Brightburn
Day 2: Tuesday
Time: 1:20 pm
POV: Third Person
"Look out!" Screamed Marcus Light as Alexander Grand and Brendon Miles gazed at the flung on high tree. At the behemoth's side, the teacher of all three boys, Annabeth Chase began to panic as the massive boy began to out pace her. His burly body would push whatever energy through his core and he'd lunge over to the previous fighting teens.
Annabeth was left in his dust as he took one step, the ground blasting into ruble and his chest making contact with Brendon first. The impact of the larger male knocked the wind from Brendon and then was forcibly pushed into Alexander.
They were both gripped by Marcus and narrowly missed getting crushed by the thrown three.
The blast alone from the tree hitting the ground kicked up a large dust cloud blinding them all.
Day 2: Tuesday
Time: 3:15 am
POV: Third Person
"On what evidence." There were a few things that struck me as odd about Ms. Chase, and her assistant Mr. Underwood but he was another story for another time. Especially since there were times she looked at a key few students with odd looks. Most normal teenagers would think… differently, but he noticed the difference. Ms. Chases' expression was always searching I supposed.
He kicked his feet from the bed and rested his elbows on his knees, Ms. Chase smiled still.
"So, evidence is what you want and you'll be a believer?"
Raising a black eyebrow, I tried to out on a curious expression. He was always pretty bad at looking interested in any topic at hand. "I suppose so, but," Alexander reached up and put a his knuckles on his chin, forced to hunch his back. "Demi-God's? The Greek Pantheon? Saying mythology is real is not just a stretch-"
"But something you gotta prove with evidence. Yes, Alexander, I know."
The boy stared at her and she stared back.
Alexander's fish like gold eyes gazed at the serious blonde face of his Teacher. He pursed his lips and nodded his head. "Alright. I guess I can say you aren't lying-"
"I'm hearing a 'but'-"
"Will you let me finish Ms. Chase?" Alexander glared at her with a raised voice. There were many things he didn't like, and being cut off was indeed one of them. Many times did physical fights brake out between him and… his common enemies around the Academy. Pretty petty but there we're many that obvious knew not to do that and there where many that didn't care.
Ms. Chase?
She smiled and he couldn't help but scowl at her more.
Was one of the ones that didn't care.
Day 2: Tuesday
Time: 1:21 pm
POV: Third Person
As the dust died down, Alexander pushed himself up and began to wave the dirty cloud out of his vision. Marcus was breathing heavily a laughed nervously while Brendon rubbed his eyes and shook his head in confusion. The young Miles turned his head over his shoulder and he saw the tree buried into the ground where he and Alex were once throwing hands.
His brown eyes searched the area and he saw Annabeth circling around the tree and she ended up by the three of them.
"What in the hell did that!?" His shout caused Marcus to blink his bright blue eyes he nodded his head agreeing with the blonde male. Alexander ran his fist across his lips and he narrowly glanced at Annabeth and she seemed to catch his look, though she chose to focus primarily on the other two.
"Sounded like a cow or something," Alexander gazed at the entrance of the forest behind the Academy known as WHILMA. "Cow… cow… what could be a cow in Greek myth-?"
"MOOOOO-!"
"Minotaur-!" He raised a voice his dead fish eyes going towards the sky with Annabeth, Marcus, and Brendon looking towards him then following his gaze to the sky. High in the sky seeing the obvious offender.
Brendon's brown eyes widened and next to Marcus had a shocked look on his face. Annabeth moved her hand to her back pocket as sweat began to bullet down the sides of her face.
High in the sky, seemingly free falling with dirt and grass following behind it's huge hooves, was the armored form of a inhuman humanoid bull. An Ax on it's only hand, that hand being it's right hand with it's large red eyes glowed. It's large form had to be at least 50 meters high in the sky, drool fell from the sides of his gritted teeth.
It donned on Annabeth…
It came to Alexander, Marcus, and Brendon.
The beasts red eyes had been solely on Alexander.
"Alex…!"
Faster then anything Annabeth had seen and experienced, the Beast fell faster then a speeding bullet. It's black fur a blur to the eyes of the four and a loud 'Thoom' rang out smashing into the ground and wasting no time charging through the smoke head down and its monstrous howling echoing out through the entire city of Sacramento, California.
Koryu snapped his attention from the bus stop he waited for, his bronze eyes gazing over at the Academy in the distance.
Summers and Donovan Trekked looked up at one another from within library of their Academy.
Sophia Weiss looked up from her book, not sure if what she was hearing was real or not.
"Mov-" the horn of the Minotaur was plunged into the teens left pectoral, lifting him off his legs, and running him into the wall behind them. The wall crumbled and the Beast with the boy smashed through wall after wall, going from one side lf the Academy, and exiting the other end shaking the entire foundation.
Alexander's body would emerge high into the sky, his red jacket torn and ripped from his torso. His shoes were kicked from his feet along with his socks exposing his tanned feet. The entire left side of his torso, including his left arm and shoulder had exploded and as he feel back, the beast was in front of him, in the air, its only arm raised high above his head ready to cut and hack through the rest of him. His gold fish eyes were wide open as the weightlessness began to register in his mind.
"The hate in it's eyes…" Alexander thought. His mind racing and the image of him and his dad fishing when he was younger flickered to the forefront of his eyes. "That hate its…"
"GRAAAAND-!"
"Familiar…" from the blood that flowed from his left side, the exposed shoulder and his ribs tasted the air.
His blood sparked and ignited.
End
AN: So, I don't do this often enough, I really should, so I'll do it now. It's pretty darn difficult for me to stick to a schedule. My grammar isn't all that good, and I'm familiar with the English language cause I'm born in the US of A. In the future, I'll be updating old chapter's and the likeor revising the whole fiction to fit it a bit closer to Canon. This fiction is going to be OC heavy, and the story going forward is going to be original, and let me know if I'm not written characters, the Canon ones like Annabeth, Thalia, and whomever else that'll show up, as they're supposed to be. I want them to he reacting to these situations right and I haven't read PJO/HOO in quiet some time. In addition to that stuff, I'll make it known that I'm not so used to saying stuff out of the content written above, so do bare in mind I want you readers to think about what's written and politely point out all typos that'll be in anything written from me.
I also need a beta, so, if anyone wants more of this idea of mines, do Message me if interested.
I need the help. Till the next chapter, and look forward to me editing this chapter after upload.
