UA Unseen Until It Strikes
Medusa allows herself to get chased around UA High and defeats everyone saving All Might for last.

Unforeseen Simulated Joint After the Battle
The League of Villains flees with their badly injured Leader by entering Kurogiri's Warp Gate Portal but Shigaraki/All For One vows revenge on Medusa some day and he will be coming for her. But Medusa will probably waiting for another fight against him too and she will make it more interesting once they meet again whenever that is but she is patient about her upcoming battle against the Leader of the League of Villains.
So one more thing she needs to do is the Heroes All Might, the teachers who are Pro-Heroes and the UA Gang because they don't seem to like that she splattered Blood of the All Might's worst enemy.

"I'll be looking forward on our next battle All For One, right now about the rest of you Teacher Pro-Heroes and the UA Students including All Might himself", Medusa set her eyes on the Teacher Pro-Heroes, the UA Gang and All Might.

"Everyone that's the woman who turn a Quirkless Villain into stone by making him look at her in the eyes when she remove her blindfold and then she killed him next", Denki/Chargebolt finally informs everyone what he, Mineta/Grape Juice and Civilians have witness during their first encounter with Medusa, lastly Mineta/Grape Juice nodded his head agreeing with his friend.
'Oh he just had to blurt that out did he", Medusa thought because now all of the Heroes will only view her as a threat.
"You didn't have to say any of that Denki, because we all saw that woman who just save All Might's life just splatter some blood from his worst enemy", Midnight said because they didn't like when one person spills blood from the innocent, Hero or Villain.
"Listen I'm grateful at you for saving me from All For One but you didn't have to spill blood from him or that Quirkless Villain because that's not what a True Hero should do", what All Might said is something that Medusa remembers all too well during her previous life as Izuku Midoriya.
'During my previous life as Izuku Midoriya I always believed in not killing and being moral when fighting crime. I was going to be moral toward my action when I reach my goals on being a Hero just like All Might, but as Medusa I really don't or just rarely believe morals now due to my new personalty', moral ways will be rarely now for Medusa to believe.

"Let me guess, you all want me brought to justice don't you?" Medusa get's her answer from everyone in front of her with them nodding their heads as a yes.
"Then you will have to catch me first as I wonder around UA High!" Medusa disappears in sparkly dust.
"Oh great she wants to play the game of Cat and Mouse now!?" Katsuki/Kacchan said believing that's Medusa's attention as they will pursue her.
"Guys if we are going to do this just be warn, those powers of her's isn't a Quirk."
"Thanks for the update Mineta", Shoto said as they will begun pursuit of Medusa who's wondering UA High.
"Hey just a second here, Denki said that woman can turn anyone who looks at her in the eyes into stone right?" Shota Aizawa/Eraserhead said because he's thinking something base on what Denki/Chargebolt told them about Medusa.
"Yeah Shota/Eraserhead, why?"
"Have you ever heard of Medusa from Greek Mythology? Because Medusa was the Snake Hair Lady that can turn her victims into stone whenever they look her in the eyes", what Shota/Eraserhead said got everyone to pause to think.

"You know what, we never got that woman's name yet, but let's find out for ourselves once we knock her out and then we can interrogate her after", Kashiko Sekigai/Recovery Girl says they will only find out if what Shota/Eraserhead is true if they can catch Medusa first and then find out.
"Still you have point there Aizawa", All Might said because he may have point there.
"But anyway let me take aim assuming my Homing Quirk Bullet can slow her down!" Snipe takes aim with his Pistol at Medusa wondering somewhere around UA High.

"AHHHHH!" Medusa got direct hit in the left shoulder, next Medusa opens her old Sketch Book.
"Snipe, Quirk Homing, whenever he fires a bullet he use his Homing Quirk to make sure they hit their targets making him a Pro-Hero that never miss", Medusa heals her injury while outside the UA Gang enters UA High.
"The Snake is unseen until it strikes", Medusa whispers with a smile on her face.

Class 1-A
Katsuki/Kacchan Shoto, Eijiro/Red Riot, Ochaco/Uravity, Tsuyu/Froppy and Mina/Pinky enter Class 1-A but they don't know they are walking into Medusa's hand. "You have finally arrived, now prepare yourselves because whenever you hear a Snake it's always unseen until it strikes at it's prey!" Medusa gave them a warning like they going up against a Snake preparing to strike at it's prey.

