A What If scenario set after the Indomitus Crusade. Lord Protector Roboute Guilliman [with support of the High Lords] makes the bold and controversial decision to revoke his Codex Astartes and create 20 new Legiones Imperialis. Each one a combined arms force of "Imperial Soup" drawn from every branch of the Imperium, given specific tasks and answering to a High Lord of Terra!

4. Chapter 4: The Twin Adepta

With the Expertise of Sisters Hospitaler, the Officio Medicae, Magos Biologis and Inquisitors from the Ordos Xenos and Malleus specialized in Genestealers and Nurgle Curse-Plagues, respectively, this multi-discipline Legion will follow the 4th through war zones, administering to the population as the 4th restore the cities."
