Seth: Here's what happened if you missed it. When we were all getting to know each other better, Rin pulled away. It doesn't seem like she's into making friends. When Musyamon attacked with Golemon, Cressmon tried her best to fight it off. When it seemed like she was about to be crushed, Rin was able to get Cressmon to become SilverFangmon and turned Golemon into a pile of rocks, or data to be precise.

A Time for Action

"R-mon digivolve to...Raymon!" R-mon was able to digivolve into Raymon this time. Seth and the others were practicing the digivolving.

"It worked this time." Seth said.

"We're starting to get the hang of it." Raymon said.

"We need to practice this digivolution. We need to be ready for when another attack comes." Rin said. "It seems that when both sides concentrate, it's pretty easy."

"No worries." Freddie said. "When this Musyamon or whoever works for this Dark Army comes around, we can take them."

"That's easy for you to say. I haven't been able to digivolve yet." Vorvomon said.

"You will." Freddie said.

"We also need to start looking for ways to get home." Rin said. "I don't know how long we're going to be here, but we should start looking for ways to get home."

"We will. It will all work in the end." Freddie said as he started walking. He looked like he had nothing to worry about.

"That guy is as carefree as a bird." Seth said.

"Yeah, and it could be a problem." Rin said. "If we're actually going to be fighting, we need him to take it serious. This isn't some sort of game we're playing." They're hoping Freddie will step it up when the time comes, but when the time does come, will he be able to?

Musyamon

"This is bad. Very bad." Musyamon said as he paced around his main base of operations. "If I don't take that village, the big bosses aren't going to be happy about this."

"Not going to be happy about what?" Musyamon looked and saw one of his leaders was communicating with him.

"Sir...! Please forgive me! These humans are more challenging than I thought." Musyamon said. "They can somehow make digimon instantly digivolve. I don't know what the deal is, but they're proving to be a bigger challenge than we anticipated."

"I don't want to hear excuses for your failures. Just make sure you claim that village. Nothing stands in the way of our conquest. Is that understood?"

"Of course." Musyamon said. With the end of the message, Musyamon was getting serious himself. "I'll show those humans what happens when you mess with the Dark Army."

The Village

As Freddie had a look around the village, he was enjoying himself. He looked around and saw all kinds of digimon around. He was really enjoying his stay here in the Digital World.

"Freddie!" Vorvomon called as he tried to catch him.

"Hey, Vorvomon. What's up?" Freddie asked.

"Well, it would seem that Rin and Seth are a little concerned." Vorvomon said. "They think you're not taking this as serious as they are."

"What are you talking about? I'm just not worried." Freddie said. "I just know things are going to work well in the end. We'll beat this enemy, make it home, and everything will be just fine."

"You surely do seem optimistic." Vorvomon said. "You really think everything is going to be okay?"

"Of course it all will be." Freddie said.

"It's good you're keeping an optimistic spirit, but don't get too relaxed." He looked and saw Rin and Seth showing up. "This isn't some sort of game, Freddie. We've seen for ourselves that we're going to face some real dangers."

"Besides, we don't have a clue as to how we got here. Therefor, we don't have a way to get back home." Rin said. "Freddie, this is serious and you're acting like none of this is a big deal."

"Guys, you don't need to worry." Freddie said. "I just prefer to see the bright side of a situation, try to be hopeful, and try to think positive. Everything is going to be just fine." Freddie does seem calm about it, but Seth and Rin were a little concerned that's the problem. They didn't have the chance to talk more about it as they heard explosions going off.

"What was that?!" Seth said.

"Hey, Seth!" R-mon called from the top of a building. "We got trouble! Musyamon is back! It looks like he's going all-out this time!"

"Prepare for battle! The enemy is heading this way!" Cressmon said. Hearing that the enemy was here had them shift their focus on that. They hurried and saw Musyamon leading his soldiers into battle and attacking the village.

"Lay waste to all! Find those humans and eliminate them!" Musyamon called.

