A/N: After I uploaded a DARAGON chapter, I took a nice long break. I needed it, so there's that. In that time, I played this game called Little Nightmares 2, later discovering there was a Little Nightmares 1 (DUHH LMAOOO). So, I'm having fun playing those two games. I stopped playing the second one because I need to complete the prequel game first lol.

Chapter 4: Jealousy at its Finest...
FULL RECAP: The Witch has kidnapped Bardock as he sacrificed himself for the others to escape. During that time, Vegeta and Nappa visits the home of the Witches, Planet Conjuring and defeated all of the Witches with ease. As Goku and the others head to one of Bulma's safe locations, they think of a plan on rescuing Bardock.
And during that opportunity of thinking, Goku and Vanessa kissed. They confessed to each other that they were each other's first kiss...
New Timeline
Nighttime
Blossom Empire, Big Tree...
Things between Bardock and the Witch Queen were intense. After she took Bardock from Goku and the others, the Witch Queen tied him up to one of Earth's biggest tree, in a land filled with flowers everywhere. Red energy blood strings wrapped around him and the tree as she did nothing but stare intensely at him.
It was bad enough he got tied up, but to be stared at? He looked away, angered.
With all the time in the world, the Witch Queen used that to her advantage by torturing him. And as he yells throughout the land, no one but her could hear the yelling. His yell was heard but no one had picked up. Blood was coming out from Bardock's mouth as he gasped for air...
"GAHH! Hurghh..." Bardock panted hard from the Witch Queen's strings piercing through his skin.
"You look like shit, Bardock." The Witch Queen pointed out as she stopped her torturing method. "I should've known you would've gone this long without spilling. As expected of my former lover..."
'Former lover' made Bardock sneak in a smirk. Even though he was in a rough shape, he couldn't help but laugh. "You're still on that? You really don't know how to let go, huh?" he looked at her. "Some things never change with you."
"Kch. And what does that mean?"
"For as long as I've known you, you were always the type to show dominance to the other Witches."
"Of course. How else am I going to show my daughters the power I wield? I AM the Witch Queen, Bardock. Now tell me where your family's hiding my Vanessa."
"Sure. She's in the city of go screw yourself."
Bardock's words hurted the Witch Queen. In doing so, she shoved Bardock's head back to the bark with her right forearm. As if Bardock needed more pain from this. He was already on the verge of passing out. Inflicting more damage doesn't help...
"Why must you be so arrogant, Bardock?" Her forearm was still on him. "Remember, you no one to blame but yourself. You put yourself in this predicament. It's your fault."
"My fault? I'm not the one who's using Vanessa as an excuse just to get back at my wife!"
"Wife..." The Witch Queen mumbled under her breath. "Bardock... I could've been your wife. What could've been..." She got closer to him. Her hand was on his left cheek. "Come back to me, My Love. You know how much I love you. Seeing you roughed up hurts me. It hurts me so much. I just don't understand why you would ever cheat on me."
"You know why. Don't get me wrong, I love you, too—"
"If you do, then come back to me. We can start all over. We can start fresh. You are the only man whom I'll ever love. In this life time to the next"
"Thanks for that, but let me finish here." Bardock said, after not feeling his former lover interrupt him. "What we had, I'll never forget. Saiyans love strong-willed women. You're a prime example. I'll always cherish what we had in the past. You know that."
"Then why?"
"It's because our relationship was never going to work."
"I don't... I don't understand—What do you mean by that?" The Witch Queen asked, hoping to get the answer she desperately wants to hear.
"During our relationship, you wanted nothing but perfection. You wanted us to be perfect in every way, it was so damn annoying. It felt like I was trapped in a curse with no way in breaking it."
"Bardock, perfection is what makes things beautiful."
Not in his book it's not. Never in his life did he hear such utter garbage. And so, he sighed. As expected of his former lover. "There it is. You don't understand, and truth be told, I don't think you ever will. You don't see the errors of your way. You don't see the mistakes. And because of that, you got dumped by me, and your child left you."
"Bardock..." Her eyes were constantly shaking, trembling after hearing his hurtful words.
"Tell me something. Let's says, for the record, we never broken up. We were still together. And later down that line, we got married and have 2 kids. What would you have done if they were both males? Given how you strongly dislike the opposite gender, I'd say things were never going to last."
"You don't know that, Bardock! Because it's half you and half me—Just like with you when we first met, I would've made an exception. You are the only man whom I'll always love. You know that."
"Even though things were rough between us, I always loved you too. I just wish you weren't so hellbent on wanting everything to be perfect."
