AG732:Ok so first of all let's list of the issues one by one 1. Cringy intro 2. Minato's uncaring attitude 3. Someone accompanying Naruto to the mission 4. "Need in village" plot armour 5. Kakashi being scared (If I missed something please let me know) 1. Ok I wanted the the intro to be a little cringy and cliche because as much as they repulse you they just have something about them that catches the reader's attention so it was gamble making it cringy to attract more audience. ( If it was to much please let me know I will try to not over do it the next as it becomes unbearable to read I know that fealling) 2. As for Minato's Uncaring forced attitude I was going towards a more tobirama like approach towards Minato like in blackwolf501 7 swordsman and still I belive if you can't control your emotions and make logical desicion under pressure you aren't fit to become the Hokage let alone be jailed as the greatest of them all the Hokage puts the villages needs before his 3. As for Minato going to retrieve his son himself or Jiraya accompanying him. Naruto was a shinobi since he was 5 and in the anbu at the age of 7 if someone has that kind of talent you tend to want them at your side so there Naruto and Minato are pretty close there relationship is going to be explained as we go forward in the story (if I would tell you the reason right now it would spoil the story) but trust me Minato has a good reason to trust him 4. As I was saying the reason this line was used was because of a mass prison break out in Konoha and they needed the strongest of Konoha to protect it . Just think what if there was another breakout and someone important got injured even it didn't happen Minato and Jiraya were needed to keep the village safe there are too many things that could have happened . What if some thing happened and Minato or Jiraya weren't in the village what would the village and the dyamo thi k the Hokage left the village vunreable so he could retrieve his son Fromm shinobi of kumo in kumos territory he would imdiatly be removed from the postion of Hokage at the least his prioritys would be questioned which were not something a leader would want 5. As for Kakashi being scared he wasn't in the anbu in this fic Minato was alive in this fic he had a mother figure in form of Kushina he also had a little brother he is cocky jonin with a A ranked entry in the bingo book my point because of luxury in his life he got soft not being in the anbu didn't let him see the horrors of the world and the fact that kinkaku were kumos best they even killed the second hokage and 10 elite jonin scared His felling to protect his family is stong but not as strong as it was in canon and however strong your felling to do something is fear is something that can get the better of you whenever you are vunreable (again if I missed anything please let me know)And personally I thank you for your review it will help me write a better story in the future I am sure And if you have any advice I would love to hear it as I am rookie

iiNeo: I am sad you fell that way but it inspires me to write a better fic. As for the flashback thing I wanted to use flashback to create a base for the story to do something unique you know but I will try to be more appealing with my work the next time

Chapter 3: The Man with a Mask

Anger, Surprise, Confusion none of these words alone could have described the state in which Naruto Uchiha was. What had been happening while he was in Tartarus the prison of kumo. The place really lived up to its reputation but that was a story for another time back to the topic what had been happening in the Shinobi world. The Uchiha heir Itachi Uchiha was Konoha's Jonin commander the Highest post ever held by an Uchiha in Konoha . The Civil war in Kiri was won by the rebels and the Shinobi world had seen its very first Female kage. But the shocker was that Ryōtenbin no Ōnoki had retired. The old fart had retired and had given the position to Jisatsu ātisuto Deidra a famous Iwa S-ranked Ninja but even that wasn't the biggest shock but the fact Orochimaru of the densetsu no sannin had really shook him.

How could he not the man was one of his idol's as growing up to become a shinobi. The man was the a living example of a ideal and complete shinobi. He was never seen by his opponent, never showed his trump cards's on the field and had a thing for every situation, the man had studied almost every shinobi art he was the ideal shinobi.

All of these things had happened in a short span of 5 years and the Shinobi world was not ready for so many changes in a short span when it had barely recovered from the Third Great Shinobi War. That's why it was nearing war again and this time it could destroy the Shinobi world itself.

Years of spending time in prison and no traning had dulled his senses. That's why he didn't sense the shift in air when a spiralling vortex appeared in his room. Acting on pure battle honed instinct he grabbed one of his kunai lying near him and settled in his battle stance Fist of Flowing water the style was based on the water flowing like water to weave through any obstacles while delivering highly powered strikes to the opponent's body to make it crack.

He had been expecting a surprise attack, A jutsu at least a explosive kunai but he did not expect a man wearing a orange mask appeare in front of him. He immediately grew weary of the man he carried himself like a true shinobi looking unthreatning but ready to jump into battle in a second.

"Grettings Naruto-kun" spoke the man in the orange mask with a single eye hole. Something was off about the man he Sounded awfully familiar but decided to ignore the fact and focused on the man himself.

"Who are you" asked the Uchiha

"Who I am doesn't matter but what does matter is who are you in this world Naruto-kun" Confused by the man he spoke

"What do you mean" His training suddenly kicking in he decided to assess if the man in front to him was a threat or not while trying to gather information about him as well

"Now don't Play ignorant with me Naruto-kun you know what I am talking about, the world will soon be at war. I want to know where one of its greatest shinobi's loyalty lies while there is even a greater evil at play" replied the Man.

Naruto's mind ran through what this man could be talking about he perfectly understood the first part of his question but it was the second part that confused home but , it suddenly clicked what the man could be talking about but he wanted to be sure than to rather give away information.

Suddenly the Man's gaze Hardend and then his eye turned red with three black tomoe in it . Naruto was stunned and was only able to mutter a few words.

" Sharingan but how" quickly composing himself .

He thought " Guess I was right after all but the question is that is he a Konoha shinobi"

"I see you understand the meaning behind my words and No I am not a shinobi of Konoha " He spoke the last part with so much venom that he almost flinched. Almost.

"So how do you know about the greater beings and what are your intentions" asked the former Konoha Shinobi.

"The one's you reffer to as the greater beings are called the Otsutsuki and for my intentions, I want you to work with me to achieve peace." Finished the man

"Peace you want to achieve peace through her methods " asked Naruto accusingly

"No kaguya's way of peace was flawed and it was more of a way to create her army rather than creating peace what I want to do is to unite the Shinobi world to face the threat of the Otsutsuki but the question is will you me?" asked the Uchiha

"I met you 5 minutes ago and not in the best circumstances I will say and you want me to trust you " said the black-haired boy

"An orphan adopted in a powerful Uchiha family after your original family was slaughtered when you were 3. Now A happy goofy, happy, talented boy who became a Shinobi at age of 5 years you lost your family after you became a Jonin there death pushed you into joining the Hokage's new task force he wanted to create the Expandables. After completing the necessary training required to become a recruite you undertook a large amount of Classified S to A ranked Missions before being captured by the Third Raikage . Oh did I mention yours special powers and how your family was killed. Both of them"said the man while smirking slyly, not that Naruto could tell.

"How do you know that that is all classified information" asked the boy in a neutral voice completely disregarding the fact that he knew information that even the Hokage didn't know.

"that doesn't matter but think about what I said konoha wasn't the one that made your life it was the one that destroyed it and I took the liberty to gather your old equipment for you" said the man as he throwed a sealing scroll towards him .

"Wai-" before he could say anything the man cut him off and said while leaving

" Think about what I have said because if you don't you would regret it"

He saw as the man twisted into nothingness.

"What was he talking about and if it was. No no I need to go to konoha before jumping to conclusions" he thought

He needed answers and he WOULD get them no matter what.

"I am coming Konoha " thought the boy.
