At the age of two Lincoln was rescued from some nasty undesirables. He later grew up and reached 11 years old before having his life as he knew it destroyed. Having no home he would later wander the land and become a child soldier and then later on a bodyguard. He's seen many wonders and tragedies in his life. Now a new mission has begun. Finding his original family. The Louds.

4. Chapter 4

The next day at the loud house. Lucy's room.

"Uuuggghhh hmm hmm."

The 'Duchess of Darkness' also known as Lucy Loud was finally waking up due to now feeling the rays of the sun warming up her room to the point where she couldn't comfortably sleep unless she chose to remove a few articles of clothing. As she slowly awoke she considered the idea, but didn't feel like doing so seeing that she was already awake and unable to drift off again. Lucy with a usual plain expression then rose from her bed.

"Well might as well get up. No point in sleeping any longer."

With that Lucy got out of her bed and to a mild surprise saw her roommate Lynn was nowhere to be seen. It soon dawned on her that Lynn must have still been out on her morning workout routine. This being the case made Lucy's awakening all the more sensible.

"Well no wonder I was sleeping so peacefully. If she was here she would be doing pull-ups on that bar she hung on her wall stinking up our room."

With the thought done she made her bed and took some clothes in hand. She opened her door and made her way to the bathroom to get cleaned up, but she was taken aback by what she saw. To her surprise there was no line. Lucy then looks to her watch and realizes that it's half past her usual non school wake up time. There was no line since she was up a little later than usual.

"No line and no Lynn to rush me? … So far so good."

Lucy with a small smile took advantage of the moment and took her time to make sure she was thoroughly washed. Twenty minutes later Lucy was done and getting dressed. Today she decided to go with a white tee shirt with the image of a black cat with green eyes, some slim slightly loose black jeans, a pair of slip on black and white shoes and finally a black button up over vest. She considered wearing her black long sleeved steampunk gothic cloak/cape/poncho/jacket, but she decided against it since the sun was out and already making it hot for her. As she finished with her vest she then moved to her make-up. At her age of 14 she didn't need much. A little here and there followed by mascara then parting her hair to show her left blue eye while concealing her right behind her bangs. Lastly came a few accessories. A necklace with a sole silver wing followed by some earrings that depicted little black crosses and finally a black leather aviator cuff on her left wrist. She was now ready for the day.

As Lucy makes her way downstairs she sees that most of her family is currently watching TV. The only ones missing from the present group were Luna, Leni, their parents and Lori. It was no surprise that Lori was gone. She had to go back to her home since Bobby still had to be filled in on what exactly happened the other day. Well that and the house currently being joined to theirs was not yet ready to move into. As for her parents it was work as usual. Now Leni and Luna. Well they did mention how they weren't able to do a few things yesterday due to the commotion so if she had to guess they were probably out continuing where they left off. As that thought entered Lucy's head she realized something. Something important.

"Dang it! I should have asked them if I could tag along. Sigh. Although considering it's them they must have left a while ago. Maybe a good half hour before I woke up. Hmm yeah and even if I had gotten up I may not have been in the mood to pick up my order just yet. Sigh."

With that thought done Lucy made her way into the kitchen to get some breakfast. She was honestly surprised there was any breakfast left considering how Lynn usually left none to speak of. She must have not wanted a full meal today. Seeing it as nothing to worry about Lucy made herself a plate. A good reheat and they would be ready for her. As Lucy got to work she could hear a commotion coming from the living room and from the sound of it Lana was winning a bet. Her food was soon done in a matter of minutes and as she entered the living room she was slightly surprised. Lana was cheering about a recent bet she won.

"Hooray I won! … Luan don't forget that you and Lynn don't get to complain. That Rock Paper Scissors match and the others were beyond fair and you know it!"

Luan could be seen uneasy as she sat next to a defeated Lynn who had recently come back from her routine. Her head was currently hung in shame over losing at a simple game of R.P.S over and over and over again. Even when it was two on one they lost. All that was left was shame and the uneasiness it brought to the others due to her being in that state. Lucy at the sight couldn't help but smile. A small one, but still a smile.

"So Lynn is capable of brooding after all. … I told her she could pull goth off if she tried."

With Lucy's inner monologue over she then joined everyone in the living room with plate and cup in hand. Lana had now got what she wanted on the TV. She had to dig in YouTube for a bit before she found it. As she hit play she was shown to be beaming with happiness. Then the apparent movie started and everyone soon began enjoying it. As the movie went on Lucy could see Luan having conflicting feelings here and there. There was comedy sure, but at the same time urges that she bet made her want to turn off the TV. As for Lynn, surprisingly the sports nut was into the movie. It helped her get out of her earlier funk, but she reminded Lana and the others not to use any of the new swears or phrases they heard while their parents were home or to use them at all. Lynn also made it clear not to mention they even allowed them to see the movie in question. Lucy herself couldn't help, but actually like the movie as well. She enjoyed the art style used and continued to watch with the rest of them.

"I may need to get a copy of this for myself. Hmm what was this called again? Lana what's the movie called again?"

With a big smile on her face Lana replied.

"Red Line! Wahoo!"

Lucy could tell Lana was really enjoying the animated movie.

"Thanks."

The movie helped kill some time and by the end everyone agreed it needed a better ending, maybe an epilogue, but they enjoyed it nonetheless. Heck even Lisa. She got some engine ideas out of it. With that out of the way it was almost noon and she still felt like going to the mall. So she made her way to the front door. Before she left though she made sure to raise her voice a bit so the others would hear her.

"Hey guys I'm going to the mall so I'll see you guys later."

Upon hearing the announcement from Lucy, Lynn kicked open her and Lucy's door and bolted down the stairs in mere seconds!

"Luce you sure you want to go there after what happened with Luna and Leni yesterday!?"

The fact that Lynn was looking out for her didn't surprise Lucy in the least. After all, Lynn, the twins and Charles we're practically out for blood yesterday. So it makes sense they would still be on guard.

"Sorry Lynn, but I need to order a new book for my poems and I need to pick up my order from Hot Topic."

… That was it. The mention of that store. Lynn took a step back.

"Okay well I give you my blessing, be careful out there and wait? Are you armed?"

Lucy from her cuff then pulls out some needles as long as her cuff.

"What do you think Lynn? … Do I look armed?"

Those needles followed by her usual monotone voice made Lynn take another step back and wish her luck. With a small smile Lucy went for the front door with a black sling over purse in hand. As she left the remainder of her sisters all told her to be careful. She then left the house and proceeded to the mall. Riding her bike came to her mind as a possibility until a sudden explosion happened in the house causing the side gutters to fall and thus destroy everyone's bikes parked near the garage. The scene proved it would be a good idea to walk after all and that the house was definitely tougher than before. All they needed to do now was reinforce the gutters. As she walked away she could hear Lynn complain about her bike in the distance.

