ON HOLD It all starts with a mysterious lady, who is later known to have connections with several past members of Team Gibbs, as well as some supernatural beings….

4. More than a family member

"No, ", admitted Gibbs, releasing a reluctant sigh, " You do what you have to do, for family."

"Yes.", agreed Ana, with unshed tears in her eyes, "Family is always and forever."

"Always and forever?" ,quizzed Gibbs.

"Eh, just something my god-daughter's family says." ,replied Ana.

"It's poetic." ,commented Gibbs.

"It's true," ,rebuked Ana. Sadly, she added, "I considered Kate my family too, even though we were not blood."

"Me too Ana, me too." uttered Gibbs tiredly, immediately knowing he should have not, as after he was subjected to intense scrutiny by the British spy.

Scoffing, Ana accused, "You definitely thought of her as more than a family member, unless you thought of her as your wife..."

"Ana!..." , warned Gibbs threatenly.

"You know it's true Jet." ,teased Ana.

"No...just no." , denied Gibbs, flipping the switch, resuming the elevator.

"So dramatic." , smirked Ana.

Rolling his eyes, Leroy Jethro Gibbs stepped out of the elevator, ignoring his former one night stand's frustrated comment of : "We call these bloody things lifts you know, in polite society, not g-d damn elevators!"
