More battles to fight, how will Mark fight. Will he tell his family, will he tell Glen everything. ?

Chapter 4

It's been one whole week. That whole week Mark been hunting demons. He tries to be more careful, so that Glen doesn't find anything of him. Glen didn't come by yet. That is good news, because he doesn't want to talk about it. Mark is out with his wife. Alexa is staying at Sasha's place for a sleep over. Roman is at house alone, working on homework. He decides to take her out. He keeps eating though, he can't get full. He is glad he went to a buffet. He can just eat whatever he wants. Steph tries to as well, but stops at the third plate. She is wondering how he is eating so much. She hopes it's not stress. She remembers Mark body, form differently, maybe that's what makes him hungry. She hopes that he is eating carefully though.

"Mark I want to ask you about those nights. Why can't you tell me, or Glen about those nights?" she ask

"If I do, I'm afraid, I might loose you" he says

"Mark. You will never lose me. I love you. I love you so much" she says

"What about, if I-um-What if...I " Mark stops. He can't tell her. He wants to tell her that he's been hunting demons down, and killing them. Vince didn't tell her anything either. He wonders if he should tell her that Vince is working with him. "I can't"

"Well, when you are ready to talk, I'm here"

Mark leans to kiss her. He gets a text message.

MarK! Where are YOU! A stronger demon name Chronos. He is on the way! MARK!"

"Chronos, a demon" Mark says

"What?" Steph says "No, he's a titan"

"Oh, um...I got a text from a friend, he wants me to read a book about Chronos"

Steph nods. The lights then goes off. He is not liking this feeling. This is bad, he can feel that something bad is happening. He notices something, he can see in the dark. He never notice this before. No wonder he was able to defeat the demons. That is amazing, but let's not think about that right now.

"Steph! I need you to go to Alexa" he says "Go now!"

"What about you?" she ask

"I have to help. I'll meet you there"

"It's dark in here, I can't see the way out"

Mark grabs her hand, he leads her to the door. He then leads her to their truck. He helps her on. He kisses her.

"I'll be back" He says "Now go. Hurry"

Mark looks around the parking lot. He is looking for the demon. Chronos, he really hopes it's not a giant, he really doesn't want to fight a giant. Steph said that he is a titan, that means he might be a giant. "Oh no" He hits a suburban by accident. He gasps, "This is...this is Glen's truck. Oh no, that means, he is here"

He runs inside the buffet, he looks everywhere for him. He sees him, he is protecting his family. Mark can see Dean, Seth, and Lita, all hiding behind him. He has to help them, his brother, the family. Mark is takes a step forward to go help him. As he did something crashes through the ceiling, it is fast, all he can see is a black figure. Everyone starts yelling, running, and panicking when the noise is heard. Mark runs to where it landed but it's gone. He notices that Glen is missing along with the black shadow he saw. Mark runs to Lita. "Follow me"

"Mark? wait...where is Glen?"

"I don't know. But I will find him" Mark says "Come on boys" He leads them outside and to Glen's truck. "I need you to get to my place to check on Roman. Stay at my house. Don't leave until Glen picks you up"

"Okay...do you know what's going on?" she ask

"No. But I'll find out" He closes the door, he signals her to go. She drives off to his place. He turns around to see a demon flying around, carrying Glen by the foot. "Oh NO" The demon lands with a hard thud, breaking the ground. Mark gets ready to fight, the demon notices.

"You think you can fight me?" he laughs

"I know I can" Mark says "I'm the one who's been hunting and killing your kind"

"My name is Chronos, I'm a general, no one can defeat me" he laughs "Never ever will"

"Mark! RUN!" yells Glen "You can't fight him!"

"Brother, please don't get mad, or scared" Mark says. He transforms to a demon. He walks to stand in front of Chronos. "I have Wrath's power. I can defeat you easily" He punches the demon, making him fly across the lot. Mark catches Glen before he falls. He sets up up, places him down. "I can explain..."

"What the?" Glen says in surprise "You...You..."

