North Side of the Roble Holy Kingdom, Hoburns, Baraja Residence…

Neia Baraja POV:

Sometimes, I still have the nightmares of being killed at Loyts. It was quite the scary and painful experience, and not one I wish to experience again. But waking up in Ainz-sama's arms and watching him decimate the demihumans made it all worth it in my opinion. Despite being an undead, I still think he felt warm.

I slowly open my eyes to the sight of my clean, sunlit room. Ah… that's one of the first restful nights I had in a while. I stretch my arms and yawn, groggily becoming aware of my surroundings. My eyes dart to the corner of my room, making sure my Shooting Star: Super wasn't stolen in the middle of the night. Not that I think anyone would be able to, my senses are too acute for that.

I throw the sheets back, and jump out of bed.

"Hokay! Time for another day…"

Running into the bathroom, I splash some water on my face and look at myself in the mirror. Ah… how I hate these eyes. It's a good thing His Majesty gave me my Visor, whatever would I do without it?

I stick a toothbrush in my mouth, and start roughly combing out my hair, whilst thinking about what I'll do today. I'll make my rounds in the churches, practice my archery and… paperwork. Like always. Although it's not the worst thing I could be doing, I do wish I would be able to serve Ainz-sama directly…

I wash my mouth out, and grab a loose t-shirt from the door and put it on. I'll get dressed later, first I'm making breakfast. I dash out of the bathroom, and then out of the bedroom. Running down the hall, I realize how lonely it is in this big manor. Maybe I should get a dog? Or a cat? Maybe Shizu-senpai knows her animals, she likes cute things…

I round the corner, and walk down the stairs to the living room. The living room is quite spacious, with three couches and various pieces of random artwork that Father picked up, simply to fill space. There's a tea table in the middle of the couches, and on the tea table is a tall glass. This glass doesn't look like one I own, in fact, it's the exact same glass that I usually drink milkshakes from.

And, lo and behold, on the couch, peeking out from under a blanket, is a head. This head has orange hair, a singular shut eye, and the other eye is covered by an eyepatch.

Ahh… she looks so cute even when she's sleeping… The person sleeping on my couch currently is Shizu-senpai, a demon maid under Ainz-sama's control. What's baffling is, why is a demon maid, with a difficulty rating of a hundred and sixty, sleeping on my couch? Time to find out I guess.

"Shizu-senpai…"

No response. I shake her.

"Shizu-senpai~"

This time, her eye slowly opens, showing the beautiful emerald green hue that compliments her perfect face.

"Hello Neia."

"What are you doing in my house?"

"Orders."

"From who?"

"... Demiurge-sama."

Ah… him. I think I remember him.

"Why did he order you to come to my house?"

She sits up, and the blanket slides off her torso, revealing a plain one piece sundress covering her body.

"Because… he said you would need help. Things will start to happen soon, and wheels are starting to turn. Ainz-sama… said he will personally start becoming more… active."

"Is that so… well, I can't think of anything I need help with at the moment."

"He thought you would say that. Which is why he gave me a suggestion to give to you."

"And what is that?"

"Begin to spread word of Ainz-sama's deeds to the South."

Sorcerer King's carriage, road to Kami Miyako…

Ainz POV:

Uwah… I wonder what's got this guy's panties in a bunch?

I'm currently riding in a carriage with three other people. One is Shalltear, the other is Climb, and the last one is Princess Renner. Whilst I'm engaging in somewhat civil conversation with Renner from time to time concerning what she'll be doing in Kami Miyako, Climb is busy glaring holes into Shalltear's head. She's not oblivious to this of course, but chooses to ignore it, and is minding her own business looking out the window. Ever since I introduced Shalltear as Shalltear, Climb has been on guard and closely monitoring her every movement.

The reason I'm going to Kami Miyako is to further push the message that I am the one in control, and that I, an undead, am their ruler now. However, this isn't what they believe, as their armies are gathering at the cities around Kami Miyako, preparing to invade and kill the army we have stationed at the capital. Of course, I don't think my army will lose, but I should make sure that Renner doesn't die in case they do lose. I'll be summoning high tier undead around the house she'll be staying in, that should be able to handle any high tier angel summons they use.

