Chapter 4 Destiny of Remnant
A/N: Okay, so after re-playing Destiny and watching Game Theory's video on the Traveller being evil – this is a One-Shot (Maybe)? On that. Jaune vanishes in a ball of light while initiation, two months pass, and he returns... with some harrowing news.

Ozpin has no way to explain what it is he's looking at, but one thing he does know is that it's alive and aiming what appears to be a gun directly at his head.
Beside Ozpin is his teaching staff along with the students who originally found this... thing?
"T-They're friends!" Ozpin hears Miss Rose proclaim as she points at Ozpin and the teachers. Ozpin minutely sees the thing's(?) visor flash blue before the gun in its hands evaporates in light particles.
"See. He means no harm." Pyrrha says walking towards the armored being.
"Miss Nikos! Get away from that thing at once!" Glynda orders as she takes a menacing step forward.
It's the wrong move when behind the thing(?) hundreds... no, thousands of swords sparkle into creation.
"Stand down, Human." The thing(?) warns as it trains it's gun on them again, specifically Glynda. But Ozpin notices that the thing's(?) finger isn't on the gun's trigger.
'Odd.' Ozpin muses to himself.
While the swords in the air turns trajectory as well.
"Glynda, that's enough. You've already seen how the students are willing to vouch for "it"." Ozpin says, and before Glynda can even counter, "May I ask who or what you are? More accurately what are you after?" Ozpin asks, stepping forward with his cane before him.
Suddenly there's a tense silence as neither the thing(?) nor Ozpin shy away from each other. And behind Ozpin he can feel Glynda's Aura rise a bit, intending to defend Ozpin at all cost. Then without warning the gun in the thing's(?) hand vanishes, and the swords soon follow.
"Figured you would be an Envoy of Darkness..." The being muses aloud, and then continues, "I suppose that makes you a good guy, right Ozma?" The being finishes, as a dark orb with a red rectangular eye materializes beside his head.
'Darkness...? Ozma, who?' Everyone wonders to themselves looking between the Ozpin and the mysterious being.
Ozpin looks at the being with acute shock as he grips his cane tighter. T-That name... he hadn't heard it in such a long time... If that thing said it then it must mean that Ozpin had otherwise met this being in a previous life.
Thing is Ozpin would've remembered such a flashy and well equipped being.
Ozpin sees as the thing(?) lifts up its right-hand and touches a button just under its earlobe. That's when Ozpin sees the visor glow white for just a second before it starts to evaporate. When the light dies down Ozpin and everyone stare at the being with shock for it looks exactly like...
"My name is Jaune Arc, and I think that should accurately explain everything." The blonde-haired teen mutters, a smile on his face as everyone stares at him with mouths agape.
"JAUNE!" Ruby Rose, resident leader of RWBY yells as she speeds at Jaune and promptly tackles him to the ground in a hug.
"Ooof!" Jaune echoes as the air is literally knocked out by him.
"W-We thought you were dead..." Ruby mutters, her mouth quivering as tears streak down her cheeks. Then after that, all hell breaks loose as Team RWBY and NPR rush at Jaune with exclamations of joy. And soon the young boy is lying on the ground half-conscious.
A few moments later Jaune is wheezing as he wills gallons and gallons of oxygen into his body. He hears Arcadia; his "Living" yelling in annoyance as Nora and Ruby examine him.
"So, Mr. Arc why would you point your weapon at us?" Ozpin asks deathly serious.
"I thought it was an illusion created by the Traveler. Last time I fought against hundreds of Grimm." Jaune explained as Ozpin and the others looked at him more confused in curious.
"Stupid Humans unhand me at once! Jaune! Jaune help me, please...!" The black machine yells as it floats up into the air, it's thrusters going max as Nora keeps it grounded. Before Jaune can continue he hears Nora's voice from beside him.
"What is this thing, Jaune?" Nora asks, pulling the "Living" down to ground with ease.
"Is it an alien?" Ruby further questions poking the machine all over its body.
"Yeah. That's Arcadia, my "Living"." Jaune explained, "And I would appreciate you do not damage it. Considering it's equivalent to a sun in power." Jaune adds snickering as Nora and Ruby let Arcadia go without protest.
"Thank you, Jaune." Arcadia said, "Anyways, Jaune I think we should get to business." Arcadia mused.
"Professor Ozpin I would like to discuss about the Relics." Jaune said, crossing his hands underneath his chest.
"Mr. Arc-! H-How do you know of that?" Glynda asks, looking utterly flabbergasted. As Teams RWBY and NPR look between the teachers and Jaune in confusion.
"When we arrive at Beacon, I'll inform you of what I know." Jaune said, walking to his crashed ship, "But first, I have to camouflage this beauty." Jaune added, typing some buttons on his wrist. Then before everyone's eyes, they saw the ship turn invisible.
"Well, let's go!" Jaune announces as he walks past his friends and teachers.

A/N: I may continue this in a Part Two, so yeah... Next chapter Jaune explains how the Darkness and the Traveler fit into the World of RWBY.
