The ruins are a little more crumbly than before. Beyond that, the digimon still leave them alone. The humans that reside in the digital world (they're not alone, though it feels like that sometimes) tend to avoid any human that seems remotely feral. This is not them, not yet. But it's gotten close.
If they were smart, they would have found a portal and tried to find an earth. They looked like orphan kids off the map, and if they ended up in their own, they'd go from there.
Unfortunately, Koh reflects, they're not that smart.
Sayo pauses, points. One of the piles of data debris is wobbling.
They have no coronamon and lunamon. Only their weapons, only their desire to not die today.
Koh makes to raise a knife, but a shudder rolls down his spine. Someone lunges for his back.