As Lucy continued on her way she checked her phone and saw it claim the mall was a good forty-five minute walk from her home, although considering she was actually a bit more athletic than people thought, she suspected it to be closer to about half an hour's walk. (when she became the star of a basketball team to become more well rounded. Hence more athletic in my book.)

The walk did take her a bit like she thought, but not forty five minutes. Lucy had finally made it to the mall and was surprised. There near the entrance to the mall was Luna's car. She managed to get a good spot. This was also good because it meant they were still there. This meant she could get a ride back if she later found them. As Lucy then proceeded into the mall she went straight to her favorite poetry store to place an order and then followed it up with a smoothie at the food court. She could pick up her order later and it wasn't everyday she was at the mall without having to be supervised by a sister. She had some semi-alone time right now and she was going to enjoy it. From there she checked her phones many apps, texted friends and made sure to confirm her order was ready for pick up. As Lucy was finishing her smoothie the taste of the fruit made her think about Fangs and his buddies.

"Hmm I should get Fangs and his buddies a treat. If I put in an order now it can be delivered later today."

With that Lucy finished her smoothie and entered the pet store a few stores down. She found just what she was looking for and proceeded to order at checkout. This was then followed by a trip to the nearby comic book store where she picked up the latest book on 'Princess Ponies'.

"Sigh. If the others ever find out about this I get the feeling they'd tease me and use it in whatever way they can to get something out of me."

In that moment Lucy remembered about when they all found out that Lisa slept with a white stuffed duck named Mr. Quakers. A gift from her friend Darcey and surprisingly she took to it and began using it to cope during the night with her at the time stress induced nightmares. When the others found it though it was a slight mix of reactions. For Lola, she was merciless in calling out Lisa for having a stuffed animal to help her sleep despite being a 'Genius'. As for Lynn. At the time she found it hilarious. Lana though saw nothing wrong with it nor did Leni, Luna or Lily since every sister used to have a stuffed toy like that for the same reasons when they were kids. Not even Luan joined in on the teasing. She could have used it for a prank or a joke, but didn't since there have been times where Mr. Coconuts has been seen in her bed. As for Lori she actually at the time would have teased her for it, but since Bobby was there that day and he opened up to Lisa about the fact he used to have a stuffed dog named Beto that he clung to at night when he was younger Lori couldn't bring herself to join in on the bandwagon of teasing. Especially not when Bobby took it upon himself to reprimand Lola and Lynn for acting the way they did. Sure Lisa was a genius, but Bobby reminded them she was still a kid in the end. Lisa even grew to have more respect for Bobby that day.

The aftermath of that incident resulted in proper retribution. The insulting party of Lola and Lynn found themselves with ruined dresses and pink sports clothes not to mention both sisters were also knocked out with experimental knock out gas. All courtesy of the resident genius. The aftermath of this aftermath led to both sisters apologizing and led to new fear of their young genius sister. Well more was added to whatever fear they had beforehand. Thinking back on this Lucy came up with a countermeasure.

"Hmm I could always have fangs and his buddies chase them around if they try anything."

With her thought settled Lucy leaves the store and proceeds to Hot Topic. As she enters the store she heads to the counter in the middle of the store to pick up her order. As she nears the counter she's surprised to see that her friend Lecty was on shift today and that there was someone else picking up a similar order.

"Let's see here an order for Nero right. … Yeah here it is one of the last few orders to be picked up. So when did you get into the anime."

In response the boy now known as Nero responded.

"I got into it while traveling. When there was nothing to do I would look up YouTube and this one happened to be one of the optional videos I was shown to maybe like."

(The anime in question is Black clover. As for watching it I did say traveling took him three months only so much one can do before they go for their phone.)

"Hmm, hang on this comes with earrings and a necklace of Asta's three swords. Are you planning on getting the earrings done today?"

With a small smile Nero nodded and Lecty wished him luck. With that taken care of Nero was given his order and then proceeded to browse, but while doing so he caught a glimpse of Lucy. Nero's mind then went to work as he remembered his research. She's supposed to be one of his younger sisters, the oldest of the youngest. He was honestly surprised to see her.

Lucy caught his surprised look and in response Nero looked away and continued to browse. As for Lucy she could tell a few things right away. He was definitely wearing a wig and contacts, but was hiding the wig well. When Lucy stepped up to the counter she was greeted by Lecty as she then looked her up and then handed Lucy her order. Just like Nero, Lucy had ordered the same Black clover merchandise.

With her order in hand Lucy smiled. There was nothing left to do here so it was now time to go. As Lucy was heading out the door though she bumped into someone. Lucy was about to apologize until she got a good look at who she bumped into. Her eyes shrunk at the one before her. He was a bit taller than her, and she assumed he was in High School like her, but probably a year above her. He had dark brown hair and looked like he had money. As she got a better look she saw he was wearing new black and white converse, gray slim fit jeans, a dark green shirt with a gray opened over shirt and hanging from his neck a gold chain necklace. She blinked and soon recognized this punk all too well.

"Hey! Watch where you're going squirt!"

At this point the boy in question looked down to the girl who bumped into him as did his two cronies. A smile then appeared on each of their collective faces.

"Well well well if it isn't the freak! Ha ha ha! Guess I shouldn't be surprised to see you in a place like this."

Lucy spoke only once in that instance and it was filled with dread and annoyance.

"Chandler."

In this moment Chandler soon eyed Lucy's shopping bags including the one from the store and then hatched a mischievous idea which was then interrupted by Lecty at the register.

"Hey Chandler! Last time I checked we threw you out of this store! You're blacklisted remember! Get out of here before I call security or deal with you myself!"

Lecty was now the center of attention in the store. She was a tall girl, clearly already in college. She was tanned, wore a black tee shirt with the store's logo, some denim jeans, black combat boots and as for her hair she was a brunette with her hair tied back into a ponytail and as for her eyes a light shade of green. She also wore black and white leather bracelets and sported a tattoo of tribal design along her left arm.

"Simmer down Pecky I'm allowed to go wherever I want and there is nothing you can do about it."

Chandler conveyed no intention of listening to Lecty. All he saw when he looked at her was annoyance and his body language and use of an insult at her name made that very clear to her. Lecty was not in the mood to deal with the mall's most hated individual so she retorted.

"My name's Lecty you little punk! Get out of here or else!"

Everyone in the store including Nero we're unable to look away from the scene unfolding before them and what happened next honestly made Nero's blood simmer. Under normal circumstances it would have boiled over, but seeing as how he's in public he has to keep his cool. He has to remember to be patient like Lehm taught him. The minute he loses that he is as good as dead.

