Evacuating Earth's People:
Los Angeles:
We were not the only ship out and about that day. We frequenced the radios in the ships to the same channel as the Jumpers and made sure that the darts were on the same frequency as us. We moved out of the garage of the FBI building and up into the air. I saw darts zooming around and about grabbing up people from the streets and even flying through the blue beam and grabbing people up that way. Don & the team were looking out the window as we moved through the sky, getting farther and farther away from the FBI building by every minute.
With the darts picking up people and the Jumpers landing and grabbing anyone they could on the top of buildings, I maneuvered the ship into space above the planet and head to the wraith Hive Ship that I recognized to be Queen Joalyn's. Once in the dart bay and once everyone was out of the ship and staying close to Quarin and I, we headed for the quarters where they would be staying for now. Queen Joalyn met us halfway and told us that since they were of fighting stature, that they could be of help to us.
Queen Joalyn's Hive:
She motioned for us to follow her after giving me a quick hug saying that JonJin had wanted her to give it to me once she saw me. But I knew better. Joalyn had become like a mother to me while transporting me to Earth with the rest of my people nearly twenty years ago. She was happy to see that I was still alive to fight another day.
We followed her to the meeting room where I saw humans that I did not recognize but apparently Quarin did. He acknowledged them and then Joalyn asked us to sit. I nodded to Don and the team to sit, that it was okay for them to sit and that they would not be harmed here. They sat around the table and looked nervously around at everyone else. I sat next to Quarin as Joalyn motioned for the other humans to sit as well. And so the discussion began.
"We have brought you Ariolla as promised but why do you need the people she worked with. Of what constitution do they play a roll in this?"
"They are FBI, which in our culture, unlike your own, means that they have fought some kind of battle and they are handy with guns and weapons and they can be taught to fly the darts and the ships that Ariolla and her people use as well as our F-302's that we have in our Hanger Bays. They can help just as much as you and your people and us and our allies." Colonel Sheppard said.
"If I may ask, who are you people?" I asked looking around and trying to put faces to names I did not know.
"Right, well, were from the Atlantis Expedition. We've been residing in the Pegasus Galaxy now for a little over five years and have been working to get rid of the wraith. We didn't know the Harvesters existed so we've been slowly killing off these guys for the past five years, trying to stop the war from consuming the galaxy. All the while the Harvesters are making there way to Earth without any of us even knowing about it. I'm Colonel John Sheppard of the United States Air Force, this is Dr. Rodney McKay of the scientific department, this is Ronon Dex of Sateda located in the Pegasus, this is Teyla Ammagen of Athos located in the Pegasus and this is Dr. Jennifer Keller of the medical department, she's not in the Air Force but she is part of the Expedition."
"Nice to know your names, you can call them the Feds or by there names, I just needed to know names so I could put them to faces. Joalyn, how many hives are full of humans?"
"The hive orbiting Earth this morning when the invasion began is completely full as are two others. We did not realize how many people lived on Earth until now. We have called for more reinforcements from within this Galaxy. Stargate Command has called in favors from across the universe for those with ships to come and help fight with us. And two more Galaxies have also come forward to help get rid of them. The two we were forced out of after we lost the wars with them have agreed to help since they are the direct descendants of the Ancients themselves. They will be here within the hour or so. Other than that, we need to get you and your people into fighting mode. At the moment, we are evacuating the planet so the harvesters are busy trying to destroy our ships along with the others. It is amazing to know that we don't have to defend ourselves against the humans as to why we are here. They seemed to except our reasons for being here. Seems they want to save their planet as much as anyone else here."
"Lengthy explanation Joalyn."