In the carriage in front of us is Tira, who is the leader of Ijaniya, an assassins guild of some sorts in this new world. Her skills are commendable for a new worlder, and is probably on par with Adamantine class adventurers. I'm having her train with hanzos, but the reason I didn't have her become a direct subordinate like Fluder is because she's an assassin, not a public figure. She'll specialize at behind the scenes work, not that we don't already have enough of that. Joining her is Pestonya, and Solution, as they are needed for what I plan to do in Kami Miyako.

"Climb, why do you keep staring at Shalltear like that?" At my addressment of Climb, Renner becomes on guard, and her form tightens up. Her wings flap, and her fingers curl.

"Forgive me your Majesty, it's just that… my friend spoke of her once. He said that she was a person who no one could beat, and that if I ever saw her, to run away as soon as possible."

"Is that so-arinsu? Who was this person-arinsu?"

He grits his teeth, and says,

"Brain Unglaus."

I remember him. He was also at the duel between me and Gazef.

"Unfortunately, I can't recall such a name-arinsu."

He opens his mouth and prepares to say something, but decides against it in the end.

I'll change the subject.

"So you two, how are you adjusting to your new demon transformations?"

Both of them begin to blush, Renners considerably smaller than Climbs.

"Ah, well, um… it helps me in my training! I feel much stronger and more agile, and I've become able to use the possibility sense and limit breaker martial arts."

"Is that so? Congratulations."

"Thank you, your Majesty."

There's another reason why I'm going to Kami Miyako. Even if the humans will despise me, hate me, and slander me, the elves there will not. When I introduced this plan to Demiurge, he protested, saying that "Such a thing is below the Supreme One!", and "Leave such menial tasks to us!", but after I explained the full scope, he reluctantly agreed. However, Renner, who is not bound by the thoughts of me being a Supreme Being who is supposed to leave every single task to my subordinates, supported me on this plan. The plan is, to free the elven slaves that the Theocracy has, and then heal their cut ears. Cut ears are a symbolism of slavery, and there's no way to heal so much cut tissue back. At least, not with the spells New Worlders have available to them. Me, Solution and Pestonya will have no problem healing back such injuries, and this will give me the reputation among the elves of the one who freed them and healed them. Once this is done, I'll have them transported to the Forest of Tob, where the Sorcerous Kingdom will gain its first elven settlement. I can't wait to see how Aura and Mare will interact with these new elves, hopefully they'll find some friends…

"Ainz-sama, we're here-arinsu."

I open the curtains beside me and peer out the window, seeing the large gates of Kami Miyako slowly open. On top of the towers are two guards, glaring at my carriage. I can sort of guess what type of treatment I'm going to get as I enter the city, so I cast 'Protection from Projectiles' on the carriage.

"Shalltear, be prepared. There might be an ambush in the city, and while I'm positive we can survive it, they may not be able to."

"Understood-arinsu."

The carriage begins to move again, and just as expected, we're bombarded with various apples, tomatoes, bottles, sticks, and other throwable items from afar. They all just bounce off the shield though.

I can hear Shalltear's teeth grinding, and she starts to mutter about inferior humans and how they all deserve to die, and other various slurs and phrases. I put my hand on her head and rub it, and she looks up to me with wide eyes.

"I do not expect to be accepted right away. For hundreds of years they've had the idiotic and racist matras of false gods pounded into their heads, they know no better. We'll just have to show them how good life can be under my banner."

"I understand-arinsu, but it still angers me, it would anger anyone of Nazarick-arinsu!"

"And I'm grateful, but make sure you don't do anything rash."

She stays silent, and I continue rubbing her head for a while. It's quite satisfying.

Eventually, we arrive at the city square, and I stop the carriage.

"Hanzo, stop the carriage. I'll be getting out here. Renner, I trust you to carry out my will, do not hesitate to call for me or Demiurge if you need anything. I'll come by your manor later to place more adequate protections for you. Oh, not that you don't do a good enough job Climb, but you can't cover every inch of the mansion. I bid you all farewell. Come, Shalltear."

Me and Shalltear step out of the carriage, and I see Pestonya and Solution getting out as well. Shalltear surveys the surroundings, and deems it safe for me to continue. I'm positive Demiurge took anything seriously dangerous out of here, but it's not impossible to miss something.