"Yes, I'll explain later. Right now. I have to stop him"

Mark turns around to see Chronos walking up to him. At first Chronos is the same height as Mark, but now it looks like he grew taller, but what surprise Mark is that he now has four arms. This is going to be hard but he can defeat it. Mark spreads his wings, flies to him with force only to be caught in a chokehold. Chronos laughs, as he uses his three arms to punch him. Mark grunts with every punch, he can feel his ribs slowly bruising. He needs to think of something, fast before he feels them break. He powers up, to shock Chronos, letting him go. He lands and goes for the punch, only to be stop. Chronos skin, it's hard, hard as a rock. Mark removes his fist, it starts aching, bad. He sees two right fist, he is punch down to the ground. Glen gasps, as he sees the whole thing. He is slowly understanding, why Mark is at every crime scene. Mark blinks a few times, his head is aching, he can't feel his body. Chronos pick up Mark, the demon spins, kicking Mark right in the stomach. Mark air is gone when he felt the impact, he flies back, crashing into park cars. He slows down but still hits the building with force. He limps forward, trying to stand. Chronos is already flying to him with his fist, hitting him again. Mark crashes to the wall behind him. Chronos keeps punching him, with all four arms. He didn't stop, just one blow after another. Chronos laughs as he kept going, his arms taking turns. Mark still feels the punches but, he is slowly fading. Chronos keeps going, Mark gets deeper towards the wall, close to breaking it through. Chronos stops he grabs Mark by the neck with his upper arms, and by his legs by his lower arms. He lifts him up flying up in the air. He spins around, and around, until he gets momentum. Chronos lets Mark go, he falls with speed, hitting the parking lot under him. Glen sees the impact, he takes cover from the blow, from the rocks that went flying. Mark can't feel his body anymore, he is hurting so bad that he can't feel his body. He can't move a muscle, he sees Chronos falling, his eyes widen, he tries his best to move. He felt the impact in his stomach right as Chronos lands on him. The big demon laughs, he jumps up high and comes down on Mark's body. He keeps jumping on him, Mark keeps yelling in pain. Chronos keeps laughing, jumping on him. He stops as he grabs a sword from his back. He slashes down, stabbing Mark in the arm. Mark yells in pain. Glen can't take watching this. He runs to where they are, he takes out his gun, he shoots.

"LEAVE him ALONE!" Glen yells

Chronos feels the bullet bounce off his skin. He removes the sword, to look at Glen. He laughs "Puny human, you can't hurt me"

"Maybe not, but I can fight you. I can stop you!" yells Glen

Mark vision is blurry, he can't see what's going on. He still sees Chronos, standing over him, laughing still. All he can hear are voices, is Glen, helping him. What is he doing? Glen can't fight him? He tries to move, but a sharp pain hits him. He can feel himself fading to sleep. Chronos shakes his head when Glen says he can stop him. He is the strongest demon here, nothing can stop him.

"Let him go!" Glen yells "Fight me"

Chronos shakes his head "Humans, they never learn"

He flies to Glen grabbing him in a chokehold. He throws Glen to a truck, he yells on impact. Glen sees Chronos already running to him, he is fast, he shoots his gun, hitting Chronos right in the eye. The demon yells in pain, as he stops in his tracks. Glen smirks, he got him, he can't believe it.

"You will pay for that!" he yells "I will kill YOU! I will kill you right now!"

Mark hears those words. No, he whispers. He tries his best to move. He feels his power building up. He needs to get up now, he needs to stop him. Glen, he can't die, Mark won't allow that. Glen still has a long time to live, a family to raise, to see everyday. He won't let Glen be taken away from his family. Chronos disappears and appears in front of Glen. He grabs him by the neck, lefts him up. He punches Glen's side, breaking his ribs. Glen yells out in pain. Chronos brings his hands to where Glen's chest is.

"I'll take your heart OUT!" he yells

Mark feels a lightning bolt hit him. He opens his eyes, there are cover in bolts. Mark removes the sword. He gets up, and flies to Chronos.