In the moment after Lecty's threat Chandler puts his hands on Lucy's shoulders and shoves her away while taking her bags from her. He then began to rummage first in the store bag all with a look of mischievousness plastered on his face. His eyes then lit up as he pulled out Lucy's order. A complete manga set for the series so far. It came with figurines for both Yuno and Asta as well as some hints at shipping's that the authors thought would have worked if they continued with the series long enough. There were also the earrings and necklace inside.

Upon seeing it all, Chandler's smug look grew as he then handed the figurines to his goons. This is when Lucy was met with horror. Not just her though. The whole store could not believe what happened next.

In the moment that followed Chandler and his goons to Lucy's horror and rage then proceeded to destroy the figurines. They were thrown to the ground and then repeatedly stomped upon until they broke from all the abuse. This though was just the beginning. As Chandler admired the look on Lucy's face he then took things a step further not quite feeling satisfied with Lucy's look just yet. His eyes then locked onto the book series and he then pulled out a match box from a pocket on his over shirt. Everyone did not like where this was going. Chandler pulled and lit a match. He then immediately began lighting the book series on fire! He held it out to Lucy with his eyes gazing with glee at her expression. The books continued to burn in his hand until he dropped them letting them burn on the floor. As they continued to burn Chandler looked back to Lucy again to see her face was still stuck in the same distress as a few moments ago. He wanted to see more. He wanted total despair. Looking to the second bag Chandler then began to rummage around until he found the final nail in the proverbial coffin. He pulled out the pink Princess Pony book that Lucy had just bought. His face displayed more mischievousness as he got a firm grip on the book. He then looked to Lucy who could only gulp in despair.

"Oh no."

Lucy was in no way prepared for her other interests to be found out this way. And now there was nothing she could do.

Chandler immediately began snickering to himself and soon so did his cronies as they looked to Lucy and began calling her a bigger freak for reading something like the 'Princess Pony' series.

"You seriously read this garbage?! Mrs. Gloom and Doom. The dark outcast of the school actually reads this glitter filled garbage?! Hah hah hah haaaa ha ha ha! You're not so dark then are you, no you're just some bigger outcast then before! Ha ha ha. We look forward to spreading this around the school when classes start back up."

As the goons in question finished their taunting Lucy was on the verge of tears. Then it happened. Lucy ran at them with intent to cause pain with a hand on her cuff, but upon locking eyes with her quarry she then immediately swerved and left the store as tears soon began to fall. Lucy couldn't believe what was happening today. She could have done something to them. She was armed after all, but the bullying, and all the other crap they've done and are capable of made her bloodlust subside and have it replaced with sadness and fear. She couldn't get a grip and thus left feeling defeated feeling this day was a total disaster. The result of Lucy leaving in that upsetting state led to everyone having intense animosity towards Chandler, but none more so than Nero.

As Chandler and his cronies continued to laugh about what they did to Lucy. Nero approached the counter and then asked a stunned Lecty if she could hold his bag for a sec. Lecty came back to her senses and upon looking at Nero she could see a fire burning in his eyes behind his contacts and was certain she was face to face with a beast considering the chills she was currently experiencing just by having his gaze on her. She could also faintly make out a murderous aura surrounding him. Lecty could guess what would happen next so when she finally got her voice under control Lecty spoke only one sentence with all due seriousness.

"Beat him black and blue or I will."

With that Nero nodded and proceeded to Chandler who was about to light another match while him and his goons admired their handiwork. They were unaware that Nero was going to make sure this crap was never pulled again.

As Nero approached Chandler only a few thoughts ran through his head.

"Beat this guy black and blue, break something to establish fear, make sure he's still breathing and then afterwards go find Lucy."

As Nero nears them Chandler and his buddies stop laughing when they see Nero approach and honestly Chandler's goons could be seen gulping at the imposing figure before them. They immediately felt chills and then saw his eyes. They immediately knew trouble was coming. They had only ever seen it before on the animal channel, but they now saw it on Nero. The look to kill. As for Chandler the smug bastard just looked at Nero with annoyance.

"So what do we have here, some punk trying to play the hero. Hah hah hah you missed your chance buddy! Ha hah you may want to have jumped in sooner!"

Chandler continues to laugh proving he is oblivious to Nero's eyes. Oblivious to the seething rage that seemed to slowly become noticeable to everyone else as they looked upon Nero. Nero at this moment is a few feet away from Chandler. He reaches into his jacket's pockets and pulls out a pair of black gloves. He pulls them on and flexes his hands to make sure they fit properly. He then looks to Chandler.

"Are you right or left handed?"

His voice sounded cool and collected. In all honestly it could have been mistaken for calm. Not seeing what he was getting at Chandler answered.

"I'm right handed you doofus! Just about everyone you meet is right handed except for that freak who's left and can do both."

With his thumb jerked over to where Lucy ran past him Nero could only conclude one thing.

"I'm breaking more than his index finger."

Nero then said something with full intent to make Chandler go off at him. It honestly seemed like he struck a nerve which was a stroke of luck. The second part of his comment was used due to him seeing money sticking out of Chandler's goons pockets.

"You poor conceited, spoiled rich kid piece of shit. You've been abandoned before haven't you?"

… … silence. There was complete silence until Chandler stomped his right foot down clearly pissed.

"I'm going to rip you a new one you asshole!"

Chandler rushed off alone leaving his goons behind. He was determined to hurt Nero and was willing to go to any lengths. He then pulled something from his back pocket and proceeded to ram Nero with it. In response Nero held his ground and grabbed said object before it could touch his chest. Chandler continued to try and thrust seeing as how he was not hearing any screaming yet. He quickly looked down and was met by a left uppercut straight into his nose which resounded with a crunch. He let go of the object in question and stumbled backward landing on his butt while covering his now bloodied nose. He looks up to Nero and sees the item in question firmly in his glove covered hands. A small butterfly knife being held in Nero's grasp. He opens his hand and shows everyone the knife before grabbing the handles and blade together thus bending the blade. He was honestly surprised that this blade like the last one actually bent instead of just coming apart at the connecting parts. Though slightly surprised he drops the blade and looks to Chandler.

"I'm glad you used this on me and not that girl otherwise your punishment would definitely be worse. Possibly even life threatening."

Nero cracks his knuckles and advances on Chandler. The crowd of people can only look on and shiver at the comment made. Lecty herself doesn't even feel like stepping in anymore. Chandler pulled a knife in a public area and just moments prior committed arson in her store for all to see. Then adding in what him and his goons said and did to Lucy. She knew he had this beat down coming. Heck security had apparently arrived a few moments ago, but instead of intervening had watched the security camera feed and asked the onlookers for the facts. After seeing the footage and getting confirmations from everyone else on who the guilty party was they then decided to see how this all played out. They have gotten plenty of complaints about Chandler and honestly it's about time he learns why not to be a delinquent who thinks money will always solve his problems. For extra measure they even had his goon buddies restrained to which to their surprise they did resist in the slightest. In fact it seemed as if they wanted no part in what was going to happen to chandler.

