Winter Solider Chapter 4, a naruto fanfic

Last Time

"Welcome to Kiri Winter-Soldier"

Now on with the story

Naruto and Mei had just arrived at Kiri and they had gotten out of the boat and went to one of the hide out locations. There stood a man wearing a mask made of bandages as well as having a sword strapped on his back. "Welcome back Mei was your trip to Konoha a success?"

"I'll answer all your questions once we meet with the rebellion council and the water daimyo." So they all went in and headed towards the council chambers where everyone was seated. "Mei who is this outsider?!" shouted one of the council men! "He's our help." The same councilman looked at Naruto and started to laugh "Pipe squeak over their is our help? That's a great joke Mei god knows we needed one so tell us who'd you really bring?" Naruto could handle a lot of things but no one makes fun of his height. The temperature of the room was dropping several degrees and the council man looked over at the blonde "You got something to say pipe squeak?" the room got colder and colder and the blonde glared at the council man "I the Winter-Soldier was convinced by your leader Mei Termui to help you guys end this war yet you mock me councilman?"

The water daimyo glared at the council man he almost cost the rebellion big time. "Kill him" spoke the water daimyo without a single hint of remorse. As before any one of his actual shinobi could kill the councilmen the Winter-Soldier beat him to it and sliced his head off. The Winter-Soldier explained to the rebellion how he thinks Yagura is under the Genjutsu of a sharingan. But they needed to be sure so Naruto told him that he'd meet Yagura himself. They told him that he was crazy but he didn't care. So Naruto henged his armor to look like that of a suit. So he went to the gates of the kage tower where 2 shinobi stood. "Sure, who are you and why are you here?"

"I'm Bucky Barnes and I'm a businessman who happens to own some of Kiri's ports and I was hoping to see if I could discuss selling them to Yagura?"

"Very well sure follow us" As they neared Yagura's office he had to make sure that he was careful on how he approached this situation. Once they arrived at the front door of Yagura's office the 2 guards left and Naruto knocked on the door. "Enter" As Naruto entered he turned on his sharingan and his eyes widened. This is something he's only heard of Kurenai doing. It's known as a genjutsu loop if he remembered correctly and the person who was first put under the Genjutsu must be broken in order for the loop to Last Time

Now on with the story

"I'm Bucky Barnes and I'm a businessman who happens to own some of Kiri's ports and I was hoping to see if I could discuss selling them to Yagura?"

"What do you mean sharingan genjutsu?" Naruto activated his 5 tomoe sharingan as he was about to disappear then reappeared and tried to free him he noticed that 10 heat signatures were approaching fast and he knew that meant that help was on the way or that more enemies would arrive. He didn't want to take that chance "Sorry brother 3 I have to run can't let your reinforcements catch me" Said Naruto before disappearing leaving nothing behind. Yagura wondered who that person was, sure he knew he was the jinchuriki of the Kyuubi but he didn't know his name or any information like that. Jinchuriki have that ability to tell when they meet one of their kind. His ANBU arrived and they looked at him awaiting order's "It was a false alarm dismissed." He wondered what he meant about him being under genjutsu if he were to try and escape would it work?

"Kai!" Yagura shouted and he smiled he was free he was finally free

"Not so fast boy I still need you for a little while longer" a voice said and that was the same voice that he heard all of those years ago. "Kotoamatsukami" said the voice as he felt his will getting weaker. Once again no he wouldn't let this person control him so he wrote himself a note to do the same thing. The only problem is that this person saw the note and burned it. When Yagura woke up he was very angry. He was angry at the rebellion today's the day that they die!

Meanwhile with Naruto

Mei had just gotten until reports "Everyone gather around we have reports of Yagura's forces building up and I think he's going to strike. Zabuza, the Winter-Soldier, Myself, and Haku will be the front liners. As for the rest of you, you're going to be holding the fort down after all. They'll expect us to use all of our soldiers but this way in case we can't survive we can have the Water Daimyo safely escorted back to his palace and call on another shinobi to handle it."

Naruto knew that he had to harden his heart. He shouldn't be thinking about this, right now all he needed to think about it was completing his mission nothing more nothing less. As everyone was getting ready for the fight of their lives he noticed Haku shaking, " Are you alright Haku"

"No, I'm scared to take a life as a Winter-Soldier-San. Since you have killed so many lives what does it feel like after?"

"Haku-Chan you need to remember that while you're taking someone else's life don't hesitate or else you might be the one dead. You feel pain and regret even when you do the world a service and get rid of the scum on this planet. However the worst of feeling one can have is knowing that you killed someone who was innocent. If you ever do that Haku you will constantly have nightmares and you'll see their dead faces. This might not make this better but remember this Haku we are shinobi. Our job is to kill so once we accept this fact then killing becomes a little bit easier."

Haku looked at Naruto and could tell that even though he is the same age as her he has experienced a lot more than your average shinobi has. " Thanks Winter-Soldier- Kun for telling me about the horrors now so that way I can be prepared." Naruto hugged her " Naruto, my name is Naruto and your welcome Haku-Chan." Mei had come in a little bit after "Ok guys lets go free kiri." Yagura's forces were nearing their main base but there stood one shinobi, then two, then three, and finally there stood him the Winter Soldier. "Boys these guys might be powerful but we have numbers on our side."

So the battle has begun.
