Chapter 4:

"Well? Who?"

"Aberforth Dumbledore."

"Dumbnuts estranged brother? Owner of the Hogshead? That Dumbledore?"" exclaimed Harry.

"The one and only."

"How? Why?"

"Well my parents and I were in the Leaky when Aberforth walked by muttering about his brother and the idea struck me. One long lunch later all three of them settled on the guardianship. Xeno walked by right after and when he heard about what they had done he asked Aberforth to take Luna's guardianship while he was away. He told me that he couldn't wait to rub this in the Headmaster's face. I can't wait either."

Harry blinked a couple of time before the laughter just bubbled out. This had to be the best prank ever!

HLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHHLHLHHL

Harry's joy was soon ended with the arrival of the Weasley family. Generally, Harry didn't have a problem with most of them. Just Molly, Ginny, Ron, and Percy, Although Percy was because he was a stick in the mud who lived and breathed rules like sex and drugs. Harry avoided him out of pure sanity.

The other three would soon learn not to mess with the new Potter Family. Yes, in his mind the three of them were married, something that he hoped to resolve this time. There had to be a law that allowed it. It was just a matter of finding it.

In the old timeline Molly was forever trying to get Ginny and him together, saying how much they looked like his parents when they were together. Ron, under something his mother had said, thought that Hermione was the only one for him as she could do all the work and he would get all the glory from it. Delusional anyone?

The fact that Ginny went along with it was never questioned. Harry did wonder if this was of her own violation or if she had been brainwashed since birth. Probably something he would never know.

Harry had come into the main room of the Leaky when the red-heads arrived in mass. There was no escape.

"Oh! There you are Harry dear." Gushed Molly Weasley as she shoved her way across the room to pull him into a hug aka a vice like grip.

Pulling away she held him at arms length saying "Aren't you a sight for sore eyes, now what room are you in so that Ron can join you?"

"Mrs. Weasley, I have a very small room with one SINGLE bed, Ron's going to have share with someone else."

"Nonsense! I'm sure that Tom would be more than happy to add a bed to your room. Now what's the number and I'll go talk to him about it."

However Harry was firm. And loud. "Mrs. Weasley! I don't want to share MY ROOM with Ron! I have to share a dorm with him all school year! I need a break from the snoring above anything else! Now excuse me be I need to get into the Alley."

Molly Weasley was not to be detoured. "Now see here young man. I did not raise you that way. We share things in this family, Now I want that room number and you will not be going into the Alley alone. We go as a family and that is final!"

The entire collection of customers went silent at the presumption of the Weasley Matriarch. Many thought that she had overstepped herself but didn't want to risk the wrath of the living Howler. But The Boy-Who-Lived was no pushover or unafraid.

With a look that had Molly letting him go, Harry barely kept his temper in check.

"Madam, I am not nor will I ever be a member of your family. If I ever entertain such an IDEA, then I have placed those that I trust to get me to the nearest Healer and have me checked over from head to toe. Since you can't seem to get it through your head, I'll simplify it. I want nothing to do with you or your family. I will never set foot in that rundown shack that you call a home. I will not accept nor give a single gift to anyone with the Weasley last name and if you continue with this line of thinking I will be forced into declaring a blood feud between the houses of Weasley and Potter!"

Several gasps were heard through out the room. Blood feuds were serious business.

Arthur Weasley was the last to arrive by floo and had missed most of the exchange between his wife and Harry but he heard the last bit that Harry had said. He hurried over and placed his hand over Molly's mouth. He had no idea what all had transpired but that was neither here nor there. As the last of the Potters, and a future Lord of said family, Harry was well within his rights to do what he had just claimed.

"Forgive me, Mr. Potter. I will deal with my wife and we will not bother you again."

Harry glared at the man before nodding. Without pause the boy-who-lived went the that back of the inn and out to the entrance to Diagon Alley.

Before he removed his hand Arthur gave Molly a stern look.

"I don't know what you did or said but it stops now!"

"I didn't do anything! All I did was greet him and asked what room he was in so that Ron could join him."

"He obviously doesn't want that!"

"But they always share a room!"

"That's beside the point, Molly! What else did you say?"

"Well something along the lines that I didn't raise him that way and that he should wait for us so the could go to the Alley as a family, Nothing that should have set off a reaction like that. When he gets back he'll be lucky if he makes the train on time after I ground him."

"MOLLY CELESTE PREWITT WEASLEY! Where do you get the idea the YOU can punish him!? He's not one of ours!"

"He's JUST as GOOD as with the betrothal contract that was signed with Albus! Besides he saved Ginny last year! That's a life debt! The only way for her to pay it is with marriage and have a child! That Boy is family to us whether he likes it or not!"

Arthur lost some of his bluster but still had say something. "None the less leave him alone. Let him cool down and we'll try to see if he'll join us for Christmas and discuss this."

"What's to discuss? He's a child. A child that needs a family. A family that will help him for the rest of his life. What more can he want or ask for." said Molly as she walked away, spotting Hermione Granger. Arthur knew that blasted Betrothal was going to trouble. But what's done was done. He hoped that the family would survive if it fell apart.

As she tried to do with Harry, Molly went in for a hug with the muggleborn girl but somehow missed, grabbing air instead. Hermione had side-stepped to her left to avoid it, right into Luna Lovegood's arms. The little blonde looked pleased with that.

"Hermione, dear, is that anyway to greet family?"

"Family!? YOU? Mrs. Weasley you have not nor ever have been a member of my family! I have parents thank you very much!"

"I know that dear but I meant as a wizarding family not a muggle. Afterall you and Ron will be married when you're older and then you will be family, Why not start now?"

Hermione jaw dropped. That….that…..that HARPY though she and the human waste disposal were getting married!? Not in this dimension they weren't!

"I don't know what potions you've been taking or inhaling but if you think that for ONE minute that I'm going to marry that waste of human space that you call a son then you need to see a mind healer!"

Once again someone that she thought of hers to control was not behaving properly.

"I will not be spoken that way by a child that I helped raise. Now you will go to your room where Ginny will join you to stay. You will stay there until you wish to apologize. You will not leave or eat until that is done. Are we understood?"

Hermione Granger stood taller than anyone had ever seen her. With a squeeze of Luna's hand, she let the old Harpy have it. With both guns.

"Madam, YOU are not my mother. Emma Granger holds that title. You DID NOT raise me in anyway! I want NOTHING to do with you and your family! NOW EXCUSE ME!"

Hermione pushed her way past the stunned witch, pulling a grinning Luna along, and went to the courtyard area to escape into the Alley.

It was then that Molly realized that quite a few patrons were staring and frowning at her. Her gaze fell on Arthur who looked like he wanted to throttle her.