Nero continues to advance on Chandler who is more annoyed than scared.

"Dang it! I think he broke my nose plus that knife was expensive and he just ruined it! Know how am I gonna teach this punk a lesson on not crossing me!"

Chandler's train of thought was cut short when Nero was a mere three feet from him. Chandler scrambled to get up only to then get a hard right knuckle pressed into his stomach. The air was knocked out of him and he nearly heaved. There he was clutching his stomach hunched over trying to breathe, saliva falling from his mouth. He felt pain and he didn't like it. He weakly raised his head only to be met with a hand which to him felt like it was going in slow motion. It took hold of his collar then yanked him up and was then joined by another hand which then pushed him with enough force to cause him to stumble back once more. He hits the wooden wall of the store this time and hard enough to make a piece of merchandise fall on him. Luckily for him it was a stuffed toy. Unluckily for him it was one of a naked cancer riddled Deadpool. His mind somewhat cleared at that point as he was breathing better, but upon realization of what the toy was he threw it away with disgust only to then have his collar yanked again. He was this time pulled forward up to Nero's face.

"Are you sorry now or are you still going to play at the snotty I did nothing wrong rich kid routine?"

To this question Chandler having regained his full senses smacks Nero's hand off his collar and gives him a glare before sending a right fist of anger at him without warning. Unfortunately for Chandler, Nero catches his right fist with little trouble and then proceeds to crush it using his left hand. He slowly begins crushing Chandler's hand by pressing his own palm into Chandler's knuckles with a steady increase in pressure. Chandler's face soon contorts to one again filled with pain. Then crack! Everyone hears a cracking sound and Chandler howls in pain. He tries to wring his hand free to no avail. Then crack, crack, crack his index finger followed by the others minus his thumb have now been broken and he is wailing like a toddler! Nero himself just has one thought.

"I'll finish with his thumb. If he tries anything else though it'll be his wrist then his arm."

As he releases Chandler's hand Chandler caresses it barely able to breath due to the pain he's feeling. He looks to Nero and then finally sees the look in his eyes he was oblivious to earlier. The look that someone gives you when they are out for blood.

"So Chandler are you sorry … or not?"

There was no emotion in Nero's question as he cracked his knuckles and it made Chandler shuffle back a bit as he saw Nero's gaze. He backed up to the nearby wall as Nero approached. He begged Nero to stay away as more and more tears fell along with bloody snot.

Nero saw the display and could immediately tell what would happen next. He's had many people in similar states so surprising him was not going to be easy.

"Heh this punk kid all the signs are there he's in pain sure, but I can tell the minute I turn my back to leave he'll try and have his way. Well … I was prepared to break more than his fingers anyway."

As his voice returns Chandler then cries out upon Nero taking another step towards him bringing him to just 4 feet from him.

"I'm sorry for what I did! I won't do it again!"

With that Nero gave Chandler a good look before he then gave the impression he was relaxing his body. He turns away from Chandler and puts his gloves back in his pockets. He then proceeds to walk away from Chandler to then inspect the mess he and his goons made.

"Huh how stupid is this kid to do this in broad daylight for everyone to see. I swear he's got no common sense. Hmm hmmm oh looks like there may be a silver lining today."

While rummaging through the mess Nero saw the book series was completely ruined and the figures destroyed beyond recognition yet somehow the earrings and necklace we're still unscathed and still safely in their packaging. Then he saw it. The pink book that Chandler and his buddies insulted Lucy about for reading. It was still in the bag, but was dusty from the ash. Nero dusted it off and saw it was still nicely packaged in it's plastic wrap. No doubt that second match was for this book. A silver lining indeed that it had survived. He then takes them to Lecty and sets them down on her check stand. The whole store is unsure about what will happen next.

Nero then sees them and goes up to the security guards while Chandler sits against the wall afraid and nursing his hand. Nero upon getting to the guards slowly holds up his hands in front of them then gestures to his front right pocket. The security guards understandingly know what he wants to do and nod. Nero lowers his hands and then reaches into his right pocket bringing out his black leather wallet. He then opens it and then retrieves his ID and a badge. He was handed the badge by an officer before he came to the mall that day. It was an undercover badge that would help other police/government officials identify him. The guards look at the ID and badge and then hand them back to Nero. He looks at them for a second then speaks.

"Any chance I could ask to borrow a pen and paper?"

The guards wasted no time in handing over a pen and paper from their back pockets. As soon as Nero received them he began to scribble down what he had to say. What part of Chandler fingers he broke, treatment specialists and finally how he has the feeling Chandler is going to jump him as he leaves the store. He hands the notepad and pen back to the guards who begin reading. They then notice that Nero even left his cell number in case they need to contact him. Nero proceeds back to the counter and asks Lecty for his bag. She hands it to him without a second thought and he then takes Lucy's items as well. Lecty was about to speak up on that until Nero surprised her and everyone else. He stood before her and slightly bowed before speaking up.

"I may have gone too far and I apologize. I assumed he wasn't going to learn anything unless he was given reason to. Also I plan on finding the girl and giving her these. See if we can't salvage the day that Mr. spoiled brat over there ruined."

Chandler could still be heard whimpering.

Nero ends his bow and has a hand clasped to his shoulder. He raises his head to see it belongs to Lecty.

"You did what you thought was right. You should be able to find that girl ahem I mean Lucy in … whisper … whisper whisper … whisper."

With the information in tow Nero walked out of the store. He was a few feet away from the store when some yelling was heard he reacted by turning his head to see Chandler running full steam at him, his eyes now blood shot from the pain and rage. Nero had no change in facial expression, but in his mind he knew this would happen. Chandler tried to grab him with his left hand only for Nero to side step and trip Chandler. He fell flat on his stomach and was clearly dazed. Nero then proceeded on and confirmed in his head.

"And that little outburst just cost him his thumb."

He walks over to Chandler and sets his bag down. He then proceeds to yank up Chandler by his thumb then. Crack. Chandler begins screaming in pain again as his thumb is now broken as well, the guards come and manage to hold down Chandler and as luck would have it some medical personnel had just arrived. The guards see Nero walking off and the one with the notepad couldn't help, but comment.

"Guess he was right about you jumping him afterwards Chandler?"

Not hearing the comment due to the pain Chandler continued to cringe in pain muffling his whimpering as a crowd soon formed around him.