The two maids run to me, and the carriages continue their way towards Renner's temporary residence. Looking around, this place really was built by players huh? The craftsmanship is quite advanced, almost on the same level as the dwarves. It's nothing compared to Nazarick though. There are six paths leading away from the square, each path going to one of the gods churches.

I decide to approach one of the nearby vendors who's quickly packing up at my arrival.

"Hello."

He freezes up, then slowly turns around.

"Urk- Hello…" he squeaks out.

"I was wondering, might you know where the slave market is?"

He quickly nods his head, and points towards the God of Earth's path.

"T-t-take a right when you reach t-t-the fourth street…"

"Thank you. You've been very helpful."

"DON'T THANK ME-" He quickly remembers who he's talking to, and shuts himself up.

What a bunch of uncivilized simians. Have they no manners? I understand they were raised like this from birth, but they truly have no self control! Ah well, it'll change in time.

I begin down the Earth path with the three of them in tow, and we shortly arrive at the slave market. At our arrival, the guards there come to attention, and approach us.

A tall, muscular man comes forward, presumably as their representative.

"H-hello your Majesty… I am the captain of these guards here… may I ask why you're here?"

His eye twitches when he talks to me, and I can tell he doesn't like me very much. At least he's better than the normal citizens.

"Umu, I am here to talk to the overseer of these slave pens. Take me to him."

"S-sure…"

He turns on his heel, and opens the bazaar door, standing aside to let us pass. We enter, and he shuts the door, stepping in front to lead the way again.

I've seen places like these in old fantasy movies and in Yggdrasil, but seeing them in real life really accentuates how disgusting they are. The bazaar roof reaches high up, with the actual roof part of it not being there. Meaning, in rough weather like snow or rain, extreme heat or extreme cold, the slaves aren't protected from the weather. The slaves are put in cages, and stacked on top of the other, but that's not even the worst part. The bottoms and tops of the cages are grates, which allow bodily fluids and excrement to fall through on top of one another. What's even worse, is they put captured horses at the very top of the cage stacks, which is disgusting. This place is the very pinnacle of what I despise and seek to eradicate in this world. I don't even think Ulbert-san would like this.

"Disgusting…" I let out.

"Indeed, it is." The captain of the guard says.

"Sorcerer King-dono, allow me to be frank." He continues.

"You are an undead. The enemy of the living. You go against everything the Theocracy stands for, and I hate you. However, that's where my hate stops. I hate you, because you're undead. No other reason. I've heard stories of what you've accomplished in your cities and towns, and it sounds lovely. I might like to visit them someday. But I will never call you my ruler. But, I would like to request something of you."

"After everything you just said, why should I?"

"Because it's the right thing to do. You claim to be an ally of the living, so prove it. I would like you to kill the insufferable, disgusting, hateful, revolting, repulsive son-of-a-whore who runs this place. And then after that, I don't care what you do. He is the one who made the elves live like this. Most of these elves are innocent villagers who've done nothing wrong in their lives. Whilst they are our enemy, this is inhumane. Can we truly call ourselves servants of the gods if we do evil things like this? There are children here! So please Sorcerer King-dono, change this."

Ahh… it's glad to see someone like him in this blind county. If everyone in this country was like this, I don't think I'd have any problems.

"Tell me, do the rest of the guards feel this way?"

"Yes, they do. Not even the Cardinals liked the man, but they said he was the best man for the job."

"Umu. Well, you're in luck. That's exactly what I came to do. When I'm meeting with this person, unlock all the elves cages. Tell them that I'm going to be bringing out the person who did this, and make sure they don't run off."

"Understood. I await your return."

And with that, I'm now standing in front of the slavers office. The guard runs off to begin doing what I told him to do.

I address my group, "Before we go in, I'd like to know everyones thoughts on slavery."

"I don't like it, especially child slavery. Err- woof."

"I don't mind it, but any human taken from slavery tends to have their spirit crushed, so I don't like those humans."

"I believe that if it is by a Supreme one, everyone should be happy to be enslaved-arinsu."

