Naruto the Regional Ace
Summary: After defeating Kaguya and ending the 4th Shinobi World War, the Elemental Nations finally could move on to an era of peace. For Naruto, it was a different story, for defeating Kaguya and bringing the Elemental Nations into an era of peace he was rewarded with a few gifts from Kami herself. Though to the people's eyes, they were gifts, but to him, they were a curse. Naruto was awarded the powers of Kaguya and the Sage of Sixth Paths. Which in effect gave Naruto everlasting life, to put it simply as immortality. Now living his life as an immortal Naruto was forced to watch the people and the world he knew and loved around him move on. Unable to find any sense in living, Kami decided to right the wrong she had done by sending Naruto to a new world where she could start anew. As an added bonus anyone he was to form a bond with would be able to gain immortality. So he wouldn't have to live his life alone and finally have a good amount of happiness in life.

A/N: What is good everyone Shu Ottegowa here back with another chapter of Naruto the Regional Ace. First I would like to thank you all for showing your love and support for the story. It really means a lot to me and I hope you continue to show your love and support for it in the future. Also again if any of you have any suggestions or ideas for the story leave a comment or message at the end of the chapter, I'll look it over and then maybe tell you what I think. So without further adieu, let's get on with the 4th chapter! "The Way of the Samurai".
Chapter 4: The Way of the Samurai & Meeting Old Friends
It was currently early morning and our heroes continued their journey towards Pewter City, which is home to the Pewter City Gym. This signifies our group's first step on their way towards the Indigo Plateau, which will be one of the major factors leading to him becoming the best of the best. Walking along the path Naruto could sense a presence not far from them, from what he could gather this person was male and was about the same height as the twins. When the group was just a few feet away from the figure Naruto swung into action and pulled out his Bokken and intercepted the slash of the assailant's blade. Ash took a good look at the figure who appeared to be in traditional armor of that to be a samurai. The style of the armor was almost similar to the ones of those who wore them in the elemental nations. Naruto also noticed the weapon he used was well kept and sharp from the looks of things, so this verified the young male was a warrior as well. The attacker moved back some distance and stared at the one who intercepted his attack, looking towards the blond shinobi he spoke, "My name is Samurai and I am looking for anyone who comes from Pallet Town" Hearing this the group's eyebrows rose up in curiosity.
Naruto stepped forward and replied, "My name is Naruto U. Namikaze and I must ask why are you looking for anyone coming from Pallet Town?".
Samurai gave the blonde a good look and said, "I wish to test my battle prowess against these fine men/women, but from the sound and look of things you're from Pallet Town yourself. So I must ask, will you accept my challenge so I can test my resolve against yours?" Samurai asked.
Naruto took a moment to look at the young man, he could tell how driven this man was from the spirit he had. It kind of reminded him of Gai and Lee expressing their springtime of youth against a worthy opponent. Just thinking of the two expressing their youthfulness again made him shudder, getting back his bearings Naruto smiled at the young man and replied, "Samurai after a moment of thinking I will gladly accept your challenge, now show me how serious you are in showing me your strength". Naruto began walking away from Samurai and held a single Pokeball in hand. Samurai stood ready with a Pokeball in his hand as well and once they were ready both pokeballs went flying into the air. Then in a beam of light both of their respective pokemon came forward, standing in front of the samurai was a large bipedal beetle. It was large with a brown scarab like body and on top of its head was a large set of pincers that looked like they could crush through anything. This pokemon everyone was familiar with as it was sort of common in places inhabited by pokemon throughout Kanto. Pulling out their Pokedex's the group scanned the large beetle….
[Pinsir - the bipedal Pokémon with a wide, dull brown body and a large pair of gray, spiky pincers on top of its head. In its mouth are many long, flat teeth arranged horizontally. Its legs are short and thick while its arms are long and thin, and each limb ends with three gray claws. Pinsir's limbs and abdomen are divided into segments. Its eyes are simple, but usually appear angry.]
