Another usual Death Star work day, people at work, people slacking off, and the mailman trooper currently venting his anger after finding out he was laid off.

And we go to the storage facility, Mike was there testing the junk that he and his friends found out.

"Let's see here, Meeseeks box, only use when necessary, randomizer remote, information now visible, some compact data disk with a song called 'Kyulette Chance', strange but catchy, and a comic collection I let Jake borrow"

'Jake is a friend of Mike, in the Empire he's known as the "Fanboy of the Empire", and a very quick learner'

"Oh, and the anonymous disembodied voice", Mike says as he gets back to looking through junk.

Palpatine's Throne Room:

Palpatine: *panicking* oh my god the voices are back!

Two Royal Guards run towards Palpatine and tackle him to the ground as a quick attempt to calm him down.

Back with Mike, he continues to look for junk that he didn't discover yet, and as he did, Jake enters the room with a stack of magazines.

"Hey Mike, I'm here to return these", Jake says as he puts down a heavy stack of magazines.

"Oh, thanks Jake", Mike replies.

"So, looking through that junk again, don't you usually do that with Barry, Carrie and Nelson?", Jake asks a bit confused.

"Well we were planning to look more into this junk, but the three of them will be at a 'Random Fandom' convention on Coruscant for 2 weeks, they thought of making credits off the media we have here", Mike says answering good question while picking up what looks like a cardboard box.

"Now that's a boring box", "but I came here to tell you about those magazines I read, they're amazing, creatures called pokemon many different regions, the characters, the slight romance that revolves around the main character", Jake goes on for a bit, until he gets cut off by Mike.

"Wait, romance, tell me more", Mike says getting interested while pulling something out of the box.

"A key?", Mike and Jake say Both say at the same time, completely surprised while Jake adds.

"Who even uses keys in this day and age, we just use our identification"

Mike was about to say something, but the key fell out of his hand floated in mid air for a second, and zoomed off.

"Follow that key!", Jake announces as he gets up and starts running towards the direction of the key.

"Wait for me!", Mike says while getting up and starts following Jake and that key.

The two of the started chasing that key all over the storage facility, they had to knock some things down to catch up to it, and even had to go through the letters' office complex, and after a while of following that key and circling the facility, it went back to where it started.

"Wait, it came back here", Mike says confused.

"And it made us chase it for an hour", Jake adds.

The key continued to hover for a moment until it manifested into an empty spot of the wall into a regular door on the Death Star.

Mike and Jake continue to stare at the door for a moment until Mike says. "What now?".

"See where this door leads i guess", Jake says.

"And we should tell this to Barry, Carrie and Nelson", Mike says.

Jake replies by saying. "once they get back from the Random Fandom Convention"

Meanwhile on Coruscant

The Random Fandom event takes place on the other side of Coruscant, at a wide circular building, many events happen at this convention, from popular series known to patrons of the galaxy from kids to young adults , and a few of the shows are based off what happens in the Empire.

A gungan named Cassie Shanks. was the one announcing the event."I hope everyone like that preview for 'The Clones of the Republic', we have many shows recently that focused on the troops who fight for the Empire and focused on connecting planets in the outer systems, sure the Republic's democracy was flawed, but you gotta admit, the clones were something". Cassie paused as the audience starts to applaud.

"But, anyway, we're done showing what's up to come, so our next panel will be audience ideas, whatever pitch you have for a show, and if it's good, one the galaxy's known animators will make it a reality", Cassie says, finishing her announcement.

We then go to Barry, Carrie and Nelson, who are the many fans in line to pitch their idea. (This all started when the three of them found media in Mike's junk that hasn't been seen to the galaxy, they thought of selling the junk as their own for a million credit profit)

"pool full of credits, here we come", Nelson says as he rubs his hands together.

"Excuse me, but you're not the only one here with a million credit idea", one of the people in the line said who was Graballa the Hutt, Jabba's cousin.

Back with Mike and Jake

"So how do we open this door?", Mike asks.

"Try your ID, that always work", Jake suggests.

"It only works because of my rank", Mike says as he swipes his ID on the card scanner, only for it to show a red light. "dang it".

"Let me try my card", Jake says as he takes out an oddly bright card.

"is that your Random Fandom Anyfandom Membership Card?", Mike asks a bit confused.

"Well yes, i've been using this as my main identification ever since i lost my ID", Jake says as he swipes his card on the reader.

"Wait, how long have you been using that as your ID?", Mike says, starting to question.