"Umu. Good to know. However, I will say this now. In my Kingdom, no one will be enslaved. Slavery is a disgusting, cruel act, that goes against everything I want to build. The Slane Theocracy is now a part of my Kingdom, and so are its citizens. This man has committed crimes against my country, and he will pay the price."

Solution and Shalltear wear a sadistic grin, and Pestonya smiles knowing that the scum will get what he deserves.

I open the door to his office, and step in. The three of them follow behind me, and we shut the door.

"Ah… the fabled Ainz Ooal Gown."

The slaver turns around in his chair, turning to face us. His eyes go wide at the sight of the three people behind me, and he opens his pudgy mouth again.

"My oh my Ainz-sama, I do hope you've come wishing to sell… my name is Gregory Briarwood, pleased to meet you."

He's not a fat man, but he's certainly chubby. He's wearing a purple vest, and brown baggy pants with loops holding them in place at his ankles. He has straight brown hair, and thin brown eyes. His lips are fat, and his neck is wide. He looks like the exact person who would run a slave market.

"I can't say the same I'm afraid."

"Is that so? Well, might I ask why you've come? Perhaps it's to buy? As I said earlier, I do also hope it's to sell."

He looks Shalltear up and down, and licks his lips. I'm feeling deja vu. I've played through quests like these hundreds of times. I also don't take kindly to him looking at my children with such eyes. I feel no pity for what will happen with him.

"No, it's not that I'm here to sell either. I'm here to take the elves. I hope you won't get in my way."

"No, no, I won't get in your way. I couldn't even if I wanted to. Now that the cardinals are gone, so is my payment. I was planning to leave soon, as you coming to free those things means you have no use for me, right?"

"Indeed. However, for a week now, the Theocracy has been under my rule. My laws don't allow slavery. So, you've been carrying out illegal slavery in my country for a week now. Would you like to say anything for yourself?"

His face goes pale, and he starts to stutter.

"U-um…well… it takes a while for me to pack up y'know? I've got lots of assets here, and I needed to contact people to move those assets! The downfall of the Theocracy was quite unexpected, so I didn't have time to prepare!"

"Umu. I see. Why did you not let the elves out when you heard of my take over then?"

"Because-"

"Silence. I do not want to hear any more from your disgusting mouth."

I stand up.

"Gregory Briarwood, I have found you guilty of crimes against the Sorcerous Kingdom, and while I would like nothing more than to give you to Solution, I'm afraid you'll be punished by someone else."

He opens his mouth once more, and is about to start flapping his mouth again. I, however, don't want to hear it. I grab his skull in one of my hands, and lift him up. I walk over to the cloth wall, and throw him through it. Against his weight and my throwing power, it crumbles quite easily. He rolls out onto the dirt outside of his office, and I walk out of the rubble of the wall.

Outside waiting for him, are the hundreds of elves that he inhumanely enslaved. The guards are watching from the sides, with smiles on their faces. Gregory looks up, to find a bulky elf, staring down at him with a look that could kill.

The elves look at me, waiting for me to say anything.

"You can do with him as you please."

At my words, the bulky elf dons a large, toothy, ear to ear smile, and walks over to one of the open cages.

"Hold him down!" The elf screams. His countrymen follow his orders, and pin Gregory down by his arms and legs.

The elf walks over to one of the open cages, and sticks his foot in a pile of horse shit.

Uh oh. This can't be good.

The elf walks back towards Gregory, and slams his foot into Gregory's screaming mouth.

"YAHOO!"

"JUSTICE!"

"THIS IS WHAT YOU GET YOU FAT BASTARD!"

The elves start screaming insults and slurs at him, as they surround him and start beating him with various whips, sticks, and tools, all covered in elven and animal feces.

"Well Shalltear, I think this is a satisfying ending to Gregory's life."

"I agree-arinsu!"

Leaving the elves to their business, I walk over to the guards.

"Well captain, is this good enough?"

"Yes Sorcerer King-dono, I thank you."

"Mm. Now then, take me to the animal part of the pens."

"Of course."

