"Hawks, behind you!" Enamor's alerted shout snapped him out of his thinking.

How did they get here again?

Oh yes.

The two have been patrolling together awhile when Hawks stopped by. After Haruka's tipsy key-confrontation, Hawks couldn't help but think about their relationship.

She called him a true friend. Does she not have friends? She didn't seem the type to be a loner. She seems fine in the personality department, minus her sometimes cocky attitude and fiery emotions. Did something happen to her before?

The two had only known each other for six weeks now, and unknowingly the media have branded them as partners in crime fighting.

As the two heroes apprehended the villain, the police force took over and the citizens clapped and cheered. The two were in the middle of a park when a villain with a sweet quirk lured and tried to kidnap a child. Thankfully, the two were in the area and quickly apprehended the villain with few scratches.

"Ice cream?" Enamor asked with a smirk, flipping her flaming red hair. She pointed to the ice cream truck that was near the park's entrance.

"You're draining my wallet, Enamor-chan." Hawks sighed and scratched the back of his head.

"So you're saying you're buying me ice cream?" Enamor's smirk turned wider and her bright turquoise eyes glinted in mischief.

"You always twist my words, Enamor-chan." Hawks pouted, and he indeed bought her ice cream. The vendor was shocked to see the two and wanted to give them free ice cream for the heroism they did earlier, but Enamor waved it off and said that "Hawks wants to pay for it, don't worry!".

In the end they got their own ice creams and with a picture with the vendor they went their way patrolling again, with their ice cream in hand.

The relationship between the two were always playful. Hawks felt like he was babysitting a kid, and wondered is this how Endeavour felt about him, always tailing around? He had not seen Endeavour quite recently. He was always stuck with Haruka as she dragged him around, sometimes draining his wallet to buy her food.

His mind went back to the key he gave her. After her drunk feat none of them mentioned about the key. Hawks didn't even dare to go near her penthouse unless it's necessary, like after being manipulated by Haruka to drop her off because she was drunk (again) after they ate chicken (always) and she wanted to fly in the sky (sigh).

Todoroki Haruka was manipulative when she wants to be. No wonder she got everybody (including him), and even Endeavour, wrapped up on her little finger. Hawks didn't mind though. There were never ill intentions on her bad habit. It's just that she's sometimes so headstrong on getting what she wants, that she uses her skills on people who can get it for her.

Like him.

Oh, he was so getting wrapped on Haruka's finger... It was out of character for him, but Haruka was fun to be around with. Her love for chicken that transcends even him, occassional playful banters, hero duties together, gossiping, more chicken and beer, wallet manipulations, her getting him to fly her, and many more.

Yet she still feels far away. Like something is still locked inside and holding her back, and Hawks doesn't know what. Her smile sometimes doesn't reach her eyes when she tells stories about her past when they drink together. She never mentioned anything other than Endeavour, her quirk, her younger brother Shoto, and chicken.

They're similar, in a way...

"Limited Edition Hero Plushies! Come get your limited edition hero plushies! We have All Might, Endeavour, and other Pro Heroes!" A shop vendor's loud voice was heard, with an occasional bell chime from his tail. Crowds gathered at the sound of 'limited edition'.

"Hawks~" Haruka held his arm and pointed to the store, shaking him.

"Limited edition Endeavour plushies??" She whispered with a hopeful smile.

"Let's go."

And in to the store they go. At the sight of the two pro heroes approaching, the shop vendor started to blanch and stutter.

"H-H-Hawks! And E-Enamor!"

"Hello! We heard you were selling limited edition hero plushies." Enamor kindly smiled and clapped her hands.

"Y-Yes! Are you looking to buy something?"

"Yes! Can I have the Endeavour one? Make it two please!" Enamor giggled happily.

"Two?" Hawks raised his eyebrow at this.

"You don't want one?" Haruka asked back. Hawks sighed again.

"Am I paying?"

"If you want to. I was going to pay this time." Haruka assured.

"Okay, do whatever you want. It's your money." Hawks smiled. Haruka giddily jumped in excitement.

"Oh wait! Come here for a sec," She motioned to the shop vendor and whispered in his ear. The shop vendor looked at Haruka for confirmation, and she just gave a little blush and a nod.

"Oh my god! It's Hawks!"

"Kyaa! Can I have a photo?!"

"Yes, of course!"

Fans started crowding around Hawks since he was famous, while Haruka just stuck to the side and waited for her order to come. Not long, the shop vendor came out with two bags. Enamor paid, and she thanked the man.