Once they scanned the large stag beetle everyone turned to see the pokemon Naruto had chosen, to their surprise, it was not one of the ones they were familiar with. This is another pokemon besides Lumigon they have never seen before as it looked completely unknown to them. This Pokemon had the form of a dragon-like being, though instead of its body is completely covered in scales in their place was fur. The fur was as dark as night and along its body had pieces of gold plating, the gold plating made it look as if lightning coated its body. From the front of its chest to the end of its tail the lower half of its body had a pearl white underbelly. Ash raised his Pokedex in hopes of finding out what this pokemon was, but to his dismay no data was available. Naruto could only smile at the group and said, "Sorry to say this but you won't find my buddy Amplevire (Amp-Le-Vy-ir) here in any of the current pokedex's, he is a pokemon not found in any of the native regions. I found him along with Lumigon in the Orre region, and let me tell you he was one of the few that I had to battle in order for me to gain his companionship" Naruto explained as he held out his gauntlet-dex and allowed everyone to hear the pokemon entry on him/her.
[Amplevire - the discharge dragon Pokemon, Amplevire are able to conduct electricity with their shadowy fur and store it within their body. If threaten Amplevire uses the golden plating on its body to amplify and release the stored up energy, besides its massive amount of energy this Pokemon is known to have a seasoned warrior-like mindset. Amplevire is a dragon/electric dual type and has the ability lightning rod, moves known: Kinetic Blast - Thunder Fang - Charge Beam - Static Missile - Dragon Rush - Dragon Breath - Dragon Claw - Dragon Tail]
[Author's Note: Amplevire is not a creature I own, it is based on the creature from Bulu Monsters mobile app games. The creature was originally named Thunderstorm and I thought it would be best to rename since I also wanted the name I came up for them to be better than what they were.]
Amplevire looked to his trainer with a mod and turned back to his opponent standing tall and ready for battle. Samurai could only stare at the pokemon in awe but feel intimidated by them at the same time. Samurai looked to his longtime companion and said, "Stand ready my friend these opponents might be our toughest ones yet". Pinsir acknowledged his trainer with a hiss and stood ready to face the enemy.
Seeing that they were ready Naruto called out to Amplevire, "Alright Amplevire give Pinsir a taste of your Kinetic Blast" Amplevire opened the maws of his mouth and began charging up a ball of electrical energy, Samurai saw this and called out to his friend. "Pinsir quickly gets in close and use Vice Grip before he can even fire. '' Pinsir began charging at the dragon pokemon as fast as it could, it's pincer glowed a white aura as it attempted to grab the large pokemon. Before Amplevire could fire his attack he cringed in pain from the sudden pain in his leg, but not enough to cancel his attack. Looking down at Pinsir who was still strapped to his leg by his Pincers, he began shaking his leg to rid himself of the annoying insect. "Pinsir hang in there and don't let go, '' Samurai cried. Pinsir heard his trainer but it didn't take long before he was thrown off Amplifier's leg, sent flying into the air he later met the face of the ground in a cloud of dirt. Taking this chance Amplifier fired his long awaited attack sending the ball of kinetic energy at the still dazed insect. Before Samurai or Pinsir could even respond, a cloud of dirt and smoke filled the center of the field as Pinsir was consumed in an explosion. Samurai called out to his pokemon hoping to get a response or a sign to see if he was alright, but to his dismay, the cloud of smoke dispersed to reveal his partner out cold. Samurai took a moment to thank his partner and with a sad smile returned him to his Pokeball before he could even send out his next pokemon Naruto's voice filled the air.
"You should be proud of your friend Samurai, as not many can make Amplifier cringe in pain with those kinds of attacks. This goes to show how well you train and are raising your pokemon and you should take pride in that." Samurai nodded and smiled at his wise words, looking at Pinsir's pokeball in hand he silently thanked his companion. Samurai clipped Pinsir's pokeball to his belt and pulled off another from it, looking back at his opponent he tossed the pokeball in the air and in a flash of light his second pokemon appeared. The pokemon appeared to be a humanoid ladybug, the head of its body had two black antennae, a black neck, and a black spot in the center of its head. The middle abdomen of its body carried two sets of black arms with the hands being white and clenched into fists. The legs on it's lower body were the same regarding shape and form, and lastly on it's back was a single pair of clear wings that are folded under the eltra. Leaf looked at the pokemon and at how cute it was, raising her Pokedex she tried to scan it but to her surprise along with the others in her group, the Pokedex had no data on it.