"AS IF!" Mark closes his fist "I'll LET YOU!" The bolts are swirling around his fist "KILL HIM!" Mark punches Chronos on the side of his head. He breaks the skin, he hits him, Chronos is send far from where he is at. Mark slows his speed he is standing in front of Glen. "I won't let you HURT HIM AGAIN!" Chronos yells, and he flies to Mark, he does the same, as Mark hits Chronos first, making him land on the ground. Mark uses his lightening bolts to punch Chronos. He does the same to him, not stopping until he is sure that he can't move. Chronos uses one arm to hit Mark right in the ribs, he flies to the side, hitting some cars. Chronos gets up, shaking his head. The first thing he sees is Glen, who is trying to sooth his pain. Chronos starts running to him, he fist his hands, getting ready to hit Glen with so much power. Mark sees it, he flies to him, he grabs in in a chokehold. He wraps his legs around the demon, his arms around the neck. He starts squeezing. Chronos tries his best to throw him off, to get him off him. He swings his arms around, but he can't reach Mark. He elbows Mark, but he didn't flinch. Don't think about the pain, is all Mark is saying don't let him hurt your brother again! Chronos elbows him again. Don't let go MARK! Chronos is slowly losing air, he can't fight back. he can't feel his arms anymore. He starts shrinking back to his original size. He then whistles. Mark doesn't know why, until he felt the sword stab him. He yells in pain, his grip loosens, Chronos grows back to his size, he grabs Mark, he flips him over to slam him down to the ground.

"COME ON MARK!" yells Glen "Get up!"

Chronos yanks the sword out of Mark's back. He throws Mark to the side. Glen tries to run for it, but his ribs, they are hurting so much.

"Your brother" Mark hears "He's in trouble"

"Wrath?"

"He's in trouble"

Mark yells, getting his strength again. He forms a lightning sword, he yells as he dashes, thunder roaring behind him. He stabs Chronos, right through the back, into his heart. Chronos skins breaks in impact, Mark keeps yelling as he pushes the sword. Chronos yells out, he begins to shrink, his powers fading away, his eyes turning white, he falls to the ground. Mark yells out in victory. He stumbles a little, but manages to get his balance. Glen walks to him slowly, he looks up at the demon, Mark. Glen smirks, he is tall, way taller then him. He is right where his waistline is. Glen shakes his head. Mark kneels down, he coughs out blood. He tries to get his strength back, hoping he can heal. He smiles at Glen.

"What are you smiling for, you are really hurt!"

"I'm fine...I just need sleep" he says. He slowly transform back to his human form. He falls to his side "I need to rest"

Glen walks to him, he helps him up. "You need the hospital"

"No, it won't work. I heal up, I have healing powers" he says "I think that's what you call it"

"What should I do?" he ask

"You go to the hospital, I'm going home"

"Not like that. You are still bleeding"

"It's okay. It will heal by the time I get there" Mark gets up. He can feel his body, slowly healing. Glen sees his wound on Mark's shoulder heal. Glen is amaze. He yelps when he felt a sharp pain in his stomach. Glen felt himself being lift up. Mark is back to demon form, he is carrying him bridal style. "You need to go to the hospital" Glen feels weird about being held like this, but he feels comfortable. He leans to Mark's chest, he gets comfortable, listening to Mark's heartbeat. Mark just laughs. Glen rubs his head against Mark's chest. "Comfortable?"

"Yes..." Glen smiles "You feel so warm, and cuddling and...WAIT A MINUTE!"

Mark laughs out loud. "Don't worry. Your big brother will keep you safe"

Glen blushes, he hides his face in Mark's chest. He laughs though, and he gets comfortable anyways. As he did he felt safe, calm, like he can fall asleep. He does so the pain can stop. He can't stand his pain. He is deep asleep, nothing can wake up. Mark is walking to the hospital, he still can't fly yet, his body is healing still. He sees bright lights in front of him. He growls when he sees Vince getting out.

"Is that...Glen?"

"Yes. He needs help, so I'm taking him to the hospital"

"Wait...was he there"

"Yes he was"

"Did he see everything?"

