Chapter 1: Prologue to Battle! New Beginnings!
Age: 854
Universe 7
Earth
Fires spread as the Earth is in turmoil from the destruction caused by someone who is capable of what he has done. All of the humans on the planet have been all but wiped out, forcing them into hiding. Just then, shockwaves shake the sky as a fight is taking place at incredible speeds. If we look closer at that speed, however, we can see that two hybrid Saiyans are fighting together against a new foe. Or rather an old one, to be precise.
"What kind of world is this?" Ruiko was curious, still embarrassed about kissing a god.
"Earth." Tython answers. "Not your Earth. Solar system is the same except for the continents you're familiar with."
"And on top of the fact that most of the technology is far more advanced then your own." Aletta added. "Which you'll see some of it later on."
"Oh, seems interesting." Nia said. "And why's it called Earth? Sounds a bit unoriginal if you ask me."
"Rude much?" Mikoto asked, before looking at the white tiger "Is she always like this?"
"You'll get use to it." He sweatdrops. "But let's just say that most days are better than others."
"Oi!" The cat girl with the Welsh accent exclaims, offended. "Are you bloody trying to spread rumors about me?"
"Of course not, milady." Dromarch looks away for a moment.
"Hmph."
"Anyway, let's keep going."
"Aahhhh!" A young 14 year old hybrid exclaims in pain as he crashes into the solid ground of a mountainous landscape.
This young teen sports short black spikey hair and wears an orange gi with a blue undershirt and sash along with blue boots and wristbands.
Getting back up, he holds his side from the blow he gained from their opponent, gritting his teeth as he watches his friend continuing to fight him. Unfortunately, he too was sent flying from the powerful enemy but manages to quickly recover and land next to the teenage hybrid. He is a young man in his mid-20s and sports a black sleeveless workout shirt and has long lavender hair tied into a ponytail. But his most noticeable feature is his sword that he relies on in most of his fights.
"You okay?" The adult hybrid known as Xeno Trunks asks. "You had me spooked for minute there, Articho."
"I'll be fine, Trunks." The teen hybrid Articho assures his close friend's concern, as he stands up. "It's Zamasu we gotta worry about. Knowing him, he's alot stronger than the time he fought your counterpart in the original timeline. No wonder he wants revenge on you before he carries out his plan, even though you never encountered him before."
"No kidding." Xeno Trunks deadpans. The two look up in the sky to see that Fused Zamasu - no longer in his mutated form - who has been resurrected through another one of Fu's orchestrated experiments, is looking down at the two Time Patrollers.
"What's that symbol on that boy's back and front of his orange top? The one inside of both circles, both big and small?" The popstar asked, curiously.
"It's Kanji for the Japanese prefix 'Go'." Touma answers. "And I have to say, he looks pretty cool in that gi of his."
"His hairstyle is quite similar to yours, Touma." Misaki told him.
"Not really." He shakes his head. "Mine's more spiky than his."
"True."
"Who's the other one?" Rex questions. "Is he a Blade or Driver?"
"The guy with the ponytail?" Tython asked, to which the young Driver nods. "Neither."
"He's not." Pyra was curious. "Then what's with the sword sheathed on his back?"
"Yeah, and how come the one in orange doesn't have a weapon?" Mythra was confused.
"He doesn't need one." The male god answers simply.
This confused everyone in the room.
"Huh?"
"It is pointless, Saiyans." Fused Zamasu says. "Your resistence and defiance of a god will always be your end. After I've eliminated the both of you, I will wipe the Earth of all mortal filth and then I'm going to take care of you meddling Time Patrollers and your Supreme Kai of Time."
Tython slouches forward, gritting his teeth and twitching an eyebrow in annoyance.
"Seriously? This loser again?"
"You know him?" Shutaura asked.
"No." He told her. "But I am familiar with him."
"On most Earths, including both of your respected ones, this anime doesn't exist for the whole world to enjoy." Aletta explains. "It's a pity, really. Of course you have other shows and video games, but it's not the same."
"But anyway, the one monologuing is a bad guy." Her brother says, facepalming. "An annoying one, that is. He's supposed to be erased out of existence for attempting a one-man coup and commiting war crimes."
"Touma and I know someone similar to him." Miyuki pointed out, in which the wielder of Imagine Breaker nods in agreement.
"Heh. You do realize killing the Supreme Kai of Time means you'll end space and time in this multiverse, right?" Articho smugly asks the immortal Kai. "How exactly are you going to achieve your Zero Mortals Plan if you end up being erased from existence along with the rest of us?"
"Hmm." Fused Zamasu evilly smirks. "An excellent question, lowly mortal. At least you're much more capable of understanding it than the rest of your proud warrior race. That's why I respect you for your intellegence. But as for your question, I will take the current Supreme Kai of Time's place and keep all of reality intact. Once I do, I will be able to control time however I please. A reality where there are no mortals to destroy all of the beauty in the multiverse! No matter how many infinite timelines I will see! Cleaned by the divine justice of Zamasu!"
"Is that so?" The teenage hybrid grins. "Then good luck with that. Because you've already failed."
"Huh?" The immortal Kai asks in confusion.
Suddenly, a blinding white light envelops him and he separates into two different individuals when the light dies down. The single individual was divided into two people.
One is a man that has jet black, spiky palm tree hair. However, he wears a black and dark grey gi with a red sash, and wears white boots. He wears a green with gold chains Potara earring on his left ear, as well a Time Ring on his right index finger. This is Goku Black.
As for the other individual, he is Zamasu from the original timeline that Xeno Trunks's counterpart is from. He wears his Universe 10 Supreme Kai attire and sports Black's right potara earring on his right ear. But due to being two people again, the earrings are on a 1 hour cooldown.
"They were actually two people in one body?" Ruiko was surprised.
"He sure was" The goddess told her.
"Goku Black, why is he called that?" Misaki questions. "That sounds a little cheesy."
"I'll explain it to you at the end." Tython answers.
"What just happened?!" Black questions, confused to why he and his counterpart are separated. "We were permanently fused with the Potara! This should be impossible!"
"Agreed." Zamasu nods, confused as well. "The Potara fusion is only permanent if a Supreme Kai is involved. Otherwise, the fusion lasts for an hour. Unless..."
Articho chuckles, earning their attention.
"What's so funny?!" Black demands angrily. "How dare you laugh at a god!"
"Ah, Black." The teen shakes his head in amusement. "You may be a god with a brain, but like every version of you, you lack common sense. That's why no one gives a damn about your delusional and annoying ideals."
"We knew we don't stand a chance against your fused state, so we had to keep you busy while Pan goes to New Namek and use the Namekian Dragon Balls to separate you two, making this fight even for the four of us." Xeno Trunks explains with a smirk.
"Why you little-!" The false Saiyan snarls.
Articho finger pistol-shoots the future Zamasu's Potara off his right ear, completely destroying it. The immortal Kai had to grip his ear in slight pain but it quickly heals itself.
"There will be no Potara to save you murderers this time." The teen glares with hatred in his eyes. "You've already made this very personal to me, Trunks, and our friends in the Time Patrol. If the both of you want to live, then I suggest surrendering right now."
"Well he sounds totally pissed." Kuroko pointed out.
"You know it." Tython answers rolling his eyes.
"We refuse to surrender." Black answers. "Because you will be joining the other humans in the Otherworld."
Articho and Trunks sighed.
"I was afraid you were going to say that." The young boy says. "It can't be helped."
"Fine then." Trunks says. "Because the only ones who'll die here today is the the both of you!"
"Let's go, Trunks!"
"Right!"
Xeno Trunks and Articho goes in their fighting stances and charge up their ki. The teen hybrid transforms into Super Saiyan 2 while the older, more experienced hybrid turns into Super Saiyan 3. Their golden auras with electric sparks surround them as they see Black and Zamasu get in their own fighting stances.
"I hope you have a plan, Articho." Trunks wonders, keeping his eyes on their two opponents. "Because we're dealing with two versions of the same fighter. And one of them is immortal."
"There's no way Zamasu is gonna fall for the Mafuba trick twice, Trunks. So guess that's leave me with no other choice but to resort in using this one technique I've been trying to work on."
"Other technique? So that's why you've been off training elsewhere in the last three months."
"Yeah, except the only drawback is that it takes so much ki to charge up, which requires extreme concentration. And I can't maintain it if Black decides to attack me."
Xeno Trunks gasps in realization.
"Hold on, you mean THAT technique? How we're you able to learn that from Lord Beerus?"
"Tch. Please. Would I waste time with learning it from a Destroyer God who's not interested in teaching me or anyone else?" The boy scoffs.
"Good point." The young adult understood. "Guess that means you learned it yourself just by watching him use it."
"Only through the scrolls Supreme Kai of Time keeps in her Time Nest." He admits as his eyes revert back to looking at their enemies. "Look, we can talk about this later. Right now, we only get one shot at this, so there's no do overs."
(Combat Start plays)
"Right." Xeno Trunks answers, pulling out his sword. "We want to be able to return, so you can get another kiss with our boss."
"Hey!" The young hybrid called out. "Who told you that?!"
"No one." The swordsman chuckles.
Articho only grumbled.
"Alright, enough talk! The real fight starts now!"
And just like that, the two Saiyans charge at their opponents. Trunks begins to swing his sword around at Black, who is parrying each strike with a small black aura around his right hand like a bladed weapon. The two then vanish and reappear above the ground, trading blows in midair.
Black then fires a few yellow ki blasts with a black core from his left hand at Trunks, who then deflects all them at inhuman speeds with his weapon, causing the knocked away attacks to explode in the background behind the OG Saiyan time traveller. However, this left himself wide open as the false Saiyan reappears in front of his opponent - grinning sadistically, no doubt - and swipe kicks him across the landscape, in which the older hybrid Saiyan crashes through the already wrecked buildings that immediately collapse into nothing but debris.
Black knows that it's not over as a flashing light emits from the rubble and explodes as Trunks yells, powering up in his SSj3 state.