"Well like your friend here stated the Pokedex you call carry only has data on pokemon known and native to the Kanto Region. My friend Ledian is from the Johto Region, my father gave him to me as a gift from his journey in Johto." Samurai explain as Naruto raised his Gauntlet-Dex and scanned the pokemon.
[Ledian - the flying bipedal ladybug pokemon, Ledian is the evolved form of Ledyba and could commonly found in Johto, Kalos, and Alola. Ledian sleeps in forests during the day. When the stars flicker in the night sky, Ledian flutters about, scattering a glowing powder; considered a symbol of good luck. The star patterns on its back grow larger or smaller depending on the number of stars in the night sky. It uses starlight as energy, though it also loves eating berries. It fights by throwing a barrage of punches with its four arms; it uses quantity in an attempt to make up for its lack of strength in each punch.]
Ledian looked to his opponent with a stare that showed him he was ready for a fight, Naruto could have sworn he saw the fires within the gaze of its eyes. He smiled and knew that was the spirit of a fighter as he had that kind of spirit back in his days as a genin. Nodding to Samurai who nodded back signaling they were ready to continue, holding out his hand to them Naruto signaled for them to start. Samurai took the invitation and yelled, "Alright Ledian show them your speed and start things off with Bullet Punch''. To Naruto's Amplevire's surprise, the Ledian was not in front of them in the blink of an eye. Before they could even counter Ledian had begun showering Amplifier with a barrage of powerful strikes. With each hit Amplifier, you could see he was being slowly pushed back. Naruto thinking quickly responded, "Quick Amplifier use your tail to send Ledian back then give it a taste of your Dragon Breath" Hearing his trainer Amplevire swung its tail with all its might and sent Ledian back a few feet away. Once enough distance was made he unleashed a powerful Dragon Breath sending towards the dazed insect. Samurai called out to his companion yelling for him to get out of the way, and thankfully Ledian acknowledged his trainer's words and quickly flew higher into the air avoiding the attack. Naruto cursed under his breath as he called out to Amplifier once more, "Ok Amplevire let's give Ledian a glimpse of your Static Missile attack" The gold plating sitting on Amplevire began to glow as a volley of static-like missiles launched from this body, heading towards the speedy bug. Ledian's eyes widened to the size of saucers as it comically began to dodge and evade the onslaught of long-range attacks. "Ledian... ..Led.. " Ledian cried out in panic as it began ran back and forth running away from the deadly electric attack. Everyone looked to Samurai as he slumped over in humiliation. If you listened closely you could hear him muttering, 'why did this happen again?..just why only me?'. Everyone gave a deadpan expression towards his behavior but was brought out of their opinionative state from the sound of an explosion.
Turning back towards the battlefield they found Amplevire poking it's tail at the body of Ledian who seemed to be knocked out cold. The group turned towards Naruto with a deadpanned look, he scratched the back of his head sheepishly. Misty looked at him still with a deadpan expression and said, "Talk about overkill Naruto...I mean you clearly killed the poor thing. Even if it was a bug, I didn't think it deserved that kind of beating" Misty and Naruto looked back and saw Ledian still on the ground but noticed it was twitching signaling it was still alive. Samurai went over and quickly returned his Pokemon into its pokeball and walked over to the group of trainers apologizing for how the battle went in the end. Naruto looked towards Samurai and said, "There was no need to apologize, Samurai, even though the battle ended on some strange note, I still had a great time. But we have to get on our way as a long journey ahead of us" Samurai nodded and bid them farewell and good luck on their travels.
