With the Titan now moving towards HQ, the Chaldeans and the Cadets start their plan to save the soldiers trapped inside the building before the Titans manage to break in.

"Wow, he's very fast" - Ritsuka, mounted in Mash's back talked about their Titan 'ally' - "Hey Da Vinci, do you have anything on this particular Titan?" -

"Not much, but I can at least tell you this: Someone is controlling it" - Da Vinci said from Chaldea.

"What does that mean?" - Mash jumped into the conversation, curious.

"Allow me Da Vinci" - Holmes started to talk - "What we mean is that there's a human inside that Titan and it's controlling its moves, that's why it didn't attacked any of you" -

"Weird, but I guess that for now we'll just keep it a secret. Do you know who's inside it?" - Ritsuka asked.

"No, the only thing we know is that someone is controlling the Titan's movements, but the identity of the human in question is unknown" - Holmes replied quickly.

"Ritsuka, we're about to get into Titan territory, brace yourself!" - Mikasa screamed to Fujimaru as the Titans surrounding HQ focused their eyes on the group.

"This will be a fun ride" - Ritsuka replied to himself.

Their Titan friend got there first and with brutality, it punched one of the enemies to the death with no issue, drawing the atention of other 2 towards his location and alerting the remaining 7 of their presence.

One of this Titans of merely 5 meters tried to snatch Ilya mid air, but the magical girl flew up to the skies and blasted it with a barrage of magical projectiles. While the Titan suffered serious burns, it wasn't out just yet.

Another one of 8 meters jumped in the air and managed to grab one of the Cadets and crush it before anyone could react. After seing this, Mikasa made a quick turn back to slice its neck and then returned to the squad.

The remaining 5 Titans were too slow to catch up to any of them and when one of them managed to get close, Reines used her Mystic Code to make it trip and fall over 2 smaller Titans, crushing them to the death.

"That was fun to watch at least" - Gray said as she jumped from building to building.

"We're going to crash, everyone cover!" - Jean warned the Cadets as they smashed the windows of HQ with the Chaldeans entering shortly after.

"Only one got lost, we managed to keep casualties to a minimum, good work everyone" - Ritsuka was happy that the majority got there in one piece.

Jean started to search inside for any survivors, finding two of them hiding under a desk. While everyone was happy that they managed to make it in time, Jean was having mixed feeling, which he was quick to show when he helped one get up, just to punch him in the face a second later.

"What the hell you think youre doing!? You were supposed to be our assistance and we had to come save you instead! I lost my men out there because you couldn't do your job!" - Jean screamed as loud as he could, causing the second soldier, a woman, to break down in tears.

"What could we do!? The Titans ate everyone before we could do anything, we had no choice but to hide!" - she screamed in pain

"Jean, stop" - Ritsuka put his hand on his shoulder - "We're happy that you're alive" -

"I'm thankful we managed to make it in here alive, but we have no gas to keep going. We're stuck here" - Annie said.

"We're not stuck" - Armin decided to talk - "Underneath us, there are supplies, we just have to take the lift and..." -

"Don't do it, there are 8 Titans down there, we tried to go down but the Titans forced us out before we could even set a foot in there" - one of the survivors said to the rest.

"Just 8 Titans? That shouldn't be a problem" - Ritsuka said before corrected by Reiner.

"It's a very close space and we can't move quickly there, if we try and go down we're just going to be Titan food" -

"There's something we can do, hear me out everything" - Armin got everyone's attention.

His plan was simple: Go down to the supplies, blind the Titans down there with guns and then the 8 more athletics would attack from the sides and kill the Titans before they could react.

Reines wanted to improve the plan, but Ritsuka stopped her, saying that they can't do anything for them.

Armin's plan was succesful at the end of the day, resulting on everyone going down to the supplies to re-stock.

"Hey, Ritsuka" - one of the girls from the Cadets approached the Master who was resting - "Je, your name is funny, never heard something like that before" -

"Well, I'm sure its not something you hear everyday here. What's your name?" - the Master asked.

"I'm Krista Lenz, nice to meet you" - the girl sat next to him - "Your team looks very excepcional" -

"Yeah, they're very special but also my best friends, they've been helping me so much that I can't remember a time where I didn't had them by my side" -

"That's great, I hope I can someday say the same about my teammates from the Cadets, I just hope not to..." - Krista stopped before finishing.

"Krista, try not to think of that, it will just get into your head and you'll make more mistakes. Repeat after me: 'I, Krista, will not die, I will survive until the end'" -

"I, Krista, will not die. I will survive until the end'" -

"There we, and I'll do as I can to help you. For as long as I'm here, I'll try to keep everyone alive" -

"Thanks Ritsuka" -

Krista took Ritsuka's hand as both of them smiled before getting up, noticing how the rest of them were alredy going up.

After getting back to the main floor, they were ready to leave that place and return to safety, but something caught their attention.

The Titan that was killing its own kind wss now being eaten by two others, heavily injured and unable to move.

"Come on, we have to help him" - Ritsuka said to the rest.

"Wait, look!" - Armin signaled a Titan they the Chaldeans hadn't seen before, but the Cadets knew well, because they saw firsthand how it killed one of their own.

The Titan being eaten saw the other one arrive and in that moment, it was like a switch was flipped inside of it. Immediatly, it tossed both Titans that were eating him aside with no problem, even while having no arms, after which he ran against the third Titan, biting its neck and ripping the part that stopped them from healing.

"ROAAAAAAR!" - the Titan screamed before falling to the ground and dissolving, unable to heal its wounds.

Everyone looked as, from the Titan's neck, something got up, or rather someone.

"Eren!?" - Mikasa screamed as she jumped from the building at the dissolving corpse.

"I guess he was the one controlling the Titan" - Da Vinci said from Chaldea.

"Yeah, now we know" - Ritsuka replied.

There was going go be a lot of questioning after that.
