This story is AU. It is something that I have been working on that I decided to put a little Rizzoli and Isles spin on it. This was inspired by the Bruno Mars song "I Think I Wanna Marry You". What would you do if a stranger came up to you with a drunken dare and told you that they have until midnight to get a complete stranger to marry them?

4. Interlude: Author's Notes

I just wanted to give a quick note to say that I am working on the next update and I truly appreciate everyone's reviews. I didn't think that everyone would really like this story like this. I apologize for my delay in posting. My goal had been once a week but that was going on the format that I had with the actual manuscript that I was using as an outline. With Chapter 3, however, the story really began to take on a life of its own and veered off course completely from what I had written. I am working off of my end goal vision at this time. With that being said, I wanted to go one way with Chapter Four that would have a little angst added to the story but I didn't want to go down the road everyone else has.

My other delay in writing has been work related. However, tonight, I am going to complete Chapter 4 no matter what. I hope you all are ready for this long ride. And those who read "Biggest Part of Me", would you like a follow up chapter that gives you the actual event where Jane and Maura realized all that they felt for each other but Jane ended up running? Let me know in the comments if you would like that. I have it semi-written but am trying to focus my energy on this one.