[Author's Note: Hey everyone I decided to put two episodes into this chapter as the 4th one involving Ash's involvement with Samurai & Beedrill had me stuck. So I decided to make this chapter based on episode 4 and episode 5]
[Time Skip - Next Day]
It was around late in the morning and the gang just arrived on the outskirts of Pewter City. Seeing as they had finally arrived the gang began making their way towards the city entrance, nearing the city entrance they spotted what appeared to be a middle-aged man wearing a yellow shirt, green trousers, dark brown boots, a red hat, and white gloves. Upon approaching the stand they gained the man's attention and greeted him, "Hello sir may I ask what it is you're doing here?" Ash said. The man looked at the group and replied, "Well the names Flint and I'm selling Pewter City merchandise, do any of you have any interest in buying any?". Everyone but Naruto shook their head, as the man nodded in understanding but before they continued on they noticed Naruto looking around at some of the stones the man had on display. After a moment or two, Naruto walked over to Flint and spoke, "Actually Sir how much for those two stones over there?". Flint looked to where the young blonde was pointing and saw he was referring to two medium-sized stones sitting on one of the wooden shelves he made to hold his merchandise. The first one had a light brown color and appeared to be around the average size of any regular stone, but from Naruto's perspective if one was to look close enough they could see a slight gleaming shine in the cracks. The second stone was about the same size as the first but was of a mossy black color, though like the first it also had something within it that gave off a slight gleam as well.
Flint looked at the two stones the blonde pointed to and went to go grab them for him, after a moment or two he returned back at the counter. "Well young man these two are one of the few older ones left from the ones I've gathered a while back. Now let me say you're one of the few who could actually see the value of these kinds of rocks. So I'll cut you a deal and give these two for only half the price" Naruto could only open his mouth in surprise as he wasn't expecting to get these two at half price. "Thank you sir but you really don't have to do that for me, as I'm willing to pay you full price for it" Naruto replied.
Flint chuckled at the blonde before he shook his head, "Don't worry about it kid, anyways the price for the two of those will be 150 Pokedollars" Naruto handed the man the money as Naruto carefully secured the items into his bag before returning to the others. "Hey Naruto why did you buy those stones, they didn't seem to be all that valuable or nice-looking" Misty questioned. Naruto could only chuckle at his reply, "Well Misty, someone who I used to know always told me to always look underneath the underneath' "Misty and the others could only look at the blonde with a confused expression. Flint, on the other hand, could only grin when Naruto spoke out those words, as he knew what he meant behind it. Once Naruto had secured the stones into his pack Flint had kindly shown the gang the way over to the local Pokemon Center.
[Scene Change - Pokemon Center]
Upon reaching the Pokemon Center the gang was greeted by the local Nurse Joy, once they had greeted her she immediately moved her attention towards Naruto. Though when she got a good look at the blonde the pink-haired nurse couldn't help but give him a joyful smile. "It's been too long Naruto, I see you've finally decided to officially go on your journey as a Pokemon trainer" Naruto nodded in confirmation.
"Yeah, it has been a while since I saw you and your sisters at the family gathering you all invited me to. You're also right about me starting my Pokemon journey as a Pokemon trainer, maybe we can meet up later and catch up like old times?" Naruto said.
Nurse Joy beamed brightly at the idea and nodded her head in agreement, "That would be lovely, now with pleasantries aside I've gone ahead and had a few Chansey's prepare three rooms for all of you. As I assumed all the girls would be alright with sharing a room while you two boys wouldn't mind having your own rooms to sleep in". The group didn't seem to mind her assumption and went along with her idea. Once everyone had been given their room keys they waved Flint goodbye, after everyone had settled in the group decided to split up and do their own thing. The girls decided to go shopping, Ash and Pikachu went to explore the city, while Naruto went out into the rocky areas near Pewter City to train.
[Scene Change- Rocky Forests]
Standing in a rocky clearing stood Naruto and on the side of the clearing was Lumigon, Amplevire, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, and Vespiquen. Naruto stood on one side of the clearing as he faced Charmander, it didn't take long for anything to happen as Charmander moved with her claws extended and glowing white. Naruto responded to the move that happened to be a slash attack with a Kunai he pulled from his weapons holster on his leg. Before the Slash attack could even come in contact with him, Naruto raised his Kunai blocking Charmanders attack. Charmander moved back in an attempt to create some distance between them, but Naruto wouldn't allow it this time. Following Charmander in her movements, he launched a heavy roundhouse kick at the small fire pokemon. Before Charmander could even react she was sent flying, being struck from that powerful roundhouse kick. Meeting the ground in a cloud of dirt Charmanders sense kicked in and quickly moved to the side as she was nearly almost hit by an oncoming axe kick. Quickly getting up from her position Charmander saw her trainer standing where her body was laying. Naruto looked over at Charmander with a calculative gaze, after a moment or two Naruto decided to take things up a notch. Bringing his hands together Naruto began weaving through a set of hands seals, causing the fire pokemon's eyes to widen. Realizing what is to come Charmander quickly created a smokescreen concealing her position from him. But Naruto could only smirk, "Nice try Charmander but don't think that will work on me, as shinobi of the elemental nations I've dealt with this type of tactic before."