The Warrior of Hope then sheathes his sword back onto his back, and performs a series of rapid arm movements, ending with his arms crossed across the chest, before placing his palms forward with the thumbs and index fingers touching each other, forming a diamond shape.
"Burning Attack!" Trunks shouts, firing a yellow ki sphere from his palms towards his opponent.
Black easily smacks the super attack away with his right hand. However, this left himself wide open, too, as Trunks had used his Burning Attack as cover to get close and right hooks him with his fist. This surprise attack sent the false Saiyan flying into a series of trees in a city park.
Trunks reappears above his enemy with a stoic expression as Black was holding the side of his torso in pain, standing back up.
"It seems I've understimated this version of Trunks." Black grimaced in minor pain. "He's more powerful than the one I've had trouble putting down. Still, this pathetic mortal or any other version of him will never best me this time."
"You won't be the end of humanity and the rest of us mortals." Trunks says. "It's your turn to face true judgement, Black. You knew this day will come."
"Whoa, these guys are strong." Uiharu was astonished.
"I have to agree with you." Ruiko says. "And did you see that attack the swordsman did?"
"That was called Burning Attack." The god in training explains.
"You mean that fireball he shot out of his hands?" Pyra asks.
"Not fire. Ki." Aletta corrects her. "It's essentially life energy. With that particular attack, the user performs a series of rapid arm movement, ending with their arms crossed across the chest, before placing thei palms forward with the thumbs and index fingers touching each other, forming a diamond shape. Then, they fire an energy sphere from their palms towards the opponent."
"Really?" Arisa was surprised, hearing the explanation. "That's very interesting."
"That's not the only technique Trunks has."
"Trunks? That's his name?" Kuroko raised an eyebrow.
"Yes."
"You mean he's named after some underwear?" Mythra asked, trying to hold back her laughter.
"And his family's surname is Briefs."
The True Aegis then burst out laughing. The pigtail teleporter joined in as well.
"That's so hilarious!" Kuroko admits, holding her stomach. "What about the boy with short spiky hair? Does he have a name, too?"
"He does. His name is Articho. Son Articho."
"Articho, like named after the vegetable of the same name?" Junko questions, raising her eyebrow.
Tython nods.
"Sure is." He told her. "A lot of people from their universe have some very particular names. Let's continue."
"Wait." Mikoto interrupts. "Is it me, or did those two went blond instantly?"
Everyone else all perked up curiously, remembering that they saw them transform with their very own eyes.
"Yeah, I noticed that too." The Urban Legend Hunter declared. "What is that about, Tython?"
"The Transformation?" The god of creation asks. "Sorry, but that would be major spoilers."
"I figured as much." The beautiful teen pouts.
The two of them continued fighting, Zamasu and Articho traded powerful blows that shook the environment around them as they leave behind large craters in the rocky soil. Zamasu uses his Fierce God Slicer that forms aura around his right hand, as her tries to slice the teenage Saiyan. However, the boy continues to block as he keeps charging up his technique. Suspicious, Zamasu breaks off his attack and moves away from him. The two, now back in the ground, are face to face with each other from a short distance.
"I'm impressed that you've put up a fight than from earlier, but you're up to something." Zamasu smirks. "Tell me, mortal. What do you hope to achieve in killing me? I am immortal, and I can't be killed."
"Oh, I have something in mind alright." Articho cryptically answers. "But that would mean there's no reason for me to use it on you."
"You don't know when to give up, do you?"
"I could say the same thing to you and your comrade."
"Then humor me." The immortal Kai taunts.
Articho only smirks, as he cups his hands to the side.
"Kaaaaaaaaaaameeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaameeeeeeeee..." He chants as ki builds up in his hands. "haaaaaaaaaaa!"
He thrusts his hands forward, firing a Kamehameha at Zamasu. The immortal Kai smiles in amusement as he stands there and the huge, blue beam hits him, shaking the whole mountain apart. When the dust clears, Zamasu's body regenerates itself.
"Holy-!" Touma and Shutaura exclaimed.
Soon, his body was fully restored.
"You see? I am immor-." Zamasu gloats but notices the boy isn't there. "Huh?"
"Right here, Zamasu."
Zamasu turns around and attempts to slice Articho in two, but he caught his hand and grips it hard.
"Looks like you just ran out of luck." Articho taunts and aims his hand at point blank range. "Sayonara, stupid god. Hakai!"
Zamasu screams in agony as he glows purple and his whole body disintegrates into tiny specks of nothingness. And thus, the immortal Supreme Kai of Universe 10 has been erased from existence.
The whole audience except for Tython had their mouths gaping.
"Did he just..." Nia was shocked.
"...kill him?" Rex finishes the question with the same expression. "But how can that be? That guy said he's immortal!"
"He was only immortal because of Black." Tython explains, getting their attention. "If Articho killed him the normal way, Zamasu's spirit would still exist in the land of the living."
"Zamasu?" They said in unison.
"Seriously, guys?" He questions in disbelief. "Weren't you even paying attention to what story is showing us?"
"He was the one Articho was facing." His sister pointed out.
"Ohhhhh."
"What do you mean that god's spirit would still exist in the physical world?" Othinus asks curiously.
"I'm saying that if Zamasu's immortal body dies, then his spirit will become the universe and try to spread himself throughout all of existence as an omniscient aether. Both space and time." Tython answers with a serious but dramatic glare before chuckling. "The last time that happened, both himself and the entire original timeline had to be erased to prevent him from corrupting other timelines. Past, present, and of course, the future."
"What?!" Everyone exclaimed at the same time.
"But wait! What did Articho just do to kill Zamasu?" Pyra asked.
"Destroyed, Pyra. He destroyed him." He corrects her. "Not kill. Articho simply erased that narcissistic bastard's body and soul out of existence. It doesn't matter if you're immortal, an animal, mineral, or ghost. There's nothing in the known universe that the Hakai technique can't destroy."
"Whoa..." Mythra's mouth dropped. "That is so fricking OP."
"And very useful." Tython smirks. "Unfortunately, that technique is exclusive to Destroyer Gods, and Articho isn't one. Therefore, there's one major drawback for any mortal who attempts to use it."
"I can't believe a power like that could exist." Othinus admits in shock.
"I'm so glad that you didn't know about that." Touma sighed in relief.
"A technique that can destroy anything out of existence." Mikoto mutters to herself.
"Well that takes care of that." The hybrid teen told himself.
Just then, his body starts feeling agonizing pain and drops to his knees. The Hakai out a huge toll on him as the technique was exclusively meant for Destroyer Gods to use, not mortals. Taking out a Sensu bean, he says it down and moments later his strength and health is restored.
"Too close." He sighs. "Zamasu's death will definitely draw Black back here alright."
"W-What just happened to him?" Kasandra questions, confused. "Was that the major drawback you were talking about?"
"That is correct." He nods. "Using the Hakai almost killed him."
"Hold on! How come I didn't know anything about this?!" Aletta questions. "Were you withholding information from me again?!"
The younger god looks away, grinning.
"It's not my fault you don't pay attention to what I've been doing." He told her. "You should watch more interesting stuff, instead of doing your godly duties all the time."
"At least I'm not a couch potato that watches TV, play video game, and reads Manga and comics all the time."
Then the siblings started growling at each other.
"Moving along."
Seconds later, Black arrives in the air with Instant Transmission and is shocked that his immortal counterpart has been defeated somehow.
"You're nothing without your shield, Black!" Articho taunts. "Now your facing the two of us!"
Xeno Trunks arrives on the scene and instantly lands next to his friend.
"Did it work?"
"Yeah. Gone with the wind." The teen confirms.
"Let's not celebrate just yet, Articho." The older Saiyan reminds him. "We still have to deal with Black next. And he won't be easy take down. Remember, he gets stronger in each fight so we'll need to work together in taking him down quickly. Or else, we're back to square one. Don't underestimate him."
"Got it." He nods in understanding.
"So you defeated Zamasu. Congratulations, Saiyan." He mockingly compliments. "But you should know that you have no chance in defeating me next."
"No chance in defeating you? Don't make me laugh." The teen scoffs. "Just because your strength outclasses mine, doesn't mean that your the superior tactical fighter. I don't need to be stronger than you to kick your ass unless I need to. Now that your little immortal friend is gone, you don't have much of a choice but to fight us. I've waited a long time for this moment, Black. So I'm gonna pay you back for all the trouble you caused in my reality and the other Trunks's. And with compound interest!"
Ruiko, Uiharu, Arisa, Kuroko, and Mikoto started snickering at the joke Articho made.
"Did he just made a joke with the phrase 'compound interest' and the word 'pay'?" Arisa asks, snickering.
"I believe he did." Mikoto agrees with her.
"So Articho's got a sense of humor." Kuroko giggled. "That's interesting."
"You know, he's kind of good looking." Ruiko admits, smiling. "No offense, Tython."
"None taken." Tython chuckles. "But I have to ask, why did you kiss me on the cheek all of a sudden?"
"Hmm, I'm not sure myself." She thought for a moment. But then her cheeks flushed in embarrassment. "But I think I want to do it again."
"What was that?" He asks, confused.
"U-Um..." She stutters. "Nothing! Forget what you just heard!"
"Okayyy?" The male god looks at her with a raised eyebrow. "You're weird."
"I get that a lot."
"No, really. You're literally weird." He continued. "Weirder than usual. Well to tell you the truth, throughout the Multiverse, I seen a lot of different versions of you that are very unique."
"Oh really?" The Urban Legend Hunter deduced, giving her signature grin. "Have you seen anything that you shouldn't see?"
"Yes." He bluntly says.
This resulted in the girl to blush furiously.
"Oh my."
Black powers up before the two hybrids, emitting a black aura. With a mighty yell, his palm tree spiky hair rises upward, turning blond, and his black eyes turn green.
"Super Saiyan? Really?" Articho questions, unimpressed. "I was hoping you were going to use your strongest form."
"I don't need it to defeat you." The false Saiyan spats. "Not yet, at least."
"Then show me, so I can kick your demon ass."
