That Awkward Time I Fell In Love
Ch.4
Monday came way too fast for Naruto as he hit his alarm and groaned. It was five in the morning and he had to leave at six in order to not be late on his first day. Sasuke at that moment went to Naruto's door, smacking it loudly to ensure the blond was awake.
"I'm up teme!" Naruto yelled out, already annoyed with the other.
"Just making sure, dobe." Sasuke walked back to his room slamming the door, effectively waking his dear husband.
Kakashi sat up, rubbing a hand through his silver hair, looked at Sasuke, and sighed. This is how it had been all weekend. Sasuke waking up angry and taking it out on the poor doors. "Everything ok, love?" he asked.
"Just trying to get Naruto up for work," he answered, quietly. "Go back to sleep, 'Kashi."
Kakashi sighed and fell over on the bed and grabbed the others pillow, snuggling it, falling asleep quickly. It wasn't worth the argument so early in the morning.
At exactly six, Naruto and Sasuke left the house and rode to work in silence. It was unnerving to the blond, but he couldn't start a conversation with his best friend while said person was driving and did not reply to anything the other said while at the house.
After arriving at Sharingan, Sasuke finally spoke. "You will be working directly for Itachi and myself as our secretary," he started. "Itachi usually just sits in his office most of the day, but occasionally he has a meeting he needs reminded of."
"What about you?" Naruto asked, adjusting his tie, for the fifth time since he put it on.
Sasuke rolled his eyes and grabbed the tie to fix it. "I only have desk work this week, as I am training you, so unless my door is shut, I'll be within reach." He paused and glared at the knot in the tie. "First things, I am teaching you to tie this." Naruto groaned as Sasuke undid the tie and then tied it properly.
As the two entered the building, Naruto looked around and followed Sasuke to the elevator, going to the top floor.
"Are so many floors necessary?" Naruto asked innocently.
"Hn. They are divided up into smaller offices and it prevents people of different departments getting lost if they have their floor number," Sasuke replied. "Now look decent. You'll be needing to impress my brother today."
At that, the doors opened to floor 12, and the two got out to meet the other Uchiha brother.