"3 months", Jake replies.

"What?!", Mike says in complete surprise, and then him and Jake notice the door open.

The appearance of what was beyond that door was a color of different shades of purple and blue and bright lines of yellow and white.

"So, what now?", Mike asks not knowing what to do next.

"Well, i'm going with the most obvious answer, jumping in!", Jake says as he jumps into the reality beyond the door.

"Jake!", Mike screams as he jumps into the door to follow him.

When both of them jumped into that door, they were met in a reality unfamiliar to their own, the the entire area around them was different shades of blue and purple, those beams of white and yellow were glimpses into different realities showing small moments from each one, and once they got familiar with their surroundings, both of the realized they were floating in place, both of them freaked out for a while, until an unknown person said something to the two of them.

"Hey! Stop screaming, there's a nearby platform for both of you to get on", Mike and Barry stopped screaming and noticed a person wearing a light-colored trench coat and hat, brown boots, and aviators over a ski mask.

"Who are you?", Mike was the first to ask.

"Officer Jason Takao of the Fanfic Gateway", the person said introducing himself while taking out his ID and badge, "and who are you two?".

"the name's Jake and this is my friend Mike", Jake says as he gestures to Mike.

"hi", that was all Mike had to say.

"Good to meet you folks, but please get on the platform, the fanfic gateway is known for its unpredictable levitation dead zones", the officer said as a reminder.

"sorry", Mike and Jake say as both of them get onto the platform that's nearby.

"Thank you, before we can go any further, i need to see some identification", the officer says.

"Standard procedure?", Mike asks.

"Yes, it's not everyday you see two people come through the fanfic gateway, and if i had a nickel for everytime someone came through there, which isn't much, but it's lucky to have two people go through", the officer explains.

Mike hands his ID to the officer while Jake gives him his Anyfandom one. The officer takes both ID and scans Mike's first. "let's see, Imperial Navy, Stormtrooper Corps, a Squadron Leader, and operating number TK-647, you're clear Mike Jenson". Then gets to scanning Jake's ID. "name, Jake Edwin Sento, age 29, member of the Random Fandom Community, Home Planet: Corellia, this isn't a personal ID, but we accept Creative Minds like you", the officer says to Jake.

"well, i'm not really a writer just someone with ideas that needs to be shared", Jake says to the officer.

"In a way, that's writing, come with me, i need to show you around the reality of creation", the officer says.

"I thought this was the fanfiction gateway?", Mike asks.

"Oh, this is, this area is as deserted as the desert, i'll show you the core of the fanfiction district"

The officer then rolled up the sleeve of his trench coat, which revealed a control bracelet and pressed a button making the platforms he and Mike and Jake are on start moving, and after a while, they made their way to where they needed to go.

A door on a large clear wide platform that's in the middle of nowhere.

"So wait, this is it, a door in the middle of a void?", Mike asks expecting more from it.

"Yeah, all of us here save the surprises for when we enter the place", the officer scans his control bracelet on the door, and opens it, and once the three of the walked through, it was a sight to awe at, structures that look like skyscrapers that tower up high, under a dome that revealed a view of space, thousands of stars and nearby planets.

The only reply Mike and Jake could come up with was being in complete awe with what they're seeing.

Officer Takao chuckles and says. "Yeah, it is something to behold, that's the reaction every new creative gets when they first arrive here".

Officer Takao's point was made when he gestures to a new fanfic writer that appeared in the area, same expression like Mike and Jake, jaw dropped (even though Mike and Jake are wearing their helmets) and with a look that's in complete awe.

A bit later... | Tour of Stack City: Fanfiction District | The Reality of Creation

"so why is this place called Stack City?", Mike asks while Jake looks around at each building.

"Well you see, for as long as creative fanfic writers have been around, each story they make becomes its own universe, and that universe becomes a block or a pocket universe, each pocket universe represents a block in the ever expanding reality, and it adapts and sorts into categories, but that didn't happen until the gods of each universe decided to let each universe story exist in its own parallel reality", Officer Takao said.

"huh?", was all Mike and Jake could say, on account of being confused.

"Okay, i slacked a bit in the academy, i think filtered stories didn't become a thing by the late 2000's",

Officer Takao then continued to give Mike and Jake the tour around the Fanfiction District, and how these stacked, yet beautiful skyscrapers became a shining beacon of the district and as a muse, but looks is a mess at sub levels. Takao was also gonna show them the other districts of the Creation Realm, but had to cancel due to the bleeps, sweeps and creeps. And after the tour of the district, Officer Takao took them to a coffee shop called "Bus Station for Hippies & Writers", to discuss some things with Jake, while Mike enjoyed the coffee shop's special, the electric brew.

