I was reading over a few parts of the book and I forgot something very important, in the book (not the movie) Harry had gotten a Letter shortly after Dobby used a hover spell on the cake and dropped it on poor Mrs. Masons' head.
To be fair I have not read any of the books in a long time and I had forgotten this fact as well. So I'll be more careful. Now then the chapter is going to be somewhat light I'll try to keep it around five or so pages but it's hard when Writer's Block decide to throw a brick at your head. Hope that you like this chapter and story so far, I'm going to be working on the 1-7 rewrite short after this, so See you at the end for some ending notes.

Chapter Four: A friendly visit.
Xxxxxxxxxx
It was earlier the next morning when Harry heard knocking on the front door. Odd, no one but Aunt and Uncle knows I'm here. Harry thought to himself. Going up and out of bed Harry made sure that he put a rob on as he made his way downstairs. When Harry got to the front door there was another knock. Harry hoped that Hagrid wasn't the one knocking on the door.
"One moment please." Harry said. When Harry had opened the door he was surprised to see a rather thin, balding man. What little the man had was red. He had glasses on as well and he looked at Harry with a kind smile, what had catch Harry's eyes though was the fact that he was wearing long green Robes.
The kind that Wizards wear. "Um, How may I help you?" Harry asked. He didn't like this. The last Wizard that he had meet turned out to have two face and the bad habit of trying to kill him. Naruko was working on a way that he could expand his senses but it was a work in progress. The balding man however had his hand out, and what he said had ease Harry a little.
"Arthur Weasley, it's finally great to meet you Harry." Arthur said to the young man. Harry blinked and smiled as he shook Arthur hand. "My son Ronald told me so much about you, and of course about Miss Uzumaki as well." Arthur said. Harry smiled and nodded. "Please come in," Harry said as he led Arthur to the dinning room. "Would like some tea or coffee sir?" Harry asked.
"Tea please." Arthur said. "I have to admit Harry, this is a nice place." Arthur said. From the kitchen Harry called back. "I know, Naru takes really good care of the place, she even has protection seals all over to make sure nothing back happens." Arthur took noticed of this. "Yes I see, looks like Naruko has inherited her mother skills in seals as well."
Harry frowned at this but shrugged if off, it was possible that Kushina Uzumaki had made many friends at her time at Hogwarts, he won't be surprised if that was the case. "Here you go Mr. Weasley." Harry said as he placed a tea cup in front of Mr. Weasley. "So what can I do for you sir?" Harry asked sitting in front of Mr. Weasley.
Arthur took a envelop out of his briefcase and handed it to Harry. "I wish this visit was on Happier terms Harry." Arthur said. "Don't worry it's only a warning." Harry nodded his head as he took the envelop and opened it.
Dear Mr. Potter,
We have received intelligence that a unknown spell was being cast at your
place of residence, in the morning hour of nine o'clock.
As you know, underage wizards are not permitted to perform spells
outside of school, and further spell work on your part may lead to
expulsion from said school (Decree for the Reasonable Restriction of
Underage Sorcery, 1875, Paragraph C).
We would also ask you to remember that any magical activity that
risks notice by members of the non-magical community (Muggles) is
a serious offense under section 13 of the International Confederation
of Warlocks' Statute of Secrecy.
Enjoy your holidays! Yours sincerely,
Mafalda Hopkirk

