Still at the bottom of the ocean, everyone is working to repair the Hydro Bounty. "Try again." Nya told PIXAL.

"Still nothing."

"Maybe the line is blocked." Maya suggested.

"It's not the line." Nya said with irritation as she held a wrench. "We just replaced the line."

"Oh, what about that little clicky-thumpy thing over there?" Maya points at the piston.

Nya placed her free hand on her head as she straightened up. "You mean the piston?"

"Ah! Is that what it's called?"

"It's not the piston, mom! It's the battery, ok? It's dead. Look. Isn't there something else you could be doing? Like playing with Rocky, who I still believe you smuggled onto this sub! Now my son's life is in danger too." Nya goes back to trying to fix the piston.

Maya watched with a hurtful look, she moved back to lean on the open door. "All Rocky wants to do is help you Nya." Maya said as she folds her arms. "And that's what I want."

"I don't need help! I've been doing just fine for a ling time. The whole time you were gone, and Kai and I were on our own, raising ourselves? Remember that time?"

Maya continued to look hurtful. "You know that your father and I didn't have any choice about that." She said hurtfully. "We were imprisoned, and."-

"Oh, Oh, I know, Mom, I know! I'm not saying it's your fault, I'm just saying." Nya trails off as she smacks the pistons irritatedly. "It's a bit late to help now. I'm not a little girl anymore, ok?"

Nya walks into the bridge, and plops down in a chair as she tosses down a wrench. "Well, bad news. I can't fix it. The battery is shot."

"We must find a way to recharge it." PIXAL said, turning to her.

"Where are we gonna find a generator out in the middle of the ocean?" Jeanette asked as she looked up from the tic-tac-toe game she was playing with Rocky to keep his mind off the situation they're in.

"There is none." Cole said as he walked up to them to watch the game. "What kind of games have you guys played?" He asked with interest.

"Uno and tic-tac-toe." Rocky answered, then drew a line down. "I win again!"

Jeanette blinked. "Huh? Wow, your good at this game."

"The worlds boring game in the history of time." Cole said as he placed his hand on his son's shoulder with a smile. "But my son finds it fun. Can I play too?"

"The sub is powered by a high capacity carbon-ion battery." PIXAL said.

"Is there another way to charge it?" Rocky asked.

"We need a large supply of energy." PIXAL answered.

"What about the power source we've been tracking?" Maya asked. "How far away is that?"

"Approximately 300 yards southeast of our position." PIXAL answered, turning from the scanor.

"That's pretty close." Jeanette said.

"And Maya is correct in theory. Zane replied. "If we can locate the energy source, we should be able to tap into it with a portable battery, bring the unit back, and recharge the sub."

Lloyd walked over to the windshield to look out at the sea just as a school of fish swim past. "300 yards. How do we get there?"

"What about the APS suits?" PIXAL offers.

"What's an APS suit?" Nya asks, and PIXAL smirks.

PIXAL leads everyone to the hanger bay to show off two giant mechs.

"Oh, my." Maya breaths.

"Wow!" Nya smiles, she leaps into a Hydro Mech. "I'll take this one!"

"I intended to build one for each of us, but ran out of time. I didn't even have time to fully test these suits, but I am reasonably sure that they will function as intended." PIXAL smiled.

"How sure?" Nya asks.

PIXAL thinks about it. "55 percent." That shocks Lloyd and Cole, who give her shocked looks.

"That's good enough for me." Nya said with a smile and a shrug.

"Nya." Cole said as he walks towards the mech. "Maybe I should go."

"Cole. I'm the Master Of Water." Nya states with a smile. "And there's nothing but water out there. Even with my powers acting weird, I'm still the best choice for this mission." Her smile fades when she hears her mother's voice.

"I'll take the other."

Nya watches as her mother walks over to the other mech. "Mom, I really don't need any."-

"Yes, you do." Maya cuts her off. "I was the Master Of Water before you, Nya, and I still know a thing or two. If something goes wrong out there, I can help."

"She's right Nya." Lloyd agreed. "My powers won't be much help out there. Neither will Zane's, Jen's, or Cole's."

"You'll need this." PIXAL said as she held a pad. "And I've keyed the suit's tracker to the energy signal. It should guide you straight there." She tosses it to Nya who catches it, she looks at it before setting it down beside her.

"Be careful out there." Cole wished as Rocky hugged his arm. He and Rocky walk backwards towards the doors.

"We're all set!" Nya closed her Mech.

"Roger." PIXAL said as she pressed a button. "Flooding chamber now."

The remaining Ninja stood on the bridge by a computer.

"Switching on thrust jets."

"Affirmative. We have visual." PIXAL said.

Jets of green come out of the ground, one hits Nya's mech. "Hydrothermal vents. Let's stick close."

The two Hydro Mechs continue on through the eerie green, before another jets strikes Nya's mech sending her off course, Maya grabs a hold of the mech in time.

"Huh? Thanks, mom. That was close."

"Nya, I know you're angry with me." Maya began. "I wasn't there for you and Kai, but I had to make a choice."

"I know, mom."

"No, you don't. You've never had to make a big sacrifice like that, and I hope you never do. Sometimes there are no good choices, Nya, and that's just how the cookie crumbles."