"Enough talking b-tch just come out here and fight us already!" Katsuki/Kacchan being hot tempered again.
"That's always like you Katsuki Bakugo AKA Kacchan because I get the feeling you got that hot temper from one of your parents didn't you?" Medusa said but pretends she never knew Katsuki/Kacchan but actually she does when she was Izuku Midoriya.
"That's none of your business!" But then Katsuki/Kacchan suddenly realizes that both of his Grenade Gauntlets are gone.
"Hey who stole my Grenade Gauntlets?!"
POW!
And Katsuki/Kacchan is the first one to go down after being struck in the back of the head by his own Grenade Gauntlets which Medusa use as a melee weapon in her high speed and unseen. "Oh no Kacchan!" Uraraka/Uravity and the others rush to his aid except for Shoto who catches a sight of Medusa and use his Ice Quirk to freeze her but only got her feet, "got you, Tsuyu/Froppy and Mina/Pinky your up.
"Right!" Both Tsuyu/Froppy and Mina/Pinky prepare to knock out Medusa but never saw this one coming.

"Cybele!" Quickly she removes her blindfold and paralyzes Tsuyu/Froppy and Mina/Pinky before they can strike her, Shoto and Uraraka/Uravity also got caught as well then Medusa quickly defeats all of them with kicks and punches to the face and the gut.
"I'm a lot quicker than all of you. Moving on", Medusa disappears in a sparkly dust to move on to the next location.

Lunch Rush Cafeteria
Next up is the rest of the students, Tenya Lida, Eijiro Kirishima, Minoru Mineta, Denki Kaminari, Fumikage Tokoyami, Momo Yaoyorozu, Kyoka Jiro, Toru Hagakure and Itsuka Kedo arrive at the Lunch Rush Cafeteria but like the others their are walking into Medusa's hand. "Such typical of you all to walk into my hand!" Medusa unseen once more warns them.

"Carefully and be on your guard", Tenya/Ingenium told them but Toru/Invisible Girl takes a hit to her face by Medusa who was unseen due to her speed and Toru/Invisible Girl falls down unconscious.
"She's very fast and it's like we can't see her!" Fumikage/Tsukoyomi said before he gets knocked out too by an uppercut to his beak.
"This is so not good!" Itsuka/Battle Fist said until Medusa appears in front of her startling her.
"Come on Itsuka Kendo AKA Battle Fist!" Itsuka/Battle Fist attacks Medusa like she dares her to do.
Itsuka/Battle Fist landed no hits to Medusa due to her quick speed until Medusa had Itsuka/Battle knocked out when she tricks her into crashing to a frying pan that was a strike to the face. Next move is Medusa restrains Tenya/Ingenium, Eijiro/Red Riot, and Denki/Chargebolt with her Nameless Chain Daggers then set her eyes on Momo/Creati and Kyoka/Earphone Jack. "You want some of this?"
Momo/Creati and Kyoka/Earphone Jack attacks Medusa together but she subdues Momo/Creati caused by her second Nameless Chain Dagger, lastly Medusa grabs one of Kyoka's Earphone Jack and use it against her which knocks her out. As for Momo/Creati, Medusa super kicks her sending her flying and skidding on one of the cafeteria tables before being knocked after crashing into the wall.

"Hey! What's going on?! Why can't we use our Quirks?!" Eijiro/Red Riot wondered because at first he was in his Hardening Quirk form but suddenly he reverts into his normal self also the others with him are not in their Quirks as well.
"Perhaps being wrapped around my Nameless Chain Daggers are suppressing your Quirks. Now how about a little kiss to the neck?"
"Kiss to the neck?" Mineta/Grape Juice wonders what does she mean by that but the answer is when Medusa bites him in the neck like a Vampire.
"OH MY!" Eijiro/Red Riot panics along with others when they see Medusa Vampire Bites Mineta/Grape Juice and they proceed with the rest of them one by one.
Tenya Lida-"AHHHHHHH!"
Eijiro Kirishima- "OWWWWWWW!"
Denki Kaminari- "EEEEEEEE!"
Fumikage Tokoyami- "WAAAAAHHHH!