"Demon?!"
"Well, duh. You lost the right to call yourself a god when you murdered your own teacher." The boy pointed out. "Gowasu, was it?"
Black started growling.
"Face it, Zamasu. You've already lost this fight before it even began." Articho smirks.
"What?" His enemy responded confusingly before something beneath his feet lights up.
This resulted in a huge explosion that he ended up being caught inside of it.
Articho starts laughing his ass off at how stupid and careless Black has become.
"Ya know, back when we had qour first battle, it was a draw when I crushed you with my own fist as a giant gorilla after you cut off my own tail. That was supposed to be a going away present right before you were about to depart from my timeline, which you turned Earth into barren wasteland for the animals to be the only living creatures in existence. You should've realized that your actions betrayed their trust for killing off the mortals they've bonded with." He comments. "But killing you won't be enough to satisfy me. No. First, I'm going to make you suffer slowly and painfully. Just like you did to my family before you killed them right in front of me. Ain't that ironic? Then, I'll destroy everything you hold dear to your delusional fantasies. Starting with your pet pig. After that, well... then you have my permission to die."
The girls gasped in shock, hearing that.
Not only because of what happened to Articho's family. But the way the boy is saying to the fallen god.
Hearing his voice from inside the smoke of the explosion, Articho crosses his arms while Trunks started to get very concerned.
"Why the hell did you do that, Articho?!" He questions his friend. "Because I don't think pissing off a hypocrite like Black is a good idea! Are you trying to get all of us killed?!"
"It's the most logical and efficient way to win. Historically speaking, Trunks, the enemies we fought over the years lose their temper and end up making mistakes. Black's ego is so huge that he won't accept losing to anyone. Especially to a Saiyan." Articho points out the obvious as the smoke clears up to reveal their enemy still standing.
"Even so, you need to think things through."
"I already have." He deadpans. "More importantly, he doesn't know about our far stronger forms, which will catch him off guard. That's when we'll hit him hard and fast."
Then they heard someone yawning.
"Are you finished?" Black asked. "I'd like to get this over with, so I can kill your Supreme Kai of Time and have control over all of history."
"You will never lay a finger on her!" Trunks exclaims. "You may have bested my counterpart multiple times, but I'm a completely different story."
"Then show me." The false Saiyan told him.
"Not yet." The Warrior of Hope smirks confidentially. "To be honest, we're not sure if we need to go straight into our most powerful forms."
"Very well. It's your funeral." He says.
Black begins to yell as his power level increases exponentially.
The ground shakes beneath their feet with the sky becoming even darker than it was before. Thunder rumbles as lightning flashes in the background.
"Looks like he's getting serious, Articho."
"No shit, Captain Obvious." The teen says, annoyed. "You don't need to point that out. I'm not an idiot."
"Right." Trunks said, pulling out his sword. "Of course you're not."
With a godly roar, Black has transformed into his strongest form yet. Although his first Super Saiyan hairstyle remains the same, there are a few minor differences.
A divine aura surrounds him. Red on the outside with pink on the inside. Both colors are of a darker shade. His hair is a lighter shade of pink, and his eyes are grey like the already erased Future Zamasu.
The whole audience except Tython were completely caught off guard.
"Holy shit." Shutaura blurted out. "Did he just get a complete makeover?"
"He sure did." The young god in training answers her question. "This is Black's strongest transformation. Obviously, since he was a god."
"It's called Super Saiyan Rosé." Aletta pointed out.
"Rosé?" Tora was curious.
"It's basically a version of the mortal version of a Super Saiyan version with god ki."
"In lay man's terms, Black has natural god ki." Tython translates. "Hence why his hair and most of his aura is pink."
"Are the other two able to do the same or something similar?" Uiharu wonders.
"Now that would be telling." He cryptically answers. "It's better for you to see for yourself."
Articho mockingly applauses Black, clapping his hands.
"Hmm?" The false Saiyan perks up in confusion. "What's all this about?"
"It's impressive, I won't deny that." He admits as he stops clapping. "But you haven't been a separate being for awhile, which means you might end up a little rusty in that form."
"Don't encourage him, dumbass!" Trunks chastises the teenager.
"Is that right?" Black raises an eyebrow. "Maybe I should reconsider in letting you live."
"Really?" The teen questions with a blank expression, still unimpressed. "By making me your punching bag to fuel your pointless and petty crusade till I've outlived my purpose? Yeah, no. This isn't my first rodeo with an annoying bastard, such as yourself, who has offered me the same thing before. Others who ended up dead by my own hands."
"I have to agree with him." Trunks shrugs. "Articho's already been taken, and that's the Supreme Kai of Time. Except that he doesn't takes innocent lives under her name or anyone else's."
Black growls in anger.
"Hey Trunks, change of plans." The teen begins. "Let me fight on my own. I've still got some business with this damn psychopath before we send him to hell."
"Wait, what?!"
"Don't worry. I'll make sure to weaken him before we finish him off." He assures him. And after that, I bet she's going to serve us her terrible cooking again."
"Ha! You against me?" Black laughs. "Guess we can agree on something, even if you are a disgusting mortal. I did promise myself to see you again for a rematch after all. In your own words, you said that our first fight was a draw. Today, fate will decide who is superior: the Supreme Kai Zamasu or the last descendant of Son Goku in a possible future timeline! And it'll be me as the superior being!"
"No thanks to you." Articho rolls his eyes, getting more annoyed with his monologuing.
"Now prove it."
(The Power to Resist plays)
Both Articho and Black got into their fighting stances.
Then the two of them disappeared, until they reappeared throwing their fists at each other.
The audience didn't expect to hear a new piece of music being played when the teenage hybrid said those words.
And both Tython and Aletta are bobbing their heads up and down at the song being played. Even Ruiko, Arisa, and Shutaura were doing the same.
The electric guitar riff made it even more awesome.
The two fighters land on opposite sides of the ground, and Articho fires a volley of yellow ki blasts with both hands, lunging them forward and back in a synchronizing pattern.
"Atatatatata!" The boy yells out, continuing his attack.
The evil Saiyan was dodging every single one.
His aura then vanishes into his right hand, forming a long energy blade colored pink with a dark red spiky outline around it. This was his Violent Fierce God Slicer.
He swings his blade around, slicing the volley of blasts at near lightspeed. When he has finished cutting down the last one, he notices that Articho wasn't there.
He gasps as he senses his opponent from behind, who has just used Instant Transmission.
"Think fast!" The teen exclaims, already about to land a punch to his face.
The false Saiyan turns his head and grins sadistically, placing his fingers on his forehead before teleporting behind the boy, ready to fire a blast that'll sent him flying into a building just like he did to the Goku he knows.
However, Articho anticipated this. And in the blink of an eye, he successfully punches him in the gut hard.
"Gahhh!" His foe coughs up a little blood after taking that unexpected blow.
Black takes a step back as he holds his stomach in pain, gritting his teeth.
"How the hell-?!" He questions him.
"You really thought you could use the same trick like you did to my great-great grandfather Goku?" Articho counter-questions with a smug expression. "That won't work on someone who has been studying you in the seven years since our first dance to the death. An eight year old boy who scrolled through your history in the Time Nest. And now he's fifteen years of age, beginning to kick your divine ass again!"
"You cocky Saiyan." He growls. "So you used a Time Skip to counter my attack."
"Congrats. You figure it out." The boy sarcastically compliments. "Let's give Mr. ex-Supreme Kai a big hand. Not!"
"You little bastard." Articho then starts taunting him by raspberrying him and slapping his own ass before flipping him off with two middle fingers.
"Hahahahahahaha!" Ruiko laughs her ass off. "That guy's hilarious!"
"I have to agree with you." Rex pointed out.
"Well ain't he a fancy joker, eh?" Nia laughs along.
"Yep." Tython said.
"He shouldn't do that!" Index rants. "That's something you should never do."
"Enough with the damn lectures already." Aletta groans. "We know."
"Nobody cares, Index." Her brother agrees. "Let's get back to it."
"I'll kill you..." The false Saiyan snarls. "I'll kill you!!!"
He roars as his charges toward him, preparing to cut him down with his energy blade.
Unfortunately, Articho time skipped away, which annoyed his opponent even more.
"I sense the immense power of a Super Saiyan 3 in you. Yet you're currently Super Saiyan 2." He says as he is blindly tries to land a blow while the boy continues to toy with him. "But since three is too unstable, you implemented it's strength and speed into two instead. This thus solved the only major drawback that results in draining too much ki to maintain form in longer fights."
"Congratulations, Black." The teen Time Patroller declares, sarcastically. "You really do have a brain."
This causes the Ex-Supreme Kai to snap.
"That's it!" Black roars. "I'm going to tear you apart, until there's nothing but blood and bones!"
"Go ahead and try."
Articho got into a fighting stance, just as Black appears in front of him delivering a powerful punch. This causes the young teen to crash backwards into a mountain.
"This is impossible! He's a Super Saiyan 2!" He rants. "My Rosé form is stronger than his current state!"
"Strength isn't everything, Black." Articho says from behind, sitting on a rock, eating colored candy.
The false Saiyan spun around in disbelief, shocked that he's still there.
"Yeah." The teen chuckles. "Afterimage. To be honest, you're really getting sloppy for someone who is the strongest Kai in the multiverse. And I'm three moves ahead of you."
Black decides to take their fight further and flies away.
"Running away, are we?" He eye rolls before using Instant Transmission.
Articho reappears in the air and with precise timing, he throws his right fist forward, creating a shockwave that hit Black, sending him crashing through a bunch of buildings.
The false Saiyan lies on the ground as he feels great pain, and yet he didn't receive a Zenkai boost to turn the tables around.
"How can someone with a weaker transformation best me??"
The boy reappears in front of him with his arms crossed.
"Skill. If I overpowered you too early, you would get stronger and then turn the tables on me." He explains. "And while it's true your Rosé form is extremely powerful and drains less stamina since you have natural divine ki, you're wasting it trying to take me down with brute force. You're letting all that power go to your head, which means you're abusing the Zenkais you've received from your opponents just so you can get stronger that easily."
