Taken aback was an understatement but in the blink of an eye everything started coming back to me. "Oh! Oh?", was all I could muster up as I shielded my eyes from the hot tangerine colored setting sun. We had plans on Friday, but plans I had absolutely no idea of the nature of. A thought which was the beginning forward other mysteries like, why didn't he pick me up at my house? Or even better, how does he know where I go to school?! "H-hey, so h-how was school?", he was finally able to cough out. The limousine driver gave a suggestive side eyed smile as he got back into the driver's side door, as if to give our awkwardness privacy. "School was... good. Um, so what are you doing here?", I trailed off as I glance around for witnesses. After seeing the look in his eyes change, to a more insecure panic, I piped up before he could process a response. "I remember we have plans today, I just didn't know you were gonna meet me at school!", I chirped with a friendly face. The nerves of surprise began to shed off me, and I think he could tell. His face suddenly fell into a soft smile, his shoulder muscles relaxed and he looked down at me. "I didn't know I was actually coming here before I got into the car!", he chuckled, "I -was told- I was to be present at a business transaction, so seeing you wasn't the first thing I had imagined.", he said as he toke another step closer to me.

I couldn't deny how handsome he was. His fiery hair was illuminated by the citrus sunset like a halo. His broad shouldered were adorn with a charcoal grey suit, perfectly tailored to his body. Thanks to further investigation I notice his first 3 buttons of his dress shirt were undone, the dip of his collarbone exposed. "Does this mean I'm all yours for the rest of the day then?" I spoke without thinking wishing I could suck those words back in. His eyes became wide and that familiar crimson flushed to his face. After few stuttered attempts to verbalize a response he simple stepped aside me and held the limousine door open wider. "I-I'm hoping for longer than a day, but we can start there.", he said keeping his eyes to the sidewalk and holding out his hand to take my gym bag. All I could do was slide onto the seat with a silly smile plastered on my face. Ritsu followed in behind me, sitting opposite of me placing my gym bad on the floor before leaning to shut the door. With a tap of his knuckles to the glass window to the driver, we were off.

For the first couple minutes there was silence as I kept my eyes at the streets passing us by. But I could feel his stare burning into the apple of my cheek. 'He sure is lacking some social skills.', I thought playfully. I'm not the best to judge, I'm constantly ditching social gathering to just chill at home, or get in some extra practice time at the gym. 'SHIT!', I forgot about the plans I had with the girls. I shuffle my phone out of my pocket to see it being completely blown up with, 'where are you?', 'send your location, eta??', even the more frantic 'ARE U DEAD ORRR?!?!', type of texts. Rolling my eyes I quickly inform them I broke my leg and won't be able to come out tonight with an array of emojis to really hit it home. The responses contained the predictable curses, angry face emojis, and of course suggestive comments about possibly getting it on with my fiancé. 'I think we are very far off from that', I thought. Finally I look up from my phone at him. "Is everything okay?", he inquired with a confused tone. Perhaps he was hearing my phone vibrate nonstop while I was just mesmerized by the buttons on his dress shirt.

In that moment something sly came to mind that I couldn't keep in any longer. "Ritsu, why didn't you sit next to me when you got into the car?" I said in my softest, most feminine voice with a pout. His face re-inflamed as he began to stumble over a response. I smile at him as I carefully switch sides of my seats while the limousine was at a traffic light to be next to him. He began to fidget with his hands and bounce his leg. Feeling a little guilty, I take one of his large hands in mine, and rest them, entwined, on his now still thigh. "Hey, listen. I'm on your side you know. I'm going to be your wife!", I sighed. The concept is actually starting to bring me peace.

Heat washed over my face as I feel the warm weight of his head resting on my shoulder. He leaned some of his body weight on my side as he sunk into me. "I'm... not really experienced with any of this you know... but I do know is that I want to be the best husband for you.", he said nuzzling his face into my neck. Probably because there was literally nowhere else to hide from out embarrassment. Rosy and a little dizzy from the sudden contact, I rest my cheek on his head, "Well then, whats the plan tonight, husband?"
