Sam trembled like a leaf in the corner of the cage. But he had to pull himself together. After all, would God want him to come to Lucifer if it wasn't what was best? He had to have faith in that. In Him. Sam stood up straight in front of Lucifer, trying to show no fear.
"I have to say, you're extraordinarily calm given the circumstances", Lucifer remarked with a sly smirk. Sam tried to plaster a smile on his face too, but it was halfhearted and was gone in a second.
"Well, it's pretty much exactly how God told me it was going to be", Sam whispered. "Guess I just have to go with it and play my hand." Lucifer snickered and covered his mouth quickly with his hand. Sam stared at Lucifer, confused by his reaction.
"Well, that would make so much sense if it was God that was doing the talking. You see Sam, when the Darkness descended the impact on Hell was massive. The Cage was damaged. Through the fissures I was able to reach out." Lucifer wiggled his index finger like a wriggling worm. "It wasn't God inside your head Sam." A wide, toothy grin spread across Lucifer's face as he stared into Sam's horrified eyes. "It was me." Sam started to pant and back into the corner again. Lucifer so loved to see the fear in Sam's eyes, that the satisfaction was almost erotic. "So you see, he's not with you. He's never been with you. It was always... just... me."
"No!", Sam whimpered, shaking his head frantically in disbelief. It couldn't be true! Could it? Lucifer chuckled again stepping up close and grabbing the bars on either side of Sam's head. Penning him in.
"So I...I guess I am your only hope", the Archangel purred in Sam's face. A single tear escaped Sam's eye when he realized what he'd done.
"It's never gonna happen", Sam croaked, his voice trembling with fear. Lucifer backed away and spread his arms wide in welcome.
"Ah, well, settle in there buddy!", Lucifer crowed with an amused grin. "Hey, roomie... Upper bunk? Lower bunk? Or you wanna share?" Lucifer wagged his eyebrows at Sam seductively. Sam just stood there staring at him in shocked silence.
He was terrified and Lucifer knew it.
Dean and Amanda walked down the side walk toward an old dilapidated building while Dean talked into his phone. "Hey Cas, I know you're fighting the good fight right now but, ah... I need you at Third and Pine Kenesaw, Nebraska because ah... I'm going to Hell." Amanda slapped him on the shoulder as he hung up.
"You mean WE are going to Hell!", Amanda growled. "I'M GOING!" Dean closed his eyes and ran his hand down his face. It was pointless to argue with her. He knew that.
"OK, but I do all the talking and you just stay behind me", Dean snapped. Amanda nodded, smiling up at her brother. Dean turned and knocked hard on the metal door and a slot opened and a pair of eyes stared out at them.
"Password?", a woman's voice called from the other side of the door. Dean heaved a disgruntled sigh and rolled his eyes.
"Crowley sent me alright, just open up." Dean wasn't going to say it. NO WAY! HUH-UH!
"Password!", the voice snarled through the slot.
"Really?", Dean spat. Please God! Not that! Anything but that! Dean finally lowered his head and started singing under his breath.
"Camptown ladies sing this song. Do dah, do dah. Camptown... race track five miles long... oh do dah day... alright, just let me in!" The door finally swings open with a woman standing on the other side. She stood there with her hand on her hip, smirking at Dean.
"Nice work, Bieber", she said, eyeing him up and down.
"Yeah, funny for a demon", Dean growled at her, his nose scrunched up in disgust.
"Not a demon. Name's Billie. I'm a reaper."
"Yeah, who gives a shit", Dean growled. "Just show us the way down stairs!" Just then Castiel appeared next to Dean. Amanda reached out from behind Dean and grabbed Cas' hand in a tight grip. Dean nodded at him and smirked back at the reaper. "All of us."
"So you did all of that just to... to what... jump my bones?", Sam whined. Lucifer snickered at the double meaning behind Sam's words.
"Literally", Lucifer whispered. Sam looked down and breathy laugh came out of his mouth.
"Well, you wasted your time then", Sam whispered, looking back up at his ultimate tormentor. "You see I know how this ends."
"Oh, do you now?" Lucifer was intrigued. Even he didn't know how this would end. Sam walked up close to Lucifer and grinned.
" Yeah. You'll taunt me and you'll, ah, torture me, and I'll say no. And eventually, sooner than you think, my brother's gonna walk through that door and kick your ass." Lucifer laughed in Sam's face, holding his belly.
"Dean? You're betting on Dean?", Lucifer panted.
"I always have", Sam quipped. "And I always will."
