Part 4 - The Arrest of Ronald Weasley
Hermione went to the hospital wing to help out Madam Pomfrey with some cases of small cuts and bruising from falling on the steps that like to move around and stuff like that, while Jared and Severus met up with Daphne in a different part of the Hospital Wing, and both came in to see her wandering back and forth, wrinkled forehead and worried look on her face, as Jared said
"Ms Greengrass or should I say Mrs Finch-Fletchy?"
"Please, it is Daphne to you both, as you are both welcomed to say my name, Mr Dumbledore, Snape"
"Then you can call me Jared and Severus here his name, whatever you tell us here, wont go on unless it is something criminal or important to take up."
Making her nod, gulp abit nervously, then she said tearfully
"On the train, I took notice of Lily being more quiet and not herself really, so I took her out and away from others, telling the others abit of a white lie, that we needed to go and get dressed in our uniforms already, for we are ladies and we take time to get dressed, and the others bought it, but I did take notice of Blaise not really believing it but let it go for I can handle it weither I want to or need to."
"OK, first calm down, you are rambling, Daphne, now what is this about with Lily Moon-Weasley to do?" At that she stopped her wandering, biting her lip, said
"She told me that Weasley has been very violent towards her, especially in the bed, aswell when she did something wrong with the food, she would be punished."
"Punished how and what did she say he did in bed?" At that she looked up at the two, said
"She told me that I have her permission to tell you, as she is so frighten of her life if she did herself, so I said I will do it but she is to stay in the common-room until you get her, Severus. But she was raped on her wedding night, as she told him no and that she is not ready for that step when already showing signs of how horny and how much he wanted to punish her for not being Hermione errr Granger."
"You can call my wife by her name, Daphne, and how long has she been raped by her so-called husband?"
"Since her wedding night, and he was very violent trying to strangle her aswell sodomised her alot too. She still has bruises on herself, I got to see them when we changed out of our clothes and it made me to choke up."
At that she did so again, as Severus said
"May I see your memories of this sight, Daphne, and Jared, I give you my permission not only bring Hermione with you but also to get into my house of Slytherin to fetch Mrs Weasley, Lily there to here?" Jared nodded his head, and so did Daphne towards to Severus, while Jared went to fetch his wife, who saw his look of anger on his face, and said
"What is it, my Love?" He told her while they walked down to Slytherin House Common Room was, and Hermione was shocked, angry and sadden that Lily been raped and hurt that way from Ronald, her husband, just for she wasn't Hermione herself.
Meanwhile Daphne had shown him her memories of seeing the bruises on Lily, and he was seething in anger, so he patronus-called Minerva and Albus to the hospital wing with Poppy, who came in minutes, and said
"You called on us, Severus, hello Mrs Finch-Fletchy!" Daphne nodded her head at the three others, as Hermione and Jared came with a visably shaking and pale Lily Weasley née Moon. Daphne took her to her side, rubbing a gentle hand over her arm, as Albus said
"Ok what is going on with Mrs Weasley (At that they all could see her flinch and pale more, as Daphne held onto her arm with a gentle grip.)?"
Lily then said in shaky voice;
"I want to report my so-called husband of sexual and violent abuse. He has raped me since our wedding night, tried to kill me by strangling me."
Many gasps, as Hermione looked furious at this, and was held back by Jared who whispered in her ear to keep calm, while Albus nodded his head, as he fire-flooed Kingsley, Tonks, Sirius, Remus and Amelia aswell Moody. When all had arrived, Kingsley said
"Albus what is going on, as you did not only call on me but the aurors?"
"Mr Ronald Weasley has broken rules of the marriage law, Minister. Kingsley, he raped and violently abused his wife, soon to be ex-wife, for she was not Hermione."
At that they all gasped of shock, while Tonks showed off her anger through her changing her hair to bright red, Lily stood shaking on her feet, looking down. Kingsley said after a few moment;
"Lily, I need not only hear your story but have your permission to see it in your memories." At that she looked up at him, and gave him a small frighten look, as he raised his wand and pointed at her, while he then went into her mind while she thought back on her wedding night, before too long he was back out and they all could see the anger in his eyes. He then said
"Moody, Sirius, you two are to fetch Mr Weasley to here, while Lily is going with Madam Pomfrey and Hermione for an examination and rape-kit being done."
At that all nodded, as Lily asked softly
"May Daphne come with me, please?" At that Madam Pomfrey and Hermione both smiled, as Hermione said gently
"Of course, she can, Daph, come you are allowed to come too." At that Daphne smiled softly, and followed with them, while the others stood back and was in deep shock and anger still, as Kingsley said
"Before Moody and Sirius is back with Mr Ronald Weasley- " Albus interrupted, with saying
" I, Albus Dumbledore, the Headmaster of Hogwarts here expel Mr Ronald Bilius Weasley for rape and abuse of his ex-spouse, as of today his marriage is broken in thousand pieces and will go straight to a Ministry Holding Cell while awaiting a trial for his heinous crimes. So mote it be."
And while that was said, his Gryffindor mark was ripped off his clothes and only his wand left to snap when he came to the Hospital Wing. Harry and Ginny both had tried to follow but charms on the Common Room was stopping them to follow with him and left many confused of what was going on.
When he arrived before he could yell or ask of what was going on, he was stunned and bound with a gag in his mouth, and his wand taken away from him and snapped in half, then taken away to his cell at Ministry. As Albus and Minerva both were going to his parents' home first to tell the news of what was going on, and then the school itself would find out soon enough too. As rumours couldnt be helped at the school.
Soon Madam Pomfrey and Hermione, who looked abit tired, came back and had bags and grim looks on their faces. Madam Pomfrey turned to Kingsley and Moody, said
"We found exclusive evidence of a brutal rape had been taken place, aswell sodomy of Ms Lily Moon. We also found that she is pregnant with his child, too far gone for us safely abort it, so she has two choices when she has given birth, keep it as her own with blood changing so she is only parent of the child, or she can put the child up for adoption. And the mother of the father who raped Lily, is not allowed any contact to the child nor Lily ever again. Father of the father is allowed, but Molly Weasley is to be banned for life from Lily and the child, weither it is still with Lily or Adopted."
Hermione took over before anyone could ask of why Madam Pomfrey said
"The reason why Molly Weasley is not to have any contact with either Lily or the child, is simple, she encouraged her own son to become a rapist and made sure that she was to become pregnant with Ronald's child at the conception. He had no issues with that, as he truly wanted me to be his wife, not Lily or a Slytherin Whore, his words to Lily on their wedding night."
Many gasps of this, but Kingsley said
"Then so it will be, Arthur has to know he has the rights to the child, while Molly will be arrested when they arrive here with us going to their house now. Thank you both, Poppy, Mione. For what you have done so far, and before we leave for the Burrow, how is Lily, Ms Moon doing?" Hermione said in sad tone,
"She is very sad and angry, but also unwilling to let the pregnancy go forward, but being too far gone, has made her think on what she should do with the child, as she too believe that the child is an innocent being and not blamed for its father's heinous crimes to its mother."
Making many nod their heads, as Severus excused himself so he could go and see his two students which he could of course. So he left them there, Jared took Hermione to their own room, as he could see how exhausted and sad she was for this young girl, who was just 15 and now forced into motherhood weither she wants it or not.
Albus and Minerva decided to go with the Aurors to the Burrows to tell the family of Weasley's of this all.