"I should've known. You've been holding back this whole time, haven't you, Saiyan?" Black clenches his fist in anger once more.
"Just like how you did the same thing to Goku and his friends. And here's what else is ironic: I'm using you to benefit my own fighting prowlness as you once did to me as a child. I'm sure you remember that. Seven fucking years ago."
"So what?" The false Saiyan laughs evilly. "You can only go up to as a Super Saiyan 2! Your mortal power is nothing but child's play! And once again, you've underestimated a god!"
This made Articho smirk cockily as his opponent is too busy laughing.
"Underestimated you, huh?" He questions, unamused. "Well, that's where you're wrong."
"Hmm?" Black stops laughing, curious to what he's talking about.
The hybrid clenches his fist in a powering up stance as his power shakes the Earth itself.
"Haaaaa!" He roars before an orange and red light engulfs his entire body.
Over in the distance, Trunks is hovering midair as he watches the fight between his partner and the false Saiyan.
"Looks like Articho's strategy is working. Black's getting careless, which means the more he's wasting power and blindly attacking him, the more exhausted he becomes."
(Fierce Battle Against a Mighty For plays)
When the light died down, Articho has transformed once more. The teen now resembles the appearance of his base form except that his hair is now magenta red with normal red eyes, and that he deaged VERY slightly as well as becoming a little skinnier. And he sports a divine aura, resembling the red, orange, and yellow colors of actual fire.
"Impossible!" Black exclaims in disbelief.
"Sorry to keep you waiting. Now you're up against a Super Saiyan God!" Articho announced, with a smug grin.
"Well that's an interesting transformation." Dahlia pointed out.
"Poppi agrees as well." The mechanical Blade announced, observing Articho's new form. "While I was observing, I heard him say something about a Super Saiyan God."
The artificial Blade is currently in a updated version of her final form, Poppi QTπ. Her body looks more humanoid than her α form with large breasts and human-like long legs. She retains her purple, red and black color scheme, pale skin, orange eyes and core crystal, but now has an adult body. She wears a black sleeveless dress with glowing orange accents, frills, and red bows, long black detached juliet sleeves, black leg stocking, red garter belts, a long red scarf, and high heels. Her hair reaches her thighs and is parted at the back in the same style as Mythra's. And just like Ruiko, her back is revealed.
"Super Saiyan... God?" Junko was confused, tilting her head.
"Oooooh." Ruiko, Uiharu, and Arisa said in awe. "His aura looks like actual fire."
"If I had to guess, it would appear that he's stronger in this one." The baby Titan deduced.
"Correct, Titan." Tython grins. "Unlike the normal Super Saiyan forms, he is able to move faster while also spending far less energy than its next godly transformation."
"You mean there's more?" The silver haired nun was shocked.
"Yep." He nods. "And for those who didn't understand a damn thing I just said, Super Saiyan God balances out his speed, power, and stamina perfectly."
"It's basically the equivalent of a Super Saiyan 4, except that SSG is stronger than the former." Aletta added.
"This is a lot to take in." Touma says, holding his head.
"I agree." Mikoto nods. "And I've noticed that Articho's skinny and a little young looking in that form. Is that what happens when you go Super Saiyan God?"
"Yes." The red eyed god told her. "That's one of the many things about this form."
Articho's aura vanishes before he gets into his fighting stance, remaining in his god state.
"I have no idea how you were able to do this, but it doesn't matter." Black got over his shock, before going into his own fighting stance. "It still won't be enough against a god!"
Suddenly, he was interrupted with a punch to the face and then swiped kicked across the area, getting knocked down flat with his head buried in the dirt.
"You talk too much." The young Time Patroller called out, shaking his fist. "All of that monologuing about justice, mortals, and being is superior really fucking annoying."
"Thank you!" The sibling deities exclaimed.
This causes everyone else to tilt their heads in confusion.
The false Saiyan slowly starting picking himself up.
Having enough, Black charges toward him with a battlecry.
"You never learn, do you?" Articho sighed, before charging forward.
The two crash into each other, resulting in a huge explosion. The shockwave from it brought down an entire city district as the tall buildings collapse into the ground.
The two of them continued to throw punches and kicks against each other.
The Time Patroller then back flips before reemitting his divine aura and flies upward in the stormy sky.
"Get back here, mortal!" Black yells, forming a long and curved energy blade in his right hand. "You're not getting away that easily!"
Although he's slightly tired, the false Saiyan flies at maximum speed. He then stops and swings his blade around in a series of dance moves, launching multiple sharp needles at him.
However, knowing that his opponent is getting desperate, Articho swipes his left arm out to slice the air with a bluish-green barrier of sorts, resembling the colors of rainbow-like soap.
The needles were then deflected upon impact of his Punisher Shield, and flew right back at the false Saiyan, who was caught off guard yet again.
"What?!" Black exclaims.
Not fast enough to jump out of the way, the needles pierce his body from neck to all the way down his legs.
He screams in agony when he felt his own attack hurting him.
Then the needles lit up before he was engulfed in a huge explosion.
Black was falling down from the sky.
The long sleeve neck collared undershirt and grey top of his black gi was blown off by the resulting blast, revealing his bare upper body exposed. He quickly recovers and lands back on the wrecked concrete before looking up to see his opponent no longer above him.
Before he could question himself, he senses a strong ki coming from his right. He wasn't fast enough to react as Articho, at lightning speed, swipe kicks Black's right arm VERY hard, resulting in a loud snap.
"Gahhhhhh!" The false Saiyan screams in agony again, dropping to his knees.
"Damn!" Miyuki and Mythra exclaimed at once.
"He just broke his arm!" Kuroko shouts.
"That's so brutal." Ruiko commented, cringing hard.
"I think I'm going to be sick." Uiharu says, covering her mouth. The hacker is still experiencing some trauma of her own arm being broken by a certain Dark Matter two months ago in October. "This is bringing back some bad memories."
"Articho has broken Black's good arm." Tython comments, smirking. "He won't be able to fight back for very long without it."
"D-Damn you, blasphemer!"
The Time Patroller starts laughing.
"I just broken your good arm. How the hell are you gonna fight back without it? You're trap in this timeline with no escape from me or Trunks."
Roaring in fury, Black attempts to throw a punch with his working left arm, but his enemy catches it and returns the favor with knee kick to the false Saiyan's abdomen.
He started giving him several punches and kicks, as the ex-Supreme Kai continues dodging them.
Articho then roundhouse kicks him into another building before jumping away. He powers up even further as his hair rises upward, transforming once again with a godly roar, but at the same time struggling to change. And in a flashing light, the transformation results in a huge shockwave along with a final roar.
Articho's hair resembles that of the first Super Saiyan form. However, his hair and eyes have two different shades of blue: the hair itself is cyan in color, while the pupiless eyes is cobalt.
His divine aura no longer resembles the traditional colors of fire as it's now electric blue.
His body figure and face are also no longer skinny and youthful, reverted back to normal. The teen then gives his opponent a serious expression, scowling.
"He transformed again?!" Rex shouted out.
The whole audience is surprised once again.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is a Super Saiyan with the power of a Super Saiyan God." Tython announces. "But to make the name itself simple, we call this level Super Saiyan Blue."
"Amazing." Arisa was in awe. "Is this what you meant earlier when you said this is the Super Saiyan version of a Super Saiyan God?"
"I did. Super Saiyan Blue is all about power through extreme control, which means the form is more powerful than Super Saiyan God. While Super Saiyan Rosé is almost equivalent to its counterpart in speed and strength, Blue drains far more ki. Black's form, however, does not due to possessing natural god ki since he stole a Saiyan's body, while Articho's... well... his is more artificial."
"Artificial?" The teens questioned.
"Mortal god ki is artificial because he gained it through harsh training instead of being naturally born with it." He explains. "Hence why Blue drains a lot of stamina as Articho is still mortal. This is also why he didn't use it against Black from the start, as he was saving it till he provoked him intoto tire himself out. Tactically speaking, that's a very smart move."
"It sure seems that way." The Black Crow Force leader says with interest.
"Ohhhhh. Now that I think about it, it does make sense." Ruiko says. "All of that taunting and reverse psychology of his was just a way to get his opponent to waste most of his power. Articho was taking advantage of Black's huge ego."
"Yeah. Black's ridiculously stronger than Articho. He knew he couldn't best him with raw power head on because of how Black abuses the Zenkais he's gained through near death." The god of creation scratches the back of his head.
"Now that's something I like to hear." Kuroko says with interest.
"Huh. Interesting." Mikoto says before looking at her close friend. "Hey, how come you didn't use this kind of tactic in your first fight against Accelerator? You could've defeat him a whole lot easier if you took advantage of his arrogance."
"You do know the kind of people I am, right?" Touma says, raising an eyebrow.
"Good point." She realized. "But playing the hero isn't always gonna work."
"I agree. Articho seems to take a threat seriously and gets shit done like Trunks does." Aletta nods. "I mean, they seem to be somewhat alike."
"That's true. You should take a thing of two from their book, Kamijou." Tython suggested. "But your method works too."
Black pants as he holds his side from the damage he took from his opponent.
"That damn brat." He says in thoughts. "He's been hiding all of this power and made me waste my own. It seems I'm left with no other choice but to retreat. Tch! To think I have to run away twice from this specific Saiyan. It really sickens me."
Trunks suddenly appears beside Articho.
"Did you seriously have to use the same move that broke my father's arm?" Trunks bluntly questions while gazing at the exhausted and injured enemy.
"At least Black didn't expect that to happen to him." The teen answers. "It's time we end this charade. Let's put him out of his misery."
"I'll admit, I wasn't expecting you to reach Super Saiyan Blue at such a young age." The false Saiyan grins. "But that doesn't mean Trunks is capable of entering the domain of the gods. He's hardly a threat to me and my Zero Mortals Plan just like his slightly older counterpart."