When she heard that, she got on one knee and now both her hands were on Bardock's cheeks. She gave a soft smile towards him. "Then come back to me. Come back to the life we used to share together. Every day, I can't stop thinking about you, Bardock. What I wouldn't give to have that once more."
"There's nothing you can do that'll bring us back to that time." Bardock said, knowing there was nothing that can be done. And when he said that, the Witch Queen got angry.
"Stop it. Don't spewing such nonsense, Bardock." She lets go of his face and walked a few steps back. She didn't look at him as she turned her back, looking up at the sky. "If I can't have you, then I'll just kill everyone you love."
Bardock's heart skipped a beat. He immediately reacted to that aggressively. "What are you planning on doing!?"
"Simple, really. It's obvious if you look at it from this perspective. I, the big, bad villain of this story kidnaps the you, the father of a Saiyan family. That same Saiyan family will play the heroic heroes that will try to save you, to which, they'll come to us. Just to let you know, Bardock, your whole self-sacrifice for the others to escape is quite commendable. But at the same time, in vain."
"What?"
Her aura bursted out, blowing Bardock's hair back. "They'll come to us, all of them. That will save me the trouble of searching for them for far too long."
"Do you really think they'll come to you? My wife's smart, you know. Her and Kakarot's friends, Bulma and Krillin. They'll know not to come here unless they want a funeral."
"Eh? Is that so? You certainly don't know your own family if that's your take on them." The Witch Queen smirked.
"What!?"
A black crow descends down from the sky and onto the Witch Queen's right shoulder. "You may not have noticed, but during our confrontation, I snuck in some of my energy onto Vanessa. And as they got away, as I was tying you while you were unconscious up on this divine tree I planted myself, I heard in on their conversation. They're planning on rescuing you. Bardock, they're orchestrating a plan to ensure your rescue. It's cute."
"You... always have a knack for that. That's not creepy at all. But that's expected of you." Bardock sighed. "What else is new?"
"Hmph. By that tone, you don't sound impressed. But maybe after this, you will be. When they all come, I'm going to massacre them all. One-by-one. Your entire family, starting with your wife, Gine."
The Witch Queen's attempt of a threat got to Bardock. Doing so, he tried to lunge at her but thankfully, her energy threads was restricting him by a lot. But there was anger in his eyes. They were constantly shaking not due to fear, but rage. "You son of a bitch! If you lay a finger on my sons, my wife, I'll kill you myself!"
"You'll do no such thing, Bardock." The Witch Queen again got close to his face. "See, I'm going to ensure that you see it through the end. This place will be their grave. A fitting end for them, yes. You are going to watch as I kill them in front of you. And once I'm through with them, I'll take you and Vanessa back to my planet."
"For as long as I've known you, even you wouldn't stoop that low!" Bardock's eyes continued shaking. As he was growing irritated of hearing what the Witch Queen, his aura appear. "I'll kill you if you touch them."
"(His energy's rising. So the rumors are true. Saiyans... at the brink of death). You're forgetting that you're talking to the mother of all Witches." She reminded him, tightening her energy strings.
"Argh!" Bardock spitted out blood.
"I don't want to hurt you more than I already have. So after I kill your family, I'm going to gather all the Dragon Balls and wish Shenron to wipe away your memories of Gine. You belong to me and me only."
"You're insane! As if I'll let you get away with that. You would have to know that the Dragon Balls aren't exactly easy to acquire."
"I won't argue with you on that. I've seen how your group's been going at it."
"If you've been listening in on my family and friends' plans, knowing where they are too, then why aren't you heading towards them rather them going to you?"
"Hmm..." The Witch Queen snuck in a smile. "Take a look around you, Bardock. This is peak perfection. This tree is made out of the finest roots and nourishment this planet didn't know it needed until I gave it what it needed. It's my domain in a way. And what better way to make it more mesmerizing than to see Gine's face below the tip of my heel. You're either with me or against me, and judging by that reaction... you're against me. You'll see. You'll see that it was a mistake to cheat on me with a downgraded monkey."
"Hey, that's my wife you're bad mouthing, Witch." Bardock intensely stared at her as his gears were grinded. "No matter how painful these energy strings are, they won't hold me back. I'll see it to it myself that they'll live to see another day. As long as I'm still breathing, I'm not going to let my wife, my sons die!"
"(He's caring for his family. Reminds me of when we first met. That's exactly why I fell in love with him. He truly believed in equality between both our races)."
She was touched with his words. But she was still going to murder all of Bardock's family. There was nothing that was going to change her mind on this. It was settled. And because she sees how loyal he is to Gine, her arch nemesis when it comes to Bardock, she thought of a plan that would mess everyone up.