Animal pens of the Slave market, Slane Theocracy…

I came here to look at the animals to see if there was anything here that Aura doesn't have, as a sort of gift for her hard work. And, I most definitely think I found something. Even I would want one of these animals, but Aura would be ecstatic upon getting one. The animal in question is a unicorn. I don't know how Demiurge missed this, or if he didn't, and I just didn't read the report. In fact, I hit the jackpot! It's two unicorns, but the mother is dead. The child is still alive, but I think some bones are broken, and he might have a disease. We can most definitely use the mother's corpse, as it looks like it died recently.

"Message."

'Aura.'

'Yes, Ainz-sama?'

'Are you busy right now?'

'I am doing something, but for you Lord Ainz, I can always make time!'

'Umu. Good. I've got something for you, a present for your hard work.'

'Ainz-sama, that's unnecessary! I don't need such a thing, serving you is already a present!'

'Perhaps you'll change your mind when you see what I have for you. I'll open a gate on your position, step through.'

'Okay…'

I open a gate, and soon enough, the unchanging face of Aura Bella Flora peeks through. She looks around, and then sees what I mean by a present. She puts the rest of her body through, and stares at the unicorn, wide eyed.

"Ainz-sama… I would be… very happy to accept this present!"

"Hahaha, I thought you would be. Besides, who else could I give this to?"

"Ainz-sama, can I hug you?!"

"Um… sure…"

Aura runs at me full speed, and jumps into my arms.

"Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ainz-sama!!"

She rubs her face into my ribs, and I pat her head.

"Now then Aura, we'll be sending a lot of wood elves into the Forest of Tob soon, as well as the animals in these cages. I expect you to get along cordially with them."

"I'll be fine! It's Mare I'm worried about…"

"Hoh? And why is that?"

"He doesn't know how to say no! Or how to set boundaries! He just let's the three elves we took in do what they want to him, without putting up any resistance!"

"Well, that's just who he is. He's timid, and that's part of his charm."

"I suppose…"

She dislodges herself from me, and walks over to the cage. Inspecting it for a few seconds, she sticks both her hands into the sides, ripping the cage door off. The unicorn inside halfway opens his eyes, then shuts them. He begins to shiver, and pathetically kicks his hooves in an attempt to get away from Aura. He puts his nose on his mother's corpse, and kicks at Aura. Is he trying to protect his mom?

"Lord Ainz, what do you want done with the mother?"

"You can use it for whatever you want, but do not waste a single part of it."

"Understood."

The unicorn whineys, and Aura places her hand on his stomach, then blows her breath in his face. Almost instantly, he calms down, and resumes a normal breathing pattern.

"Poor thing…" she whispers. "Ainz-sama, where is the person who did this to him?"

"He's currently being beat to death by the elves."

"I see. That's good enough then."

She picks up the child unicorn in one arm, and drags the mother unicorn by her hind feet back into the gate.

"Thank you once again, Ainz-sama!"

And with that, Aura disappears.

"Well then, should we get to work healing?"

Me and my group turn around, and head back towards the elves.

After a little bit of walking, we reach them. Gregory is an unrecognizable lump of flesh in the middle of the corner, and the elves are celebrating their release. I step in front of them all, and their conversations cease. All eyes turn to me.

"Hello. I am Ainz Ooal Gown, the Sorcerer King. The ruler of the Sorcerer's Kingdom, and the one who freed you all."

At this, the group goes up in cheers, and multiple women and children come up to me, trying to hug me or shake my hands. Shalltear moves to keep them back, and I let her. She casts 'mass hold species', and I continue.

"Let us wait on the celebrations and thank yous. There's still things that have to be done. First, I, along with my subordinates, will heal your ears. You are no longer slaves, so you must look the part."

At this, the room goes silent. Then they erupt into even louder cheers, and I hear crying and thank yous mixed in as well. I wait a while for them to calm down, and then I announce what they will be doing next.

"After we heal you, you can choose between two choices. First, be sent to the Forest of Tob, which is in the Sorcerer's Kingdom, or, you can go back to the Elf kingdom. Either choice will not displease me. You can think for a while, but for now, let's begin the healing. Children will be healed by Pestonya, the dog maid, women will go to Solution, the blonde haired one. I shall heal the men. After you are done being healed, speak to Shalltear to go to one of the two locations."

The four of us separate, and the elves make orderly lines, with the women directing the children where to go. The first in line in front of me is the bulky elf, who stuffed Gregory's mouth full of shit.