Naruto finished the set of hand signs and called out, "Wind Style: Ventus cyclone" A powerful torrent of wind came rushing forward as a cloud of black smoke cleared within seconds. Soon enough Charmander was found hiding behind one of the nearby stones, but before Naruto could do another jutsu he was forced to evade a volley of flames fired at him. Looking forward he could see Charmander was twirling its body as if performing a tail whip, but to his surprise, ball flames came hurtling towards him. Not just that Charmander began moving as if performing a dance launching balls of flames either from its mouth or from the flame on its tail. Naruto dodged and weaved the waves of attacks being sent his way, as he could only smile in pride as his pokemon training was showing results. But he knew Charmander and the others had a long way to go, once Naruto got a good read on Charmanders skill set he decided to end the spar there. Calling Charmander he faced the rest of his pokemon and spoke, "Alright everybody in two days we will be facing the Pewter City gym leader, so these two days will be spent training and preparing for the upcoming battle. Now from the info, I was able to obtain that the battle will be a two on two match up, signaling both trainers will be using only two pokemon. So since most of you are already pretty experienced from battling in the wild or before me ever becoming your trainer, I will only be battling with those who need more experience. Don't take this the wrong way all of you will get the chance to battle but I want for your younger siblings to gain some footing first. With that being said the two I will be using are Charmander and Aerodactyl" Both pokemon stepped forward as they nodded to their trainer in understanding. Looking back at the rest of his pokemon he thought it would be best to start applying Gravity seals on them along with teaching them some new attacks. Not wanting to waste any time he began to apply gravity seals onto the members of his team, though Lumigon and Amplevire won't need it seeing as they had their own seals already. Once the seals were applied Naruto began giving those who need training some instruction on what they were to practice in. Aerodactyl was instructed to practice her speed along with the accuracy of her attacks, Vespiquen and Gyarados were told to practice resistance against attacks that would have a major advantage over them. Lumigon and Amplevire are to supervise them and guide them should they need them. Naruto would continue to train Charmander in close range combat and maybe teach him some new attacks.
Once everyone was given their instruction Naruto and Charmander had moved a little bit away from the others so that Charmander could have more privacy. Right now Naruto was setting up some targets made up of logs from trees he had cut down earlier after they had been put into place he began explaining a move he would be teaching her. "Alright, girl we're gonna start with teaching you some attacks that could prove useful in our upcoming battle" Charmander nodded in understanding as she continued to listen on what Naruto was saying, "Now the first move I'm going to be teaching you is called Pyrus Reactor before I tell you the way to perform this allow me to explain a few things first. Let me ask you, do you know what aura is?" Charmander nodded as she heard the aspects of aura from other Pokemon, "Good, now understand aura resides all around you, it flows within humans, Pokemon, and all things that breath life. Even the plants and the earth we walk on have aura as well, but what makes it special is pokemon have their own kind of aura. A Pokemon's aura depends on their type as it's what allows you to perform the attacks you all use in battle. From what I could gather chakra and aura are the same but different in a sense,...when pokemon channels their aura they are able to perform and execute attacks." Naruto moved a few steps away and told Charmander to watch him demonstrate what she is to do. Naruto took a stance, feet shoulder length apart, raised both arms pointing the palms of his hand outwards. As he stood there Charmander watched as her trainer began channeling energy throughout his body began to build up and emanate a fury red glow. As the glow began to get brighter and brighter Charmander began to feel the power flowing through her trainer. But soon her trainer ended the flow of energy, causing the red glow surrounding his body to disperse. Naruto turned to face Charmander again and spoke, "As you saw that is what you will be learning today, this move is called Pyrus Reactor. This is an attack that allows a fire type Pokemon to increase the strength of its attacks for an extensive amount of time. By building up a large amount of aura within a pokemon's body they cloak themselves within a layer of said energy, then the power of their attacks is increased tenfold" Charmander could only open her eyes in awe at the thought of having such power within her grasp.
