It was the next day, I could never forget what happened last night with the mission that almost ended in disaster. I woke up and did the usual morning routine as soon as I opened the door I felt the nice and warm sunshine on my whole body. I walked to the main area forgetting the cafeteria because I was not hungry. I decided to sit down on a bench where I then heard a strange noise. I tried not to worry about it. then after a few seconds there it was again I looked beside the bench to find a small girl with bunny ears sleeping on the grass. it appeared that the sound was her snoring. not wanting to wake her up I then walked away slowly. she then woke up with a yawn.

"That nap was good," she said in a tired way.

"Excuse me who are you?" I asked her.

"I'm Laffey" she responds in a tired way.

"Well then carry on then," I said to Laffey.

She nodded and fastly went back to sleep snoring as she did so.

"Attention, Rookie, and Bismarck please head to my office. Repeat Rookie and bismarck head to my office."

as I head to the office you encounter the beacon of iron blood herself, Bismarck. we both enter Ki11's office.

"hello rookie, Guten tag Bismarck." he greeted.

"Guten tag commander, What is it you require me to do now?" Bismarck asked.

"Okay now, here me out here okay?"

I and bismarck both nodded.

"you guys are going to be spies," Ki11 said.

"so why say here you out then?" I asked.

"well, the mission is that you guys will roleplay as "lovers" and you will explore around a city and try to find evidence leading to the event last night with the chemicals," Ki11 replied.

Bismarck blushed only slightly as I did so as well.

"W-Well okay then" I replied back to him. this left me in thought. Is this a dream? Clearly, it was not. It was only then Bismarck cleared her throat.

"Yes, commander" she simply said.

"Good, now then get ready I have a private jet up in 5 minutes"

Me and bismarck nodded and left Ki11's office.

"Well let us not waste any time now." bismarck said to me.

"yes" was the only thing I replied to her as I then walked to my room and packed some regular clothes Along with my weapons and armor as well. as I got my suitcase and then walked outside only to find bismarck waiting.

"you know it's rude to keep ladies waiting especially if that lady is your lover," bismarck said with a serious tone.

"R-right sorry" I apologized getting nervous. she just smiled.

"Relax I'm just teasing," Bismarck said to me.

Ki11 was there by the jet

"Alright guys good luck, And report anything you find," Ki11 said to both me and Bismarck.

"Danke commander, And we will" Bismarck replied to Ki11.

"will we have any support?" I asked Ki11.

"Actually yes, you will meet vector in some espionage clothing if anything goes wrong you can count on her to assist just radio her at this frequency" Ki11 then gave me a piece of paper with the frequency written on it for the radio.

"Be advised, there may be a chance where the radio might cut off if this happens give me a call from the hotel phone i booked for you guys."

I nodded. Bismarck went up the jet stairs and sat in first class. I then shook ki11's hand.

"Good luck and may the dawn's light find you," Ki11 said to me.

I smiled at him. "For sure" I replied as I went to first-class and sat in front of bismarck.

The jet then took off and we were then upon the air flying.

"This might be a day to get to the place." bismarck said.

"oh, okay" I replied.

the flight was going smooth almost as if I were on the ground. It was hard to tell the difference. Bismarck poured herself a glass of Eiswein German wine she found in the cabinets of the jet.

she took a sip of it it was clear bismarck was enjoying herself. She then offered me a glass I nodded accepting her offer as she then poured me a glass of it and then I took a sip of it as well. the taste was rather savory and sweet. It was getting afternoon as me and bismarck were living the fullest while you can drinking some German wine.

"So may I ask you a question rookie?" bismarck asked before she put her glass on the table.

"Yeah?" I answered.

"What are your thoughts on this mission?" Bismarck asked.

"my thoughts? well..." I was left with silence for a little bit.

"you don't have to answer that if you don't want to," bismarck said before drinking the last bit of the wine.

"I guess the mission itself" I answered. she looked at me and put her glass back on the table.

"be specific," she said to me.

"I guess on how we are playing as lovers. you know?" she nodded.

"it is rather confusing but i am doing what is expected of me. if it crosses your mind just remind yourself that we are on a mission and it is not real," she said to me. The sun was setting it was looking beautiful outside.

"Well now, get some rest rookie. tomorrow the mission day will start.

"yes" I replied as I then got comfortable in my chair that turned into a single bed. I then fell asleep.

Morning came and bismarck was at the kitchen part of the jet making some coffee. I woke up and stretched out yawning as I did so. Bismarck then served me a cup of coffee.

"Guten morgen rookie" she greeted as she then gave me some breakfast which was some bacon, pancakes, and scrambled eggs.

"morning" I greeted back. "are you not going to eat?" I asked bismarck.

"Nein, already had some breakfast this morning go ahead and eat. you need it" Bismarck insisted.

I rubbed my eyes and started eating the food. it was tasty.

"bismarck this food is really delicious" I complimented.

"gut I hope so I normally don't cook often it's nice that I have some skill left in me," she said followed by a chuckle.

"by the way just about a few hours and then we are at the place so get your things ready after your done okay?" bismarck said to me.

"yes" I replied.

Bismarck had her arms crossed as she was by the window admiring the view. I then finished my food and then threw my plastic plate away.

I then got your bags and kept them near me. After that, I decided to take a nap for an hour. I then woke up and then I could hear a beep meaning the jet was landing. I got up quickly and then were waiting at the door with bismarck. The door opened and then we were at the airport in a metropolis-like city where the city looked beautiful. And where the hotel was within walking distance. After the security checkup, I and bismarck walked to the hotel admiring the view of the city.

"well, there is the fancy hotel" I pointed out. Bismarck took notice of it and then both of us went to the hotel.

"hi reserved for bismarck," I say to the receptionist.

"ah, yes room 403. on the third floor." the receptionist said to you as he also gave me the room key.

"thank you" I replied to him. me and bismarck then went on an elevator to the third floor and walked to room 403. As I unlocked the door there were two single beds, a big bathroom, a large kitchen, a 50 inch TV, and a giant glass window by the beds getting a view of the city.

"This is just pleasant." bismarck said.

"yeah, it is oh that reminds me," I say before contacting Ki11 on the radio.

"Go for Rookie Commander you there?" I asked on the radio.

"ah, there is still signal out here nice, So Safe trip?" Ki11 said on the radio.

"yeah, but question why everything fancy?" I reply with a question.

"well, Rising dawn is really rich so yeah" Ki11 answered.

"Oh," I replied.

"Don't worry about expenses I'll cover them. now get some rest and enjoy yourselves you and bismarck will go to work tomorrow." Ki11 said.

"rog' out," I say before ending the radio contact.

"so would you want some lunch or something?" I asked bismarck.

"Ja sure" she replied while turning on the Tv and looked for something to watch.

"Will you be alright by yourself?" I asked Bismarck.

"Ja I will, go on" Bismarck insisted. I then nodded and went to the gift shop on the first floor where there was a mini restaurant. luckily there was some german food on the menu since I thought it was the only kind of food Bismarck would like. I then ordered some german pretzels for both of us. along with some water for me and some tea for bismarck. I then went back to the room and set the food on the table serving bismarck a plate.

"Danke rookie" Bismarck thanked.

"Mhm," I responded.

we both ate lunch and for the rest of the day watching movies together,
