Welcome back to the PlayStation All-Stars intros. Today we kick off our first fighter. One of the most controversial additions to the Metal Gear franchise, but one who was able to get at least a little bit of love in PSASBR. That's right, it's Raiden. So let's not waste a second. Here we go!
(We begin with Spyro entering the scene, still on edge from his previous battles. But that's when he notices something out of the corner of his eye, and barely manages to tuck and roll out of there before Raiden emerges, almost cutting him in half with his sword)
Raiden: You're pretty good, kid. There's not a lot of people who can just dodge me like that.
Spyro: Who the heck are you?
Raiden: A wandering soul, nothing more, nothing less.
Spyro: I take it whatever force called the rest of those I've fought called you here? You certainly fit the type.
Raiden: I'm not here on anyone's behalf. I'm here to stop whatever this is.
Spyro: Well, this could be problematic then. I kind of need to find whatever power is behind this.
Raiden: I already don't like the sound of this.
Spyro: The power behind this little tournament could be what it takes to save my world from destruction.
Raiden: Trust me, whatever it is, it's too big a risk.
Spyro: Look, I've taken down way worse than you to get to this point. If it means saving my home, I'm not above taking you down.
Raiden: So be it. You've just made one bad choice.
