So Harry waits for them to be done reading the newspaper. While waiting, Harry sneaks glances at the articles.

"Two Dead In Explosion" read one headline. It sounded interesting but Harry wanted to read something he can cheer on.

Glancing over to the sports section, one article reads "Jays Win 3-2 to Hawks". Harry couldn't find it in himself to care. But he is persistent, and with nothing else to do he continues to read that article from afar.

"Grevory made the leading pass to Bale which resulted in the second goal. He is dealing with a recovered knee injury and this is his first game out since taking a break to recuperate."

He could barely read further when suddenly the tedium is interrupted by the ringing of the doorbell.

"Harry, get the door."

"No" shouts Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon at once. Aunt Petunia gets up to answer the door.

She walks over to the door way before opening it. In front of her in a garish overcoat and black suitcase is a man. The overcoat is black and the man is wearing glasses. Shaded glasses to be precise, causing Aunt Petunia to be unable to tell the eye color of the visitor.

"I am Instructor Haddock from Hogwarts School of Witch-Craft and Wizardry."

Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon cycle through flushed red faces, narrowed in eyes, letting out a sigh, and fists tightening up.

"He is in here" is all she can say.

Walking over the threshold and into the house, Haddock quickly notices Harry, being skeletal white in black robes. "Hi, Headmaster Dumbledore sent me to check up on you, and provide you with some educational materials."

Opening the black suitcase he takes out more history, english, math, and science books. On top of that, he also takes out some magical texts, most notably "The Light's Law Book by Tweedle Billsbury and Rules of Conduct at Hogwarts School by Stincil Tadle".

Dudley could see that the last two books are magical by the moving three dimensional pictures hovering over the front and back. the Light's Law Book shows a gavel hovering over the front cover, while Rules of Conduct at Hogwarts School has a castle hovering over the cover.

"Hey, I want books like that."

"Now is not the time to ask for stuff like this" says Uncle Vernon.

Harry picks up the two books, "I can let you borrow them when I am not using them, and who knows, I might not need them in the future and you can have them."

Dudley both lights up with his eyes widening and shoulders straightening, and curling his fists.

"But Harry needs them now. Those are two very important books for you to read in the coming years."

Harry smiles as he flips through the pages, hovering three dimensional images playing out scenes in front of the pages.

"I also would like a newspaper of my own to read" he asks Instructor Haddock.

"I'll speak to Headmaster Dumbledore about that".

"By the way, what course do you teach, instructor?"

"I teach Artifacts. Is there anything else? How are you accommodating to these changes."

"We are all getting used to it."

Here Harry glances around to Dudley, Aunt Petunia, and Uncle Vernon.

"Excellent, I will forward this to Headmaster Dumbledore."

Instructor Haddock gets up and heads to the door, exiting the house he walks to a side alley along the street and starts to disintegrate in thin air, teleporting to outside Hogwarts.

`Once outside Hogwarts, he walks his way up to a very large tower. Hogwarts, in the Scottish highlands, is surrounded by tall trees. Moving past the tall trees he finds his way to the tower.

A sphinx guards the door, followed by two antique armored statues which at first glance are there for decoration. He takes out his wand to show to the sphinx statue and mutters "eye of providence" before the door lock clicks open.

Opening the door, he makes his way up the stair case until he is outside another door. Here Haddock knocks, announcing himself.

"Headmaster Dumbledore, I am back from checking up on Harry."

The door swings open, showing the back of a large black swivel chair behind an oaken desk. Dumbledore is sitting there, his back facing Haddock, as he looks over past the window. Down on the right of the desk is a globe, and to the left is a map of the world with needles of different colors pressed downwards in different countries, cities, and continents.

"What did you find out, Instructor Haddock?"

"I delivered the supplies and the two books. He wants a newspaper to read."

"Excellent. Was there anything else?"

"Not really, it looks like they are accommodating him fine."

Dumbledore than swiveled around and put his hand in one of his drawers. "I have a newspaper right here that would be most fine for him."

Opening the drawer, there is a large stack of news papers, from the New York Period, the Wall Street Gazette, the Protectorian, and the Washington Column, among others.

Flipping through, he picks up the Modern Herald. "Printed daily. I will be sure to write up a subscription for him."

And he smiles.

The next day, back at Privet Drive, Harry is starting breakfast when Dudley brings in the mail and news. "We have a new newspaper. I think it is called the Modern Herald."

"That must be for me."

Harry moves over to Dudley and picks up the paper from his hands.

Finishing breakfast, Harry moves over to the living room to more comfortably read the news.

Opening the paper open, on the front page, in bold headlines is the article "Birth Rates Plummet: Disaster Ahead".

Reading the article further, it goes on.

"UK birth rates are at another all time low. Fertility rates have fallen below replacement levels of 2.1 all the way to 1.7; not enough children are being born. This is expected to deepen the aging crisis in UK and exasperate senior infrastructure."

Reading further, Harry couldn't help but smile.