"Now for the Teachers then I saving All Might for last!" Medusa said wiping the blood from her lips with her tongue.

Gym Gamma
The UA Teachers except for All Might enters Gym Gamma but Medusa wasted no words and attack them in a quick pace like a pinball while everyone tries to block all of her attacks but they couldn't keep up for long. Snipe was the first one to go down when Medusa grabs and bashed his Pistol on his face very hard knocking him out, Hizashi Yamada/Present Mic in the next one after ricochets his Voice Quirk right back at him even at Ken Ishiyama/Cenmetross, Recovery Girl and Ectoplasm.
Higari Maijima/Power Loader and Sekijro Kun/Vlad King go down next after Medusa high power kick Sekijiro/Vlad King sending him crashing into Higari/Power Loader and they both get stuck by some rubble that falls on top of them after crashing into the wall. Shota/Eraserhead goes down with Sorahiko Torino/Grand Torino after Medusa trick Shota/Eraserhead's Quirk which struck Sorahiko/Grand Torino before she finish Shota/Eraserhead off with a hard knee kick to the chain even breaking his his Goggles.

"Your the last one now All Might", Medusa's final targets is Toshinori Yagi AKA All Might who she remembers as her favorite idol during her previous life as Izuku Midoriya, one more thing that Medusa did is super kick Nemuri Kayama/Midnight after she tried to ambush him.
"How?! I shot you and it was direct hit?!" But Medusa knocks out Snipe again by stomping on his face.
"That's because I can heal."

PE Grounds
All Might wonders around the PE Grounds but keeps on his guard so he can avoid being struck by Medusa if she ambushes him unseen. All Might quickly turns around and blocks a ambush strike by Medusa after she appears out of nowhere. All Might flip jumps and move out the way to avoid the Chains from Medusa's Nameless Chain Daggers that she is now using as a make-shift Whip before Medusa hidden herself again out of his sight.
"What's a matter All Might? You refuse to press forward on me? I'm surprise" Medusa ask him because he usually should be able take on any opponent regardless on how tough they are.
"Sorry, but I'm completely exhausted from my fight with All For One." All Might answered her while he gets into cover behind the Gym.
"I see, that's not like I remember you when I use to idolize you, in that case I will use a different tactic on you. My All Might, I will try to kill you gently", Medusa said with a toxic smirk on her face preparing to strike again at All Might.

Medusa then launch herself from the trees and directly at All Might but he sees her coming block her Nameless Chain Dagger strike and another strike as he pulls back, he avoids her high kick, blocks the Chains, "very impressive woman, you are not afraid to challenge the Number 1 Hero and Symbol of Peace head on", All Might complements her, Medusa is not afraid because of her new powers that she never had as Izuku Midoriya.
"That's kind of you to complement me my All Might, but you already got caught by me!" Suddenly All Might cried out in pain when suddenly his right arm is starting to bleed and his lifted off into the air because he was somehow caught by one of Medusa's Nameless Chain Daggers that's impaled on his right arm and wrapped around his bleeding right arm and wrapped around the branch of a tree.
"Now that you've been subdued by me, I say that this fight is over and I have won!" Medusa said has he turns All Might around and she talks to him in a seductive way to him while she touches him in the face with her left hand, All Might blushed too because of her seductive manner toward him.
"What are you going to do with me now woman?! Kill Me gently like you said before?!" All Might ask if Medusa will kill him because he is helpless to fight back now.
"Unfortunately I won't do that my All Might, I love having you around so I will leave now", Medusa let go of All Might and release him as he falls into the ground.
"Wait I haven't got your name yet and what do you mean you idolize me?" Medusa stops walking and turns around to tell him his name but will not say why she idolize him.
"Remember her name my All Might, Medusa!" She then disappears in a sparkly light.
End
Medusa retreats somewhere unknown, while everyone who she faced and defeated recovers from their fight and All Might will share what Medusa didn't answer, the part she idolize him.
I'm only using the MHA Characters that know of only. Plus I liked that idea that Medusa saves All Might for last because as Izuku Midoriya previously, All Might was his idol.
