Today marked the day Erza is one month pregnant.
They just left Porlyusica house. The baby was still too small to be seen.
They wanted to make sure there weren't any problems with Erza.
The last thing they want to do is tell everyone she is pregnant, only for that to happen.
Erza no longer wore her armor as it was too uncomfortable for her to wear anymore.
She is wearing her trademark white blouse and blue skirt since it was still warm outside.
But in the coming weeks to a month, she'll have to wear more conservative clothing.
She latched on to Natsu's arm, resting her head on his shoulder with a big smile as they walked toward the guildhall.
Of course, everyone had to either take a double look or be concerned for Natsu on the way through town.
This is Erza, after all, but the couple didn't pay them any mind.
They were to focus not only on the guild but on what their future held for them.
In no time at all, they stood before the doors of the fairy tail guild.
They took one deep breath before opening the doors.
They walked in with Erza still attached to his arm the whole time, heading to an empty table.
The table in question was in the center of the guildhall.
And what is everyone's reaction?
Complete and utter silence as their minds struggle to compute what their eyes are seeing.
Of course, there were a few exceptions to this in the form of those who know of their relationship.
The first to speak was Gray, of course.
"Mind telling me what's going here?"
They trade glances before replying, "We're in a relationship," Natsu said with a smug grin.
He put his arm around her waist, causing all color to drain away from their faces.
Their response to this was to lock lips only for Erza to use his shoulder as a pillow.
They patiently waited for the mind to process what they saw right now.
After about a minute of waiting, their collective response was "WHAT!"
The couple just chuckled at this before the group in the know came forward.
The one that got the most looks was Lucy sitting across from them with a smug grin.
"Is there anything else you want to tell them about you two?" she said.
Once again, they traded glances. "I'm pregnant" was the scarlet knight's response.
This time everyone in the guild froze, minus Makarov, of course.
After about 5 minutes, the collective response was once again, "WHAT!"
"How is flame brain not dead?" Gray practically shouted.
"Because I love him!" was Erza's simple response with a smile mirrored by Natsu.
"Oh yeah, I proposed to her shortly after" she held out her ring as proof.
Then all the girls let out a Squeal of joy before crowding around Erza, leaving Natsu in the dust.
Not that he minded as all the guys were around him—some with looks of fear, Concerned, or denial.
"I must admit this is a surprise Natsu," Macao added.
"You are telling me," he said nervously as he grabbed his hand with fear in his eyes.
I didn't take a genius to catch his meaning. This resulted in a light chuckle at his fate in the coming months.
"To be honest, I'm more surprised you didn't end up with Lucy?" Macao said.
"Well…"
Five minutes later, many of them were making comments about whose fault it was for not working out, for both parties.
It was clear as day Erza filled them in as well.
This caused frustration to form on Natsu and Erza's faces and Lucy.
"ENOUGH!" Erza boomed, allowing Natsu or Lucy to continue.
"This is why we didn't tell any of you. We didn't want to draw a line in the sand among our friends!" Lucy yelled at the top of her lungs, getting backed up by Natsu and Erza.
After seeing the three adopt evil expressions knowing full well what Natsu and Erza are capable of.
And Lucy has the glare to rival the two of them.
They were all quick to drop it, not wanting to be on the receiving end of their wrath.
After another 20 minutes….again everyone moved past this whole ordeal.
"So when's the wedding?" Mira chirped.
"We haven't decided yet," Erza said with a nervous chuckle.
"How far along are you?"
"A month!"
"So this is why you haven't been on many jobs recently," a random guild member said.
"Yes"
"So have you made any plan for the future?" this time, it was Macao to speak.
"So far, we agreed to rebuild Natsu's place from the ground up since his home is way too small for three people. Now add a baby in the mix," she trailed off.
This got nods of understanding from everyone remainder of the day was uneventful.
Of course, the guild was still noisy, so Natsu and Erza went to a booth for themselves.
Erza sat on his lap as Natsu wrapped his arms around her waist.
It was adorable, so Mira took a picture as the couple slept.
To be expected, after all, it was a very exhausting experience when they told the guild about them.
Many of the girls giggled when Erza tried to bury herself in Natsu's warmth, only for him to tighten his hold on her.
A week later, Jason stopped by, much to their annoyance.
They gave him a brief run down and even had Lucy provide some information regarding the guild's reaction to Natsu being with Erza instead of Lucy.
Now they were at the guild after spending two weeks working on the blueprints of their new home.
They finally decided on something there were both happy with.
And with a guild like a fairy tail, it wouldn't take long to build.
On that note, Erza got lucky and was able to stay in fairy tail free of charge for a couple of months while they got everything squared away.
The house in question was a single-story house with three bedrooms.
One for them is for the baby when they get older, and the last bedroom is for the Happy slash storage room and the living room, kitchen.
They even had a large wall spanning the house if they needed to do an addition.
With the help of Fairy Tail, they got it built within a month.
Erza is nearing the end of the first trimester of her pregnancy.
Natsu was basically her slave, which in the grand scheme didn't change much.
Instead of dreading when she gave an order, he wore a massive smile everywhere he went.
For the guild, there is virtually no change minus Natsu's smile and Erza not doing jobs.
As of this moment there in their newly built home, still planning the wedding.
Well, Erza is as Natsu is drawing a blank on what to do.
