you two in some way. Even if it helps put your minds at ease that you are not doing anything illegal, at least here in Vale." Ruby explains.
Anna looks at Weiss, "You have been quiet this whole time. Is everything okay?"
"Yes, everything is fine. Ruby said all that needed to be said. This changes nothing, well except for one thing." Weiss smirks.
"And what is that?" Anna looks a bit nervous.
"We can go on double dates, that is what." Weiss smiles.
Ruby shakes her head, "You and double dates Weiss." Anna and Elsa look confused at that. "She had always wanted to do a double date, but with Yang being single all the time we never could. And now that we know that you two are dating, it will be expected that we go on one at some point in the near future. I am just warning you guys ahead of time. And Weiss don't give me that look, I love you but you know it's true."
"What is your point Ruby?"
"I don't have one love, just pointing out a fact." Ruby smirks.
Weiss just scoffs playfully, "I feel like you are mocking me." She puts the back of her hand to her forehead in a dramatic fashion.
Ruby rolls her eyes, "And I have been told that I'm dramatic. Anyway I still stand by what I said earlier this does not change a thing. The only thing that we need to work on is if any of us need to use the dorm for private matters with their chosen partner. It does not have to be now of course but at some point we do need to talk about it. I rather not walk in on you too having fun. I rather not be scarred and yes, that goes for Weiss and I."
"Well that is fair, and yeah I rather not see either one of you in less clothes than now, no offence. There is only one person I want to see like that." Elsa says.
"I say it is time to go get food, what do you say guys?" Weiss asks.
Everyone agrees and they go and get Dinner. Soon after they finish studying and call it for the day.
Well that is it for chapter three. For all of you saying stop making Elsa a brat, did you forget how Weiss acted in canon at first? Elsa is not acting too differently so let it go and let her character grow. And as for that one guess that just keeps adding things to Elsa in the comments, it is getting on my nerves and all will show in time. Till next time.
