Squadron 13 has been hit with a wave of positivty. Hiro has finally found his long missed partner, and they have defended their plantation. But when a unpredictable disaster kills off most of humanity and throws APE into turmoil, they have to learn to survive in a unfamiliar, dark world, before humanity is wiped out for good.

4. Update:Story Progresison, Future Content

Hello fellow fanfic users, epkgmr3 here,

It is my unfortunate duty to announce that I a putting the When Day Breaks fan fiction on hiatus. The reasons really go down to a lack of motivation and the plain fact I started my little SCP Verse without any actual backstory or clarification of relations between certain characters. With that being said...I have a more positive other announcement.

It feels wrong to just stop working on something I feel passionate about and that other people enjoy. So I'm shifting focus, and going to start a new project- Darling in the Franxx: The Broken Masquerade!

This story would be focusing more on the backstory of how APE and the SCP Foundation come to know of each other, the history behind the OC's in the WDB story, and a new alternate timeline for the regular DITF with an alternate ending!

This will include a good amount of secrets and supieses i'm looking forward to sharing with you, so I hope you will stay with me and for those who will be seeing this for the first time, stick around and follow along!

Expect the first chapter for this (Really the Prologue) around early June or sometime this late May. With this announcement, I'm off to get writing, so Ill see you soon!