"Hel-lo Ainz-sama."

"Greetings. Come closer."

He steps forward, and I put my hands on his shoulders, turning him around so his back faces me. After that, I place my hands on his cut ears, and begin the process. After a few minutes, he speaks.

"A-inz-sama, I don't think anyone will go back to the Elf kingdom."

"Why is that?"

"Our king i-s a… bad one. While he is smart, he thinks of us only as property, and not citizens. We t-ruly are grateful for you, and the fact that you're healing our ears means something to us. Although I w-ould like to ask you something. Some of us men and women h-ave relatives in other slave camps around this w-retched Theocracy. Can you let us go find them and break them out?"

"Slavery is outlawed in the Theocracy now, as it is under my rule. Not only will I let you find them, I'll lend you my support in finding them as well. You may take Pestonya and Solution with you, Solution is an amazing fighter, and the two of them can also heal the elves in those camps. Also, speak to Pestonya about new clothes."

"T-hank you, Ainz-sama."

He gets up, and I continue healing the next one.

7th floor of Nazarick, Decrepit Chapel…

Fluder POV:

Urgh….

"Where am… I?"

The first thing I notice when I wake up, is the disturbance on my back. A feeling I've never felt before, yet it does not feel alien.

"What… happened?"

"Hello, Fluder."

My eyes slowly open, to find the sight of a tall, lanky man, in a pinstripe suit with slicked back black hair standing below me. I try and move my arms, but they're chained to poles, just like my feet.

"Demi...urge… where… am I?"

"You are on the seventh floor of Nazarick, in one of the chapels."

"Ah…"

"By the way, you won't need those any more."

He waves his hand, and the chains fall off my body. My limp self flops to the floor, and drool starts coming out of my mouth.

"Ainz-sama instructed me to give these to you, do make good use of them."

He sets down a sack with a rune carved into it next to me. I see his black shoes walk away, open a door, and leave.

How rude! Just leaving me here drooling on the floor! Doesn't he know any manners? You're supposed to help the elderly when they fall. However… I don't feel that elderly anymore. C'mon, move Fluder! Move!

I manage to move my arm forward, and claw at the sack next to me. My arm. Why does my arm look like that? It's muscular… it's toned. It should look old and shriveled.

Perhaps if I cast 'fly'?

"Fl...y…"

Sure enough, my body floats upward, but my limbs are still weak. I float myself around to the pillars I was chained to, and slowly grab ahold of one. I lower my legs securely on the floor, and dispel 'fly'. I feel my grip start to slip, and put all of my willpower into standing up.

"S...tand… up… legs!"

For an unknown amount of time, I stand here, thinking. About what? I don't know. One train of thought leads to another, the last one fizzling out, then the next, then the next. I think and think and think, but I can't think properly. My brain runs in circles, but about what? What am I thinking about?

Ah. About magic. That's what I'm thinking about. What I've devoted my entire life, being and soul to. To surpass the limits of human comprehension, to peer into the limitless void, space, abyss that is magic. I've surpassed that necromancer, Rigrit. The Slane Theocracy was forced to recognize my strength, I've slain legends and monsters, surpassed heroes, I changed wars and swayed countries to my whim. I was the most powerful magic caster to ever exist! But, when you reach your limits, when you burn through all the material, when you become the strongest, it becomes lonely. You can no longer feel the joy that is learning, and you can only teach. That is what I felt. Isolated. Alone. Until he came along. The god of magic himself. He appeared in front of me, and offered to be my teacher. I pledged myself to him, betrayed everything I built up until then, and threw myself at his feet. Everything after that… is a blur. I killed, backstabbed, betrayed, deceived, denounced, and gave away everyone who was around me. All for the purpose of attaining power. Because that's what the meaning of life is. To become better. To build on yourself. You must devote every second of your life to attain higher heights, to improve. That's what I did. I set a goal, and beat that goal. I beat that damn necromancer! I'm stronger now Rigrit! I've found the teacher, and you haven't! And we can never hope to surpass him, as he is god! He is the perfect being, there is no more room for improvement for him!