His work now done Nero continues on his way to find Lucy. From what he can hear due to people's gossip and going based on what Lecty told him he followed the clues of gossip, black mascara drops, and knowledge of Lecty to find Lucy's hiding spot or I guess you could say comfort spot. In the vents of the building specifically by the mattress store. There was supposed to be a grate that he could loosen to find a hidden area of the mall that Lucy turned into her own little hideaway for whenever she needed a break from the day or just wanted to be alone. Nero with the help of the store managers finds the vent in question and learns that Lucy helps test out mattresses for them and their customers. It's the main reason they allow her to use the vent area they apparently have. Nero opens the vent grate and proceeds inside after adjusting himself to the vent.

As Nero crawls through the duct work he follows his mental map given to him by Lecty as well as the drops of tear ridden mascara. He follows the trail and map until he comes upon a large area where it seems many vents converge. There he sees an inflatable mattress along with some blankets, a small box and surprisingly he sees a coffin as well. Not seeing Lucy anywhere he climbs down the passage and reaches the coffin. He can hear muffled crying coming from it and he proceeds to sit Japanese sitting style and knock on the coffin. By doing so he alarmed Lucy.

"Wait … sniff … who's that? No one knows about my hiding spot, not even Haiku? The only one who knows is Lecty, but she would have found me sooner than this if she came? So who?"

Though still sad and concerned Lucy lifted the cover and looked out to see who managed to find her hiding spot. She was surprised to see the boy from the store there. And that he was sitting Japanese style. What surprised her even more though was his expression. It was one of sincere worry.

"Are you alright miss Lucy?"

This was a stupid question to ask. Heck he expected a rebuttal with anger and yet none came. He tried again.

"Miss Lucy are you feeling a little better now?"

His worry affected her and made her just realize he was being sincere.

"How did you find me?"

Nero at this moment gave a small smile.

"Mrs. Lecty let me know where I could find you, but even if she hadn't I would have found you thanks to your mascara droplets."

Lucy pulls out a small black convex mirror and sees her mascara. She sniffles and then looks to Nero again.

"So who are you and why are you here?"

Lucy having calmed down some upon knowing her friend sent someone to check up on her asked the boy with her somewhat returned monotone voice.

"Ah sorry to not introduce myself, Miss Lucy. My name is Nero and as for why I'm here, well there are three reasons. The first to see if you were okay after what that spoiled rich kid did."

In that moment Lucy dropped her head at the memory now invading her mind. Nero seeing this goes ahead and continues.

"The second reason I'm here is to give you these."

The first item is the pink book she had gotten earlier. The pony book and in his other hand the necklace and earrings of Asta's three swords. Lucy's eyes ceased their watering and looked at him. He had a small smile and he extended his hands and presented her with her items again. Lucy just stares for a moment before reaching over and accepting the two items back with a small smile now on her face. Nero, seeing the chance to hopefully get her spirits back up, then decides to give her the final nail in the coffin. (no pun intended.)

"Now finally the third reason I'm here is to also give you this.

Nero then hands Lucy his bag. Lucy has a questionable look, but then looks inside and is awestruck. It was another set like the one she just lost. As she blinked her eyes in disbelief she took a closer look and realized that it was already opened. She in turn looks at Nero only for him to pull out the package which contains the earrings and necklace. Lucy then focuses on him as he speaks.

"It's all yours Miss Lucy. Well except for the earrings and necklace, but the rest is all yours."

He had a small smile on his face and he honestly looked at peace. Lucy, not knowing what to say hugs the bag to her chest as she then begins to cry again. She climbs out of the coffin and walks to Nero. They embrace and Nero begins to sooth her. They hug for about 5 minutes until Lucy has calmed down. It honestly reminded Nero of the kids he used to watch back in his alpine unit days. Once Lucy has control again Nero stands as Lucy follows. Her emotions now in check she speaks in her usual monotone voice.

"You sure you want to give me this? It's limited edition you know."

Nero just looks at her and shakes his head with a small smile.

"No take backs Miss Lucy."

Lucy in turn smiles and places her book and earrings and necklace into her purse bag before getting a better grip on her new shop bag.

"Thanks Nero any chance I can make this up to you?"

To this Nero walked up to her and placed his right hand on her left shoulder. Lucy became slightly nervous at him touching her so casually, but allowed it.

"Can you show me a place that does piercings. I wanted to get these in today."

With a smile Lucy's nervousness left. She then takes hold of his hand and leads him out of the vents. They thank the mattress store managers and then head off to a store Lucy knows can do the piercing job all the while attracting the attention of two people who saw them holding hands, both with smiles on their faces.

"Leni? Did we just see Lucy holding Nero's hand and leading him!?"

Luna was at a loss for words. She just saw Nero again and he was with Lucy? What was going on?

"Um I think we did? Nero is the only person I know who wears red contacts?"

Leni was also surprised at the current development and thus her curiosity was piqued.

With that out of the way both sisters enter 'older sister spying mode'. Their targets. Little miss Spooky and Nero. They followed after them and tried their best to not attract a crowd. (wasn't easy). As they are following the two though they begin to realize how there is little to no dirty looks being shown their way. There was one guy who was doing it, but his buddy smacked his head whispering something that made the guy lose a bit of color from his face. The guy stopped staring and turned away as sweat began to form upon his shaking frame.

"Looks like Nero scared almost every single punk here straight."

Luna couldn't help, but sigh in relief at the realization. As for Leni.

"Wow no guys are giving us though looks anymore. Good thing too. I thought I was going to have to bring more needles."

With a sigh at mentally feeling better she and Luna continued to tail Nero and Lucy.

"Dude do you think those two are seeing each other?"

Leni didn't respond right away and Luna was about to specify what she meant until Leni cut her off.

"You're wondering if I understood that right Luna?"

In response Luna shut her mouth and Leni continued.

"It's okay Luna I know I can still be a dunce sometimes, but to answer your question I doubt it. After all Lucy is still seeing Rocky and I doubt she would want to ruin that. Also he may be a gentleman, but there is a lot about him we don't know. If anything Lucy looked like she was helping him out with something."

Luna was dumbstruck and felt a bit lousy. Dumbstruck for Leni to deduce all that and lousy for assuming Leni didn't catch on to what she was hinting at. Still she pushed it aside and spoke up.

"I'm sorry Leni."

Luna hung her head in shame.

"Luna it's okay don't worry about it."

With that out of the way they continued to follow them until they came up to one of Lucy's stores. They couldn't pronounce the name due to the slanted letters and the fact it was in cursive. Still they followed them to the front door.

"Rachel. Rachel, are you here?"

Lucy called for her friend in a respectable not loud fashion and in moments a figure rose from behind the counter.

"Lucy hey. Good to see you. What … the words died in Rachel's mouth.

