CHAPTER 3: JUST THE BEGINNING
This is the last chapter of the Beginning Arc. The next arc is the Hedgehog Arc. This is where the tone starts to shift and story starts to diverge from the originals.

ASUKA LANGLEY SOHRYU
Asuka was watching the TV in the hospital waiting room, now wearing a school uniform. Misato ordered her to remain here when Shinji wakes up. She had to go with Doctor Akagi to survey the explosion site and the aftermath of the battle. She had never been so bored in her life. That idiot better wake up soon because she needs some entertainment. Entertainment other than this boring, stupid, and cover up news bull.
What Asuka is watching news that's is just government officials covering up the truth... again. "And now for the news at noon... Our top story yesterday's massive explosions in the Tokyo-3 area has government officials scrambling to make..." Asuka decides to stop listening to this stupid crap. They're saying about the Angels so why should she care. She gets up and starts pacing. The sooner Shinji wakes up, the better.
Her phone on the seat begins to vibrate.
She picks up the phone and sees its from Ryoji Kaji. He likes to be called Kaji though. She presses the answer button and puts the phone on her ear.
"Asuka! Are you alright? I heard what happened when I was working." The voice on the phone said. It's definitely Kaji.
"Oh... hi, Kaji." Asuka said very tiredly. "Yeah, I'm fine. I am tired, though."
"Really, what happened?" Kaji sounded interest of Asuka's story.
Asuka groans. "Well, the two men who escorted out of the building that I landed on, they left me with no guide to Tokyo-3. So, I decided to wonder directionless in the city until I found this boy in front of a phone booth. He told me he was going to the same destination, I'm going." She sighs. "And then the Angel attacks and Misato found us..." She stopped when she heard a dramatic gasp though the phone.
Asuka is a little concerned. Was it because of the mention of Misato? "Kaji?"
"Sorry." Kaji got out weakly. "It's just the name you said. Uh... Misato and I... we go way back." Kaji didn't sound happy when talking about Misato.
Asuka knows what he meant by go way back. "It was her, wasn't it?"
Asuka was silent and the line was silent. It was only few seconds before Kaji spoke out an answer. "Yes."
A longer silence follows. Kaji decides to start something. "Asuka, don't mention me to Misato. Please. She might get the same behavior when that happens."
"That must have been a pretty hard break up for you. You're going to be in Japan soon. You'll have to see each other again. I don't think you can avoid it." Asuka replied.
"I know that pretty well. I loved her. I still love her." Kaji said. "She hurt me and I hurt her. It's complicated." It was silent again. "Let's change the subject, just talking about her makes me think about how we broke up."
Asuka never heard Kaji like this before. She's willing to the give Kaji what he wants because she doesn't like hear Kaji like this. "Okay, I won't further the subject."
Asuka remembers that she was telling Kaji about how she got here. "Well, after Misato picked Shinji and me up. We were able to get to NERV Headquarters and meet with the Commander." She shakes a little when mentioning that poor excuse of a father, also a very gloomy figure.
Kaji laughed. "Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Commander Ikari is a bit glaring."
Asuka scoffed. "Well, he's earned the nickname Commander Asshole for how poorly he treats his own son. Not even my own father has called me a coward and Wilhelm really HATES me."
"I've taken you've met the Third Child then?" Kaji asked.
"Yeah." Asuka answered as much as she hates to admit that Shinji Ikari is the Third Child and was able to make a forty percent on his first attempt. "We met at the telephone booth in a really empty city. He's so annoying!"
"How so?"
"Well, he's a jerk, he's meek, and he's an idiot." Asuka growled. She then calmed down. "Well there are good stuff about him. He's not a pervert..." She then meekly whispered. "and he's kind of cute." She begins to blush.
"Wow, Asuka got a new crush after getting over big and strong Kaji." Kaji laughed. "Real proud of you, there, kid."
Asuka blushed harder. "Shut up! And I'm not a kid!" She pouted. Good thing no one else was in this waiting room to hear that yell, though. "It's not a crush! Why would I have a crush on him?!"
"I may not see you blush but from that tone of voice, you pretty much like the boy." Kaji said.
"I DON"T!" Asuka yelled. Still, good there no one else was in the waiting room.