Once again, the false Saiyan has underestimated this version of Future Trunks as he then powers up. Suddenly, Black senses god ki emerging from the Warrior of Hope.
"What?!" He exclaims in disbelief.
With a mighty yell, Trunks has become a Super Saiyan God. His long hair tied into a ponytail has been let down as shoulder length and wavy-looking. And while his divine aura and eye color is similar to Articho's own Super Saiyan God form, the hair color is crimson instead of magenta red.
The young adult then grits his teeth with a serious glare at the enemy. He then goes in a fighting stance.
"Trunks can turn into a Super Saiyan God, too?!" Mikoto and Kuroko exclaimed in disbelief. "We didn't see that one coming."
"Are just about everyone in this universe that strong?" Nia questions.
"Multiverse, you mean." Aletta corrects her. "But to answer your question, just about a majority of them are as strong or even stronger."
"From a single lifeform, or a world, or a galaxy, or an entire universe. Having an immense power could shatter reality." The god in training explains further.
"This shouldn't be happening!" Black rants angrily. "I'm the one with the higher power level! Not you annoying Saiyans! This should not be the way this ends! Damn you!"
"At least face your death with some shred of honor." Articho eye rolls, scoffing. "I'm not as naive and stupid like my ancestor Goku, so I don't entirely share all of his beliefs. You're going straight to hell, Zamasu!"
"Wait, now that I'm beginning to notice, did he just call him Zamasu?" Misaki questions. "And Articho keeps mentioning him stealing this Goku's body."
"It's a long story, but I won't spoil the details." Tython shrugs. "However, I can tell you that Articho's ancestor is partially responsible for Black's existence and why his family and the mortals of his timeline were slaughtered. He still respects him as a warrior but not as a person since Goku likes to pick fights with people who are stronger or as strong as him the wrong way. Well, the Goku from the main timeline in which Articho's future timeline branches off."
"Huh?"
"Articho is more trustworthy to the Goku from an alternate reality who is slightly more mature and serious than his main and original counterparts." He bluntly translates. "It's basically because this alternate Goku is a Time Patroller. Well, sorta. He's more of a part-timer. A freelancer if you would."
"I don't quite understand what they were talking about when we started watching together, but what the hell's a Time Patrol?" Kuroko asks.
"Time travellers who fight against those who would alter history for selfish or evil benefits." He deadpans. "In lay man's terms, they're time travelling cops."
"Police that stop bad guys from messing up history, that's so cool."
"You think time travel is an awesome thing." He chuckles at the Teleporter. "It's not."
"Why is that?" Pyra wonders.
"I'm not just some deity in training with a theory. I was once mortal like you, who has travelled through time and made a lot of mistakes." He told them. "And Aletta's not my actual sister. At least not from birth."
"Earlier you said that you're twins."
"Well that... Was a lie."
"Are you kidding me? Since when is it okay for deities to lie?"
"It's not. Keeping secrets is allowed." Aletta pointed out.
"So if the two of you are not twins, then what's your relationship with each other?" Ruiko asked.
"The two of us used to date."
"Eh?!"
"Look, can we not talk about this right now?" He asks. "Look, all I'm saying is that whenever you go back in time to change things, it breaks. Now, you can reset the timeline or fix it. But no matter how hard you try, it's never gonna go back to the way it was. That's one theory on time travel. The other, well... it results in creating alternate timelines."
"If that's the case, then it's not like we're gonna ma-"
"Make the same mistake." The god in training interrupts her. "Yeah, sure. See what you said right there? That's the paradox of time travel, which is also the paradox of life. There are huge consequences to it."
"One of the doppelgangers of Ruiko's daughter played God to save a friend, and has already paid the price for it."
"I have a daughter?" Ruiko asks, shocked.
"Yes, but I can't tell you who." He explains with a frown. "You'll have to find that out on your own. Anyway, the consequence that she received was the birth of a half sister. Time can effect the past in many different ways, even before that particular event was altered."
"Exactly how the movie Avengers: Endgame played out."
"Or Flashpoint. Articho's multiverse follows Endgame's time travel theory. For history to be literally altered would need a quantum causality."
"Quantum causality?" The female deity in training questions in confusion.
"Basically you connect two separate eras with a gateway, not a distorted time rift, and anything you change in the past can effect your present, which is your own future. Literally."
"Huh."
"To put it simply, time travel is never awesome. Imagine still having memories of an erased history while experiencing memories of a new one where they no longer remember. Is that what all of you truly want?" He asks. "Because I don't want you to end up like a certain Speedster who has created Flashpoint out of selfishness and depression."
"I don't want to live in a world like that." The popstar answers.
"Even my own father wouldn't want that." Shutaura admits. "He would have wanted me to move on."
"If I were to go back and save someone close to me, it would mean that I would throw away everything I built and fought for." Mikoto admits. "At least for the quantum causality theory."
"Even I know the mistakes of time." Othinus announced.
"Being selfish enough to fix your mistakes and play God won't end that suffering." Ruiko says. "You'll only make things worse and ruined other people's lives just to save one person."
"And like Shutaura said, all we can do is live with those mistakes in our lives and move forward." Misaki finishes.
Touma nods, as he holds his girlfriend's hand. The black haired woman smiles happily, as she rests her head on his shoulder.
"Yawwwnnn!" Mythra said. "Let's finish this up."
Everyone looked at her in disbelief and annoyance.
"Are you bloody kidding me, Mythra?!" Nia exclaims.
"Damn it, Mythra." Rex facepalms.
"You ruined the moment." Tython says with a vein on his head. "But you do got a good point. We wasted enough time already."
"Hmph." She says, looking away.
(Go Beyond the Limits - Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST plays)
Black grits his teeth as he gets in a defensive stance with his remaining working arm.
"I only need one arm to get out of this." He says. "Come and get me, Saiyan idiots."
The two hybrids look at each other and nod before they charged forward and give a battle cry as their enemy only grins on response. He tilts his body side by side to avoid getting hit by their punches and kicks. But it didn't last when Articho got behind him with Instant Transmission and knee kicked his back hard. Black was sent flying across the landscape but managed to barely recover.
He looks up and gasps as he sees them reappear out of nowhere. The two hybrids then simultaneously punches him in the face. The collision of their right fists sent him crashing into more buildings. Many of the structures collapsed.
"Hell yeah!" Tython exclaims. "Now that's what I call teamwork!"
"That sure was." Aletta agrees. "And nice pick on the soundtrack, by the way."
"Thanks." The young god told her. "It kinda reminds me of Smash Ultimate."
"You know, it kind of does." Ruiko announced. "It has a very catchy tune."
Black flies out of the debris, as he heads towards the mountainside.
"You're not getting away!" Xeno Trunks shouts as he and his friend flies after him.
As they chase him through the mountain's own trenches, Articho tries to slow him down by shooting yellow ki blasts from his right palm. Black continues to evade his attacks while flying through the trenches. Their battle led to inside the caverns beneath the mountain. The teen then notices a different path that takes him to another direction after he stops shooting at the fleeing enemy.
"Trunks, keep following him!" He suggests. "I'll try to cut off his escape!"
"Articho, wait!" The older hybrid argues but the teen had already taken the other direction. "Damn it! Always goes on his own every time!"
Articho flies through the cavern tunnels, dodging every stalagmite and stalactite he almost ran into. Finally, he reaches the exit and is now back outside.
"Now, where will you be coming out of those caves, you son of a bitch?" He says aloud as he looks around for a bit.
Closing his eyes, he concentrated on sensing Black's ki and manages to predict where he might come out of the mountain caves.
"Found you." The Time Patroller smirks before using Instant Transmission.
Reappearing from a distance, he sees Black exiting the caves from above as he flies up higher with Trunks on his tail. Articho instantly locks on the false Sayain's ki and uses Instant Transmission again to teleport right above the false Saiyan, catching him completely off guard.
"What?!" Black exclaims in confusion.
With a godly roar, Articho combines his two fists and sledgehammers him on the head so hard that Black cries out in pain and falls down so fast that he crashes onto the top of the mountain, creating a huge crater where the enemy is lying on his back in critical injury.
"Kaioken!" Articho yells.
The teen powers up, turning into Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken as a red jagged aura tops over his blue divine one. Articho's blue hair appears several shades lighter than normal, and his skin appears to be illuminated by the Kaioken aura to a dark shade of pink. Additionally, the teen's clothes are affected as well; his orange gi becomes dark red, whereas his dark blue belt, wristbands and boots turn purple. The light generated by the energy multiplier is so intense, that the whole surrounding area is illuminated to many shades of red.
"Kaio-what?" Ruiko and Uiharu questioned together in confusion.
Tython couldn't help but snicker at the old joke.
"What's so funny?" Nia raises her eyebrow.
"Oh nothing." He lies. "Just remembering an old joke is all."
"Whoa! Articho looks a lot badass with that jagged aura over his divine one!" Mikoto deduced. "And the aura's lighting on his hair, skin, and clothes makes it even more cooler!"
"I have to agree with you, Mikoto." Ruiko pointed out.
"Articho's very strong." Uiharu says in awe. "Just exactly like a superhero."
"Superhero is an understatement." Tython deadpans. "He's more like-"
"A god?" Aletta raises a brow at him.
"Exactly." He smirks. "Well, not literally. Sorta? I mean he has god ki."
"Except it's mortal god ki." The golden honey haired woman nods.
Trunks then appears next to him, and both Time Patrollers charge up further and ready their super attacks to finish off Black for good.
"Final..." The older hybrid begins, lunging his arms forward as yellow ki charges up in his hands.
"Kamehame..." His best friend chants.
"Flash!/Haaaaa!" They shout in unison and launched their combined attack at Black.
The combined attack form into a large blue beam with a yellow lightning spiral around it and Black raises his left arm, using his hand to stop it from hitting him.
However, he was too exhausted to push it back and the combined might of two hybrid Saiyans is too much for him to handle if he hadn't wasted his strength on Articho who was on the defensive and was endlessly trolling him.