The faint maskara markings on Lucy's cheeks did not go unnoticed.

"You've been crying haven't you."

Lucy looked away and sighed. There was no dropping this subject.

"Who's the punk who did it?! I'll show them what happens when you mess with my friends!"

Rachel now bore a face that anyone could tell was intended to hurt someone. With Lucy not speaking up Nero decided to try filling Rachel in.

"Um miss Rachel correct?"

Rachel looked down at the boy who Lucy was still holding hands with. For one thing she was surprised that Lucy would be holding hands with anyone besides Rocky and two that this boy was acting like a gentleman. They were a rare commodity these days.

"Um who are you?"

Rachel built up the interest to ask for his name.

"Sorry miss my name is Nero and you were curious as to why Lucy has been crying correct?"

With a nod from her Nero then spoke one word.

"Chandler."

In that moment Rachel's eyes squinted with rage and she spoke.

"That punk kid is black listed from most of the stores! When I find him I'm going to! … "

Her rant was cut short when her phone vibrated letting her know there was a new post for the mall. What surprised her was that it was about Chandler and how the punk kid finally got what was coming to him. His fingers on his right hand were broken and his bloody nose was confirmed to be broken. Lucy was also reading the post on her phone as Rachel then looked to them again.

"Okay so someone already beat me to it huh."

Nero rubbed his left elbow with his right hand as he averted eye contact.

"Yeah sorry about that."

Rachel looked at him

"Huh? … Why are you sorry?"

Another vibration and a photo is there. It's of Nero of course in his disguise and it shows him catching Chandler's fist. Both girls look to Nero and he can already tell why they're looking at him. Someone made it public that he taught Chandler a lesson. He mentally sighed since he wanted to stay anonymous for as long as possible, but considering what he did there was no chance of that. Rachel places a hand on his shoulder, he looks up to her and she speaks a few words.

"Nero, Thank you."

Nero was now confused. He broke some punks' noses, broke the punks fingers in front of a crowd and he was being thanked? He figured someone would say he went overboard. Surprisingly enough many of the comments on Chandler getting taught a lesson were happy comments. Apparently he's been more of a punk than he knew and has done many inappropriate things with that right hand of his. A couple of the comments mentioned that he should have broken his wrist or palm as well. While Nero was scanning through the posts on Rachel's phone Lucy did something that surprised him. She gave him a peck on the cheek. To which he slightly blushed when he realized it was Lucy. He looks at her and she has a small smile. He then gets her attention with a question.

"You sure that was okay? You are taken after all."

This just leads to Lucy and Rachel having a small laugh.

"Rocky is cool with it, besides I do it with my friends."

At this point Nero slightly smiled. He went over and gave her a peck on the forehead. Leaving her blushing harder than him. He then whispers in her ear for some more payback.

"In that case I do that with my friends."

She continues to blush and looks away. He then looks to Rachel and sees her trying to contain her laughter.

"You want one to Rachel?"

To this her giggles stop and she declines while blushing. Nero shrugs and then pulls out the earrings and necklace which he then dons. As for the earrings he shows them to her.

"Oh now I get it you guys came here for piercings."

Nero nods as he hands them to her. She leads them to a stool. Nero climbs on and sees Rachel get her earring gun. He then sees her open a package and pull out a fresh needle. As she sets up the gun, from the window Luna and Leni can't believe what they've seen. They just saw Nero and Lucy exchange pecks and they found out Nero is the one who taught that punk kid Chandler a lesson. After the shock of the pecks was over Luna brought up the latest post.

"Huh you know Leni I figured Lynn or the twins would have been the ones to mess up Chandler."

With a nod from Leni, Luna continued to scroll through the comments while Leni watched the store.

"Okay now it's going to hurt for a while and if you take them out the holes will close with time."

Understanding what he was getting into Nero nodded and Rachel proceeded. It did hurt getting his ears pierced, but he's honestly felt worse. Nero then looks in the mirror. He has Asta's demon slaying sword hanging from his necklace, demon destroying sword hanging from his left ear and his magic eating sword hanging from his right. With that done he thanks Rachel and is about to pay up when Rachel holds up her hand telling him it's on the house for helping Lucy and dealing with Chandler. With a polite thank you Nero leaves the store with Lucy. Just as they are about to turn a corner they hear a voice call out to Lucy.

"Lucy! Are you okay!"

A boy dashes to them and stops in front of Lucy. The boy has orange hair and is dressed like a skater. A skater who Lucy recognizes at a mere glance.

"Rocky I'm fine. Everything is fine now."

Lucy looks to Nero as does Rocky. He then puts two and two together and then clasps Nero's hands.

"Thanks for the help man I've been looking all over for Chandler and Lucy since I heard from Lecty about what happened! I saw the posts and seriously man you have done a lot of us a big favor!"

After that Rocky looks depressed and says something under his breath that only Nero could hear.

"I should have been there, I should have dealt with him the last time. I should have so why?"

To this Nero nonchalantly gives him a smack across the face causing both Lucy and Rocky to react with surprise. His face then morphs to serious.

"You can't change the past so stop dwelling on it. It happened and you weren't there. You can't always be there, but you can promise to come running when something happens. Stop beating yourself up okay hot shot."

Nero's calm face then returned. To what just happened Rocky only stares off as Lucy realizes what Nero is saying. With a smile she walks over to Rocky and plants a kiss on his cheek breaking him from his stare.

"You were running around looking to get back at Chandler and comfort me, that's enough in my book."

Rocky smiles a small smile and hugs her while promising to come more quickly if anything else happens when all of a sudden his phone goes off and he sees the caller ID.

"Oh dang I forgot my mom came to get me. I gotta go. Hey what's your name again?"

Seeing no harm Nero spoke.

"Names Nero."

After the introduction they shake hands and Rocky leaves, but not before giving Lucy a peck on the cheek as well. With that he's running to the mall entrance.

"So miss Lucy is there anything else you need to do today?"

Lucy looks at him. Her expression displayed exhaustion.

"After today I just want to go home. I need to go find my sisters to see if they can take me home."

Nero could agree with her there. So he then offered her a rare opportunity.

"Miss Lucy would you like me to give you a ride home? I wouldn't mind and it would be faster then finding your sisters and convincing them to take you home on the spot."

Lucy normally would not accept this proposal, but Nero seemed like a good guy and she couldn't hear or sense anything negative about him.

'If you really don't mind then sure I'd appreciate the lift."

Lucy accepts and follows Nero out of the mall all the while Luna and Leni tail them. They soon get outside and Nero leads Lucy to his motorcycle. He made sure the bike was designed to be a two seater just in case he ever needed to take someone anywhere.

"This is yours?"