"Okay, okay, I'll leave you alone and let you confuse yourself over your new boyfriend." Kaji laughed. Asuka blushed harder. "Anyway, I've got to go. I still have a lot of paper work to do. They're preparing to start getting Unit-02 going on the Harry S. Truman... oh wait, I mean the Over the Rainbow. It'll be sailing the sea by this by this morning."
Morning? It's already morning... oh that's right. Asuka's in another time-zone. She mentally laughed. "It's about time they're getting Unit-02 going. It better here, FAST!" She sighs. "I'll see you soon Kaji."
"Yeah, we'll each other once Unit-02 is here. I'm glad you're okay. I was really worried about you." Kaji said. "Bye."
The line went dead.
Asuka puts down her phone. She sighs. She's now feeling confused. Does she have a crush on Shinji? The idiot, jerk, and meek in him is actually a part of why she's attracted to this boy. She growls at this really frustrating feeling for him. Now, she 's waiting for him to wake up because Misato's orders.
"Um... excuse me Ms. Sohryu?" A soft gentle voice got her attention. It was a nurse. "Patient Ikari has just woken up."
"Finally!" She whispered. "Well take me to him!"
"Right away." She said meekly. She walking through the hallway where Asuka followed. She needs to think of a way to scold Shinji for being such an idiot for charging in there and not killing the Angel right away.
SHINJI IKARI
Shinji is looking at the window. He's trying to figure out what happened. He got a letter from his father. Stopped at the wrong place. A beautiful girl ran into him. Then a large monster they call an Angel attacked. He almost died with that girl. They were saved by a beautiful woman and then got out of there. Then that woman decided to stop and observe the battle. They all nearly died through an explosion. They finally got to the where his father works. he was then introduced to a robot, met his dad, and was told to pilot the robot.
Shinji is still trying to bring out what happened next. He knows he got in the robot. He's knowing names. The robot is called an Evangel. The monster is called an Angel. The girl's name is Asuka Langley Sohryu. The woman's name is Misato Katsuragi. But what's missing now?!
Shinji was snapped out of his train of thought when he heard a door barge. What came through was a rolling hospital bed with the same girl named Rei Ayanami being carried by a nurse and a doctor. As she was rolled past him, the girl looked at Shinji and stared blankly but very hard until she could no longer do so.
Shinji watched as she was rolled through the hallway. Then they suddenly stop. A dark shadowy figure enters through hallway coming towards the bed. It was Father.
He didn't come to see him. He came to see the girl.
While looking at the girl. Father glances at Shinji. Shinji's heart began to beat. Then it fell when Father just glared at him.
Father turned away and walked with the hospital bed starting a conversation with the doctors.
Shinji felt like he was about to cry. He came all this way to see his dad, only to get a glare from him. He shouldn't have come here at all.
Before he could cry, he felt a thwack from behind. "Ow." He yelped.
"That was for charging like idiot back there. What were you thinking back there. You could've died, idiot." A familiar voice said. Shinji turns to look at Asuka. She's in a school uniform. She's still beautiful but also cute now. He blushes a little before trying to hide it again. "I would hit you more times for nearly dying, focusing on a little girl instead of focusing on the Angel, and getting synchronization rate of forty percent. But, I was calling a friend earlier, making me feel that I don't to let all my anger out."
"Sorry, I'm currently trying remember what happened in the battle for my perspective." Shinji said. He begins to look out the window again.
Asuka grabs his shoulder and spins him around to have his face on her. "You can try to remember what happened earlier in that battle later. Right now, I need you to kill off my boredom."
Shinji takes a small step back. "Well, what do need to kill your boredom?"
Asuka looks shocked and irritated at the same time. "Are you dense?!" She yelled. "What do you mean by what do you need to kill off your boredom?"
Shinji steps back a bit. "Well... it's just... that no girl had giving me that much attention to me before."
Asuka blinked in surprise like she didn't expect this. "What do mean by that? Hasn't other girls ask you out?"
Shinji doesn't show any hesitation. "Yeah, multiple times but that's all they do. Ask me out. They don't even try to befriend me or anything else like that. That's why I turn them down."
Asuka grows an amused look on her face. "Well, you turn down a lot of girls who ask you out and getting the attention of a pretty girl and a pretty woman. You should appreciate your good fortune." Asuka walks up to Shinji and flicks him on the forehead.
Shinji is pretty irritated with this girl.
She now has frown on her face. She turns away. "Humph."
