Chapter 3 settling in

Arthur and Mordred woke up the next day together with the other in their arms making both Arthur and Mordred blush in embarrassment and jumped out of the bed with their heads turned not facing each other.

"Well, this is embarrassing" Arthur was the first one to speak although he had a smile on his face making Mordred turn to him.

"I guess what they say is true, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" Arthur said with a laugh making Mordred laugh too from the hidden meaning in the phrase. The two then materialize their armour.

The two then started to look around their apartment as they were too tired to do so the day before, they notice that it only had the bare essentials, A bed, 1 sofa, oven and a cooking stove. This didn't bother them because being trained as knights they were used to spartan living.

When they finished looking around and making sure that everything worked correctly the siblings heard a knock at the door and when they opened the door a person in a white mask was there.

"Lord hokage has asked me to take you two to the academy" the man in the white mask informed making the two siblings nod their heads.

With that the group took off to the academy with people looking oddly at the two siblings as they had never seen such weird looking armour before however when Arthur waved at them the people waved back to him. After awhile the group were finally at the academy and the man in the masked lead the siblings to their classroom.

When they were in front of the classroom door the man in the mask knocked on the door. Then a tanned man with his hair up and had a scar across his face opened the door and looked who was there and spotted the ANBU, Arthur and Mordred.

"You must be the new students I'm Umino Iruka please come in and introduce yourself" Iruka said making the siblings nod their heads and walked into the classroom.

"Okay everybody we have two new students here today. I'll leave it to them to introduce themselves" Iruka said catching the classes attention making them look to the front of the class. When the did most of the girls blushed when looking at Arthur but looked annoyed at Mordred.

"Hello, I'm Arthur Pendragon, son to the Once and Future King Artoria Pendragon, potential next in line to the throne. My likes are my family, strategic games, swords, my armour and fighting. My dislikes are those who treat my sister unfairly, arrogant people and other types of disgusting people. My dream is to help my sister realize that she is loved." Arthur said to the class and bowed at the end.

"My name is Mordred Pendragon, daughter to the Once and Future king Artoria Pendragon and potential next in line to the throne. My likes are my brother and farther, fighting, my sword and armour. My dislikes are my mother, people who don't think that I should exist and being manipulated. My dream is to be recognised as Mordred and not as a doll." Mordred said to the class and bowed at the end.

After the siblings introduced themselves, the classroom erupted into murmurs as the children talked about the new kids in their class however there was one that spoke the loudest.

"Why are you wearing such weird looking armour?" a kid with bright yellow hair and a ugly orange jumper yelled at the two siblings.

"The type of combat that me and little bro get into is a lot heavier than what normal people expect as are swords are lot heavier than those throwing knives of you use. we knights need to be able to take a hit and be able to get up afterwards." Mordred spoke in a tone of absolute confidence in her armour.

That when they heard and snort and everyone's eyes when to a boy who was next to the window, he had black hair and black eyes wearing a blue t-shirt and what pants.

"Yeah, right I bet your just a bunch of cowards" The boy said making both the siblings mad however Arthur had a better grasp on his emotions than what Mordred did.

"Haaa, what did you say? you emo wimp. You look like you can't even throw a punch, go back to your mother you milk drinker." She said looking annoyed.

That made everyone look at Mordred because she just insulted the last loyal Uchiha and the strongest of the class. Most of the girls were glaring at Mordred for insulting their crush however Sasuke looked furious.

"How dare you! Do you not know who you are speaking too! I'm an Uchiha an elite!" he yelled back to Mordred however before they could say or do anything else Arthur spoke.

"Calm down the both of you. Mordred we are next in line to the throne of Camelot we cannot allow are emotions to rule us all the time. Even though he looks like a coward that would sooner sell out his friends for power than work hard for it doesn't mean that you can start a fight, wait until the fighting portion of class". He said sternly to his sister he then turned and looked at Sasuke.

"And you I don't care who you are, but I wouldn't say such things about knights as they are made of stronger stuff than a wimp like you" he continued.

With his piece said both he and Mordred walked to the back of the class and sat down together each ignoring the stares they were getting.

Time skip

"Okay now is the combat part of the class please pick a partner to fight with" Iruka said making the class cheer at being out of the boring class.

"Oi Uchiha pussy you and me are going to fight" Mordred demanded as she walked up to Sasuke and grabbed his shirt and walked into the ring throwing Sasuke to the other side.

Iruka was in shock at what his newest student did to the class top student but got out of his shock when there was a bright red light when it died down it revealed Mordred out of her armour.

"Right are both participants ready?" Iruka asked getting nods from the both of them. "Fight" Iruka yelled.

Before Sasuke could say anything or do anything Mordred was already in front of him with her fist pulled back and launched her fist at him and punched him in the face throwing him back a step because Mordred was holding back a lot. Mordred then jumped back to gain some distance.

With Arthur

"Wow your sister is pretty strong" the same blond boy from earlier said to Arthur.

"She is, but this isn't her fighting seriously she is holding back" Arthur informed the kid "Sorry where are my manners I'm Arthur Pendragon, please call me Arthur" he said as he offered his hand to the kid.

"I'm Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki the next hokage" Naruto told Arthur as he took his hand and shook it.

"Well, it's nice to meet you, I hope we can be friends?" Arthur asked with a smile making Naruto look at him with shock.

