Misha x Reader
It was just another normal day at the library with my 7 yr old son (Y/S/N). He usually goes to the adult section with me because it's quieter and there's less distraction from other kids when he has work to do. I signed in and we went to find a table.
Unfortunately someone else was sitting at the table my son and I usually use. He wore sunglasses and a navy blue hoodie pulled over his head with a large book open in front of him, so we sat at the opposite table.
I put our stuff down on the table and I gave (Y/S/N) his school project to work on while I set up my laptop and went to work on my 'Castiel fanfiction.'
About an hour later my son told me he needed to use the bathroom. I left my computer opened and went with him because I knew we wouldn't be long. (Y/S/N) and I decided to grab a quick snack downstairs before we headed back up.
15 minutes later when we got there. There was a small group of people standing around the guy at the table opposite mine. Two teenage girls walked passed me holding each other with their heads pressed together looking at a small piece of paper in their hands, giggling uncontrollably. I wondered what was going on.
It wasn't long when I got a glimpse of the man that was no longer wearing a face mask and sunglasses indoors. Blue eyes, messy dark hair and the shadow of a beard and those oh so sexy lips every woman wants to kiss.
My jaw dropped as I realised it was none other than the sexiest man alive "Misha Collins". What was he doing in my little corner of the universe? And in this particular library I could not fathom. His eyes met mine for a second and I quickly looked away my knees going week.
As the small crowd dwindled down to 3, I ushered my son quickly over to our table and packed up our things. As much as I wanted to get his autograph as well I didn't want to disturb him any further, because it was obvious he was hiding out, with the sunglasses and all, so I had to get out.
I took my son downstairs to the children's section to finish up his project and I went outside for a while. I needed to get some air.
I sat on a nearby bench and pulled a pack of cigaretts and a lighter out of my jacket pocket.
I put one between my lips and flicked the lighter. It didn't work. I tried a couple more times but with no luck. "Damn it!" I cursed under my breath. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a man sit next to me on the bench.
"Need a light?" I heard him ask stretching a golden lighter towards me.
"Yeah tha..." My breath caught in my throat and the cigarette fell from between my lips onto my lap when I saw who it was.
"Hey!" Misha said with a smile. My heart began to race and I covered my face trying to hide my excitement. Him smiling at me didn't help the situation either.
I calmed myself enough and accepted the lighter he was still holding out to me. "Thanks" I took it returning the smile.
"Want one?" I asked holding up the pack of cigarettes.
"Nah, I quit a while back."
I shrugged and put the cigarette back between my lips and lit it up taking a long drag and handed him back the lighter.
"I have to apologise to you." He started to say.
"And what would you possibly need to apologize to me for?" I asked in shock.
"Um...well...I might have stolen a little peek at your computer and read your story." He said scratching the back of his head. "Oh my God! You did?" I said covering my face in embarrassment. What did I expect anyway, I did leave the computer open.
"I'm sorry I..."
"No it's ok, I don't mind." I smiled at him.
"The one titled ' Slow Grind' I really liked it. It was...intense. I'm honored that my fans hold me with such high regards." Misha confessed.
"Wow! I'm glad that you liked it. That means a lot to me." I said smiling at him.
"So! Why does a none smoker carry around a lighter?" I asked as I took another drag of the cigarette.
"Well..." Misha started as he turned the lighter around in his fingers.
"I like to think of it as a reminder, of the bad habit I overcomed."
"I've tried so many times it's impossible when you're around people who do it all the time." I confessed.
"Nothing is impossible once you put your mind to it." He smiled and put his hand on my shoulder. His warm touch making my heart race.
"You are absolutely right." I said returning the smile and flicking away the cigarette. He took my hand in his and placed the lighter in the palm of my hand and folded my hand closed over it.
"Keep this. Let it be a reminder for you." He said placing his other hand over both of mine. I looked down at our joined hands and back up at his beautiful blue eyes getting lost in them. He was close, too close. His clean, natural, masculine scent filling my senses.
"Thank you Misha." Was all I could manage to say. His touch alone sending electricity through my body.
"Um...well...I should get back to my son. He must be wondering where I am." Misha looked a little disappointed but soon smiled and nodded.
"I didn't get your name." Misha asked.
"(Y/F/N) (Y/L/N)"
"That's a beautiful name (Y/N)"
"Thank you." I smiled as I stood from the bench and Misha followed suit, still holding my hand.
"You are very beautiful (Y/N)" it was a pleasure meeting you. I blushed as he smiled down at me. He leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on my cheek and whispered in my ears. "Can I see you again some time?" He asked.
"I slipped the lighter I was still holding into my jacket pocket and took out a pen and wrote my number on his hand." I looked up at him and smiled, suddenly gaining a surge of courage. I leaned in my eyes closed. What I didn't expect was that he closed the gap between us and pressed his lips to mine. Lingering for a few seconds. I pulled away and stepped back. "I-I'm sorry... I um...uh...call me." I stuttered and walked away. Before I entered through the sliding doors I glanced back at him. He was still standing glued to the same spot, his hands in his pockets and a smile on his face.
I was so flustered I fast walked to the ladies room. I needed to compose myself before I went back to my son.
As I entered into the ladies room, good thing no one was there, I started to hyperventilate. "Oh my God, oh my God! I just kissed Misha Collins. Oh my God Misha Collins kissed me." I splashed some cold water on my face and looked at myself in the mirror, trying to calm myself down. I patted my face dry with a paper towel and took a deep breath. I left the ladies room and went to meet my son.
As my son saw me coming he got all excited hopping up and down.
"Mummy, mummy guess who I saw, guess who I saw?" He asked excitedly.
"I don't know son who did you see?" I smirked knowing very well who he saw.
"Cas-ti-el mummy, I know he's your favorite person, he was just here." (Y/S/N) said looking around disappointed that he didn't see him again. "That's ok hon we'll see him again some time soon." I said andruffled his hair. I helped him pack up his stuff and we left the library.