Shinji decide to turn back to the window. He then tries to remember other things. He begins to remember a little bit of the battle. He gets very focused on remembering every single thing about the battle from practicing walking to going insane on that Angel.
He wanted to put an opinion on what happened but his focus was interrupted by a cheery voice hollering. "There you two are. Getting along already?"
Shinji turns around. There was Misato with a very cheery face. "I came to pick you two up!"
Shinji decides to walk away. But Misato wasn't done. She was following him. "I heard you were feeling okay. I'm glad, Shinji."
Shinji wanted Misato to go away right now. He hopes his response is enough to satisfy her enough to live him alone. "Yeah well..."
But Misato cut him off. "I can take you to your place. NERV Headquarters got it all set up. You have very private quarters. Don't worry Asuka will be living in quarters that are close to yours. You two will be closer. Just don't get each other pregnant." She giggles hardly.
Shinji tries to fight that blush. He should not be caring about romance and sex with Asuka. But he just can't stop himself from imagining him and Asuka in multiple romantic scenes.
Misato had to give him the most embarrassing ideas. He tries to get those ideas out of his head. He can't be thinking about these things. Why the hell is he thinking about these things.
"Hey." Misato called out to. That helped Shinji get those thoughts out of his head. "You're okay with that living on your own?" Shinji feels hamulated by Misato for giving him those stupid thoughts. Now he's mad at her for living on his own. "If you want to submit a request, you could arrange to live with your father."
Shinji turns away. Living with his father is the last thing he wants to hear. "Nah, that's all right. I feel more at ease living without him. He doesn't want me around anyway." he sighs very sadly.
"Oh, come now! Don't be silly!" Misato said optimistically. Her cheeriness irritates Shinji. "Parents and Children naturally live together!" Shinji clenched his fist. "Don't hold back. If there's something you want to say, just let it out..." Shinji has had enough. Doesn't she realize he hates his father?
Shinji cut Misato off. "Leave me alone! Please!" Shinji turns to Misato. "It's none of your damn business!" He then stomps down the hallway. He doesn't need to be around other people anyway. Why would those people care about him anyway. He never needed anyone. He denies every hand exchange because he knows nothing will change or everything could get worse. He begins to slow down.
It wasn't long before Misato caught up to him and grabbed his wrist, stopping him completely. She now has a scary glare on her face. "You have to be that gloomy, huh? Like some kind of mood disorder!" That glare is getting scarier. "I'll have to fix that!"
She turns to Asuka. "I've made my decision! You're BOTH living with me."
Asuka is stunned. "WOAH, WHAT?!" She begins to yell and stomps her foot. "I refuse! They say that boys and girls can't sleep under the same roof after the age of seven!"
"I don't care what they say!" Misato gruffly said. "You're both living with me and that's final!"
"Why would I want to live with you!" Shinji raises his voice. "Who are you to tell me what to tell me what to do huh?!"
Misato slowly turned to Shinji. That glare is even more scary. "Oh you mean me? Who am I?" Misato walked towards Shinji and grabs him by the collar. Her glare is a few inches away from Shinji's uneasy expression. "What part of commanding officer do you not understand?"
This wasn't the immature and cheery Misato anymore. This Misato is really terrifying. So scary, it kind of paralyzed him.
ASUKA LANGLEY SOHRYU
Asuka was following Misato who dragging a frozen Shinji to the car. Shinji WAS walking, only because his arm was pulled by Misato.
Asuka had no choice but to follow. She would've further object to Misato's horrible idea of all three them living together but she didn't want the same treatment that Shinji got.
Misato had always been so cheery and friendly to everybody. Even if some people weren't nice to her, she didn't show that frustration. Shinji must be so annoying to Misato that it must broke the ice berg on her cool.
Asuka would've never imaged an angry Misato being so scary.
The car trip has been quiet for a while, aside from the phone call she had with Dr. Akagi about having permission. Through the train car and the small and dark tunnel or maybe a replica of it because this one looks... distinct. The car was exiting the Geo-front the same way it entered. Shinji must be scared to speak. Asuka can't blame him. Misato must still be pretty annoyed and frustrated. Asuka disliked the silence but she didn't have the bravery to break it.
Once, the car turns to the bigger tunnel, Misato begins to speed up fast. She made some excited yell very loudly. She doesn't sound very mad anymore. "WHOOO! WE'RE GOING TO PARTY!"
