Hogwarts is nothing like it was in the past. Everything is dark. I don't really want to be here. But it is against the law to not return to Hogwarts. Classes aren't filled with learning like they used to be. Instead, for Order member students it is filled with PAIN. The teachers use us for duelling dummies for students to practice their most painful spells on us. Every minute I'm not in class I'm brewing pain and other healing potions for the younger students. The older ones like me just bear the pain waiting for it to be over. We save the pain relief for the younger ones. We do everything we can to keep them safe. Today I purposefully went to the Carrow twins class during the first year Defence Against the Dark Arts class to disrupt the class. I figured they would use me as their dummy instead of the first years. It worked, but it also hurt a lot. The first years looked so scared, even some of the Slytherins. They will learn soon, they won't be so nice in the future unless they want to switch places with the children they are torturing. I have to go now, my potion is almost ready for the next step.

I never thought I would miss the days of Snape teaching potions, but here we are. The death eater they sent to replace him is somehow worse than he is. I don't know how they managed to do that, but they did. He makes us test our potions on each other. I'm getting progressively more worried that someone is going to die because of it, but there is nothing I can do about it. Neville said he wants me to meet him on the sixth floor after class today. He says he has something to show me. I hope it's something good! It's been too long since I've had good news.

I just got my first bit of good news in over a month. We have a plan! Neville remembered about the Room of Requirements. He says it looks like we can stay in there and use it to keep everyone safe. We are going to start by moving the older students in than the younger ones. For the first time in a while, I have a glimmer of hope that everything will begin to get better. Maybe it won't be perfect, but it will be better. Students will be safer and maybe we have a chance of winning this war. Now, all we have to do is wait for Harry, Hermione and Ron to accomplish their mission.
