Felix placed his hands behind his back as he paced back and forth in his cousin's room.
Behind that mask was a mere peasant girl. How could Paris look upon her as their little savior? In the last couple of days, he noticed that Adrien always held a frown on his face instead of a smile that he was so used to.
Had that Ladybug girl told someone to ruin their family? Because if she had, he'd be searching her down to silence her.
After all, he was the one who took her innocence and dignity away. He didn't see the difference between consensual sex and forced sex. In his mind, all females wanted it. That Ladybug girl wanted it.
He recalled her silent screams. Oh, those glorious muffled screams delighted him very much.
Which besides, it wasn't like he was going to get in trouble. That girl was at the bottom of the triangle.
The blond didn't think any of this was his fault. He didn't think he'd have to face any consequences. Why? Because he himself was as sly as a dirty little fox. He knew how to cover his tracks.

It felt like she had run out of tears, but that was not the case. Marinette became exhausted. This entire ordeal was finally catching up to her. And the bluenette felt her eyes flutter shut. She leaned forward but was caught by strong arms from behind.
The only thing she had focused on was the person's heat. She wasn't quite aware that Adrien had caught her before she toppled Alya over.
He isn't quite sure of what to do. To bring her home or to bring her to the school's nursing office. To allow her to go back to class? She did say she needed to go to the nurse's office.
It angered him when the teachers interrogated her. Couldn't they see that she was in pain? Just because she was the class president, that didn't make her any less human.
Adrien found himself taking a deep breath. He needed to stay calm. He didn't want to trigger an akuma attack and have his identity at risk. Plus, if Hawkmoth caused him to hurt his own Lady or his princess, Hawkmoth would be finding himself with a hole in his heart because this little blond wanted to see if Hawkmoth actually had a heart.
The blond slowly walked to the nurse's office.
Whatever happened to her, why wasn't he there to stop it? Where was he? Oh. Right. The evil trio was trying to figure out the real Adrien after he had apparently said some terrible things which weren't true.
His cousin was just really good at deceiving others.
Even his own father had a hard time telling them apart.
From being only children, he cherished those memories greatly. Even those memories of Chloe and him. He always saw the good side in everyone.
And if he knew the truth about his father, his point of view would have changed.
"Uhm, excuse me?" He knocked on the nurse's office door.
For a moment, there was no response. That is until he heard footsteps and the door opened slowly. In front of him stood a young female in nurse clothing. Both o her hands clapped over her mouth. "Oh my." she gazed over Marinette who didn't give her any eye contact. Just trembles. "What happened?"
"I don't know. She just started crying her eyes out..." the blond had a worried look on his face. He was really unsure of everything. And this worried him.
"Come in and lay her on the bed."
The model did as he was told and set her on the bed.
Marinette simply stared at her feet. She was broken. She still felt dirty. And Adrien... She placed both of her hands on her head, clutching at it as if her life depended on it. She was reminded of what Tikki said. The person who hurt her wasn't Adrien.
Adrien didn't have eyes that were filled with coldness. He wasn't rough with anyone as far as she knew. He was a kind person who helped everyone. He saw the good in everyone. He would never do this. Never.
A sob wracked through her body. She was broken. That's all she was. She wasn't Paris's pure hero anymore.
The blond wanted so badly to hold her in his arms. That what friends did, right? To hold each other lovingly in each other's arms?
"You can return to class, Mr. Agreste. I'll handle things from here."
He didn't want to leave. He was hesitant. "Will you let me know if there's something else going on?"
The nurse nodded. Once Adrien left, she picked up the phone and called Marinette's emergency number. Her parents.
Seeing that Marinette appeared to experience trauma, there was nothing she could do. Which kind of trauma was out of her knowledge range.
"Yes? Hello Mr. Dupain. It's about your daughter. I think you need to take her to a hospital. I'm not sure for what? But I'm gonna take a wild guess and say she was..." she didn't want to finish that sentence. It was too much to think about. She set the phone back on the wall. A sigh escaped her lips. The nurse then went to the sink and had grabbed a plastic cup. She turned the faucet on, filling the cup up with water.
"Marinette," she said softly.
The girl looked up at the nurse with fresh tears in her eyes.
"I've called your parents to come and pick you up from here. And here," she gave Marinette the cup of water. "I'll let your teachers know you won't be returning to class."
The bluenette quietly thanked the nurse. She was going to be home. She alone and stuck in her own self.