Asuka is irritated at the word party. But at least, she can finally speak now that Misato is back to her cheery self again. "Um... what are we partying about?"
Misato laughed. "A welcoming party for my new housemates, of course!" She said as her car exited the tunnel.
Shinji was looking out the window with an emotionless expression. "Well, forgive me but I'm not in a partying mood."
Misato sounded annoyed. "Ugh! Got to be all huffy and sulky about everything." Asuka looks and sees that they are approaching a highway sign above the road.
"You know what, the apartment can wait. I got an idea on something." Misato said as turned to another road. "I hope you both don't mind if we make one little stop on the way."
Asuka looked at Misato with an eyebrow raised. "Where?"
Misato giggled. "Just a little detour. Someplace really cool."
Asuka is a bit skeptical about this. It's rare for Misato to have a good idea. Most of her ideas were pretty stupid back at Germany.
Asuka remain silent on the way to this someplace while wondering what Misato has in mind.
The car then stopped. Asuka looked to see a structure that looks like a lookout point. All three unbuckle their seatbelts and got out of the car.
"So, what is place?" Asuka asked, bracing for something disappointing.
"Hm. This looks like a picnic?" Shinji asked unimpressed. "Are we gonna have a little BBQ, toast some..."
Misato gets frustrated and cuts Shinji's quipping short. "Dammit, you're really cute! But why can't you show it?!" Asuka agrees with Misato but she refuses to say it out loud.
As they reach the railing, they all can see a large landscape. Asuka is disappointed but not surprised. But the problem is that there were no large skyscrapers as the others back home said otherwise. It was just a town, very few were that tall. "It's a nice view. It just looks really lonely."
Misato was looking at her watch then she proudly looks up. "It's time."
Alarms begin to scream loudly. It's seems like something big was happening. She then saw a swarm of buildings emerge from the ground. They were all rising up. They all looked like skyscrapers. A lot of them were really tall. What's making the scene better was the sunset. Asuka had one expression and that was awe.
This is the Tokyo-3 everybody was talking about. It's as amazing as people made it out to be. "This... is amazing." Those are the words Asuka got out. They were as simple they can be.
Once all buildings were up in their position. Asuka still looked in awe.
Misato started talking. "Asuka, Shinji, this is Tokyo-3, the city blocks were lowered into the Geo-front during the attack." Both Asuka and Shinji looked at Misato. "This city is a fortress, designed to protect against the Angels. This is our city." Misato looked at Shinji with a warm smile. "More importantly, Shinji, it's the city you defended." Asuka looks at Shinji who looks conflicted.
"But..." Shinji bows his head. "I wasn't heroic as you made it sound. Sure, I piloted the Eva..." His voice is getting quieter. "But it wasn't to save humanity or to protect that girl, it was..."
Misato interrupted him. "I know, Shinji." Shinji looks at Misato and blinks in surprise. "Whatever your motivation was, you did good. You should be proud of yourself."
Shinji looks at the city. Asuka sees the tears coming out from his eyes. She puts a hand on his shoulder "Shinji, don't."
But Shinji cried. Shinji shook his head. "I can't help... it. I... wanted to... hear those words..." Shinji looks at ground and pinches his eyes close. "from him."
Asuka frowns. "Don't waste your life on something hopeless."
Shinji looks at Asuka. He wipes his tears with his shoulders. "The only reason I came was that he..."
Asuka puts a finger on Shinji's mouth, shutting. She made a glare that tells him to say another word. Shinji got the message and stopped. He turned back to look at the sunset, again.
Asuka looks at Misato who was smiling at her. Misato looked at Shinji. "You may have come to this place for your father. But maybe you'll find something better than you were expecting. Shinji..."
Shinji looks at Misato to see what else she has to say. "Don't let self-doubt cloud your judgement."
Shinji nods in response and looks back at the sunset.
Asuka sees a smile on his face. "Thank you, both." He whispers.
Silence takes over. All three watched as the sun went down very slowly. Hours must have passed but that didn't matter. They did have to go since they still need to get to the apartment. They went to the car and left. It was a pretty eventful few days for all three. Asuka knows one important thing.
This is just the beginning.
SHINJI IKARI
It was really late when they got to Comfort-17 Apartment Building. It was a pretty long drive.
