This is my first fanfiction that I am writing. I had ideas of what to write, but never really wrote about it. I hope you enjoy this book and sorry for the long wait of a new chapter.
And yes there will be many more Nalu moments. I hope you guys like it.
Lucy was very warm and felt really content. She could hear snoring coming from her left, a hand on her waist and felt dribble on one of her feet. When she opened her eyes, she saw a pink haired dragon slayer sleeping next to her. She then looked to her feet and saw Happy sleeping on her right leg, with drool on her and his mouth, mumbling about fish.
She giggled at the sight of the two. Over the past few days the dragon slayer and his pet cat had started sleeping in her bed. when she asked why they always told her it was because her bed was comfy.
Later on Happy had told her that they liked being around her and that Natsu had told him that her scent was calming to him.
From then on the trio had started to sleep in the same bed. Lucy would wake up, do her usual routine and then would make breakfast. The smell of food was what would awaken the dragon and cat. They would have their meal and then go to the guild.The guild did not know that Lucy lived with Natsu and Happy. She didn't think it was important to tell them, after all Lucy still liked her privacy.
Since jouning, she found out that Fairy Tail had no problem of crossing boundaries. They were a very open guild and saw no problem with butting into others business. Not that she thought bad of them for this. She liked how they were, but she liked her privacy.
Lucy was having a hard time getting out from Natsu's hold on her. She was finally annoyed and gived him a Lucy kick to the head. In the process she had kicked Happy off of her foot, who had landed on the floor.
"Luuce, what'd do that for?" grumbled Natsu who was rubbing his face.
"Aye," said Happy, who was now face down on the floor.
"You weren't letting me go and I got annoyed. Sorry for waking you up and kicking you off my feet Happy," she said, picking him up and petting his head. Happy was now cuddled up to her chest and was purring.
"What'd bout me," Natsu asked pouting at Lucy from the floor where he had fallen after he was kicked in to the wall, looking at his blue haired cat best friend and his other best friend cuddling.
The trio had left their house and was now heading to the guild. When they entered the guild was like every other day, a brawl which the men were all in, Cana drinking, Gray stripping, Elfman yelling manly, Mirajane and her sister manning the bar and we everyone doing their usual.
"Good morning everyone," Lucy shouted. A few members answered who were paying attention. Natsu had made a beeline to the bar ordering his usual, Lucy took a seat beside her and Happy flew into her lap.
"Good morning Mira, Lisanna. Can I have your breakfast special today and a strawberry milkshake?" she asked the older white haired mage.
"Of course Lucy and your usual order Natsu and Happy?" Mira replied.
"Aye," said Happy, answering for both Natsu and himself. The trio got their breakfasts and went to sit down in the corner of the guild to eat.
"Hey Natsu, let's go on a job," Lucy said.
"Okay," he replied.
Lucy went up to the request board to look for a job. She saw one stating that help was wanted to track a missing higher up daughter who was kidnapped. The reward was a celestial key and 500,000 jewels.
Lucy was ecstatic after she saw the rewards. She grabbed the flier and bounded over to the table Natsu was eating at.
"Natsu, Natsu, let's go in on this job," she shouted in enthusiasm, her brown eyes sparkling.
He looked at her and saw that she was excited. It wasn't the first job the three went on, but this time she was really excited about it. He looked at the flier she was holding in her hand, in front of his face and read it. He saw that a celestial key was part of the reward and knew she wanted it, so he agreed to do the job even though he found it boring, after all it would make Lucy happy and he was glad to put a smile on her face.
"Yosh, I'm all fired up," he shouted.
The trio went to bar and handed the job request to Mira, so she could okay it.
"Mira, we're taking this job," Lucy said happily. Mira smiled at them and stamped it. Natsu, Lucy and Happy left the guild to get ready for their job. Mira looked at them as they left with a smile on her face. The master had also been watching the trio. The guild still weren't used to seeing Natsu and Happy so happy to go on a job with someone else other than the two of them. When Natsu had brought Lucy to the guild they were surprised. Natsu only thought of was about food, fighting and finding his adoptive father, Igneel.
Lucy was on the train with Natsu and Happy. Natsu was in her lap, trying not to vomit his breakfast. Happy was sitting on the opposite side of the two. A fish in his mouth and snickering about his best friend and adoptive dad. Lucy massaged Natsu's head, trying to ease his suffering. Lucy looked out the train window and let it lulled her to sleep, since Natsu was already snoring away in her lap.