Lucy was amazed, but then confused until she saw Nero put on a motorcycle helmet hanging from the handle bars. He then put the key into the ignition and started up his bike.

"Hm lets see oh yeah I keep the spare in the left saddle bag."

Lucy is now unsure of that ride home that is until Nero reaches into his left saddle bag and pulls out a spare helmet. It's jet black. Lucy smiles slightly.

"Um can we really drive this around? I mean look maybe a year older then me, but that's not enough to drive. Aren't we going to get pulled over?"

Seeing she was really thinking Nero pulled out his wallet. And handed over his license.

"Will this do with calming your nerves miss Lucy?"

Lucy was stunned. A legit license. Not like those fake's she's seen Luan with. And also it mentions how he was a test driver for the motorcycle. She looked back to Nero who was then handed back his license. With her nerves calming some she made her choice.

"You're lucky my favorite color is black or you'd have to convince me more."

With the doubts gone Lucy puts on the helmet and places her bags into the left saddlebag with help from Nero. She then hops on and Nero drives off with Lucy holding on to him. As they drive away Luna and Leni have their mouths wide open. They manage to snap out of their shock when they see Nero and Lucy have cleared the parking lot. They then immediately rush to Luna's car like last time and begin to tail them. Nero can see Luna in his mirrors, but doesn't consider it an issue. He's just taking Lucy home after all. Nero and Lucy manage to get all green lights and get to the loud house in record time while Luna and Leni continuously hit red lights. When Nero and Lucy arrive at the loud house Nero shuts off his bike and Lucy hops off. He gets her bags from the saddlebags and hands them to her while she hands him back his spare helmet.

The sound of the engine upon arrival had gotten the loud house's occupants attention and all eyes were now at the window. Well those who were home anyway. As it turned out only the twins Lisa and Lily were home. Luan was out performing and Lynn was at the gym.

With a smile Lucy gives Nero a hug which he returns and then surprisingly she pulls out her phone.

"Can I get your number Nero?"

To this Nero goes along with it. After all it would come in handy to have one of his sisters phone numbers down the line.

"Okay sending info now. … Receiving yours. Aaaa Nnnn Dddd done."

With a smile Nero puts away his phone and goes back to his bike. He starts it back up and waves to Lucy as he drives off. As he left their field of vision upon turning a corner Luna and Leni arrived. They immediately park the car at the curb and see Lucy heading for the front door. As they climb out they try to call out to Lucy, but unfortunately she had already gone inside. They both run for the door to talk with Lucy, but when they open the door they find Lucy being surrounded by their sisters who all have a look of interest on them while Lucy simply has her normal calm stoic face. Deciding to cut into whatever was happening Luna tried to get Lucy's attention.

"Hey uh Luce? We need to talk to you."

Luna really needed to talk to Lucy, but was immediately interrupted.

"Get in line Luna we have some questions for her too."

Lola had on her curious and devil like grin which thankfully has grown to be less demonic over time.

"I want to know who that guy was that brought you home?"

Lola was intrigued and had a feeling she would need to talk to Rocky about the guy.

"What kind of motorcycle was that Lucy? I've never seen one like it!"

Lana's inner grease monkey was calling for answers as she pushed aside Lola. Lisa's curiosity also peaked at the moment as she then shoved Lana onto Lola.

"I would like to know how a 15 year old is able to drive a motorcycle when the law dictates you to be at least 18 or have an adult with you."

Everyone had questions, but they were all overshadowed by Lily's question which stopped Luna and Leni from cutting in again.

"Lucy you look like you've been crying? … Are you okay?"

When it came to noticing key things like this the loud sisters were the best especially the twins, but as of late Lily seems to be the more accurate one of reading people. Heck Lisa even marvel's at it since she focuses on every detail yet still misses the key signs and lacks the intuition to know when something is not right. As all the sisters now look at Lucy's left eye they can see remnants of mascara on both sides of her face and that her left eye is still slightly puffy from crying earlier. Away go the questions about the boy who drove her home and now come the questions of who they had to go put six feet under!

"We're calling Lynn!"

Lola and Lana begin dialing on Lola's phone with clenched teeth. As for Lisa she pulls out her own phone and calls Lori with a scowl and clenched teeth as well. Luna and Leni in the meantime just hug Lucy, but she doesn't return the hug with much enthusiasm. She then whispers in their ears that the boy who brought her home already comforted her and so did Rocky. Getting the picture both sisters let her go and Lucy proceeded up the stairs. As she is walking up the stairs she can hear Lynn's angry ranting from Lola's phone as she screams about how she is going to murder whoever made Lucy cry and the same can be said from Lisa's phone as Lori can also be heard roaring in utter rage. They would have called Luan, but her anger plus a party would not end well so she would be called on her way home.

As Lucy reaches her room Charles the family dog approaches her while whimpering at seeing her. She opens the door to her room and Charles goes in. As she enters she is met by fangs and a few of his buddies. They cling to her bed's wooden frame and watch her from above. As she lays down Charles goes ahead and makes the jump to her bed where he snuggles in next to her. Feeling better after being reminded of the day again she then gets a ring from her phone and up comes a picture of Nero wearing shades and with multiple hearts around him as well as a ringtone that honestly makes her blush. The ringtone is the song. "In the name of love." She is so surprised by it that she let's the whole song play thus missing the call. Next she gets a text message which for some reason let's out the phrase. "In the name of love." She is blushing red at the realization of what he sent her when receiving each other's numbers. She then sees the text message and it reads.

"Figured you may want to know when I was calling you and figured you would want the phone quickly."

This is followed by a smiling emoji. Lucy is still blushing but responds by calling him this time. When he sees the photo of the call it's Lucy in a pose that makes her look like a badass and added in are bat shaped hearts. To this Nero gets a small smile and then he hears the song she managed to quickly put into his phone. The song Unravel from Tokyo Ghoul, specifically the Japanese version and a Nightcore version no less. He liked it and smiled. From there they went back and forth for a few minutes thanking each other for today and sharing a little about themselves. Lucy learned Nero wore a disguise which to some was obvious if you looked correctly and that it was because he didn't want to stand out too much. That and he's looking to meet a few people. As for Lucy she told him about her hobbies and how it's hard to get any quiet time in her house despite how much bigger it is than it used to be after an interior remodel and sudden addition of the house next door. Despite this fact her and her sisters all still shared rooms minus Lori who moved out. After they finished sharing Nero decided to end the chat.

"Hope to see you again."

That was his final message to Lucy that day to which Lucy responded.

"Hope so to."

