This story serves as a sequel for my story called "The Never-ending Sacrifice". In this story, Elliot juggles raising Brody (his and Olivia's son), Olivia (died in childbirth), Mercy (Olivia's birth daughter and his adopted daughter that died from Leukemia), and his own issues.

You were born

into trouble, but your

fragile breath of life

proved to be a huge miracle.

It was a case of mercy