Enamor turned to the crowd again to see Hawks scratching his head, suddenly surrounded by more fans asking for an autograph, a picture, or even a chance of talking to the famous hero. Deciding to save the man, Haruka excused herself through the crowd and got to the middle quickly, as the crowd noticed her blazing red hair, turquoise eyes, and hero costume.

"I'm sorry everybody, we need to get back to work! Our lunch break is over~" Haruka explained to the crowd. She patted Hawks shoulder and turned to the crowd again. Seeing their sad faces on missing a chance with Hawks, Enamor gave a reassuring smile.

"Don't worry! He'll be back here once in a while, since we sometimes patrol here." The crowd dispersed at that and The two continued on their way patrolling.

"Here's yours" Enamor passes Hawks a bag. He looked inside and saw an Endeavour plushie. It reminded him a little bit of the one he had when he was younger.

"U-um... Miss Enamor-san!" A childlike voice that was a little loud surprised Enamor. Enamor turned to the boy who called for her and smiled. He was blonde and a little bit shy, also wearing a blue and red cap that seems like the color for Haruka.

"Hello, and who might you be? Do you need help?" She bent down to the boy.

"I-I'm Kentarou... C-Can you... Please sign my cap!?" The boy suddenly took off his cap and shoved it to her, along with a marker. Enamor guessed his quirk was something to do with his voice, as his voice got louder when he gained a little confidence.

"Oh! It would be my pleasure." At Enamor's answer, the boy's cheek warmed. Enamor took the cap and signed it, putting a 'to Kentarou' in it.

"I-I'm your biggest fan!" He declared.

"Really? And why is that?"

"U-um... I saw a clip of you fighting at the UA sports festival one day..." Hawks noticed Haruka flinched a little bit at this, and she brushed it off with a small laugh.

"I-I was getting... B-bullied from my... F-friends? And your... Words stuck to me." Kentarou looked up confidently to Haruka's softened eyes.

"'Just because I am a pro hero's daughter doesn't mean that I can relax as I need to prove myself deserving at the spot. I am Haruka Todoroki and I will be a pro hero one day. You will see me as Enamor, not Endeavour's daughter! I am strong, and I want to be a hero. I am me. Nothing can change that.'" Kentarou repeated flawlessly, remembering every single line.

"It struck to me... That when the bullies bullied me... I need to prove myself! So I... Stood up for myself! Like you did, to the crowd that was whispering bad things about you. The bullies stopped bullying me after that." Kentarou smiled proudly, losing his stutter as he got more confident.

Enamor hugged the boy and ruffled his hair. She was a little warm and the boy sighed in the warmth.

"Good job. I'm proud of you for that." Haruka smiled.

"I wan't to be a pro hero too! I hope we can work together one day!" Kentarou declared. Haruka wrote something on the cap again.

Hawks could see she wrote,

"To my no. 1 fan, Kentarou

I hope you'll achieve your dream to become a pro hero,

So that we can work together one day!

Good luck and thank you,

- Enamor"

Along with the date of today.

"I'll remember you, Kentarou. I can't wait to work with you." Haruka smiled and gave him his cap. Kentarou squealed in excitement. Hugging Haruka again, taking a picture with her, and went off to go home.

"You're good with kids, Enamor-chan?" Hawks said amusedly. Haruka gave a little blush.

"I like kids, actually. They're cute and honest." She giggled.

"I never knew someone would remember something that I said on my UA days..." She sighed. They walked again.

"Why'd you flinch though?" Hawks curiously asked, walking backwards and looking at Haruka's sad face.

"Hm... I didn't really like my time in high school." She smiled painfully.

Hawks shrugged it off and didn't ask the question. They continued walking and patrolling, catching several goons and handing them to the police, had dinner, and Hawks took Haruka home.

He smiled when he saw her used the goggles he gave her, it was similar to his but red. He could see how happy she was everytime she flew with him, enjoying the air and sight.

"I want to learn how to fly. I think I can do it." She declared, full of hope.

"I know you can. You're Haruka." He smiled at her. Haruka blushed at him believing in her.

"Thanks, Hawks. That means a lot."

"I'll help you."

"You'll help me?" She asked, wide eyed.

"Yeah, anything for you."

Hawks felt warm as Haruka smiled warmly to him, albeit their height in the sky and her ruffling hair.

"You'll fly one day on your own wings, Haruka."
