Fandom Smack Talk with Beerus and Champa 2

(Cues: Nujabes – Feather (Instrumental))

"Welcome to Fandom Smack Talk with Gods of Destruction, Beerus and Champa. Where they shred at the fandoms of plenty of things." The announcer said only for the set to reveal a sitting room.

Both Gods of Destruction just glared at a poster at the wall…RWBY Volume 8. Beerus destroyed the poster silently before facing the viewers.

"I'm going to level with you. Volume 8 is bad, but it…no it's complete trash." Beerus said disgusted. "We have other things to talk to about."

"Like Sunset Paradise." Champa said replacing the poster with an SMG4 one. "April Fools and all that jazz."

"Yeah, yeah, let's move on. Sunset Paradise, formed and put together by the madman behind the SMG4 Mario Bloopers and Meta Runner. The pilot was released on March 26th being a spin-off to the main series unlike Meta Runner's alternative universe." Beerus said with a grin. "Focusing on some people's favorite former squid girl, Meggy Spletzer."

"I'll give the brother props for building this up. Meggy was the best character aside from Tari to risk a spin off." Champa said eating some more of the red velvet cake.

"Save some for me, tubby. Regardless, Sunset Paradise's plot is Meggy going on a vacation to find a purpose in her life after winning Splatfest in an earlier arc. A busman's holiday, so do speak. However, after finding out Port Aroura is hiding a hive of criminals, she teams up with a goofy sheriff to fight crime." Beerus rattled chuckling at the silliness. "All while dealing with her inner demons and Shadow Meggy."

"Art styles made with Unreal Engine 4, and it certainly looks…animeesque which is ironic because it's Meggy. The art itself isn't bad with Meggy's model sticking out as it is more human compared to everyone else. That's good as it lets Meggy stand out. While I do like the feel, the action pretty solid. Fast-paced and really entertaining, the brothers have certainly learned from their time from Meta Runner." Champa said pleased with himself.

"I'm waiting for that catgirl they been teasing. Really want to see her fight Meggy?" Beerus said. "I think we covered the consensus for Sunset Paradise, go watch it for a fun time."

"Shouldn't we review Volume 8 of RWBY?" Champa asked. "It's April Fool's Day."

"Spoilers: It's a repeat of Volume 3 with less intelligence and the poor pacing of Volume 5. Honestly, it's the bottom of the barrel. You got The Judgmental Critter to rage…and that was a joy to watch, but she has more tolerance and patience then others." Beerus said getting up. "And I believe the show's over for now. Be seeing you viewers soon."

(A/N: April Fools, I guess. RWBY's really become the dead horse to be beaten. Yes, I am skipping March, too late to fix that. Just consider March to happen off-screen like the other broadcasts.)
