A little while later, Luz was knocking on the Blight family's door which she was able to find after talking with Willow.
"Luz, what are you doing here?" asked Ed as he and Em answered the door together.
"I was hoping to talk to Amity, is she in?" asked Luz.
"She's up in her room, and you're in luck as our parents aren't home right now," said Em as they made room to let her in. Up in Amity's room, the witch was lying in her bed, hurt leg elevated by a tower of pillows.
"Hey Mittens, you have a visitor," said Em as she poked her head into the room.
"If it's Boscha then tell her to leave," said Amity.
"It's not her but a girl with round ears," said Em as she opened the door, allowing Luz to enter Amity's room.
"Luz, wha… what are you doing here?!" asked a surprised Amity.
"King told me about what he said to you," said Luz who was nervous now that she was standing before the young witch.
"Hang on," said Amity as she noticed the door was cracked open. She then used magic to close and soundproof it and the rest of the room.
"And it's okay, I understand there aren't a lot of girls who like other girls, plus that's probably something that humans don't know about anyway," she said with a saddened expression.
"Amity, King had no clue about what he was talking about, I like boys and girls," said Luz while sitting down on the edge of the witch's bed.
"You… you do?" asked Amity who was blushing.
"Yes, it's one of the other reasons I was made fun of back in the human world other than me being weird," said Luz.
"Do people not accept that there?" asked a shocked Amity.
"People who like others of the same gender are called gay on my world, and a lot of people look down on us because we're different, in my world the reasons to do that are far more than even the Isles have," said Luz.
"But I just wanted to let you know that I do like girls, and I actually like you too," said Luz as she gave the witch sitting next to her a nervous smile.
"Wait, did King and the others tell you that I…?" asked Amity before she grew too nervous to talk any further.
"Actually, I woke up when you were talking about it but was too stunned to move," said Luz which made Amity go even redder in the face with an embarrassed expression.
"Um, what do we do now?" asked Amity after a few minutes of silence had fallen on them.
"How about this?" asked Luz as she moved in and kissed the witch, who after her initial shock kissed back.
"If this is a dream then I don't want to wake up," thought the two.
