"Ok I get that I wont give you any pity but can I ask a question?". Derek tells and asks her.
"Yes you can". Amelia tells her brother getting emotional.
"Have you talked to anyone from the practice at all about this?". Derek questions his sister who still has tears running down her face.
"No they all tried so hard to support me but I just couldn't face them besides no of them liked Ryan". Amelia tells her brother still emotional.
"I'm sure that isn't true at all". Derek tells her.
"Yeah it is believe me. As for me talking about it I hadn't; said my sons name until I told you". Amelia informs him.
"Ok maybe it was the truth and Amy you have to know I am really sorry". Derek tells his sister as she stands up of the bed.
"Oh there's that word again". Amelia replies a little frustrated.
"What word?". Derek questions his sister confused by the statement she had made.
"Sorry I'm so sick of hearing the second everyone found out my baby had no brain they all said how sorry they were and then after my baby died they said it again and I've just become so sick of that word". Amelia informs her brother of the reasoning behind what she had said.
"I will refrain my self from using it than". Derek tells his sister.
"Thank you". Amelia replies and her brother moves of the bed to hug her.