With a smile Nero gets off his bed in his suite then heads over to a nearby desk and brings along the black leather jacket that he was able to get for a good price at the mall. He's been embroidering it with a design on the back and has been stitching in some extra compartments as well as adding some protection to the areas he could. If he keeps up the pace he should be done by the end of the week so another 3 days and he'd be set as long as nothing changed. He just hoped there wouldn't be any reason to need it any sooner. He works more on it and then after some time takes a break and looks over some papers with his expenses. He wants to make sure he isn't splurging too much. The suite he's in is pretty well maintained and there aren't charging him as much as he'd expected. Honestly they were charging him very little. He looks over what he's paying for food, toiletries and his other 'ahem' supplies. He is barely making a dent in his massive savings. He's glad. It took him a long time to build up so much and he wasn't about to blow it all in a hurry. After reviewing the papers he heads back to his project and continues.

Meanwhile over at the loud house things have taken an interesting turn. Lucy is currently in her room along with Leni and Luna. They had asked to come in and try and get her to open up about what happened today. Lynn would have been in there two, but she was listening to a recording someone leaked today about what happened at the mall. She's trying to enjoy Chandler's shrieks of pain with Lola, Lana and Charles who went downstairs when Luna and Leni entered to join in on hearing the video before someone takes it down. Lynn was not at all surprised Chandler was the guilty party, but she was beyond happy someone took the kid down a few pegs. In the back of her mind she felt respect for whoever wupped Chandler's butt. At the same time though she also felt slighted. She was hoping to be the one to teach him a lesson, but someone beat her to the punch. Heck Lana and Lola felt the same, but honestly they were happy with what they saw and heard.

Back with Lucy, Luna and Leni had been sitting on two chairs in her room for a whole 5 minutes before Lucy decided to break the ice.

"So what did you guys want to talk about?"

To this Luna and Leni nodded to each other.

"Uh listen dudette can we talk about Nero."

To this Lucy raised her eyebrows a bit. How did they know about Nero? That is unless. She remembered them talking about a young polite boy and another boy who helped them out of that jam. She puts two and two together and realizes how they know about Nero. She also then realizes why she saw Nero shifting a bit when they were driving to her place. They must have been tailing them and if she had to guess they probably started at the mall just a little before they hit up Lucy's store for the piercings. Lucy looked at them and saw their eyes. They had worn uneasy expressions as if they both didn't know how to tread on the topic brought up. Lucy sighed again.

"So what do you guys want to know about Nero?"

To her just openly agreeing to tell them what they want to know surprised both Luna and Leni. They looked at each other and nodded.

"Um Lucy is he a nice boy in your eyes?"

To this question Lucy presumed that Leni was wondering if she felt anything off about him.

"Leni, yes he's a nice boy. A gentleman surprisingly. He was nice and honestly looked past what everyone else usually says about my look."

Lucy wore a small smile.

"Not everyday you meet someone who accepts you for you ya know."

To this both Leni and Luna agreed.

"Okay dudette so mind telling us why you and the little dude we're holding hands earlier?"

Luna's face of uneasiness had now given way to her meddling older sister look, but a playful version. Not like the one Lori would give or Lynn or Luan if they figured you were cheating on you special someone. Now those were days that honestly she and a few others wish they could forget. Lucy then stares at Luna and pulls the hair from the right side of her face now showing her right eye along with her left. She had a left blue eye and a yellow right eye. This surprised both Luna and Leni because Lucy doesn't normally part her hair from both sides. She then looks to Luna and develops a small frown and has her hands folded.

"So you guys were following us. Guess I shouldn't be surprised. I thought I smelled Leni's bath wash not to mention I noticed Nero taking glances like he was looking for someone. I guess he noticed we were being followed as well."

With that Lucy just shook her head as her sisters rubbed their elbows in a guilty fashion. Leni in the next moment took a whiff of herself realizing she may have used too much wash. As for Luna she chose to defend her and Leni's actions.

"Sorry Luce, but c'mon we're you're older sisters. It's not easy to just let you guys do your own thing. We get curious!"

Leni was about to speak up till Lucy beat her to it.

"You do know that curiosity is what killed the cat right."

To this Leni shut her mouth as did Luna. With a sigh Lucy relented and spoke.

"Fine. I'll fill you in."

Lucy goes over how she had an errand to run at the mall and how she decided to enjoy some alone time since she didn't get much of that at home despite the home renovations to now be bigger. She enjoyed her me-time and then headed off to pick up her order from Hot Topic. She explained how Nero was there to also get the same order. She then talks about Chandler and how she just couldn't find the strength to do anything but run. She left out the part about where she went. That was her quiet place and she didn't want her sisters knowing about it any time soon. Afterwards it then leads to Nero finding her by asking Lecty, the people around the mall and following her drops of mascara. She explained how he then gave her his order to replace hers minus the earrings and necklace which he kept seeing as how her pair survived Chandler's wrath. When she calmed down she wanted to repay him and all he asked in return was if she knew where a good place was to get his ears pierced. From there she led him by the hand. Then the whole thing about finding out he dealt with Chandler. As for if she's interested in him at all she made it clear she was Rocky's girlfriend and she has no intention of jeopardizing that. Plus Rocky and him are cool. The story lasted until Luan, their parents and Lori came home. By then the story was finished and Luna and Leni couldn't help, but feel rage towards Chandler for what he and his goons said to her. If he pulled anything again then oh Luan was going to be merciless next April fool's. No wait she would bring the Pranks-Magedon early!

They thanked Lucy for telling them and Lucy herself told them it was fine, but to not paint Nero in a bad light. She can tell he has secrets, but she urges them to not think about them too much. As a last bit of info she lets them know that he is in town looking for some people. For what reason though she doesn't know. With that they thank her, hug her and then leave her room only to find Luan along with Lynn and Lori who rushed to them after work. They had the whole 'we want answers' look and they decided to go to Leni's room since it was bigger. They were filled in on what happened in a more condensed version and by the end Lynn was impressed, Lori was suspicious and Luan was writing down something in her appointment book which if anyone had to guess was something along the lines of 'Chandler is toast day'. With that the day ended and for the next two days all was calm. All was calm but the third day. The third day was eventful. That was the visit to the park.

Hey you guys so I was finally able to get this next chapter out. I know its a lot, but I felt I owed you guys for continuing to follow this story. I am releasing this chapter after the next chapter of His Choice so if you are reading that story as well then good news its also got a new chapter out.

Now for info about this story. When I originally wrote this chapter I had actually recently re watched Redline so I ended up adding that in just because. The same could be said for the inclusion of a stuffed cancer riddled undressed Deadpool. I had also binged Deadpool's Death Battles on you tube. The same goes for Black Clover. Now as for how Chandler was taught a lesson I am curious how I did with that. I'm sure there must have been more I could have added, but I'm not sure where. I'm not sure what else to say honestly. It's been a long day for me with finals so I hope this chapter helps some of you unwind after a long day.