"Yes he did. He even knows that I'm a demon"

"Oh no. Not good. He can't know you are demon"

"Why not? He is my brother. It's okay"

"NO ONE is suppose to know about YOU!" he yells "This is BAD! It's suppose to be a secret"

"Don't worry, Glen won't tell anybody" he says

"NO, We can't risk it." Vince pulls out a gun "Let me kill him"

"WHAT THE HELL!" yells Mark. "NO! I won't let you!"

"I have to, he knows too much!"

"NO!" Mark uses his wings to cover Glen. "You are not going to kill him! What is wrong with YOU!"

"MARK! This has to be a secret. Its safer that way. I'm sorry. But I have to kill him. Its what I have to do"

"GET away from HIM!" Mark yells "He is my brother. It will be fine. He won't tell anyone. I promise. He won't. Vince, people are bound to find out one way or another! I mean, these attack are getting ridiculous! Don't kill him. I need him. He can help!" Vince lifts his gun to shoot, but Mark bites it, breaking it in half. "I will take full responsibility! I will look after him."

Vince shakes his head "FINE! Don't say I didn't warn you" He gets in his vehicle. He drives away. Mark unwraps his wings to look at Glen. He starts running now, he can feel his strength even more. He then jumps, high, he land right in front of the hospital. He sees an empty stretcher, he places Glen there. He then turns around, he flies away.

Mark lands in front of his house as he did he transform to human. He sees Glen's truck park. They did come here to check on Roman. He doesn't know what to tell Lita. Glen is at the hospital right now, he hopes he doesn't worry her. Steph is here too, he sees his truck as well. He goes inside, he searches the house.

"Steph?" He felt a hug. He hugs her back. "I'm glad you are okay"

"Where have you been? I've been so worried"

"I had to help. We still don't know what happen? I feel like it was an attack" He says "But it's all good."

Lita comes out from the door. "Where is Glen?"

"He is at the hospital" Mark says

"WHAT! Is he OKAY!" she says

"Yes. He is fine. He just needs to tend to his injuries. To tell you the truth, I think he broke his ribs"

"Oh my!" Lita gets ready to leave "I have to see him. Kids, Let's go!"

Mark sees Dean and Seth running down the stairs. Roman is behind him, wondering what's going on.

"Come on kids, we have to see your dad" she says "I'll see you later Mark. Thank you, for everything"

"Sure thing" he says. She leaves to go visit Glen. Steph shakes her head.

Will he be okay?"

"Yes he will. Don't worry" he smiles. "How are you?"

"I'm good. Just worried" she says "But now that your here, I feel better."

"Dad...everything okay?" ask Roman

He sees Alexa and Roman standing next to the stairs. "It's all good. We just had to fight some robbers. They attack the buffet, so we had to fight back"

"Are you hurt?" ask Alexa

"No sweetie. I'm good" Mark says. Even though he is still healing. He can still feel the pain, especially the sword wound. "Let's get some sleep"

Mark is sitting across from Glen. His brother ask him to come talk to him. Mark told him everything. From the very first crime scene to the last. He tells him about the bar, about how he turn to a demon. He explains to him about Wrath, how he took control of the power. Glen is lost, how is this possible, he didn't think it will be real. He did hear about demons, ghost, but he never thought he will see one. Especially, his brother being one, that he will never think it will happen. Glen can't believe it, that is all that is missing from the reports. Mark even tells him about the missing kids, women, men. The demons are the reason, people disappear.

"Does anyone else know, you are demon?" ask Glen

"No, right now it's just you and Vince"

"You mean, Steph doesn't know you are one"

"No, but I want to tell her. I'm tired of keeping this secret from her. She deserves to know the truth. Vince told me not to tell her, so she can be safe"

"You have to tell her Mark" he says "She will understand"

"I know, I know. I just want to protect her. She is everything to me, I love her so much. I don't want to put her in danger"

"She already is in danger right now. You are hiding something big from her. She will never forgive you"

"You're right. I'll tell her" Mark says

"Don't worry. It will be fine"

Glen now knows Mark's secret, Vince wasn't too happy about it.
