Athanase was executed by his father after being framed to be the one that poisoned his 'half-sister, Jeanette. He was reincarnated into the modern era where he was pulled into the fourth Holy Grail War as he ended up summoning Enkidu as an Avenger Class when an cult that tried to sacrifice him to summon a servant so they could be in the grail war.

At the end of the fourth Holy Grail War, Athanase had been impaled by a tainted grail shard that tried to corrupt him but his pure and powerful mana fought against the tainting corruption of the grail shard. While his mana was fighting against the corruption, Athanase started losing his memories of his new life as he walked around the hellish blazing fire that became known as the Fuyuki Fire.

His mana had managed the purify the tainted Grail Shard and the purified grail shard then merged with his magical core. He was then found by a man by the name Kiritsugu Emiya and was adopted by him, giving him the name Athanase Emiya. Five years later, Athanase is pulled into the the Fifth Grail War as master once again and this time, he summoned Arthur Pendragon as the Saber Class.

1). Instead of a princess it was a prince that Diana gave birth to but that didn't change how Claude treated him.

2). Athanase was reincarnated into the modern era after he was executed by his father after being framed to be the one that poisoned his 'half-sister' Jeanette. It was because he was supposedly did it out of jealous due to her being acknowledged by Claude his daughter while he wasn't acknowledged as his son and was neglected by him.

3). Soon after the death of Athanase, it was found out that Jeanette wasn't truly Claude's daughter and thus wasn't the true heir to the throne. And that she is a chimera, due to being created by black magic by Claude's former his former fiancee, Penelope Judith and using the blood of the pervious Emperor's blood.

4). Claude was in raged when the black magic that clung to him from Jeanette. He disowned Jeanette, stripping her from title as the Crown Princess and making her as nothing more then a lowly maid.

5). Athanase was Eleven years old in his new life when he was pulled into the Fourth Grail War.

6). At the end of the Fourth Grail War, a piece of the tainted Holy Grail broke from it and it had impaled. His pure and powerful mana had fought against the corruption of the tainted grail shard and win, purifying it and the purified grail shared then merged with his magical core.

7). He got several abilities when the purified grail shard merged with his magic core. These abilities are:

Mana Manipulation: the ability to to manipulate mana to his will.

Servant Summoning: the ability to summon as many servants as he wants.

Mana Transfer: the ability to transfer his mana into servants, even if they aren't his servants.

Servant Detection: the ability to detect servants and are able to tell who they are.

Wish Granting: is the ability to lets him grant wishes but he can chose if he grants them or not.

8). He was adopted by Kiritsugu Emiya and given the name Athanase Emiya. Kiritsugu knew him due to him being the Fourth Grail Was even if the young boy didn't remember it and decided to keep his first name when he adopted him.

9). It's five years later when the Fifth Holy Grail War starts instead of ten years like he was supposed to be.

10). Gilgamesh and Enkidu are his servants but he summoned a new servant, who was Arthur Pendragon and who was a Saber Class servant.

11). Athanase is in a relationship with all three of his servants and all three of the servants are both very protective and possessive of their master. Especially when Gilgamesh, Enkidu and Arthur when they saw Athanase memories of his past life through the master-servant dream link.

12). Athanase looks are based off the character known as Len Kagamine.

13). While it been fifteen years in the modern ear, while in Athanase's past era it has only been a months to a year.

14). Claude has been looking for ways to bring his son back when he found out through Lucas that he had been reincarnated. He wanted to bring his son back, so he could fix things with him with him and hopefully have a father-son relationship with him.

15). Gilgamesh, Enkidu and Arthur was dragged with Athanase when Claude was finally able to bring his son back to Obelia.