Something that would drive Gine to her worst, the Witch Queen had something sinister up her sleeve. "I'm sure you noticed how both my Vanessa and her monkey boyfriend are strangely, unusually strong, correct?"
"And what of it?"
"Vanessa, I can see how she's strong because she's my star child. But your youngest son? Something's up with him. I get the feeling if I were to go toe-to-toe with the 2 of them in a handicap match, I would lose."
"So you're admitting defeat?"
"Not exactly, no. I'm saying I'm going to need help. Although they're strong together as a unit, you and I are exactly on par with them as well. Possibly even stronger." The Witch Queen informed. "If you were aware years ago, Bardock, the two of us were much stronger than King Vegeta the III. You knew that, but you still decided to—?"
"To what? Not give a damn?" Bardock finished her sentence and knew where she was heading at with this. "I told you again and again, Witch. Killing King Vegeta doesn't serve anything in my favor 'cause I'm not the type to rule over thousands of Saiyans."
"You could've been the King of Saiyans as I hold the title of Queen of Witches. But... as always, your heart was not it. Typical Bardock." She shook her head. "Back to the subject here." As the Witch Queen lifts her left hand, a large amount of blood covers the ground.
"Huh!?" Bardock looks down in panic, recognizing this type of attack move she was planning to dish out. "This is—"
"Yes. Blood Creation Magic: Scaffold of Fresh Blood. You've seen me use this against the Witches on Konjuring. Powered by my own Ki, I'm going to control you using your blood! You'll fight for me as you've always been doing years ago but in this case, your family. You'll kill your family."
"What!? You wouldn't!"
The Witch Queen smirked. "You look so handsome when you're panicking, Bardock. But I also would. Once I control you with your own blood, you'll help me kill your family and then we'll settle together like how we used to back on planet."
"Kch...!" Bardock tried to withstand it, but the Witch Queen's control was far too powerful to deny. "(Not good! Losing control of—my body... Damn)." There was a struggle in control of the body. And as it was pointed obvious, Bardock had lost. And with that, Witch Queen loosen her blood strings and Bardock stood up. His pupils were gone. Now in control, he walks over to the Witch Queen, getting on one knee.
"That's my Bardock." She stroked his hair, later getting up. "With your power and mine, we'll take care of your youngest son and my Vanessa with ease. If there's one thing that's on my mind, it's the power gap from those two. They're our Vanessa and Bardock's son, but as the same time... they're not. It's as if... those two came from another dimension and the ones that were in this one ceased to exist..."
Bardock was quiet. He spoke nothing and it continued that way...
"No matter. It's all the same. That just means this Vanessa has more latent potential than the previous one."
The Witch Queen's love for Bardock, despite getting dumped all those years ago, stills shows and it was going strong. She demonstrated it by going for a kiss. Her lips met with his. She added emotion to it because it had been years since she's been with him. And because it's been so long, she was dead set focused on him and his lips, on how soft it is still after all these years.
While still under her control, Bardock was still able to take over her senses. Flooding it all over hers as it's been a while, the Witch Queen's heart pounded in her chest. The warm feeling of his breath was basically an invitation to her. Her arms wrapped around Bardock as her mouth was taking in the taste of his salvia.
It just goes to shows that she was down bad and how she was so desperate to get this sort of spark that once ignited in her all those years ago. And now, it's back. That spark.
Now and forever, the Witch Queen's only desired man, despite having a strong hatred of them, will always be the Saiyan that helped her end the Witch war many years ago...
"Oh, Bardock..." She rest her head on his chest, moaning as her legs grew weak in that specified moment. "When our lips parted, a part of me died. Imperfection, so-to-speak." She later smirked, giggling a little. "A tingle? I believe so. Now then, let's go play the waiting game, shall we, My Love? The battle between us and them is coming. I can feel it!"
The two of them, in front of the grown tree that she planted herself, stared at the sun rising up at the crack of dawn. Based on a prediction, an assumption, the two waits there, knowing that their kids will head their way to them. They don't know how, they don't know when, but they'll get there to them soon.
The soon awaited tag-team battle: Goku and Vanessa against their parents, Bardock & the Witch Queen...!

A/N: On a serious note, this is the shortest chapter I've ever done throughout my entire time on this site. For this story or all of mine in general. If you exclude the A/N, that is. So the reason as to why I made Ch3 so short is because I don't really feel like doing 7-10k words just on the interaction between Bardock and the Witch Queen alone since this chapter was dedicated to them.
Speaking of Bardock, the idea of him getting mind controlled was based on the Masked Saiyan with Towa and Mira. Thought it'd be cool if I steal—borrow that idea.
By the time this is up, I'll still be playing Little Nightmares 1 & 2.