"I'm wondering, during this entire tour, how would you feel about creating your own universe here in the fanfiction district?", Officer Takao said excited and expecting an answer.

"Well after seeing everything and seeing what it's like here, I'll do it!", Jake says as he slams his one hand on the table.

When Mike overheard that he did a spit take and accidentally did it on someone, as the coffee on their head, shocked that person (hence the name, electric brew).

"Sorry!", Mike says a bit panicked.

"It's okay, my phone needed a charge anyway!", one of the patrons in the coffee shop said.

"So, Mr. Sento, what will be your first work?", Officer Takao asks Jake with a smile.

Jake's instant answer was this. "POKEMON TRUTH OR DARE!"

Jake said his answer at the top of his lungs getting everyone's attention in the shop, they were all silent for a while, until Pee Wee Herman came by asking.

"My bike... WHERE'S MY BIKE?!", and then immediately left the scene.

When Office Takao heard his answer he instantly slumped down, rested his head on the table, and sighed in disappointment.

A bit later...

After that coffee break, Officer Takao then walked Mike and Jake to an apartment loft that's ready to be rented.

Mike then asked a question to Officer Takao. "So why did you slump down when Jake said his answer?".

"It's because I've been seeing too many comedy works recently, I just want to see something with lore and romance", Officer Takao says to Mike.

"Well, even in the darkest times, we need a time to laugh", Mike tells him.

"Guess you're right about that, also, why have you been carrying a cardboard box this whole time?", Officer Takao asks.

"It's how we got here", Mike replies.

"Huh, makes sense", Officer Takao said.

The three of them continued to walk for a while, until they finally made it to the apartment that's up for rent.

"Here we are, this is the vacant spot", Officer Takao says gesturing at the front door.

"Does your definition of vacant include old, battered and statues of people in agony?", Mike asks with sarcasm while being a bit frightened.

Officer Takao took a moment to inspect the property and then gives his final verdict. "my bad, abandoned universe, either on hiatus or given up on", he says sheepishly while rubbing the back of his head.

They went up one more floor. And it was the correct property, the walls were oven bricks, each having a different shade of orange, warm hanging ceiling lights, metal railing and support beams, and a wall with pictures of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (don't ask).

"For a property for rent, this looks really nice, and I mean first class nice", Mike says impressed while looking at the tiny details of the apartment loft.

"And since I'm being generous and that the paperwork for this place has been sorted out, you can own this place immediately and rent this place for only 140 credits a month", Officer Takao says as he holds out the paperwork.

"Jake, be sure to read the contract first", Mike tells him.

"Hey, it's only 140 credits a month, I'm not passing of that offer", he says as he skims through the contract and signs it.

"Great, now can I borrow your identification?", Officer Takao says as he holds his hand out.

Officer Takao scans the card and throws it at the door, making the door open as it creates a gateway back to the Death Star.

"Since you're now a patron of this apartment, access between your home and here is already linked.

Jake was about to say something, but his comm link went off as he received a message from Vader stating he found his ID.

"Vader found my ID, Mike, you take care of the rest, I'm getting my ID back...", he says as he runs through the door and adds. "Because I also have a Jawa Juice punch card on the back!", he continues running through until the door closes.

"You can get back too, you know", Officer Takao says.

"Good to hear", Mike says.

"Jason, what are you doing here?"

Mike and Officer Takao heard that coffee doin the other side of the room, and they saw the person who said it, that person was wearing a black business suit, funny glasses, and a red clown wig.

"Officer, who is this?", Mike asks a bit confused.

"Well this is the owner of this apartment, you see, when Jake signed the contract, he just rented the part of the apartment".

"Correct, and how much was the rent this 'Jake' agreed upon?"

"140 credits", Mike replied.

"140?!- fine, but I get 35 percent of Jake's truth or dare income". The owner said.

"How did he-", Mike didn't finish since he was cut off by Officer Takao.

"Best not to question it", he said.

Back on the Death Star, Jake was being taught a lesson by Vader as he force choked him.

"Never lose your property GX-708, remember that", Vader says as he stopped choking him since Palpatine ordered him to do it as a warning to stay in line.

Then Vader walked off, with two other stormtroopers in tow.