Snapping out of her own thinking Charmander gave her trainer a look that said she was ready to start her training. Upon awaiting his command, Charmander was then told by her trainer, "I Recommend pushing those thoughts from your mind Charmander, just because you're being given the chance to obtain some power doesn't give you the right to become overconfident." Charmander looked towards her trainer and nodded in response. "Now listen carefully as I don't like explaining things more than I have to, First I want you to calm your mind and control your breathing" Charmander nodded as she closed her eyes and began to clear her mind. Once that was done her breathing began to calm itself going at a steady pace. "Now slowly begin to gather the energy within your body and focus it into one area", Naruto watched as a tinge of red began to slowly cover her body as the level of power in her started to rise. "Once you have the energy gathered, start to transfer it throughout your body at a balanced rate" Charmander listened to her trainer's words as she carefully began the transferring process. Though as she was transferring the energy throughout her body, Naruto could see she was struggling a bit as this required a lot of aura control. At Least he found another thing for his pokemon to train in, bringing his attention back to Charmander he found that she was done with the transferring process. Seeing she got a basic understanding of performing, he then had her cancel the move and do the process all over. She was to do this until she couldn't do it anymore for the day. Nodding her head Charmander went about performing the move and then canceling it over and over.
[Time Skip - 3 Hours Later]
Three hours have gone by and Naruto along with his Pokemon has just finished training. Now he was making his way back towards the Pokemon center until he got a call on his gauntlet-dex. Answering the call he was met with a familiar face, "Ah Naruto-Sama I'm glad you answered, there are some things that you need to be informed of". Naruto sighed in contempt and replied, "I see what seems to be the problem, Courtney? I would assume that my clones would be able to handle the situation". Courtney looked at her leader with a sheepish smile that didn't sit well with him. Looking at some paper handed to her she looked back at Naruto and said, "Well you see some of the Pokemon here have become a bit restless and it's becoming a bit too much for the staff and clones to handle. For example, your Hydrosiege along with its pod has been causing a bit of ruckus in the water sector of the sanctuary. Hydrosiege somehow discovered your Gyarados and is um...how should I put this ticked off. Another is Zephyract and its flock is causing trouble with the other flocks in the sanctuary if you don't remedy the situation will have to either separate them all or expand the sanctuary".
[A/N: For those of you who wonder Hydrosiege is a creature from the mobile game Bulu monsters that go by the name Aquanite. Zephyract is a creature from Terra Monsters, please be aware that all the custom pokemon are either original or creatures from different games. The ones from different games will keep the name it was labeled, the reason being as the name fits and is awesome. But there will be those that do need a name change.]
Naruto sighed as his problems back at the compound just kept piling up one after the other. He would need to find some time to take care of the ones that would cause major problems in the future ahead. Looking back at Courtney he replied, "I understand, have some of the clones begin to expand the sanctuary towards the mountain areas and a bit further into the woodland areas around it. If needed, have them begin expanding underground so the Pokemon that have no problem living on the earth could find residence there. Once they're done contact me again, but I'll be stopping by there later to take care of the other matters needing to be handled" Naruto ended the call and continued on his way back to the Pokemon center. While continuing his way back Naruto wondered if he should have someone transfer some of his other veteran pokemon over. As it could allow some of his younger and recently caught members to learn from them. Putting all thoughts aside he continued on the path ahead.