"TIMES TEN!" The hybrid teen yells as the Kaioken Blue aura's lighting made his skin little more dark pink and his cyan hair became lighter, almost white or platinum looking.
The Final Kamehameha's strength increased exponentially.
Overpowered as an exhausted Super Saiyan Rosé, Black screams as he is devoured by the powerful blast. This then resulted in an explosion that made a large portion of the mountain be vaporized.
(song ends)
"That was awesome!" Ruiko exclaimed, with excitement.
"It sure was." The gods in training told her. "That what makes the warriors in this multiverse stronger than anyone else."
"It'll be cool to spar one of them." Mythra deduced.
"Mythra..." Rex sighed.
The dust clears, and the two hybrids pant from slight exhaustion. Articho then reverts back to his Blue form since that even though he has mastered Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken and it's multipliers, any prolonged use would put a huge toll on his body or even kill him.
And although Articho's slightly exhausted, he still has enough gas to keep on fighting. All thanks to his constant reliable 'defense is a swift and decisive offense' tactic.
"I think we got him, Articho." Trunks says as they're divine aura's vanish while remaining in their god forms.
Articho looks down to where their enemy was at when they blasted him away. He then frowns, unconvinced.
"What?" His friend asks. "We did it. That genocidal bastard should be in Hell right about now."
"It was never that easy with him, Trunks." The teen replies, not looking back at him. "We may have overpowered him while he was exhausted and vulnerable, but that doesn't mean he's damned to Hell."
"Wait, you're telling me that even at full power while he's completely drained of his energy, Black's still kicking around?"
"Yes." He bluntly says. "Though I think it doesn't surprise me anymore since I've seen how he fights and literally fought him myself before."
"How do you know?" The confused hybrid adult asks.
"I know him." The boy answers. "And he's already behind us."
"Indeed, Saiyan." The false Saiyan, hovering behind the two Time Patrollers, agrees with him. "At least we can agree on a few things. Again, I'm impressed you were able to sense me coming from behind. I could've sworn I concealed my energy."
The two quickly spun around to face a bruised and bloodied Black, already in his base form while gripping his broken right arm tightly.
"Black!" Trunks exclaims in anger.
"Hello to you, too, Trunks." He sarcastically rolls his eyes.
"Of course you did." Articho deadpans at the rogue god. "I've had a 97.6 chance of anticipating where you're gonna reappear. Just so you can surprise attack one of us with that damn energy blade of yours."
"Tch." Black grits his teeth, looking away in thought. "Seems this mortal has done his homework."
"Well, I'm getting bored with you now, so I think it's time to wrap this up." Articho mockingly yawns with a hand over his mouth.
"Damn it." His opponent mutters before yelling at the sky as the black clouds begin to dissipate. "DAMN IT!!!"
"Grow the hell up for once, ya big cowardly baby." The teen sighs in annoyance at the over-the-top drama his enemy is making. "I've already own you in this fight fairly, so you can't deny that. And again, face your death with some shred of honor."
"No..." He mutters to himself quietly.
"Now that you can't escape this timeline since I broke your arm, what should we do with you?" Articho wonders. "I know that you don't want to surrender, Black, but maybe Trunks and I should debate about whether or not we kill you here and now, cool?"
"Mortals do not tell gods what to do." Black snarls.
"That's cute." The boy chuckles. "Well, hate to break your little heart, but the Supreme Kai of Time has officially disowned you from the rest of your people. Elder Kai second it."
"That bitch!" The false Saiyan snarls. But then he calms down, smiling. "Hmph. It doesn't matter either way. The other Kais never would've understand my ideals and the paradise I wanted to build."
"Hearts and Sealas said the exact same thing." Articho eye rolls. "Well, almost since they're kinda dead."
Tython and Aletta bursted out laughing at the way Articho joked about. This confused Touma and Rex's groups.
"Who the hell are Hearts and Sealas?" Mikoto asks.
"Not important." The two gods in training answered in unison.
"Okayyy?" She raise an eyebrow before shrugging at her friends who have the same reaction as her.
Suddenly, two people appear out of nowhere, hovering behind Articho and Trunks."And just in time too." Trunks announced, without turning around.
"Trunks! Articho!" A twelve year old girl with jet black bob cut hair exclaims.
Pan is wearing a red jacket, over a dark green shirt that shows her belly button, ripped shorts, gray fingerless gloves, black leggings and gray boots.
"Pan! Chronoa!" Articho smiles, before looking away seeing his boss.
"Did that mortal call the Supreme Kai of Time her first name?" The false Saiyan questions in disbelief and anger at how casual the boy's beginning to be.
"Great work, you two." The Supreme Kai of Time known as Chronoa smiles proudly. "This has to be your finest achievement yet within Time Patrol ranks."
"Thanks." The young teenager answers.
She is a pink skinned girl with pointy ears and yellow eyes. Her outfit is a white and yellow Kai robes with white boots. She even has a gold tiara on her forehead. Her long, bright pink hair moves as the wind blows to the west. In the boy's opinion, she's pretty looking for a goddess.
"She's beautiful." Arisa deduced. "And yet..."
"What is it, Arisa?" Shutaura asks.
"That girl. Chronoa. She looks exactly like Saten and I for some reason."
"You really think so?" Her biggest fan was curious. "Now that you mention it, she kind of does. With the exception of the ears, the skin, and basically being a deity."
"Is it possible for her to be a doppelganger of sorts?" Pyra questions. "I mean, Mythra and I do look alike."
"This is a different matter entirely." The god of creation pointed out. "I have a few ideas, but I'll keep that to myself for now."
"I still can't get over the fact you wished for a taller figure." The older hybrid Saiyan admits. "You look like you're no older than thirteen."
"Well, you are right. I am 13 years old for my race." The pointed eared woman says with pride, before realizing what he said. "Hey! God or not, it's still rude to guess or even ask about a girl's age!"
"Huh?! But you don't say that to Articho!"
"She does, Trunks." The boy deadpans. "Just not as much as you."
"Ugh. You two are so much alike." The granddaughter of Goku eye rolls. "Boys."
"I'm literally standing right here, ya know." The boy says, annoyed. "And just because we're from two very different futures, doesn't mean we're the same."
"Nyah!" She sticks her tongue out at him.
"Whatever you say, grandma." He rolls his eyes at the girl.
A red blush appears on her face when he said that.
"Don't call me 'grandma'!" She snaps. "I'm twelve!"
"Grandma?!" The teens exclaimed, caught completely off guard.
"That's exactly what they said." Tython told them.
"And you're not even surprised about this?!" Kuroko exclaims.
"Nope." He shakes his head. "That's time travel for you."
"Only that she's from an alternate timeline, way different from Articho's or Trunks's."
"This calls for a celebration!" Chronoa declares.
"It does, but there's still more work to be done, Supreme Kai of Time." Trunks points out. "We'll need to contact Beerus and Whis from the main timeline, so that they can pick Black up and turn him over to the Omni-King and the Grand Minister for a trial."
"Well, Trunks and I were about to debate if we should send him off to hell or not." Articho explains the situation. "And we're hoping to ask you for some advice."
"Hmm." The woman with pointed ears started to think for a moment. "Normally I wanted no more than for him to go to hell, be cleansed, and reincarnated as a new being. And to be honest, 'Zamasu', I really do hate your guts."
"Wait a sec, you've been hating him before he started going rogue?"
"He's selfish, annoying, and a creep." She huffs. "And all his life, he's never learned a single good thing about Gowasu's teachings and literally took it the wrong way."
"Heh. Guess I was right about him being a total failure as one of your own." The boy grins. "Such wasted potential."
"Agreed." The Supreme Kai of Time nods, before she floated over to Articho and cups his cheeks.
"Ya know, for someone who is seventy five million years old, you're technically in your space elf teens."
"I always knew you were never a 'by the books' kind of god, but to think you would go so far into making emotional and physical contact with a mortal?" Black interrupts them with disgust in his tone of voice. "Such heresy."
"Articho still respects me in his own right, Black." She glares at the traitor. "He sees me not only as a deity, but as a person. A living being! Something you're too short-sighted to see. Always have been. What's worse is that you abandoned the principles we uphold to maintain balance and even took up the sword against your own people! Because you don't believe in anyone but yourself! And I'll show you!" Then she smashes her lips against the young hybrid, in front of everyone.
Everyone around them, including the audience gaped from her show of affection.
"Oh my..." Misaki was surprised. "Did she just..."
"Didn't see that one coming." Tython admits.
"Wait, I thought you watched the whole thing yourself." Aletta raised an eyebrow.
"I may have skimmed some scenes." He answers.
"So I haven't really watch through the whole story." The woman sighed in disappointment. "You're the same as the day I met you."
"Whatever."
Meanwhile, the teens were discussing what they've just witnessed in front of their own eyes.
"That woman just kissed Articho, right in front of everyone." Kuroko comments.
"But didn't she confirm that she's a teenager?" Junko questions.
"A teenage girl who is said to be 75 million years old." Othinus deadpans, shocking everyone but the gods. "She's one year younger than me."
Most of everyone blinked in confusion, until they all screamed out.
Articho's eyes widen in shock and was blushing when Chronoa - his first friend and superior - gave him his first kiss. In fact, this is also the first time the goddess herself has done this with anyone.
The girl then separates her lips from his, shyly blushing as she doesn't make eye contact with the boy.
"I always wanted to do that." She told him, stroking some of her hair locks.
"Um... wow." He says, scratching the back of his head. "Okay. I was not expecting that."
"Neither did us." Pan pointed out.
"Supreme Kai of Time?" Trunks asks. "Did you just kiss Articho? I always thought you had eyes on Bardock, even though his heart's with his late wife Gine."
"Oh yeah!" Articho snaps his fingers. "You actually did. Though, it's really gross for a Kai to believe they'll get together with someone who is my ancestor."
"Do you think I don't know that?"
"Yes." Her friends deadpan in unison.
Chronoa realized what they said, and look the way in embarrassment.
Black, angry still after witnessing one of his own kind kissing a mortal, started to laugh.