Misato parked the car in front of the building. Shinji, Asuka, and Misato climbed out. Shinji got his bag and his backpack. Asuka got her own bag.
Misato begins walking towards the lobby door. "It's pretty late, now. I suggest we get to sleep before we do anything else. The last few days must have been pretty exhausting."
Shinji and Asuka follow Misato through the door.
They are walking towards the elevator. "It's been exhausting for me, I need a beer. I bet you two have been exhausted. You could use some beer as well."
Shinji snickered. "We're minors. We can't drink alcohol. Besides, the last thing we need is a hungover."
Asuka laughed.
Misato scoffed. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to introduce you all, Party Pooper Shinji." She mockingly cheers.
Shinji huffs in annoyance. "I just want to get to sleep."
The elevator door opens, the trio entered through, the door closes, and the the elevator begins to go up.
The elevator stops, the door opens, and the trio walk out and turn right. Shinji and Asuka are just following where Misato was going. "I guess they delivered Shinji's things already."
Shinji sees the boxes that had his name on them. "What you'd know, I was right!" Misato cheered.
"What about my stuff?" Asuka pouted.
Misato chuckles. "Oh, don't worry. They'll be here eventually. Shinji's stuff got here faster because he lived a little closer to Tokyo-3."
Asuka frowns at Shinji. Shinji rubs his head.
Misato swipes a key card on the door lock and opens the door. "To tell you the truth, I've recently moved to this city as well." She turns to the other two. "Well, come on in."
Asuka speeds past the door while Shinji just stays there. He doesn't want to intrude or something.
Misato looks at Shinji with concern. "Are you okay, Shinji?"
Shinji gasps as he smiles shyly. "Um... pardon my intrusion." He said pretty meekly.
Misato frowns. "Intrusion? Shinji, this is your home, now." She said very gently.
Shinji looks at the border between the inside and the outside of the apartment. He steps a few steps forward through the border.
Shinji meekly looks up. "Um... I'm home."
Misato smiled warmly. "Welcome home!"
Shinji and Misato walked to the living room to see Asuka in the empty room. "This room has been taken!"
Misato looks at Shinji with sympathetic eyes. "Well, I guess there's one room left for you."
Misato walks to a very small room where the only two things that were in the mostly empty room. Two futons leaning on the wall.
"Well, these futons will work well enough." Misato grabbed a hold of one futon and dragged it out to the room. Shinji laid the other on floor.
"Hey, Shinji!" Misato hollered. "Maybe you should bring all your boxes inside! We can save the unpacking for the morning!"
"Okay!" Shinji got up and went to the front door. He carried the first box to his room.
As he puts down the first box, he sees Asuka come in, carrying one of his boxes before putting it down.
Shinji looks at Asuka in confusion. Asuka grunts. "I'm only doing this because Misato told me to do it."
Shinji grows a small smile. "Still, it's good to help others. People appreciate it."
Asuka scoffs and leave the room to get another box. Shinji then got up and went to get one as well.
As they both got all the boxes to his room. Shinji sighs. "Well, that's everything."
"You don't have that much stuff." Asuka sighs and walks out of the room.
Asuka looks like she's no longer interested in him. Well that's okay. He doesn't have time for romance and sex. Hopefully, he can get those scenes out of his head. He grunts in frustration.
He walks to the kitchen and he sees a mess. Misato is sitting right in the middle of that mess. She was holding a can of Yebisu beer. "Oh, as you can see this place is a little bit messy but make yourself at home." She giggled.
Shinji looks around the kitchen. He feels troubled at the look of it. "You call this... a little messy?" This woman doesn't clean after herself? How is she living in such an unhealthy environment?
Misato doesn't respond. She just has the goofy cheery look on her face.
Shinji looks over to a very large fridge, larger than the other normal looking fridge. Wait, there is two fridges? "Hey! What's in this fridge?"
The door opens. Inside is a critter carrying a bowl full of jerky and a towel. It runs off to the bathroom and hops on a tub full of hot water.
Confusion is all that Shinji has right now. "Misato, what is... that?"
Misato giggles. "Isn't he cute. He's a new breed of penguin that came after the Second Impact. His name is Pen, but I'd call him Pen-Pen if I were you."
Shinji tries to get the confusion out of him. He looks at the door of Asuka's new room. It's closed. "She must be in bed."
Shinji begins to yawn. "I should get to bed too."
