"Would you like to become a ninja," Hiruzen said.

Yuutsu and Cho both looked at each other and made eye contact. Yuutsu felt time stop and his eyelids become heavy as he closed his eyes.

Some Place

Yuutsu appeared in a very silent and melancholy place with rain being poured onto him. He looked down and saw that he was standing on water. Yuutsu then looked up to see a dead shot, red moon.

"Never gets old seeing this place," Yuutsu said smiling to himself.

It had taken a while to make what now was his soul represented. Whenever he was sad, mad, calm, or depressed this place would represent EVERYTHING. The reason he made this place was so he meets with Cho anywhere. His spirit contract allowed her to enter his soul. He also created it to experiment with magic because of the one time he almost destroyed a portion of a kingdom while experimenting on the magic combination.

Yuutsu looked up at the dark, red moon and saw the huge black cage with a lock on it. It's always been there since he entered his soul and it was always oozing a dark and evil miasma.

"Well, should we discuss what we should do?" Cho said.

Yuutsu looked up from his thought and frowned at her.

"Yeah what should we do?"

"I think we should do it. It can teach us a lot and it looks like we can make a living on it."

"Yeah I was thinking the same let's go back," Yuutsu said as he disappeared from his mind.

Yuutsu's conscience left that world and came back to the current one where it seemed like time had stopped and waited for their return.

"Yeah we would like to enroll in the academy," Yuutsu said smiling at Hiruzen.

"Great just sign here and you'll be good to go," Hiruzen said pulling out a slip of paper.

Hiruzen gave them the keys to their new apartment and went on their way.

Yuutsu and Cho were all settled into their apartment and had both realized what type of work they were in. Yuutsu's daily routine was heading to the library and after a week of heading there, the librarian noticed that he would be heading to the academy in a couple of weeks and recommended him books on chakra history, taijutsu stances, ninjutsu, and many more like it. An excited Yuutsu headed home and Cho and Yuutsu read up on everything that could be done with chakra. Their concern was that maybe they didn't have it. But after practicing a leaf chakra control exercise and trying it for about a week it finally ended up working. But the thing was that he couldn't feel chakra running through him. The chakra exercise only worked when he imagined the chakra being the mana that he uses for magic. It seems mana and chakra have the same properties.

School Day

It seemed a week had passed since they arrived and it was finally time that they go to school. One of Yuutsu's weak points was his interaction. His family would keep him indoors all the time and he would only train for hours at a time. Because of this, he couldn't keep a conversation with many people. Cho helped with that but it was still horrible.

Because of this he would always try and make a good impression on people so they couldn't think low of them. Step one of this was what he would wear and what style he would put his hair in. Since they came here they didn't have much money to be extra clothes but they still had the fighting gear they had brought with them. Yuutsu's clothes were a white overcoat that would go down to his feet. Along with that, he had black metal buttons and his sword was hidden with his coat. His pink hair would be tied in a messy ponytail that when down to his neck. Cho had black pants that had a red line coming through them. Along with that, she would wear a white long-sleeve shirt that had a red Ouroboros symbol on the back. (An Ouroboros is a serpent or dragon that was shown eating its tail you can look it up it's pretty interesting.) At last, a new chapter of their life begins.