"Guess I'm not the only one who is hypocritical."
"Oh, now you admit yourself as one." Articho sarcastically says. "And what do you know about loving someone? Nothing."
"You should be careful with what you wish for."
"I'm afraid you're too late for that, Black." He shrugs. "Besides, you're under arrest for the crimes of murder, high treason, manslaughter, genocide, and corrupting the original timeline. And... you have the right to remain silent, stupid god."
Black started gritting his teeth.
"Oh, I'm sorry? Did I hurt your feelings?" The boy mocks. "Get use to it."
"Articho. I believe that's enough." Chronoa urges. "Let me handle this."
"So what? He's injured, he can't harm us now." The young teenager pointed out. "He's not going anywhere now that his right arm is broken. No working limb, no use with the Time Ring to escape from us."
"True, but we can be careless. He still dangerous." The 12 year old deduced.
"He's already exhausted every option he's made on me, Pan." The boy argues. "I know how he thinks."
While this was going on, they weren't paying attention to their prisoner as he started to stealthily sneak behind the goddess.
And then, Trunks notices him as he was about to pull out his sword.
"Supreme Kai of Time, watch out!"
It was too late, however, as Articho hears a feminine gasp before quickly turning around and sees Black holding her hostage with his energy blade, formed with his left hand, by the goddess's throat.
"Chronoa!" He yells, moving towards them.
"Don't come any closer, Saiyan!" The false Saiyan warns. "Unless you want your precious Supreme Kai to be harmed."
"You know that killing her won't help you accomplish your goals." Trunks warns. "She dies, then all of existence, including us, will die with her. Which means we'll be erased from existence."
"Trunks is right. You're not Demigra." The teen says. "Even he's not stupid enough to risk killing himself. And it's not like you can take her powers away and be the new Supreme Kai of Time. If that were to happen, then the gods and angels will stop you short."
"Who said anything about killing her?" Black grins evilly. "At least, not yet. So if I can't get what I want from you stubborn, annoying mortals, then I'll make sure neither all of you and the gods you worship under can exist throughout all of reality! I'll take you all with me!"
"Don't even try, Black!" Chronoa warns, struggling to free herself. "My Time Patrollers will kick you're Demonic ass!"
"Are you seriously calling me that, too?!"
"Haven't you learned anything?" She sighs in annoyance. "The first of their kind WERE Kais once. Even Demigra."
Her captor scoffs at this, inching his blade closer to her neck.
"That's not very godly of you to be cursing."
"Funny. I was going to say the same thing about you, Master Hypocrite." She roasts.
"Ohhhhh!" Articho points fingers at the enemy.
"Hahahahahahaha!" Pan laughs her ass off completely.
"ENOUGH!" The false Saiyan snaps before looking at his hostage. "I'm going to make them suffer, Chronoa. These mortals you're so deeply fond of, I will take them all from you one by one! But first, you will face the same humiliation I've suffered at the hands of Goku. And not in a one on one duel."
"What are you talking about?" She questions.
"Oh, you can guess what it is, can you?" He counter questions before whispering in her ear. "Because before I end your life, I'm going to make your friends watch as I take something very precious to you. From your body."
Chronoa's eyes widened in horror.
"You, boy!" He calls out to the teenage hybrid. "If you truly care about your goddess, then I'm afraid you're too late to stop me from making sure you will never get a chance to claim her!"
Articho, Trunks, and Pan gasped, hearing what Black was going to do to their Superior.
"You bastard!" Trunks yells as he pulls out his sword and charges at their enemy. "Leave her alone!"
Black telekinetically puts up a large, transparent spherical barrier colored black as it cuts the older hybrid Saiyan off from them.
"He's going to do what?!"
Everyone but Pyra, Arisa, and Poppi gasp in horror.
"What's going on?" Arisa asked, curiously.
"Black's about to do something horrible." Tython answers. "Remember that infamous scene from Sword Art Online?"
"Yeah, what about it?" Touma questions, before realizing something. "Oh no."
"What?" The popstar questions, still confused.
"This is bad. Really bad." Her crush continued.
"Brother..."
"I'm confused." Pyra scratches the back of her head. "What is Black doing now behind that barrier?"
"It'll be better if you find out." Aletta says, but was interrupted.
"He's about to violate Chronoa in the most humiliating and disgusting way. To make her friends suffer." Tython answers truthfully.
"He's what?!" The fire Blade gasps in horror.
"That bastard!" Mythra snarls. "We have to do something!"
"We can't." He told her. "All we can do is watch."
"But she'll die without help!" Kuroko argues.
"This is all recorded, Shirai." He argues back. "Besides, I'm pretty sure Articho, his grandmother, and best friend will find a way to save her."
"I hope you are right."
Articho charges at the barrier and punches it, only for it to withstand his attack. He punches it again and again to no avail.
"Come on!" He exclaims frustratingly while continuing to punch it. "Break, damnit!"
"I'll help!" Pan declared.
"Haaaaa!" Her Earthling hair then rises upwards, becoming spiky and blond, as well as her onyx black eyes turn green before emitting a gold aura.
Now a Super Saiyan, the girl launches a Kamehameha at the barrier and raises her ki higher as a way to break it down.
Trunks join in and curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other).
"Galick Gun!" Trunks yells.
He then thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful purple energy beam as it impacts the said barrier.
Lastly, Articho backs away and launches a God Kamehameha.
"Haaaaa!" The teen yells as the large blue beam also collides with Black's barrier.
Unfortunately, their efforts to break through were fruitless when the three hybrids realized that they're attacks aren't doing anything.
Saving the rest of their ki, they stopped attacking the barrier.
"Damn! Even in his base form, Black's defenses are ridiculously strong!" Trunks grits his teeth in annoyance. "Now I understand how my slightly older self feels when fighting this guy."
"You evil son of a bitch!" Articho punches the barrier one last time. "You take her dignity away, I'll break every goddamn bone in your body before I hang you with your own intestines! Ya hear me?!"
"There's gotta be another way to get through!" Pan says.
"Damn it! Even if I go Kaioken Blue, it won't even do a thing to his barrier! And I still haven't even mastered the transformation version of the technique that the angels use!" The boy says in his thoughts. "Fuck, this is all my fault! I should've killed that fucker when I had the chance! And now Chronoa's gonna be raped and killed because of me!"
"Now that they're taken care of, we can begin." Black chuckles, as he snapped his fingers. But then, nothing happens.
"Oh right. I've already cast off my old body for this one."
"You realized this just now?!"
Chronoa exclaims in disbelief. "Some Kai you are."
"Shut up!" The false Saiyan yells, slapping her. The girl yelps in pain as she felt his slap.
Chronoa places a hand on her cheek, as she was shocked.
"When I get done with you, you'll finally learn your place." He grins sadistically. "Let's see how long you can keep your pride intact. An hour? Five?"
Tears begin to fall down on her face as she sees Articho behind the barrier.
"Articho..." She telepathically calls out. "Help."
"Chronoa..." Articho sighed. "I'm sorry."
"Articho, it's all right." The Supreme Kai of Time told him. "It'll take more than this to bring me to dispair."
"No!" His thoughts said. "I can't let you suffer from this!"
Black chuckles, before moving his hand to grip the top of her outfit. Then with a swift motion he ripped it, causing her bosom to bounce out. Her C-cup breasts were about the size of Articho's hands, large and perfect enough to be gropped on.
The girl eyes widened as she moved to cover whatever dignity she has left.
"Articho... this may be a bad time to tell you this, but... I grew these breasts and wished for a better body just for you." Chronoa telepathically answers.
"Really?" He questions, surprised. "You did all that for me?"
"Yes." She answers truthfully, smiling. "It's... It's because... I love you."
"Well, you did kiss me after all." He shakes his head. "And if I'm being honest, I also have a crush on you."
Chronoa's pointy ears perked up at this.
"Really?" She started to smile from hearing that. "Since when?"
"Since I was around 13." Articho begins to explain. "After my birthday, I started having these weird dreams about you and I together."
"Is that so?"
"Nevermind all that. What's more important is getting you out of there." The boy changes topics, much to the goddess's disappointment. "And I've got a feeling that a certain pet bird of yours is on his way to save you."
"Toooo... kiiii!" A voice squawks.
Right on cue, a gold and white bird arrives from behind Black and Chronoa before flapping its wings with gold wind at the barrier, nullifying it completely.
"What the hell?!" Black questions in disbelief and confusion as his barrier is down.
"Tokiii!" The bird lands on top of the false Saiyan's head, flapping its wings while pecking at his face.
"Ahh!" He yelps painfully at the bird's pecking. "Get off me!"
Chronoa grins excitedly before headbutting her captor's face and looks at the bird perching on the false Saiyan's head like a nest.
"Tokitoki!" She exclaims. "I'm so glad to see you! Thank you for saving me, buddy!"
"Kiii!" The time bird squawks happily before continuing to peck the bad guy.
"Get him, Tokitoki!" She cheers him on. "Beat his ass up!"
"Damn bird!" He shouts in annoyance. "Get off!"
"Ha!" Chronoa grins cockily, giving him her signature finger pose. "How does it feel to get the short end of the stick?! You deeply care about the animals and yet they turn against you because of your hatred towards mortal kind. That's irony for ya, dipshit!"
Everyone laughed at how comedic and savage the Supreme Kai of Time is being. Uiharu, however, was too busy awing at Tokitoki.
"Wow! Chronoa has a pet bird!" Uiharu exclaims in awe.
"She sure does." Tython nods. "And that bird is very important in her role as the Supreme Kai of Time."
Everyone all looked at him curiously.
"You mean that Tokitoki bird that's constantly pecking the bad guy?" Rex asked. "What's so special about him?"
"He can create and manipulate space time itself. Just like Chronoa." The god in training answers.
Everyone jaw dropped at this new piece of information.
"Yeah, I know." He shakes his head. "But back then, Chronoa's power had limits due to living in her original body. But when she made her Time Power Unleashed transformation - which is her teenage body you're seeing now - permanent, she became more powerful. And she's as strong as Tokiki or possibly stronger than him."