As he enters his room, he lays down on the futon. His actual bed is yet to be put together. He hears Misato holler. "Goodnight!
He closes his eyes.
Everything was black for a while until lights begin to take over.
It's this damn memory again. Not a single night goes by where he doesn't dream about this when he's asleep.
He's now in a lab looking at that same woman. This is the only time he's ever seen her. Only in this dream he sees that woman. "What is the child doing here?" A gruff voice barked.
"He's Director Ikari's son." The woman said.
"Ikari, this is not a daycare center. This is a crucial day!"
"I'm sorry, Professor Fuyutsuki." He know that voice... mother. "I'm the one who brought him."
"Yui, this is your experiment today."
"That's why." These are the last words, she said. "I want to show my child a bright future."
Then everything became random.
"What's happening?!"
"Flatline!"
"No vital sign on the test subject!"
"Cut the Connection!"
"Abort the test!" Those are the last echoing words. They are loud and still so sudden to him that they end up pushing Shinji out of sleep.
Shinji burst in gasping, waking up. He looks around. He's back in this room.
He lays back down and looks at the ceiling. "Another ceiling, I don't know."
He gets up and sneaks out of his room. Opening up, he sees that all the lights are off. He then looks at the clock. It's 2:13 AM. He decides to walk to the veranda of this apartment and look a the skyscrapers in front of this apartment building.
Shinji scoffs. "Of course, nothing in this city is familiar."
Shinji has to go back to bed but he doesn't want to because he doesn't want to go through that same dream twice in one night. So he decides to think what to do.
He thinks back to Grade School, where a teacher that he used to spend a lot of time with, taught him songs on the Think Guitar.
Shinji smiles at that good memory. That teacher was the only teacher he ever he liked. That man taught him a lot of things. Such as a lot of the English language, and different kinds of Art and Music.
Shinji liked the music most of all. He loved learning that Guitar most of all.
Wait a minute... he still has that instrument.
Shinji goes back to his room and searches through his boxes. His voice level was low so he doesn't wake anybody up. "Now it's got to be around here... A-hah!" He's found it. His old teacher's guitar, in good condition as well.
He walks back to the veranda with the Guitar. He thinks about what song to play. The teacher taught him a lot of songs. But which one?
Then he looks at the bright full moon. He's got an idea of which one to play.
He looks down at his guitar and start moving his fingers around the strings. He feels the music as a part of him. His teacher had a weird way of words.
He begins to sing while he thinks about what to do. "Fly me to the moon... let me play among the stars."
Shinji had the most fun learning this song.
"Honey, let me see what spring is like on... Jupiter and Mars."
Shinji just remembers good memories with teachers
"In other words... hold my hand."
The teacher died before he entered Middle School.
"In other words... sweetheart kiss me."
Though, why can't other teachers act that way
"Go on and fill my heart with song... and let me sing forever more."
Everything else in his life is big mess.
"Because you are all I long for... all I worship... and adore."
Speaking of big messes. This apartment is still a big mess.
"In other words... please be true."
He should clean up the place himself. Maybe cook as well.
"In other words... I love you."
He plays the same tune for a while without singing. It wasn't long before he just stops and just stares at the moon. He takes a deep breath. Through out the last few days, he's been given a new outlook on death. The last few days has been exhausting. But he knows one thing.
This is just the Beginning.
TO BE CONTINUED...
Some notes from the author...
The Guitar thing, Shinji will explain a little bit more. It's something that's not from the Anime or the Manga. There's a lot of things that Shinji has that not either from the Anime or the Manga. Even though TBM's Shinji is a combination of characterization in both Anime and Manga.
This is the end of the Beginning Arc. Where the story starts to diverge and new plotlines will start. The hedgehog's arc is based off of the Anime's Episode 3 & 4 and the Manga's Volume 2. This is a complete separate story so there might be some things that are unfamiliar.
I kind took my time on this one. One of the reasons is that I'm remastering all the current chapters(this one included). A much bigger reason is that I don't want to rush things anymore. I went through this chapter over and over. I think I'm pretty satisfied before I come back and change the heck out it. I'm not going to start new chapters until all the current ones are remastered. I think that the new Prologue has turned out pretty good.
I'll come back and change some stuff in Chapters to fix some grammar and story errors.
Please review. I am more than happy to hear some criticism from other people. I like improving my work.