"This guy doesn't know when to quit." Rin said.

"Freddie, Vorvomon can't digivolve yet. You two make sure the digimon of this village get somewhere safe. We'll take care of Musyamon." Seth said.

"You got it." Freddie said as he and Vorvomon hurried to help the citizens.

"R-mon, ready for another round against this guy?" Seth asked.

"Ready." R-mon said.

"Cressmon, are you all set?" Rin said.

"I am." Cressmon said. They've used what they learn and started.

"R-mon digivolve to...Raymon!"

"Cressmon digivolve to...SilverFangmon!"

"Attack!" Musyamon ordered as his soldiers kept the attacks going, but Raymon and SilverFangmon stepped in. They knocked away his soldiers and were ready to face Musyamon himself.

"This is as far as you go, Musyamon!" Seth said.

"You won't be escaping this time! you're finished!" Rin said.

"I'm not going anywhere until you meddlesome humans stop getting in the way." Musyamon said. "I think these two should be able to help with that." He snapped his fingers with the ground starting to shake. That was when two green dinosaurs with horns emerged out of the ground. Rin pulled out her D-scan to learn more about them.

"Tuskmon: champion didimon. Their attack is Slamming Tusk." Rin said.

"Tuskmon, take care of those two!" Musyamon ordered. The two digimon attacked as they tried to hold off Raymon and SilverFangmon. With those two occupied, Musyamon's forces kept attacking. Musyamon also noticed one was missing.

"One of those humans are missing. I'll have to take care of that one myself." Musyamon said as he made his way around them and went looking for Freddie.

"He's going after Freddie!" Rin said.

"Not if we stop him. Raymon!" Seth called.

"I got him!" Raymon said as he was going to get after him, but one of the Tuskmon tackled him and smashed him against a building. "Maybe not."

"We have to take these two down first before we can do anything about Musyamon." SilverFangmon said as that was what the two of them were trying to do.

"I'm sure these two can handle them. We need to make sure Freddie gets out of there in one piece." Rin said. Seth agreed with that.

"You two do what you can! We'll go help Freddie!" Seth called as the two of them hurried to find Freddie.

Freddie

Freddie and Vorvomon did what they could to make sure the villagers got out of there and would get somewhere safe.

"Hurry! You'll be safe that way!" Freddie said as he made sure the smaller digimon got out of there. "I think that's the last of them in the area."

"Good. We better take cover ourselves." Vorvomon said.

"Too late." The two of them were surprised to see Musyamon was already able to find them. "You didn't want to join in the fighting? I guess that means I can take you down." Musyamon held out his blade and was starting to mean business. Knowing they needed to do something, Vorvomon stepped in and tried to fight him.

"Petit Flame!" Vorvomon tried shooting fire at him, but Musyamon was able to easily knock away the flames.

"Is that really the best you can do?" Musyamon said. He tried swinging his sword at him. Vorvomon was able to avoid the blade but was barely able to do that.

"Yeah! That's the way, Vorvomon!" Freddie called.

"Freddie, if you have a plan, now would be the time to tell me." Vorvomon said as he was doing his best to avoid the blade.

"Enough!" Musyamon said. "Shogun Sword!" Musyamon empowered his sword and smashed it against the ground. The shockwaves alone knocked Vorvomon and Freddie down.

"Is that really all you got? I've seen can openers sharper than that." Freddie taunted, but Musyamon moved over to him. He smashed his sword into the ground and tried to give Freddie a good scare.

"You think this is some sort of game?" Musyamon said. "That kind of attitude only has one outcome!" He raised his sword and was ready to finish Freddie off, but Vorvomon hurried as fast as he could. He stood in the way of the blade and got seriously hurt from it.

"Vorvomon!" Freddie called. He lifted Vorvomon in his arms, but the injury looked bad.

"That's what you get for protecting a fool." Musyamon said. "Well, I'll just finish things here."

"Go ahead and try. Raymon and SilverFangmon will just beat you." Freddie said.