"And that's not all." Aletta joins in. "Tokitoki have these eggs that birth a new universe in any timeline. After all, Chronoa's the time bird's caretaker."
"Interesting." Othinus comments with her hand under her chin.
The bird stops attacking Black and flies off of him before perching on Chronoa's shoulder.
Before he could do anything else, Articho appears in front of him out of nowhere and sends him flying downwards with a punch, crashing into a desert landscape where the mountain and city resides in.
Emerging out of the crater made of sand, Black wince in pain as he feels the shattered bones in his right arm.
(You Die or I Do (Film Version) - Man of Steel Ost plays)
Articho lands hard on the sand and pounds it with a yellow ki blast, lighting it up as a raging fire to which the false Saiyan jumps to the side.
He looks on at the flames, annoyed that a cheap parlor trick would work on him. However, cuing the suspense battle music, Articho comes from behind and punches him in the head hard, creating a shockwave. Black was knocked down for the moment and quickly got up, evading a few punches from his foe.
Black tries fighting back with one arm but the boy in his Super Saiyan Blue form counters his attack and punches him back, resulting in another shockwave.
On his knees the false Saiyan looks up and dodges another hit before counterattacking with his own punch that sent him sliding back across the sands.
He charges at the boy, but was immediately punched in the gut before kicking him down on the ground.
In the blink of an eye, Articho uppercuts his enemy into the air. He then uses Instant Transmission, reappearing above him. And with a battlecry, he sledgehammers Black with his two fists cuffed into one, sending him crashing back down into the sand.
Articho reappears in front of him again as Black gets back up to throw a fist at him. He caught it easily, and then goes behind him to move his left arm backwards like a lever. And with a hard pull, a loud snap is heard.
"Ahhhhh!!!" Black cries out in pain as his remaining arm is now broken.
"You took advantage of my hubris." The boy coldy says, punching the false Saiyan back down. "You tried to rape my very first friend!"
He then grabs his head and slams in hard on the rocky sand, cracking the surface. The teen then punches him left and right, making the surface crack even more as Black is being pummeled, leaving behind bruises and blood all over his face.
"Time for more payback!" Articho exclaims, picking up his body over his own head. "Now then. What should I break first? Your spirit? Or your body?!"
"Wait, is he about to-?" Ruiko and Mikoto were about to question as their eyes begin to widen.
Articho then slams Black onto his right knee hard, snapping his spinal cord before dropping the stolen body of Son Goku.
(song ends)
The false Saiyan screams in agony, no longer can he feel his legs.
"Holy hell..." Tython mutters. "He literally pulled a Bane on Black."
"Ouch." Ruiko stated. "I'm sure he broken more than his spine."
"Did he really have to go that far?" Kuroko wonders out of curiosity.
"Dude, that genocidal psychopath was about to violate Chronoa." The god of creation points out with a blank expression. "You would have done the same if one of your friends was in the same situation."
The teleporter thought about it for a moment, before realizing his point.
"I guess you're right." She nods. "But still, that was very brutal."
"Like the time you threatened Touma's balls with your needles?" Mikoto gave a smug grin.
"Now, now, Sissy." Kuroko started to sweat bullets. "Let's not get hastily."
"Hastily?" Miyuki raised her eyebrow. "You basically threatened my brother's life. And his future children."
After say that, both her brother's girlfriend and herself rubbed their bellies.
Kuroko then blushes profoundly, out of embarrassment.
"Yeah, I probably went too far." She admits.
"Anyway, it looks like Articho has crippled the enemy." Tython continued.
"Again, still brutal." The Teleporter points out.
Articho continues to look down at the defenseless and crippled opponent, feeling no pity for the man's state of mind.
Chronoa and the others land behind him.
"Trunks, Pan." He says without facing them. "Take Chronoa and Tokitoki far away from here."
He then turns his head a bit, forming a smile at them.
"I know that look." Trunks says with a worried expression.
"Sorry, guys. I've made up my mind on how this was gonna end." He confesses. "But there's only one way to save all of reality from being destroyed or bend to Black's will."
"And that would be?" Pan questions.
"Articho?" Chronoa asks, beginning to worry as well.
The teen looks away and powers up to Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken.
"To make sure Black doesn't come back more powerful from the injuries I gave him, there's one technique that not even Goku's body in base form can survive."
"Wait, what do you mean?" The Supreme Kai of Time further questions.
"Chronoa, I wanna thank you for saving me as a small boy and made me the man that I am now. And I was so happy we're able to convince our love to each other. But I'm afraid I won't be coming back this time."
The goddess's eyes widen in horror.
"No." She shakes her head. "No, don't you DARE say that to me! I won't allow you to die a second time!"
"Chronoa!" He shouts, silencing her. "Black's a walking time paradox. I've ran the numbers myself. If I succeed to send him off to Hell, there's a slight chance my soul would end up in Otherworld. And this is a one way trip."
"There has to be another way." Pan argues.
"You knew." Trunks mutters to himself before looking at his best friend. "You knew this moment is gonna happen, didn't you? You travelled into the future without us knowing!"
"Yes." He slowly nods, keeping his eye on the false Saiyan. "To see all the possible outcomes."
"H-How many did you see?" The 12 year old version of his grandmother asks.
"14,000,605." Her alternate future grandson answers.
"How many did we win?" Trunks asks.
Articho remains silent for a few moments before raising only one finger at them as his answer.
This shocked his friends once more. But the goddess is the most out of the three.
"Then that means... this is the only outcome where all of existence throughout space and time is saved." She mutters to herself before looking at him. "Except you."
"Guys..." The boy speaks. "It's been an honor fighting alongside you all. Thank you... and goodbye."
Suddenly, Pan's time gauntlet on her left forearm starts beeping. Both his friends and Tokitoki all teleported away via his Pan's gauntlet he rigged, sending them back to the Time Nest.
"Now then, it's just you and me." He says with a serious expression. "Kaioken times twenty!"
Amplifying his ki, Articho increases the power of his Kaioken Blue before emitting a yellow transparent barrier of energy.
(Vegeta's Sacrifice (short version) - DBZ Kai: The Final Chapters Ost plays)
"You think sacrificing yourself into blowing me up will save them?!" Black questions. "It won't! I'll survive this and will finish cleansing all of reality of all mortals!"
"Go to hell, Black! I'm sick of your god damn preaching!" The teen retorts back. "Die!"
He powers up further and further as he prepares to go nova with the Final Explosion.
"Articho, please tell me you're not planning to use that suicidal move that's killed Vegeta the first time he's done it." Aletta gasped.
Tython only frowns at the screen.
"Is he going to..." Arisa questions, shocked
"Did you just say 'suicidal move'?!" Mythra called out.
"Whaaaaaat?!" Everyone yelled.
The boy grits his teeth and then yells as he sets off a large explosion, expanding in a 10-mile radius.
"No! This can't be the end! I am a god! I will not be bested by some pathetic mortal! I am Zama-!"
Black could no longer finish his sentence as everything around them turns into a blinding white light.
And then, there was silence.
In a brilliant burst of light, a great warrior meets his end. The last descendant of Goku. His name was... Articho.
Or so he thought...
Unknown LocationAn alarm clock goes off, echoing in a bedroom. A hand slams down on it and pulls away as someone beneath the blankets groan. The individual sits up and yawns loudly."Oh, man. What time is it?" A teenage female voice wonders as her eyes look at the time. She then realized what day it is and pulls of the blankets and jumps out of bed, running out of her room naked, with her school sailor uniform."Crap, it's almost time at school!" She exclaims. "I'm going to be late!"She slams the bathroom door shut and prepares to get ready for the day. After having a quick breakfast, the black haired girl hastily puts her shoes on and proceeded to make her way towards school.
Elsewhere...
A beautiful girl with blue hair, blue eyes, and a face to die for was humming a certain tune. She was walking through a park, making her way towards school. She had her school uniform on. Her large bosom bounced from every step she made.
"Brother, she's wearing the same school uniform as I do for the summer." The Ice esper deduced.
"I noticed that." Touma nods suspiciously. "Just who is this girl?"
"She's your sister. Well, the sister of your doppelganger in this world." The goddess answers. "Actually, she's adopted."
"Ahhh." The two siblings now understood.
Before she can leave however, she noticed something by the river."Hmm, I wonder what's going on?" The girl wonders, making her way to investigate. When she got there, she was shocked to see an injured person around her age unconscious. He had spiky black hair, wearing a blue and orange gi. All of his clothes were ripped up. The teen was also had many injuries and blood flowing out of him."What happened?" The blue haired teenager questions, and she checks for a pulse. She sighed in relief, discovering that he still alive. To be continued...
"Articho survived." Pyra smiles. "Thank goodness."
"So he didn't die." Ruiko pointed out. "He just ended up in the version of our world."
"Guess we can thank Super Saiyan Blue and his Kaioken multiplier for that." Kuroko nods.
"Sure looks that way." Tython admits. "Now the thing we need to know is that if he survived, then that means Black did as well."
"Of course he would survive." Aletta scoffs. "That bastard's too stubborn to die thanks to Goku's stolen body."
"Well before we know that, tell us something..." Mikoto questions, turning towards the gods in training. "What's the real relationship between the two of you?"
Aletta and Tython looked towards each other. But before either of them can explain, the door to the room suddenly opens up.
Coming inside was a young girl around 4 years old, with dark brown hair like the god of creation and orange colored eyes like the goddess of life.
After closing the door, the young girl smiled as she ran towards the woman. Embracing her in a hug.
"Good morning, Mama." The young girl spoke.
"Oh, mor-" Aletta smiles before being interrupted.
"Mama?!" Everyone called out.
"Tython, what's going on here?" Mythra questioned, raising her eyebrow suspiciously.
"Right. That." He sheepishly grins. "Everyone, I would like you to meet Anna. She is Aletta and my daughter."
The group from two different world blinked their eyes hearing all of this information.
To be continued...