My wings spread further, and I stretch my arms for the first time since waking up. My head is clear now. I can move my legs, run, jump, and climb. I feel… powerful. Looking behind me, I see them. Scaly, rough, red wings. Spikes and horns adorn their edges and endings. I've got two horns protruding from my head, and demon like legs. The rough, demon skin comes up from my toes, and stops beneath my belly button.

And the best part of all?

"Fireball."

I point my finger at the wall in front of me, and a ball of pure, unadulterated, flame comes spewing from my finger tip. The wall explodes, leaving a gaping hole where it once was. I step outside, and observe the hellscape in front of me. Rivers of lava, destroyed churches and temples, humans lie on walls in chains, their screams from getting skinned and raped filling my ears. How distasteful. Demons fly above me, and scurry around on the ground.

I stretch my wings wide, and imitate the demons I see flying. Soon, I lift up off the ground, and begin to soar in the sky.

"Fireball. Fireball. Fireball. FIREBALL! FIREBALL! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, THIS IS GREAT, AINZ-SAMA!!"

I'm strong. I'm really strong. My magic is more potent, and I can cast like never before. My mana feels limitless, but I know this isn't true. I'm not as strong as I can be. This body has limits, and I will find them. I'm surrounded by the strongest people in the universe, and you're damn right I'm going to explore this new abyss I've found.

I fly back down to where I woke up, and snatch the bag laid out for me. Flying back out, doing some tricks on the way, I open up the bag and find papers, folders, and all sorts of books. Picking out a paper, I find all sorts of spells written down on it, and a personal note from Lord Demiurge.

--Ainz-sama has expectations for you. You are now a servant of Nazarick, which means you must fulfill these expectations and more. You will spend every allotted minute in Arshinurpal, studying. When you aren't in the library, or sleeping, you will be training with me to further strengthen your racial levels. Together, we will hope to meet Ainz-samas' true expectations of us.

I cannot wait.

6th floor, Amphitheater…

Zesshi Zetsumei POV:

"So… *hrgh* Cocytus-sama… can you tell me… about Pandora's Actor?"

I do a backflip to avoid Cocytus's slow swing at me, and stop to catch my breath. He's been toying with me ever since we started training, but I feel as though I'm getting stronger. My senses are more acute, and I can actually run out of breath when I train with him. He can kill me at any second, but I think I prefer Pandora.

"Why. Do. You. Want. To. Know. About. Him?"

"Because… he killed me once… so I must… breed with him…"

I flip some of my white hair out of my eye, and take a fighting stance again.

"What?"

"What? Did you not hear me?"

"No. I. Heard. You. But. Why? Why. Him? Though. It's. True. He's. Amazingly. Strong. Why. Must. You. Breed. With. Him?"

"Because, imagine how strong our offspring would be!"

"Hmm. A. Fetish. I. Cannot. Understand. It. Feels. As. Though. There's. Been. Alot. Of. Those. Lately."

"Ah whatever, just tell me!"

I dash back in for another strike, which is easily blocked, again. I raise my foot, to attempt to kick him in the head, but cancel it at the last second and go for his other side. He catches everything in his hands, and twirls me around, throwing me on the dust.

"He. Is. The. Guardian. Of. The. Treasury. He. Was. Created. By. Ainz. Sama. Himself. He. Is. One. Of. The. Three. Great. Minds. Of. Nazarick. A. Height. I. Hope. To. Reach. One. Day. He. Is. Thought. Of. In. High. Opinion. By. Lady. Albedo. But. Other. Maids. And. Guardians. Find. His. Mannerisms. Odd. And. Weird."

"Can his race reproduce?"

"...I. Do. Not. Know. Ask. Narberal. Gamma."

"Got it."

I kick off the sand one last time, only to find myself right back on it.

"Enough. For. Today. Now. It. Is. Time. To. Study."

"Alright, see ya."

"Goodbye."

At that, he turns around, and walks towards one of the gates in this Amphitheater. I turn the opposite way, and head toward the teleport pad.

"Hmm… A quarter elf, quarter human, half doppëlganger child… what would it look like?"

I step into the teleport pad, and am whisked away to where I wish to go.

I really had fun writing this chapter, and I hope you all enjoyed reading it too!

Gregory was your average human scum antagonist, im sure you can all fill in the blanks for his backstory.