[Scene Change - Pokemon Center]
Naruto was currently standing at one of the pokemon transfer systems as he was waiting for one of his clones to send over Hydrosiege and Zephyract to him. But as Naruto received them, his name was called on the intercom system, informing him to report to the front desk. Making his way to the front desk Naruto was approached by Nurse Joy who was holding a package in her hands. As Naruto approached the young Nurse he was surprised when the package was addressed to him. Taking the package into his possession, Naruto was informed by Nurse Joy that it was sent under the name of Menma. Hearing the name gave Naruto an understanding that it was sent to him from one of his clones. Thanking Nurse Joy for giving him the package he gave her a quick peck on the lips as thanks for her services and made his way to his room. On his way to his room, he heard Nurse Joy call out to him and said to come by her office later for some evening tea. Knowing what she meant Naruto glanced back at her and gave her a wolfish grin before continuing on his way. As he was making his way towards the outdoor training field behind the Pokemon center, Naruto gazed at the two pokeballs he had in his hands. He knew what was to be expected and hoped for the best on what comes afterward. Finally reaching the outside field Naruto sighed and released all of his Pokemon except the two in his hands. Soon in a flash of bright light all of his Pokemon stood in all their glory, it was now they looked to their trainer in confusion.
Naruto sighed as he looked at his friends and began to speak, "I apologize for bringing you all out here so suddenly but a few things needed to be handled right now. I got word at the sanctuary that two of my veteran pokemon have been causing problems. These two needed some time away from home so I decided to have them come along with us for a while. So I thought it would be good to introduce you all to some of my old traveling companions, now get ready guys".
Naruto tossed the two pokeballs into the air and in a flash of light two pokemon appeared, the first Pokemon stood as tall as a Garchomp. Its skin was a grey and beige color with red stripes on some parts of the body. Some would say it was a mutation between an Armaldo, Garchomp, and Flygon. The second Pokemon was something else though, it's fur was black with parts of the body where the fur was blue or white. The tip of its ears, it's tail and the fur around its neck was teal orange. The Pokemon though with it's strange coloring gave off the aura of calmness and tact. Both Pokemon looked around and spotted their trainer, both gave him a furious growl before roaring in anger. Naruto stared at the two impassively and spoke " Enough you two, I brought you here to sort out whatever it is you two are having problems with. I hear from Courtney your pod and flock are causing a number of problems for the other pokemon. Look I understand you both are upset about not being able to come along, but you need to understand that you two are some of my more experienced and powerful fighters. If i kept you both with me it wouldn't give the others a chance to grow. Now if it makes you feel better I plan to use you two in some of the upcoming tournaments and the Pokemon League when the time comes." The two Pokemon took a moment to think about it and saw his terms were acceptable.
Naruto nodded in reply before he turned to the rest of his pokemon, "Everyone I would like for you all to meet some old friends of mine. Lumigon is already familiar with these two but allow me to introduce them to the rest of you. The one on the left is Hydrosiege and the one to the right of him is Zephyract. I met these two while I was traveling through the Orre Region and found them along with Lumigon. Hydrosiege/Zephyract meet your new family members." the two veteran pokemon sized up their new allies and future family, looking back to their trainer they nodded before moving over to Lumigon who greeted them. The three pokemon socialized with each other as if they haven't been separated for months, which brought a small smile on Naruto's face. Soon enough the trio joined his newer pokemon and began to socialize amongst themselves, seeing that training would have to wait for another time Naruto instructed Charmander to join the others while he prepared them a meal.
Charmander looked at her trainer's surprise but nodded in reply before joining the others, Naruto smiled as he looked around to see if anyone was nearby, after a bit of looking around and seeing nobody in sight he took out a storage scroll and unsealed the contents inside. Within a cloud of smoke appeared 8 Large bowls, bags of Pokemon Food, and a small pouch full of pokemon berries. With everything unsealed Naruto put the scroll away and poured some pokemon food inside the 8 bowls. Once the bowls were filled half way he closed the bags and opened the pouch of berries. Upon opening the pouch took out a handful of berries for each bowl and placed them inside. When each bowl was filled Naruto resealed all the leftover food and called his pokemon over to eat. When they heard he had food ready the pokemon immediately ran over to him, Naruto had to jump out of the way so he wouldn't be trampled over by the horde of hungry pokemon. Soon enough his pokemon were eating their food and socialized together like the family they should be. Naruto smiled at the scene before he sat down next to Charmander and joined them in their conversations.