"Harry, I been asked to come to you to ask you about this unknown spell." Arthur said. "Do you remember anything about it, or where you may have learned it?" Harry shook his head. "My cousin was being mean to me and for some unknown reason words started to fill my head." Arthur nodded, it wasn't uncommon for young wizards or witches to cast spells by accident, but this was something new.
"Do you by any chance know the words to this spell?" Arthur asked. Harry nodded. "Give me a second, I'll write it down." Arthur nodded his head as he enjoyed his cup of tea. Arthur blinked as he looked at the cup. There was something about the tea he had just drank. When he had found where Harry had gone to he was tried, a long night of raids and headaches would do that.
However for some unknown reason Arthur felt better, in fact he couldn't remember the last time he had felt this way. Just what the heck is this anyways? Arthur thought to himself. Unknown to Harry and Arthur Harry had used a special blend of tea leaves and a heal potion that Naruko had worked on. In a sense it would rejuvenate the body to give it more energy, there weren't any known side effects as far as Naruko could tell. (Shadow clones for the win.)
Harry came back a moment later. He handed the note pad to Arthur who looked at it. "I see, Harry I have never heard of a spell like this, are you sure that these are the words that cast it?" Harry nodded. Arthur looked at the spell again, if one was to look you could see Arthur pal at the words. The spell was powerful, that much he was sure of.
"There's something that you should know." Harry suddenly said. "I had stopped the spell, shortly after I started to feel sick, and it felt like my heart was beating so fast that it was going to burst out of my chest." Harry was pale, Arthur could see that. He looked down at the spell one last time. "It's Black Magic." Arthur said. "They sometime come with a cost."
Harry blinked, he remembered that from a lesson at school. Arthur was left with little to do, the spell was very dangerous and in the wrong hands it could led to the death of hundreds if not Thousands, worst if the fear of He-who-must-not-be-name was to get his hands in it. Having no choice Arthur held the slip of paper up and set it on fire, two seconds later there was nothing left.
Arthur smiled at Harry. "Can't risk it falling into the wrong hands." Arthur said. For the next few hour Arthur and Harry had talked, about Harry's first year in the magical world and his meeting with Naruko. Harry smiled at this, Naruko was his first real friend and he couldn't help himself when he told Arthur about Naruko throwing a water balloon at his cousin.
"Harry can I ask you a simple question?" Arthur asked. "Sure." Harry replied. The question though had Harry thinking about the answer. "What is the exactly is the function of a Rubber Duck?" Harry looked down and laughed a little, he could tell right away that he and Mr. Weasley was going to get a long just fine.

Like most things The fun at the house had to come to an end as Mr. had to go home, he did of course invited Harry to come over and stay for the summer at the Weasley but Harry decided to stay at the house, Arthur gave him a kind smile and told him that he was always welcomed. Harry thanks Arthur and after seeing him out closed the door behind him.
Shortly after finishing cleaning up the kitchen (Naruko had told her group of friends that they must clean up after themselves or get a butt kicking.) Harry decided that going to Diagon Ally and getting his second year school books should help the time he had. The only problem he had was how the heck does he get to the Ally again? Harry could tell that it was going to be one of those days.

-Elemental Nations, Konoha.-
It had been a somewhat normal day in Konoha for Naruko. Well it was about as normal could be after learning that you were a powerful Sorceress, or as close to one as one can be. Naruko was sitting down on the face of the fourth Hokage when she had read Harry's letter. What's a house elf? Naruko didn't have the answer but Kitsuna did.
They're slaves? Kitsuna shook her head. No, well maybe, I don't understand them most of the time myself. Kitsuna explained. However this Dobby elf warning has me on edge. Naruko nodded. I should look into this spell that he mention in the letter.
Kitsuna ears flattened at that. Don't, that spell is just as bad as the spiral curse on your back. Naruko blinked and without realizing it rubbed her back where the scare was placed on her several years ago. It was odd, somehow both Harry and herself but had cursed scares from when they were little. Harry had gotten his when he was boy a one year old.
Naruko had gotten hers, when a member of the Civilian Counsel decided to hire an assassin to finish what the Fourth Hokage had started. I'll leave it alone for the time being. Naruko told the kitsune. Naruko had to leave it alone for the time being. Putting Harry's letter away Naruko looked at the list she had been given for her second year at Hogwarts.
Naruko narrowed her eyes at the list of books that she was to get. She did not like what she was looking at. I have a bad feeling about this. Naruko thought. Both Kitsuna and Kurama could only nod with the young red head. For some reason or other the name Gilderoy Lockhart was setting of her lie detector, she could never explain it, but when ever someone was telling a lie, she would know that it was a lie.
So why was this Lockhart person books leaving Naruko with a bad taste in her mouth so to speak. "Well doesn't look like Hogwarts is going to be boring this year either." Naruko said out loud. Naruko, you better hurry dear, or you'll be late for school. Kitsuna suddenly said. Naruko eyes widen as she stood up and vanished in a flash to the Academy.
Even if Naruko couldn't become a Shinobi thanks to her Magic, she could still learn the everyday subjects that a civilian (Or Muggle) needed to learn.
To be continued...
the ending to this chapter kind of sucks. After all the title of the chapter is called "A Friendly Visit." and for the most part it was. Harry got to meet Arthur Weasley in a friendly manner, like I said before I had messed up and had forgotten the warning letter, so I had old man Arthur give it to him.
Now I would have done more for this chapter but I couldn't really think of anything to put in after the visit. I know I said the chapter was going to be the usual 5-6 pages but after the visit with Arthur I just couldn't figure out what else to write.
Well that's it. Next chapter we return to Diagon Ally, and Naruko and the others from Shinobi house meet up once more. Else one else think that the poor book store is going to be overly crowded?
See ya then.
Kidan out.