"I don't like crumbly cookies." Nya said as she pulled away. "I like chewy cookies."

"Nya, one day you and Cole will have to make a choice when it comes to Rocky."

Nya's mech spun around to face her. "Stop nagging me and telling me how to raise my own son!" She yelled with anger. "Cole and I are doing just fine and Rocky is happy!"

"Then why does he feel neglected? You haven't once praised him for all the accomplishments he's done in the past couple of months." Maya challenged.

"That is none of."- Nya's cut off when the tracker beings to beep, she gasps as she grabs the tracker. "I'm picking up something!"

"The energy source is 500 yards away. Can you see anything?" Lloyd asked from the communicator.

"Nothing yet." Nya answered, then gasped as a temple comes into view.

"Wow." Maya breathed.

"Nya, what is it?" Lloyd asked.

"It appears to be an underwater temple of some kind." Nya tried to answer as she and Maya now stood, facing the temple.

The two Hydro Mechs move up.

"Off we go, into a spooky old temple." Maya said as the two head inside.

The two mechs emerge from the water and start to walk towards a door with writing on them.

"Zane? P.I.X.A.L.? You guys seeing this?" Nya questions, using her flashlights on the door.

"I could be mistaken." Zane said as he took a step forward. "But I believe it is a very primitive dialect that predates the First Spinjitzu Master."

"What does it say?" Nya asks.

"It appears to be a warning not to enter. "Go no further, ye who seek. Something ... for the sleeper in the deep must not be disturbed until the end of days."' Zane translated.

Lloyd frowns. "The what?"

"I am unable to translate the seventh word." Zane admits. "I am running it through all known databases."

Rocky reached up to tap Zane on the arm, gaining his attention. "Why would anyone be sleeping in a creepy underwater temple? That makes no sense."

Nya exits her mech. "Well, the signal is coming from the other side of these doors, so whatever it says, I don't think we have a choice." She said as she walks up to the doors.

"Be careful, mom." Rocky said with worry just before Nya and Maya push open the doors.

Nya and her mother enter to find Merlopians and glowing jellyfish. The two Ninja sneak around. One hands a disc to Glutinous.

"Hmm. Burnt out, just like the others." He jumps as the doors from the other side of the room open.

"I grow tired of your excuses, Glutinous." Kalmaar said.

"Who's that?" Maya whispered, Nya simply shrugs as she shakes her head as they watch Kalmaar point his triton at Glutinous, who backs away.

"Without the second talisman, I fear it will not work! All of our previous efforts to awaken the serpent have failed!"

"Your efforts are inadequate!"

"I need more time!" Glutinous begged. "Time to study the first talisman, time to manufacture a stronger replica!"

"You've had too much time already, my patience is at an end! Try again!"

"We don't even know what the talisman is made of! If it's technological nature, a magical ar."- Glutinous is cut off when Kalmaar strikes the disc out of his hands, which lands on a pile of other similar discs. Glutinous whimpers.

"Awaken the serpent now! Or I will have you replaced with someone who can!" Kalmaar threatened, pointing the triton at Glutinous as it charges with energy.

"Yes, sir, yes, yes, sir! Right away!" Glutinous stuttered as he backs away in fear, then runs over to a machine. "Prepare another trial! Attach the cables! Insert fabrication twelve! Powering on."

The device powers on as Zane continues translating. The newest disc starts glowing purple.

"I've seen that before." Nya said, just as Zane completes his translation.

"Oh no."

Cole turns to him in worry. "Zane."

"I know the identity of the sleeper!" Zane said with concern.

"Who is it?" Jeanette asked.

"Wojira!"

"Oh no!"

"No way!"

"It can't be. I thought it was just a myth!"

"Nya! Zane has deciphered the identity of the sleeper." PIXAL warns. "It's Wojira!"

Nya gasps.

"Nya, Maya! Get out of there!" Zane yells.

The Merlopians' device powers up and sends out an energy pulse. Nya grabs Maya and runs.

"Nya, look out!" Maya cried as just before the energy pulse hits Nya and causes her to glow purple for a short time, before colapsing. "Nya!" Maya runs over to her and kneels down.

"Surface dwellers, in my temple?!" Kalmaar sends a blast at them.

"Mom, run!" Nya cried as she gets back to her feet and the two race back to their mechs.

"Don't just stand there! Stop them!" Kalmaar and the Merlopians rush after the two Ninja.

"No!" Kalmaar yells, he sends a blast that hits Maya's mech.

"Mom!" Nya turns around and narrows her eyes as she activates her powers, then pulling up a large water bubble, sending it at the Merlopians.

Kalmaar stares with shock. "Impossible." He then braces himself with his tentacles as the water washes all the Merlopians away.

Nya goes over to her mother. "Mom, are you ok?"

Kalmaar blasts Nya away, knocking her out.

"Can it be? Can it actually be?" He sighs. "After all this time, fate has finally brought us together. You, the usurper, the Elemental Master of Water. And me, the rightful heir and ruler of the endless sea!" He laughs maniacally.

"Nya!" Cole's voice yelled in concern. "Nya! Where are you!? Nya can you hear me!?"