"Hey! When Dean comes to kick my ass, do you think he'll bring your little sister with him? Hmm?", Lucifer breathed. "Besides you, she's all I seem to be able to think about. Such a sweet peach!" Lucifer moaned ludely. Sam lunged at him, wrapping his fingers around Lucifer's throat, and driving him back against the bars.
"DON'T YOU TALK OR EVEN THINK ABOUT MY SISTER! YOU GOT THAT, YOU SADISTIC FREAK?!", Sam snarled in Lucifer's face, slamming his head hard against the iron bars of the cell. Lucifer growled and his eyes burned red hot before Sam was thrown backwards to the other side of the cage, landing on his back with the wind knocked out of him. He laid there coughing and wheezing, trying to catch his breath. Lucifer stood over him with his hands balled into fists.
"Who do you think you're talking to, Sam? Huh?!", Lucifer seethed. "I don't answer to you or anyone!" He crouched over Sam, grabbed him by the collar with both hands, and pulled him up close. "I will have her, Sam." Lucifer's cold breath blew in Sam's face and he shuttered involuntarily. "One way or another, she will be mine." He pulled Sam closer and whispered in Sam's ear. "And I'll bet that it'd feel even better inside of her than it did inside of you! And if I were riding you while I was riding her? Mmmm... that's a fantasy I've had for a loooong time, Sammy!"
"Never!", Sam snarled. Lucifer shrugged and punched Sam in the face over and over again. He picked Sam up off the floor by his throat and held him over his head with his feet dangling off the floor. Lucifer's eyes flash crimson again as he began to squeeze.
"I will have you, Sam!", Lucifer hissed. "You and that sweet piece of ass, Amanda!" Sam's wheezed and his eyes began to roll into the back of his head. "Precious little Mandy!"
"SAM!", Dean called from outside the cage. Lucifer turned his head and saw a small group of people huddled together in the shadows. Dean ran toward the cell, screaming for his brother. "NO! SAMMY! LET HIM GO, YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Lucifer shot Dean a wide grin and dropped Sam on the hard concrete floor.
"Well, I guess you were right, Sammy!", Lucifer laughed. "Dean's here to kick my ass!" Suddenly another voice called out in distress.
"SAM! Let me go, Cas!", a female voice hissed. "I have to help him! SAM!" Lucifer turned toward the shadows and smiled sadistically.
"Well, whattaya know?!", Lucifer crowed, clapping his hands together. "He did bring my precious here to play!" Sam's head spun in the direction of the voice with a look of shock on his face.
"NO! DEAN! GET HER OUT OF HERE! NOW!", Sam bellowed. Dean looked confused. Why would it matter if she was here or not? But Lucifer snapped his fingers and Amanda appeared in the middle of the cell, facing the Archangel. Amanda just stood there in shocked disbelief. Lucifer looked her up and down with his fingers cupping his chin.
"NO!", Sam and Dean screamed at once. Cas came running out of the shadows with terror written all over his face. He stopped next to Dean and they both looked at each other with fear and concern.
"Please Lucifer! Let her go", Sam whimpered. Lucifer snorted and walked slowly toward her while she backed away from him just as slowly. Sam tried to stand up and Lucifer waved his arm, sending Sam flying up against the bars and sticking there. Amanda stumbled backwards against the bars, hitting the back of her head hard. Dean ran at her, but Lucifer was quicker. He lunged at Amanda, wrapping his large hand around her throat. Dean froze, his eyes going wide.
"Take another step and I will snap Mandy's sweet little neck!", Lucifer growled. Amanda whimpered and turned her face away from him. He leaned over her and stuck his nose in her hair, taking in the floral scent of her shampoo. He did this while never taking his eyes off of Dean's face. Dean narrowed his eyes at Lucifer and Lucifer smirked back at him. "Mmmmm... Your sister really is something guys! She makes all the blood rush to my head. And I don't mean the one on top of my shoulders. Lucifer wagged his eyebrows at Dean suggestively and Dean growled at him.
"HEY!", Dean snarled. "Why don't you pick on somebody your own size?" Lucifer chuckled and wrapped a strand of Amanda's blonde hair around his index finger.
"Sorry Dean. I don't swing that way." Dean gritted his teeth, trying to remain calm.
"What's the matter Luc? You afraid I might really kick your ass?" Lucifer looked down at the young woman, trembling against the bars and then back up at Dean. 'Why not have some fun before REALLY having some fun?' Lucifer raised his hand and snapped his fingers. Dean and Cas both appeared inside the cage before Lucifer, who had Amanda pulled up against him with her back against his chest. His hand remained tightly around her throat.
"Welcome to the party guys!"