"You want to be friends with me?" Naruto whispered in shock making Arthur look at him and notice the goggles that Naruto was wearing and decided to trace it.

"Trace on"

When he did trace it, he let out a single tear ran down his face. He now knew why Naruto was shocked that someone wanted to be his friend as Naruto had to live his life forcefully isolated from other people.

"Sure, I would be happy to be friends with you" Arthur said with a smile making Naruto smile too.

With Mordred

"Hahahaha wow your so weak" Mordred Laughed as she pointed to the down Uchiha.

Sasuke who was on the ground growled at the woman who kept taunting him, so he got up at ran at her and tried to punch her, but each punch was block or slapped away however Mordred didn't stop laughing at him.

"I told you, your weak" she yelled and grabbed his punch and then headbutted Sasuke who dropped to the ground again. Iruka had seen enough and knew that Sasuke wouldn't be able to win.

"Winner Mordred" Iruka yelled trying to end the fight,

Mordred stopped and turned to Iruka and nodded her head and went to leave but stopped when a voice called out.

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu"

When Mordred turned around there was a fireball coming towards her but instead of panicking, she just smirked and waited for the fire to hit her.

"Ha that should teach you to underestimate an Uchiha" Sasuke said panting however once the smoke cleared Mordred was standing there perfectly fine and just looked at the Uchiha with a smirk.

"Hahaha so much for the elite Uchiha that was pathetic" she said then vanished and then appeared in front of him and punched him in the face stronger than last time knocking him out.

"Mizuki please take Sasuke to the hospital" Iruka ordered out making Mizuki nod his head and picked up the Uchiha and vanished. Mordred then walked back to the class and sat next to Arthur who high fived her.

"Alright class next fighter please" Iruka said to the class.

With Arthur

Arthur was watching the fight between his sister and the emo boy with little interest as he knew that his sister was going to win the fight however the other kids were watching in shock that the new kid was beating the top student.

"You don't look interested in the fight, is it because you know that your sister is going to win?" someone said next to him when Arthur turned to look, he saw a kid with his hair tied up like a pineapple.

"I'm Shikamaru Nara and this is Chōji Akimichi" The now Name Shikamaru introduced himself and the boy next to him making Arthur nod his head.

"Yeah, I already knew that my sister was going to win. We were both trained as soon as we could walk to fight in heavy combat" Arthur mumbled feeling the phantom pain from all of the training he was put through.

"Fire style: Fireball Jutsu"

When he heard that he turned back to the fighting ring to see a fireball was rushing towards Mordred making the other students gasp at the attack, but he wasn't concerned as he knew that his sister could handle it.

He was proven right when Mordred came out of the smoke perfectly fine and rushed at Sasuke and punched him in the face knocking the boy out and then walked over to Arthur who gave her a high five.

Iruka then looked back towards the students "Alright class next fighter please" he asked making Arthur raise his hand "Yes Arthur who would you like to fight?" he continued.

"I would like to fight Naruto" Arthur said with a smile towards Naruto who smiled back.

"Sure, I would love to fight him too Iruka-Sensei" Naruto shouted out to Iruka who nodded his head.

"Okay please go into the ring" Iruka said pointing to the ring.

Both Arthur and Naruto then walked over to the ring with Arthur and Naruto standing opposite each other, they both got into a fighting stance, Arthur was in a boxer's stance however when Arthur looked at Naruto he noticed that Naruto's stance was weak and full of openings that he could exploit.

"Fight" Iruka yelled.

Before Naruto could launch himself at Arthur, he noticed that Arthur disappeared and started to look around for him but felt a tap on his shoulder and looked to see Arthur was right next to him and was punched in the face knocking him out.

Everyone but Mordred was shocked that a genin could move that fast and that he was already next to Naruto and that all it took Arthur was a single punch to knock Naruto out.

"Winner Arthur. Please wait here while I take Naruto to the hospital" Iruka said as he walked over to Naruto and picked him up and then disappeared leaving the students to talk about what happened.

Arthur walked over to Mordred and the two started a conversation about what they thought about their opponents with Mordred telling Arthur that the Uchiha was a dishonourable coward and Arthur telling Mordred what he found out about Naruto and his life and what he thought about his fight with him.

"I think he's being sabotaged by some of the teachers here to make sure that he fails." Arthur pondered to his sister who had an angry look on her face and Arthur knew why as both Naruto and Mordred understand the pain of loneliness.

"We've got to help him" Mordred growled out as she refused to let someone suffer the same way she suffered when she looked at Arthur, she noticed a smile on his face.

"Okay, well I'm already his friend so all we need to do is introduce you and ask if he wants us to train him. He probably would want our help." He said to her making her smile.

Time skip

After the academy was finished both Arthur and Mordred walked around the village gathering information as well as Arthur tracing people's weapons and jewellery to gather more information. They found out the best places to eat, buy food and equipment, ninja ranks, other hidden villages, and ninja clans.

The information about ninja clans interested both Arthur and Mordred as they found out that they had a voice in the village council and were given more information about the running of the village. So, the two of them decided that after the academy tomorrow they will go to the hokage and ask about making their own clan.

After their trip around the village the two went back to their apartment unsummoned their armour and lied down on the bed together and went to sleep.