"I don't think so. I'm keeping those two occupied with more of my pets." Musyamon said. "I'm afraid no one will be coming to help you." Musyamon proved his point by slicing through a small building. When it collapsed it trapped Freddie with Musyamon. There was no escape for him. Freddie was starting see he made a big error in judgement.

"Rin and Seth were right. I wasn't taking this serious and Vorvomon got hurt from that." Freddie said. He looked down at Vorvomon. He saw he was badly hurt and he felt like it was his fault. If he had taken this serious, maybe it wouldn't have happened. Musyamon raised his sword and was ready to finish both of them. "Vorvomon, I'm sorry." When Freddie realized his mistake, his D-scan began to glow and was helping Vorvomon.

"Vorvomon digivolve to...!" Vorvomon began to change into one that's more dragon-like with his entire body made from molten rocks. "Lavorvomon!"

"He did it!" Freddie said as he was amazed that Vorvomon digivolved. Seth and Rin just recently arrived and they saw what happened.

"Do you see that?!" Seth said.

"Of course I can. Vorvomon just digivolved." Rin said.

"Another one?! This is getting annoying!" Musyamon said. He tried to slash Musyamon, but his sword wasn't able to cut through the rocks. Lavorvomon smashed himself against Musyamon and knocked him back. "You can't beat me!" He tried to stab him, but Lavorvomon caught it with his teeth and ruined the sword.

"Earth-stamp!" Lavorvomon heated his body and smashed himself against Musyamon.

"This can't be happening to me!" Musyamon called before he was turned into data. He wasn't the only one going down. Raymon and SilverFangmon were able to knock down the two Tuskmon with some of Musyamon's other digimon.

"Heated Ray!"

"Wolf Flash!" They both unleashed their attacks. When they blasted them, they were able to take down all of them. All of Musyamon's digimon were beaten. As soon as they were beaten and the village was safe, all of them gathered around Vademon.

"Thank you, all of you." Vademon said.

"You should thank Freddie and Vorvomon. They were the ones that beat Musyamon." Seth said.

"Yeah... I was acting like a fool, but it looks like I got serious just in time." Freddie said.

"You were right. Everything worked out." Vorvomon said.

"Sadly, this isn't the end. Musyamon's forces were just a small fraction of the Dark Army. They are spread far and wide." Vademon said. "Other digimon and their homes are in great danger because of this army."

"We like to help, but how can we? We're just three humans and three digimon. We also need to find a way to return home." Rin said.

"You wish to return home?" Vademon questioned. "You already hold the keys to that. It's those devices you're holding."

"You mean our D-scans?" Seth questioned as took his out. He held it out and pressed the button on it. When he did, his D-scan fired a small laser and it opened up a portal. "Does this lead back to our world?"

"It must." Rin said.

"Wait! You can't leave yet!" R-mon said.

"Fear not. I have foreseen that you will return shortly." Vademon said. "This isn't the last we've seen of you humans."

"We'll be back?" Seth questioned as he wasn't sure about that.

"Come on. We better get going. Our families might be worried about us." Freddie said. With not much to think about, the three of them moved through the portal and were on their way home.

Seth

Seth emerged out of his computer and found himself back in his room as he crashed to the floor.

"That's not a nice way to land." Seth groaned.

"Seth?!" His mother called. "Is that you? When did you get home? I thought you were going to come right home after school."

"Sorry, Mom. I was...out with some friends." Seth called. He was relief he got back when he did. "Good thing I was gone for only a few hours."

"Is that a good thing?"

"Yeah, R-mon." Seth said, but as he soon as he realized what he said and who spoke to him, he freaked as he saw R-mon with him. "R-mon?!" A digimon has now entered the human world. This could be problematic.

Seth: I can't believe R-mon followed me back home. Having him in my world can't be a good thing. Now he's trying to talk to me into going back to the Digital World and help fight against the Dark Army. It was cool and fun, but I'm not so sure about that. Do I really want to fight a whole army? It's all happening next time.