And, of course, a few of the ladies were helping in the form of Mira, Lucy.
He just sat in his corner, not wanting to get in the way.
It took a few weeks, but they got everything squared away. After sending the invitations out, the wedding will be at the start of Erza fourth month.
December 10
It was the wedding day, and Natsu was pacing back and forth as they waited for the ceremony to start.
For best man, Natsu had Gray since his excellent behavior was assured by Erza.
His groomsmen were Gajeel, elfman and Laxus
For erza, her maid of honor is Mira, bridesmaids are Levy, Evergreen, and Lucy.
They're having their wedding at the guildhall.
After another 20 minutes, their wedding was set to start.
Naruto now stood at the altar, still a little nervous about the whole thing.
But he's gonna see it to the end.
Makarov, of course, was the one to walk her down the aisle.
The priest gave his speech, the two exchanged their vows and kissed to signify their union.
What happened afterward was your standard party
with a bit of chaos from the fairy tail guild.
As for the honeymoon, they head for the mountains.
Happy was forced to stay at the guild while there away, not that he minded. It was another chance to try and fail to win over Carla.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Dragneel spent most of the honeymoon to themselves,
They decided on a simple cottage far away from the cares of the world.
When night came, Erza didn't hesitate to cuddle up to her husband, immersing herself in his warmth.
She did this every night for the remainder of her pregnancy.
Five months later
May 5th X794
Right now, Erza is in labor going through one painful contraction after another.
As for Natsu. He's right next to her, silencing his cry as she crushing his hand.
He wore a forced smile as another contraction happened.
"NATSU, WHEN THIS IS OVER, YOUR DEAD!" Ezra snarled before another contraction happened. She has been in labor for two hours.
"She only likes this because of labor, right?" He chanted in his head as he prayed his hand will be intact when this is over.
After another five hours, Erza finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
But she didn't have time to dwell as she was hit with another contraction. After another hour, she finally gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
With help from her husband, Erza set up with Natsu right beside her with a massive smile.
The nurses carefully handed the two children to their parents. Natsu got the boy and Erza the girl.
Erza rested her head on Natsu's shoulder, unable to take her eyes off their children.
"Now for the names, honey!" Her husband added.
"Hmm, how about Akira?" their daughter smiled at this.
"Akira is then, now how about you" Natsu stares at his son intently, trying to think up a name "Haru?" his son smiles at this as well.
"Akira and Haru it is then!" Natsu stated.
The full names of their birth certificates are Akira Irene Dragneel and Haru Igneel Dragneel.
Natsu carried his kids out of the infirmary so the rest of the guild can see the newest members of their family.
He's greeted as with a fully packed but strangely silent guildhall.
"Everyone, I would like to introduce you to Akira Irene Dragneel." He looks at the pink bundle that is his daughter in his right arm.
"In my left arm is my son Haru Igneel Dragneel" he holds up the small blue bundle that is his son in his left arm.
He carefully and deliberately handed Lucy, his son with Scarlet red hair, and his daughter to Wendy.
He then glares at everyone, knowing where their mind was going.
Everyone shared a nervous look, unable to shake Natsu's gaze.
Once the two were done, they carefully handed the pink and blue bundles around. Each member got a good look at the two children before handing them back to Natsu.
He left them so his wife can see their children again.
Erza took her daughter in hand so Natsu can focus on their son.
A closer look at Akira reveals she has a striking resemblance to Natsu.
A glance at her son reveals the opposite, strikingly resembling her.
After a few days of resting, Erza found the strength to walk on her own again.
With the help of her husband, the family of four headed home. On the way home, the people of Magnolia all approached, wanting to see the babies.
Of course, all the parents didn't hesitate to instill some wisdom into Natsu and Erza.
Natsu tried his best to take it all, but he very quickly got confused.
Erza was giving everyone 120% of her attention, taking in every detail.
By the time they got home, Erza practically had a whole book of advice and tips for raising children.
The first thing they did was place their sleeping children in their respective cribs.
Capitalizing on the sleeping children, and laid down in bed getting some much-needed rest.
Unfortunately, It didn't last when they heard an almost silent whimper from a crib.
"I'll get it," Natsu said, getting up. Erza giggled at this before another whimper was heard.
She got up as well, wanting to ease the burden on her husband.
Epilogue
It was difficult at first, but the married couple found a Rhythm from taking care of the twins to doing jobs.
All that advice they were given was a lifesaver.
Before they knew it, five years passed for the family of four.
They are currently having a picnic enjoying the warm summer breeze.
Erza sitting down watching her husband Natsu playing a game of tag with their two children.
Speaking of the kids, Akira has the same long hair as hers, but it's pink. She wears a white dress like the guild's first Master Mavis.
Haru has his father's spiky hair with her scarlet red hair color.
He's wearing the same outfit Natsu had when he first joined fairy tail, minus the scarf.
When Natsu finally tagged one, he picked up his daughter. He held out his right arm, allowing her to sit.
He then carefully picked up his son, offering his left arm.
Both rubbed the respective cheeks against Natsu as they hugged him by the neck. All three shared a smile.
"Ok, you three, it's time for lunch!" Erza called out, getting the three's attention.
Natsu carefully set them down on the ground before The mother of his children.
They found their spot of blank protecting them from grass.
Natsu lightly pecks Erza lip, getting looks of disgust from the twin, causing them to chuckle.
